A step-by-step guide on how to help a complete beginner make money through TikTok Shop affiliate marketing, using the same blueprint that generated over $20 million in sales for the creator's network. The video covers three foundational pillars: product selection, finding personal content style, and consistency with accountability.
The three pillars for TikTok Shop affiliate success are product selection, finding styles and tonality that work for you, and consistency with accountability.
Look for seasonal, problem-solving products with visual appeal, check if they're tied to TikTok campaigns (like 'deal for you days'), and ensure they're currently trending among creators. Avoid products you cannot personally demonstrate (e.g., a pool cleaner if you don't own a pool).
Navigate to the TikTok Shop Creator Center, click 'TikTok Shop product', browse featured campaigns like 'deal for you days', and evaluate products based on price range, reviews, and sales volume (e.g., 4.3 stars, 8,000 sales).
For beginners who struggle with talking and filming simultaneously, use a voiceover style: film the product footage first, then add a voiceover explaining features. This improves quality and authenticity, though it increases production time.
When recording voiceovers, pretend you're talking to a friend on FaceTime. This helps overcome discomfort and makes the delivery more natural and relatable.
Create an environment that matches the product's use case (e.g., a tent for a camping fan) to help viewers visualize themselves using the product.
In just 4 days, the wife achieved $475.70 in GMV from 5 items sold, an estimated commission of $32.25, and 19,700 product views.
The video demonstrates a replicable system for TikTok Shop affiliate marketing, emphasizing that success comes from following proven strategies rather than luck. The initial results suggest the framework is effective, but achieving $10k/month requires sustained effort over time.

09:13[00:01] her make her first $10,000 a month on Tik Tok Shop affiliate. However, she is never truly done anything like this before or even really done any social random stuff like that. And we're doing this because we truly believe that you
[00:15] with this type of stuff. You don't need to be some crazy influencer. You really just need to know the formulas that work for you and have practice. Now, this is the exact same blueprint that my sister went on, and she is now over $7 million
[00:28] past year and a half, and I have decided to document everything for my wife now as well. We'll be documenting everything from the wins, the losses, the mistakes, exactly the strategies that she's using. So, by the end of this video, you'll see
[00:41] three foundational pillars that she is focusing on to actually get her to this for you, too. So, part number one is we need to know where we're standing and goal. she was able to skip the entire process of getting into the Tik Tok shop
[00:56] method that we teach as well in the link in the description if you guys want to that part, we can kind of go right into the process of actually getting products a complete beginner, so it's going to take a lot of actual training, showing
[01:10] actually use these products correctly for these videos. So, the challenge is that we want to get to $10,000 a month. That is our goal. But we obviously have also need to talk about why this matters. Like why is this actually going
[01:23] to work for her? And the reason is is that this is the same thing that worked that worked for me, my two best friends, my physical therapist brother. The same thing that's worked for all of us and combined over $20 million in sales in
[01:36] mentioned about the three foundational pillars that my wife needs to focus on And the first thing that we need to focus on the most is product selection. The second thing is finding the styles and the tonality that works for her and
[01:51] her content specifically. And the third pillar is just being consistent and actually holding yourself accountable with real goals. So that first pillar right products, right? So we need to find the right products that work for
[02:03] thing that I recommend to her was find seasonal products. Products that are in are really hitting off right now. things like camping cotss, fans, tents, uh outdoor equipment, gardening stuff. Each of these products I just mentioned are
[02:17] very problem-solving products. Like, you can really show off these products on problem. Think about it. How much more interesting would it be if you saw a of a can or if you saw a video of somebody pressure washing their driveway
[02:30] into cool art forms, you'd be a lot more interested in that actual concrete one pressure washer. It solves a problem and something I've been needing myself and criteria that I look for in these products is, is this product in a
[02:44] campaign such as like the deal for you days, a summer campaign, you know, Black Friday? Are these campaigns happening? And is this product attached to those? problem-solving product like we talked about? On top of that, is this product
[02:57] creators start to promote this product very recently? If the answer is yes, want to hop on the trend as well. But if it's been a, you know, a trend for a finally, we really want to look at this product and say, can we personally
[03:10] promote this product and really show off the environment that it's meant to be litter box and I don't have a cat at home, but I want to promote this litter me cuz I don't have a cat to show it. Utilizing your strengths and your skills
[03:23] times be good reasons to actually promote a product. Now, let's dive into actually looking through and finding products that have the most potential want to do is obviously go to your
[03:36] the Tik Tok shop creator center, and then click the Tik Tok shop product here, there are tons of different avenues that you can go on to find good products. I really like to look at this top section up here and find samples
[03:50] me because that there's something involved in that. So, I see at this top section there is the deal for you days happening here soon. So, I'm going to click on that. And now I have this page of all these products that are being
[04:03] pushed by the deal for you days campaign. And I really want to look at Tik Tok is specifically pushing. And now in here, what my goal is is I'm trying out to me visually. Is this something that I would personally enjoy? Is this a
[04:17] product that really solves a visual problem? And is this like kind of just really sticking out to me as something I could really just have fun with? Now, as I come across this product right here, this one that I will click on now is a
[04:29] really interesting product. This is a very, you know, visually problem-solving product. It comes into a good price range of $69 to $89, 4.3 star review, and there's 8,000 sales. So, this isn't mega viral, and this isn't like too
[04:43] know, no one's going to want to purchase this. This is a good product, and it has that I would personally want to promote right now. But now you have to think know is people are people actually going to want to buy this if I don't have a
[04:57] personally not going to promote this because I don't have a pool myself. So if you do have a pool you would want to obviously try and request a free sample want to keep looking for products that really stand out to you. Now let's look
[05:11] something that is like you know it's very hard to promote a product like this. And I think personally this is a good example. These sunglasses, although that they might be a good price, they might have a ton of sales and they might
[05:24] a very hard product to promote unless you are some model or you you have some some crazy video. There is these are going to be a lot harder to promote. And very visually interesting. Like they're just sunglasses. Like people are buying
[05:40] buying them off the you know store shelf for dirt cheap prices. The only thing that I would see as a very very good point of people wanting to purchase this product is the fact that you get three pairs for $20. Like that's actually a
[05:53] really cool thing about this. But other than that, like the product itself is second part of actually doing this other than just picking good products is you need to actually discover how you can film yourself and how you can film and
[06:06] what my wife is doing right now. And she found that speaking in her videos and filming at the same time was extremely difficult. And I believe that's really like a very common thing for people who are starting is filming and saying a
[06:19] relatable and authentic and all these different things kind of combined into like multitasking like crazy. So the solution to her is to basically do a voiceover style and filming that product first and then adding a voice over
[06:33] later. And now there are trade-offs to this. So the the pros is that you know you get really good footage, really good footage of the product being used and then you have a really good audio clip hopefully. But the problem with it is
[06:47] that it takes the production time a lot longer. Like now you have to film the product and that takes, you know, five maybe 10, 15 minutes, but then you have to do the voice over and the voice over could take you however many tries it
[06:59] why this matters so much is because the voice over is the most powerful part of this video because yeah, anybody can really show this product in a really good light, in a really good way, but really what makes your uniqueness to
[07:13] this video is your authenticity and your tonality in this video. And that's what this time. Having a really strong verbal and visual hook on this video of this people need to buy it right now and all the different features is the thing that
[07:28] reason why we really like these voiceover styles is because the talking where people are holding up a product next to their head and they're just talking about it, don't really interest people as much as a voiceover style
[07:42] where you can really have all the freedom you want to show and do whatever you want. I think the psychology of why voiceover styles work better is because you can really focus on just those individual tasks a lot more in depth. It
[07:54] lock herself in the bathroom and do a voice over so that no one else can hear people judging the way that her voice sounds. Even though I always tell her that I promise you nobody's judging and if they do judge you, it will probably
[08:07] make you more money. And these are all methods that everybody else is using. These are methods that I use and these are methods that my sister uses, my mom and then my two best friends. Like these are common things that everybody does
[08:19] money. One of the big things that we're actually teaching my wife right now is these voiceovers that you are talking to a friend on FaceTime. And this is like that for any type of voice over or just talking to the camera at all. You really
[08:33] their best friend, like you are talking to a specific person on the other side uncomfortable. It's going to feel weird. really fake, but to be honest with you, that is your voice. You're just not used to using it to speak to a camera. You're
[08:46] using it to speak to a friend. And your goal in this is to pull that back out of world. Another thing that we're doing is really trying to create the environment in. So, if this product is a fan, a camping fan, then we'd probably want it
[09:00] probably build a tent and put the product inside of there because that to teach her how to be in the environment of the consumer themselves for the moment that you guys have probably been waiting for, we are going
[09:13] to talk about how much she actually has made so far on Tik Tok shop in just the past week. Actually, less than a week. It's actually been 4 days. She's made a total of $475.70 in GMV. Five items sold, estimated
[09:26] commission of $32.25, and product views of 19,700 views. I think she is doing really good. But obviously it's still very very start. And now, if you guys want to follow the exact same process step by
[09:40] step that I am teaching my wife, I actually just made a full guide start to affiliate in 2025, covering everything that I have been teaching my wife so far and some extras. So, if you guys want to check that out, click this video
