AI Summary

In under two months, the creator earned $24,000/month in commission from TikTok Shop by working less than 6 hours per week. This video reveals the exact systems, gear, and processes used to film 60 videos per session from a garage, emphasizing volume over quality to maximize time efficiency.

[00:00]
Earning $24k/month with 6 hours/week

Started averaging $24,000 a month in commission on TikTok Shop, working less than 6 hours a week, from a garage.

[00:41]
Filming day method

The method used for filming days made $24,000 in commission over 3 weeks, with 6 hours of work per week, on a dead account.

[01:25]
Quality vs. volume trade-off

Deliberately lowering video quality to a 6/10 to achieve higher volume (9/10), prioritizing time savings over production value.

[02:38]
Gear setup

Uses a Woleyi ring light with adjustable intensity and Kelvin, a small table, and a DJI Mic Mini 2s microphone attached to the phone.

[03:42]
Sample funnel and organization

Samples are organized into a queue: products already filmed, products to re-film, and products to donate or sell. One filming day per bulk session, then a re-filming day for high-converting products.

[05:13]
Pre-filming planning

Uses a pen-and-paper list of products to film. Different colored shirts for each TikTok Shop account (blue, gray, green) to differentiate content.

[06:36]
Using AI for product hooks

Uses ChatGPT or Claude to generate features, benefits, and urgency for each product, enabling quick script creation and immediate filming.

[08:03]
Outsourcing editing and posting

Raw footage is sent to editors who edit and place videos in a folder for a trained poster to upload. This buys back time for focusing on filming and client work.

[08:43]
Systematization for scalability

Building systems to buy back time and focus on core strengths (filming). Plans to expand to 15 accounts and outsource product selection.

The key to scaling TikTok Shop is systematizing content creation—using bulk filming, AI scripts, and outsourcing editing/posting—to maximize output while minimizing time investment.

[00:00] In less than two months, I started averaging $24,000 a month in commission on TikTok Shop and doing this for less than 6 hours a week. And today I want to show you my exact systems for how I'm doing this, all from my garage. I'll

[00:13] walk you through the gear that I use, how I plan and currently manage the 60 videos per session, and the process that I'm using to edit and post all of

[00:25] entire operation for how I'm doing TikTok Shop right now. Now, this is just one side of filming content, but of course there is plenty of other sides personally. So, without further ado, let's dive right into it.

[00:41] Okay, so I'm going to show you guys how I run my TikTok Shop days or the filming days that I have. And this is the method that I'm currently using that in, I think the last 3 weeks, made me 24,000 in commission after only doing 6 hours

[00:55] of work in a single week. So, it's really nice, like it's good time-saving method. This is also doing about 160,000 in GMB, again off of 6 hours of work per week for 3 weeks, and on a brand new, well, dead account. It was dead and then

[01:09] the setup and the gear that I use, how I systematize this to like save my time kind of balance that to get the best effects. So, right now I am balancing it

[01:25] in a way where I am deliberately lowering the quality of my videos for the goal of doing more volume, but I'm deliberate on the things that I am would, but the thing is is that the time that it would take to do it is not worth

[01:41] on the screen to show you exactly how I'm doing this and what I'm, you know, prioritizing and not. But right now I'm doing like a six out of 10 in quality is like what what I would say, and a nine out of 10 in volume, meaning that like

[01:55] environment I should be filming these products in. Like if it's a kitchen environment to film it in, but I'm sacrificing that for the time that I

[02:07] will save by producing more content of that product. Hence why I am getting a 9 takes a long time to demonstrate. Like if it's a cooking product and I have to time that it would take isn't worth the potential loss of volume. But again,

[02:25] personally finding that this is the best converting method and saving my time me more time to work with the clients that I coach one-on-one and still gives

[02:38] interested in that, DM me on Instagram. My Instagram is open. Now, let's talk about the setup, like what my setup looks like. I just got this Woleyi ring that this would actually improve my lighting that much, but you can like

[02:54] turn up the the intensity or you can turn it down. You can adjust the Kelvin on it as well, and it has a little spot for my phone. So, that's the stand that tripod. The next thing that I have is this little table. I'm planning to

[03:09] just bought a house with my wife and we're going to plan to I have a whole and everything, but this is just temporary. This is the one I'm using Now, what I would say is probably the most important thing is this microphone

[03:26] as well as it's attached right here at the bottom of my phone. That is the DJI Mic Mini 2s. These are like just mini microphones. I have the other ones which me from, but the Mic Mini 2s I think are perfect for small like like compact.

[03:42] affordable and they get the job done. I don't need anything big and bulky like don't need much when you're starting. Honestly, you don't need anything other like this. Next I want to talk about is my sample funnel. When you get a sample,

[04:00] queue. So, the first thing that I do, and this is a really big mess cuz I plan for me. But right now, I have like a little table and I basically just have

[04:13] already filmed but I might come back to at the middle of the shelf the products Marketplace or donate. So, it makes it really easy for me to come back to the

[04:27] that this setup that I do, I have one filming day where I film a bulk amount after that is a re-filming day. So, I film products that are either really

[04:41] highly converting for me or they're products I want to come back to or It's always like a comeback to re-film day. So, that's how I funnel my samples sell my samples for me and like manage this office, but I plan to get that once

[04:59] to like break down boxes, like organize the office space, even get to the point anymore. So, I can fully focus my time and energy on filming because that's

[05:13] before I start filming, I get a list on a pen and paper and I put it here and literally what this little list is right here and it's just a bunch of products

[05:27] thing I'm going to do is actually take off one of these shirts off the wall. This is putting you guys on. So, I have a different colored shirt for every

[05:39] account that I promote TikTok Shop products on. So, blue account is for my shirt is for the green account. So, currently I'm running three TikTok Shop accounts. I plan to expand to hopefully one day 15 accounts where I'm directing

[05:53] other creators to like [music] format these videos. Obviously, that's long put this shirt on, film like two videos of the product, and then switch my shirt

[06:05] different styles, and then do the same thing with the green shirt. Once that is done, I send all of that raw footage to the editors, and then the editors will take those videos and edit them, and then [music] they will put them in a

[06:20] file for the poster, and the poster is trained on how to post the videos on these accounts. Again, this is buying back my time so that I can focus in on selection, but I plan to outsource that as well. Without further ado, let's dive

[06:36] first product we're going to do is the three-pack of Bloom Pop. And now, now to actually use a ChatGPT prompt or a Claude prompt and see the best

[06:51] bunch of features and then the benefits of owning that product, so I can, you will give me the urgency for it as well and give me a list of like already

[07:04] and just immediately start filming and knocking these videos out and know that kind of already know what the thing is going to give me, and I know this

[07:16] 36 cans of the Shirley Temple Bloom Pop on TikTok Shop right now for that price. Temples growing up as a kid, then you'll know this flavor. And now, Bloom just

[07:32] released them on TikTok Shop for a crazy price. Personally, if I'm going to go to as well get it on a discount because I'm going to get in bulk and pay for it is a prebiotic soda and actually tastes good. So, it's not like the normal pop

[07:49] highly recommend it. The one downside is that once they sell out, it usually link, I'd highly recommend just check to see what the price is. If it's anything decent, I'd highly recommend it. Okay, so that was one video. See how it's all

[08:03] trained on cutting all that stuff out. So, now all I have to do is just be done completely forgot to change into it for this video. So, I'm just going to edit

[08:17] do it that way. But, you would get the point. Imagine I was in like the blue shirt or something. So, that is how I am systematizing this. Especially somebody who is balancing launching their own brand, building my own personal brand,

[08:31] which is what you see this video as, doing mentorship and coaching people on this stuff, but also being a person who wants to do the thing that I teach. You have to build systems so that you can buy back your time and focus it in on

[08:43] and the thing that you're best at, which again for me is filming. There are so many different ways to do TikTok Shop videos and this is just one form. I well. Just understanding that you need to systematize things. I still plan to

[09:00] do a couple days a month of just really, really high-quality videos of products that I already know are winning for me. I am personally not going to do high-production videos for products that I have no data on for my accounts.

[09:12] feel like one, if you're like a person who needs to systematize and you don't something that could be valuable. If you're interested in that, DM me on

[09:24] Like there's something in here that you're like, I didn't fully understand stuff. I do think videos like this are extremely helpful. I do think the downside of this is that it's a one way conversation like I can only produce

[09:39] if you were to work with me and I directly help you with your content but other videos in this channel that are helpful as well. There should be a video out. Hopefully this video is helpful and hit the subscribe button if you like

[09:56] this kind of content you want to see more.
