25:14

[00:02] one of probably the best or most famous hotels in Minsk. And today here I will have one of the biggest performances of my life, right here in this [music] most beautiful place. Here. And all my friends have come here

[00:15] , my loved ones have come. Ah, my performance will be in literally 40 minutes . Right now I feel a little bit of jitters, a little bit of confidence, an understanding that we will do great things today , we will do them beautifully. All of this will

[00:28] speech, because I have never spoken on this topic . This is not a YouTube topic, not a topic for some kind of promotion, this is a topic of my life’s journey, my lessons, what I have understood over 20 years of my life. Here. So let's go, I'll show you what everything is like

[00:43] So let's go, I'll show you what everything is like inside. that it’s very nice to realize that we once performed there in some small halls. Today these are some of the

[00:57] best hotels in the city. And, well, it definitely warms the soul. And it’s incredibly nice to realize that right now we’re at this stage, when a lot of people come up, take photos, recognize someone, and send respect. But I

[01:11] can’t even fully comprehend that this is reality, that this is how it is. I'm like, what the That's why now we'll go upstairs, show you how everything is arranged there, show you the halls. Everything is very strictly organized, beautiful, lots of staff.

[01:25] In short, there is such a beautiful photo booth here, [music] a lot of staff, partners. And [music] a lot of staff, partners. And now we will go into the hall itself. [music]

[01:42] grandmother, sister, my friends who came to support me. And literally in an hour I will be standing on this stage. But thanks to this, [music] time. Okay, so now we're making private content.

[02:00] Private content. This is the speakers' room. I'll show you what we have here today, how I'll show you what we have here today, how everything is arranged. Let's go.

[02:13] Yo. Here, each speaker receives their badges. And today I share the stage with such people. Well, of course, my name is here. Nobody hung this on themselves. Here. But today we have Yulia Menshova performing and there is a grandmother in the audience, she knows who she is. Mom

[02:26] knows who it is. I wasn't really in the context , but it turns out he's a very big man. I don't remember exactly what she does, but, in short, we share the stage with people like that. Here we have candies, cookies, and different ones. Well, this is

[02:39] my favorite topic. We'll eat this after the performance. There's some tea here. Well, this is what a private room is like. Here we sit with the speakers and relax. I ca n’t rest now because all I can think about is how great it will be to perform. But

[02:53] then we'll have lunch. [music] My loved ones, my team, my family and I will go to a restaurant here to eat, and then we can breathe a sigh of relief and celebrate that I performed. Right now the whole focus is on this.

[03:08] So let's grab one cookie and go get ready. Let's go. And do you know what I felt before the performance? I have already performed dozens of times to different audiences, on different topics, in different moods. But on this day, for

[03:24] the first time, I could say, turned my soul inside out and told something that I had never spoken about before. Not about YouTube, not about algorithms, not about some promotion tricks, but about my path and my personal story. It was

[03:37] n't easy for me to coordinate a performance at this event, given the seemingly huge lineup of speakers and the headliner, Yulia Menshova. I say: "Why? What's wrong? I can make a presentation the way it's needed." And they tell me in response

[03:49] : "You've talked about YouTube many times . This time, I need to talk about life and about things that you've never covered anywhere before." I said, "No problem, let's do it." And so it turned out that I was in. I'm 20 years old, the

[04:03] special burden of responsibility that I took on. And I prepared a presentation about everything: about growing up without a father, under the same roof as Sochi, with whom I had no contact at all, about bullying at football, the lack of support from loved ones,

[04:16] and everything that I had previously kept silent about. And, honestly, I was nervous before the speech, because this presentation is not about YouTube, it's about me. And my nerves peaked at the moment when I had to go on stage. But as soon as I

[04:29] took the microphone, it disappeared somewhere. And a clear understanding appeared in my head of what was what and why I was here. And I went on stage and just started speaking. on stage and just started speaking. Hello everyone.

[04:48] , I'm glad to see everyone to see. Raise your hand if you already know me. Half of you. Okay. And who's seeing me for the first time today? Okay. The other half, since I've already been introduced. Thank you for the introduction.

[05:03] Today, I'm the youngest speaker of all at this wonderful conference. the organizers for everything they've done today,

[05:17] events like these, especially in hotels like these, in places like these. So it's very today. And yes, regarding the youngest speaker. So, yes, I'm 20. Today I'm 20

[05:30] speaker. So, yes, I'm 20. Today I'm 20 years old. listening to me? For those who are seeing me for the first time, this is me at 15. And I decided

[05:43] to get involved in YouTube, and at 15 I got a silver play button for 100,000 subscribers. And so, I came home from school, asked my sister to take a photo of me, and this is the photo I got. That was the beginning of my journey. It was 5 years ago.

[05:58] I've never tried alcohol, cigarettes, or anything more serious in my life, not even electronic cigarettes, hookahs, and so on. That's the second fact. And I don't plan to. The third fact is that I grew up with

[06:13] three ladies. They are, by the way, with us today. They are my mother, sister, and grandmother.

[06:25] because I grew up without a father. I rented my first apartment at 15. You could say my mother helped me do that and helped me a lot, ah, and still helps. And, ah, yes, this T-shirt that she gave me, ah, for my birthday, for

[06:38] my twentieth, and she said that she associates this phrase with me and everything she associates this phrase with me and everything I do. That's why Belarusian rubles. Let's not go into those details. And, ah, I paid all the taxes down

[06:54] to the last penny. That's also an important fact. And this summer I accomplished my dream. I gave summer I accomplished my dream. I gave my mom a car.

[07:06] but my mom is already driving around our hometown . So. And this was an important point for me, which I've been working towards for a very long time. So. And I achieved this goal. My topic for today is how to become a support system for your family at 14. Up until now, I've always

[07:19] promotion. I've been invited as a YouTube expert. And today, this is the first time I'm speaking on this topic. When I talked to the organizers about speaking at "Valentin, everything is great, you speak well, but we don't want

[07:35] you to talk about YouTube. We want you to tell us about your path and the lessons you have learned along your, so to speak, short life journey. That is why today I do not claim that all the things I will

[07:47] say are correct. This is what I understood, what helped me on my way to achieving the results that I have now. This is something I have never spoken about before, presentation was specifically made for this conference. And let's start from the very

[08:00] beginning. On February 11, 2005 I was born. This is me with my mom. In this photo she is a little older than I am now. Oh, and here I am, probably less than a year old was one year old. I was raised by my mother and grandmother, who are

[08:15] sitting right here. In my entire life, I only spoke to my father a couple of times, and most of the time there was lack of any communication at all. I am a Russian, with whom we had absolutely no communication whatsoever. We just lived under the same roof and, well, I just

[08:29] own thing. This is again my reality, what I started with at 14 years old. And throughout the entire period of growing up, so to speak, I spent it in a state of discomfort and a desire to change something in general, to understand whether it was possible to do things differently. And I

[08:43] can say that quite early on I started thinking about what I wanted to see in the future and how I wanted to see my life in the future. I had a dream of becoming a football player. I was involved in the football section. I played for the FKO team, you could

[08:57] say, on the bench. Here. But I, like many of the guys around me , had a dream of potentially connecting my future with this field. Ah, but there were certain nuances. I quit this sport because of bullying,

[09:10] because every time I lost the ball during some important match, my teammates would tell me how bad I was, how bad I played. And this made me even more dismoral. And I didn’t want to continue doing this

[09:23] accordingly gave up this sport. We'll come back to football and how it's connected to my life in general. But as soon as I stopped training and started just getting together with friends or at some games, there was much more

[09:36] support. Simply because I no longer lost the ball, because no one could tell me how badly I was playing. And everyone just said how well I had already started playing, because no one could judge me anymore . This showed me for the first time, even at

[09:48] that age I started thinking: “Damn, it turns out that everything depends on what’s inside our heads, and not on how technical we are or what skills we have.” And when I was little, I sat at home and

[10:01] photo, I'm about 15 years old here, and this is my room. I locked the door on purpose, I asked my grandfather. He made a lock for my door. And every time I locked myself in and worked in the room. And I did n’t have a person whom I could call a

[10:14] friend, much less a girlfriend. That is, everything I do is just us doing something alone. And mom, ask for this slide. But when I was 15, I came up to her and said: “What should I do, Mom, I’m not confident in myself.” And mom says:

[10:30] “Son, you’re such a person that nothing can be done about it, nothing can be changed.” I my room and started working on myself. And, well, you could just say he ran to his room and said, “No, that won’t happen.” Then I realized that only I

[10:44] do something in my life. It was at that moment that I realized that I could not count on anyone or just have to do something, try something. What did I start doing? And I wondered, can I do it any other way? Because I know that my peers are planning to go

[10:59] to college, vocational school, or university there, and then work. In general, none of them know what their plans are and what future awaits them. saying, "Go there, do that." They

[11:13] excellent students in my class, who I looked up to and because of whom the teachers there they were great, but you weren’t, because you were studying worse, I began to think: “What will all this lead to, where is all this going in the future?” And I started thinking, "Is there a

[11:29] slightly different path I can take?" And what did I do? I made a decision to be the one who will, so to speak, welcome the cycle of poverty in my family and become the person who will change something. And then, at the age of 14, I firmly made this

[11:44] decision. What did I do? I put a lock on my room and every day I locked myself inside and worked for my future. These are my Instagram stories. I got them especially for this conference. This is 2019. I had check marks that I

[11:58] books there. several years, posted stories about it, and confirmed that I got up. If I don't get up, I pay a fine. Here. And every day of mine looked like this. I

[12:12] drew squares on my dream and colored them in every day. If I'm moving towards my goal, if I'm taking some steps, each time it was different for me, I started sleeping on the floor, I literally put a mattress on top of it, I just didn't

[12:26] , I didn't want to lie in bed. And this is my story from that And this is my story from that time, and where I showed essentially the rules, yes, and if someone notices that I don’t post a story before 5:30, then I pay a

[12:40] fine to the first one who writes to me about it. Here. And this is what my life looked like essentially during the time that I created for myself. I started looking for a way out and just wanted to change at least something. And I tried everything possible , tried to be as

[12:53] restless as possible to understand some areas. I tried a lot of different ways to something done and everything ended up in zero. That is, these were the first school, and if I didn't see results within the first few weeks, I'd be like, "Well, it's

[13:07] probably not my thing, I should probably go down a different path." And then taking it to YouTube. I was afraid of being a blogger, I didn’t want to show myself anywhere, and so I decided to run channels without a face. Who understands what faceless channels are?

[13:20] understands what faceless channels are? Do you have any ideas, animations, or other ideas? games more ideas. Pretty simpler, huh? What could it be without a face? I found articles on the Internet, for example, there were top facts about something or

[13:33] news about someone. He voiced it with a robotic voice. There were no neurons back then. I just found a robot voice writing online and posted this article there. He n’t want to record my own school voice. I selected photographs for the background and glued it all together

[13:47] . I put music there as a voiceover, thereby churning out videos like these on my channel en masse. This is where I started. I saw some manual on this topic and decided to try myself in it. And the results were not visible at

[13:59] first, the first weeks, the first month, for sure. And, well, you can nothing works out for me and there’s no real evidence of any victories. And I

[14:11] . But I think, okay, I’ll continue. Next, this happened. I decided not to talk much there, but I managed to earn 10,000 dollars in 4 managed to earn 10,000 dollars in 4 months when I was 14. Here

[14:28] came home from school, I managed to withdraw cash. Here. And I took this photo. These are textbooks, there are ninth or tenth grade. And the payment for the next month has already arrived. I immediately ran to my mother. I tell mom what to do? She helped us, we

[14:42] registered as an individual entrepreneur, and we paid all the taxes correctly. In short, at every stage my mother helped me a lot. And that's what I was able to do because I simply didn't give up. because I said: "Let me try further, it doesn't

[14:54] options." And one of the channels brought me this amount of money at the age of 14, and at 15 it already brought me a silver button. That is, quite early, so to speak, I got some results. And if I remember what I felt at that

[15:08] time, it was a complete lack of understanding. Only my childhood best friend one else knew about it. I did n't tell anyone at school. And the teachers there could so on, but I just smiled inside and did n’t even argue with them. That is, I already

[15:23] understood that I have a channel in which I can develop. And I, ah, grew up in the same yard, and I decided to show him my channel and what I do. But he didn’t say anything to me, he just said: “You’re handsome.” And he created the same channel, but he did

[15:38] years later, he had amassed 174,000 subscribers, earned a good amount of money, and moved to live in Europe. So I contacted him and he said: “Well, these are my results.” Here. And then I realized, it turns out, that after seeing my

[15:53] channel, even without any advice and so on, a person simply achieved this result. That is 174,000 subscribers, a huge channel, huge income. And then I thought: “What will happen if, for example, I package my knowledge?”

[16:08] maybe I could somehow convey my knowledge and share it on social networks and so on. and not just sit at home, work on the computer. So what did I decide to do? And I decided to teach. At that time I was still in the eleventh

[16:21] grade. I was sitting at the last desk in school and had already launched my first people, I was one of them, and there were five of them. And my first students came to me when I was still in school, sitting at my desk, coming home and teaching myself. Here's

[16:36] another fact about me. Thank you. And over the past few years, I've already taught more than 300 Belarusians how to make money on YouTube with channels like "Bez vois i lizy" (Without a voice and face). Those who want to do this with the face, we also do this, businesses. And here is a

[16:50] last graduations, how we celebrate with the guys , and a huge number of people. last meetings. And there are a bunch of results that barely fit on this screenshot and there are many more . Here. But

[17:06] I have made a huge contribution in this regard and continue to develop myself not only as an expert on YouTube, but also as a mentor, and this is a completely separate and different science. Oh, and I recently gave a car to my mom, let's get back to that topic. And then we arrived at the

[17:19] dacha, and we saw my uncle, and we had a rather sincere conversation. And he asked me a question: “Valentin, do you know how much this car costs?” And what do you think I answered? Yes, a lot, [laughter] yes.

[17:35] And I replied: "Yes, of course I know, how could I not know? I bought it, I did everything there , paid for it, organized everything." He says, "No, you don't know." I say, "What do you mean I don't know? I organized all of this , I did it all with my own hands, I

[17:48] paid every ruble and dollar myself, and I, well, I have bad eyesight. And then I wore glasses, today I wear contacts." And he says, "Take off your glasses." He takes my glasses and says: "Now, if you put a caliper to the lens and

[18:01] measure the distance, this is the cost of this car, and not the money you paid." And I'm sitting there thinking, "Holy [ __ ]." And then we revealed the idea because you sat at the computer for years,

[18:14] and now you have such opportunities simply because you went through all of this. And this really made me think that the path is actually in specific step-by-step actions that lead to

[18:26] that lead to further points. And a year ago, one of the largest business portals in Belarus published an article with this Belarus published an article with this title. And you can read it, and this is the

[18:38] complete truth of the title, and it got more than 100,000 views in a week. Some of my teachers, uh, my grandmother’s, saw her article there, and the neighbors started telling her. In short, the whole country saw this article. And, ah, at that moment I think:

[18:52] "Well, that's cool, okay." And a couple of days later I receive this message from my father I receive this message from my father and he wrote to me. And then I realized that I was on the right path and everything was happening as it should be. And the fact that I chose my

[19:07] path leads to exactly these things. and told me I couldn't do it are following me, asking me what I

[19:20] do and if I can teach them. They no longer remember what they said to me . I remember everything. That's how it happens in life. And this is an

[19:33] you are on the right path and know what you want, then you don’t need to listen to anyone at all, because over time you will see for yourself what is possible and how everything can change as drastically and quickly as possible. And these people

[19:45] will start to support you, and you will then decide how to react to this. And here are a few of my life lessons that I decided to write down here. You save it there. I want to tell you about each of them. and how this

[19:58] was revealed in my life, which is why I wrote all of this. And the first lesson that I have learned over these 5 years is to surround myself with people stronger than me. Whatever field I enter, be it YouTube, Instagram,

[20:12] learning English, or any other endeavor, I find someone who has already figured it out. Not the one who starts there or the one who this, do this.” And I simply take away the

[20:26] knowledge from the one who really understands this. Whether it be a consultation, training, or anything else, or just being my questions that I can ask him. I 'm trying to understand how I I had some kind of mentor, 5 years

[20:38] ago I wouldn’t have spent 5 years developing on YouTube, but would have gone my entire way in a couple of years, but why I try to shorten this path and go through it as quickly as possible. The second consult with those who are already where I want to be.

[20:51] For example, if I, uh, want to earn money there, and my father, , then it would be stupid to go and consult with him . Or if I want to learn to listen to a person who doesn't know it and says: "You won't learn it" there

[21:06] best to learn it. Yes, you don’t know English, why should I listen to you? And also in any other thing, I will not take into account the opinion of a person who advises me about something that he himself does not know. And first of all, I

[21:19] always try to listen to the person who is either where I already want to be , or, well, or exactly there, yes, because where I want to be, I find people who are already there, and I simply consult with them . And all other people, no matter how much I

[21:31] respect them, no matter how close they are to me , if they are not where I want to be, then their advice for me will be second only to the advice of a person who has already reached this point. And the third thing is

[21:43] yesterday. This is a very common story that I had, when I would go on successes of people who had already how am I any worse?” Every day I clicked on pictures there to visualize on my

[21:57] computer, motivating myself. And the most important thing I realized is that the best thing ourselves only to ourselves yesterday. I made one video yesterday. If I did two today, I'm already better than yesterday. Yesterday I made a video there at such and such speed. If

[22:12] loss of quality, then I'm already better than yesterday. If my video turned out more dynamic than it was, then I’m already better than yesterday. And this is what we can myself to compare myself, and not with someone who, say, at my age earns

[22:27] more or who has succeeded somewhere, and I think: "Damn, why didn't I do this? Why didn't I buy Bitcoin back then? Or why didn't I join YouTube earlier?" This is completely pointless. And once I weaned myself off this, I stopped

[22:39] person with whom I compare myself or think that he is cooler than me. I can did yesterday, and I’m like, “Damn, I need to be a little better today, at least in healthiest story that I came up with for myself. And the last thing is to really, really

[22:55] want changes in your life. If we want something, no one will do it for us . Nobody will worry if we don't succeed. And no one will think, no one will remember some idea of ours that we had there 5 years ago, which we

[23:08] remember that I could have done this, but I didn’t. And only we can who we will be in 5 years, what our life will look like. Only we influence this today. And the most important thing is that I realized that all I can do is

[23:24] rely on myself and only independently influence my destiny, which is what I began to do then. And as you can see, the fact that I am here will not let me lie that it worked out. Thank you.

[23:37] These are the lessons. This is the most key thing that I decided to take away from my 20 years of journey, or, you could say, from the last 5 years of my conscious journey, because before that I didn’t understand what was happening in this life. Here. And this is the main thing that

[23:49] I decided to share. And if it weren’t for all this, I would n’t have become who I am today, and I could have taken a completely different path. And for a long time I thought that we have a huge number of elections. Every day

[24:02] we can choose, for example, today I will start this business or I will not start it. or today I will start learning English or I will start doing it in six months and who amount of time depends on what we choose today. For example, all of

[24:16] you decided to come here today for new knowledge, for motivation, for energy. And potentially make you a different person in just six months. The fact that you are here not, for example, at home or doing some other things. And my most key

[24:31] insight and epiphany lately is that we choose and build will directly affect how we will look tomorrow, how much we will us. There, if we decide to continue communicating with some bad environment

[24:45] or we decide, for example, to abandon them and build the best decision today will depend on how cool our environment will be tomorrow , the people next to us, the same income, and so on. And in fact, everything

[24:59] here is about choice. The most important thing is how much we want it and what we realized recently and what I think about most . And no matter where you start, no matter what you do, no matter how difficult everything is now, you will succeed.

[25:14] Please remember this if you are standing on your path. presentation. I was in Dubai. And here I am, sitting on the balcony overlooking

[25:29] Burshkhalifa. And I, by the way, am not bragging. This is simply what I have come to as a result of the actions I have taken over the past few years. I looked into the distance and caught myself thinking. I usually just work, work, there, without

[25:42] thinking that those were the very pictures that I clicked on my visualized and was like: “This is going to be my life.” I don't know how, but this will be my life. And at some point it became automatic for me. I just

[25:55] made a habit of it. Every morning I look at my dream pictures and think: "Damn, someone lives like this, and here I am, sitting at home in Vorsha, locked in my room. Damn, can I live like this?" I think, “Well, it’s strange, probably not, because

[26:08] it’s very far from where I want to be.” And at that very moment, even though I was pretty busy working there and was n’t really thinking about it, I was sitting on the balcony I was clicking on, and I thought: “Damn, that was on the computer screen, and now I can

[26:22] see it with my own eyes.” I'm trying to pinch myself there, really, if all this is happening, and I think: "Wow." That is, I myself did not notice how all these pictures that I looked at became my real life now simply because I was constantly

[26:35] working. And I just stopped myself at this point and decided to add this to the presentation simply as a fact that if you really want it and constantly go towards it, do something, then you cannot lose, you cannot fail.

[26:55] putting things on the back burner. Because there have been many times only started doing it a year later or still have n’t started at all. And I think, well, do any of you have this situation, that you have some kind of goal or dream or

[27:10] idea, and you have long wanted to realize it, but still haven’t done it. Let's be honest. There were more hands with every second . Yes, actually, I think embarrassed to just do it, to raise their hand. But I had a lot of this and still have it

[27:25] . And the best thing we can do is not to give up on our dreams and do everything today to make them come true as quickly as possible. There are such phrases, I had a lot of them at the beginning of my journey. It's not the

[27:38] what if it doesn't work out? There's a lot of competition there in some particular business. I don't have time for this now. I'd better start later, and then sometime tomorrow, or with the New Week or the New Year, that's when the best

[27:51] space, free space, or a couple of extra hours a day, or I don't want to take risks now, everything will be there, the best moment will come yet. And well, whoever has had at least one of these, raise your

[28:03] hand sometime, let's be honest. I also had a lot of this, now it’s less, but it’s still there. And if you have this, then, in essence, you are putting off your dreams, and you are putting off who you want to become

[28:16] tomorrow, who you can become in a year, who you can become. It is because of these things, these cockroaches, that we put it off. And so now, ah, this is all exactly what I carried inside myself for years and until I forbade myself from even thinking about

[28:29] all of this, even allowing thoughts about all of this into my head. I understand that if then the best thing I can do is to start doing it right now. find the right acquaintance, set some task there, take some step.

[28:43] The best thing I can do is to do it right today, right now. And then I forbade myself to think like that. And that's when things started to work out. I know that every person has a lot of this . And that is why I want you and I to

[28:55] do such an interesting practice. Now I'll tell you what it is . And now we have volunteers, and they will hand out a leaflet to each of you. This is a contract with yourself. And I want each of you, and you can read what is

[29:10] written there, to promise yourself from this moment on never to betray your dreams again. What you truly want, what you want to have in life. I turn off the path, never try alcohol, and never give up on

[29:26] my goals, on what I really want. And I succeeded. So I want right now, each of you has pens in your bags that were given to you. You can write your full name, signature, date and sign the contract,

[29:40] promising yourself that you will never again compromise your dreams and goals. remember it every time you think about maybe

[29:54] giving up on your dream or, “Maybe I don’t need this after all.” remember the agreement you signed here at the conference, promising yourself that from this moment on and never again would you deny yourself any dreams or endeavors. And

[30:07] you remember that, damn, I swore to myself, I promised myself, I signed my signature with my own hand. And then you will remember that you need to continue, because I think many of you have seen the picture of diamonds, when a miner is digging and decides to

[30:19] give up when he has so much left to dig to the diamonds. And, as a rule, that's how it works. Therefore, your task is to sign on the piece of paper. You can, yes, take a photo and promise yourself with your own signature to never give up and

[30:32] never betray your dreams. This is the best thing you can do today. we will do a question and answer session. You can ask me any question on any topic, whatever you

[30:46] want, whatever you want. I want to say a huge thank you to my family for being coming to visit us today, for supporting us. Please stand up. Mom, sister and grandma, let's give them another round of applause.

[31:09] These are my closest people. I have no one closer than them. Here. And thank you very much for everything, for everything that you have done for me. And in essence, here I am thanking you for the fact that my grandmother once gave birth to my mother, and my mother gave birth to me.

[31:24] You raised me somewhere enough. Somewhere, on the contrary, they didn’t pay attention and now everything turned out like this. Therefore, I am incredibly grateful to you for everything, sincerely incredibly grateful to you for everything, sincerely grateful. And yes, here is

[31:45] subscribes, I will send this presentation with the lessons that I understood, and I will personally send them and share them. We also have this thing where, if, by chance, five people tag me in their stories, post their feedback from

[31:59] the conference, tag me, post anything, we'll throw a private dinner for five people, where we'll eat together, chat, discuss, and I'll answer any questions. Well, basically, for those who tag me, there's this little thing, so

[32:12] tag me on Instagram and I'll link everyone to my account . Here. Well, I'll just randomly choose five people with whom we'll eat together, chat, and answer all your questions about YouTube, about life, about anything , in short. Here. So, yes,

[32:26] , in short. Here. So, yes, thank you. me to answer questions. Hello. I came to ask you a question,

[32:38] presenting the first and unique social project in Belarus. Uh, a training teenagers. And I would like to ask you a question: what advice could you

[32:50] give us for promotion? The goals are to promote the company in general, both in Belarus and in the future among other countries. What is the company's goal? What do you want to achieve? There is

[33:03] We are working on it. When it appears, there will be no desire to ask me a question, because it will be clear anyway. I can advise you to find a goal, understand

[33:17] what you want to achieve in a year, in three, and what will happen to the company, that is, what scale it will be, what influence you will have. And as soon as this goal is established, then it will immediately become clear. For example, after a year

[33:31] needs to be done today? We ask ourselves a question. What needs to be done today to get closer to this? What a small step today, then this month, then the next six months and a year. And then the answers are always within us

[33:45] able to ask yourself the right questions. Like this. Thank you. Hello, Valentin. I will have a double question. Partly to you, partly to Ah, I think so.

[33:57] I think so. As a son, what was the most important thing your mother did for you to achieve what you have? And the same question for mom. From your side, what was the most important thing that your son turned into such a

[34:11] wonderful person? house on time and allowed me to do what I wanted. This is very important because many parents are very

[34:26] protective and afraid for their children, that they will make their own mistakes and that it will be dangerous. So thank you. I would like to hear from my mother. Let hear from my mother. Let 's go on stage, mom.

[34:46] Ah, good afternoon everyone. What did I do? Well, I guess it didn't interfere, [laughter] but I just loved it. And I'm sorry, I'm but I just loved it. And I'm sorry, I'm worried.

[35:06] often mothers try to realize some of their own, yes, what they try to realize through their children . That is, well, one of the main mistakes. They think it's better for them, but we can't know what's

[35:22] better for them. They have their own program, their own path, yes. The most important thing is, path, yes. The most important thing is, uh, to love, hear and understand. Here. Uh, well, of course, I immediately became wary when, at 14, he wanted to

[35:36] be independent and started making some attempts. Well, I watched from the sidelines. Then, when I realized that it was all safe, that is, it was all

[35:48] developing him, he liked it, I, well, let’s say, approved, yes, of his choice and began to help him. We had problems there at school with the principal, because, well, somewhere he had to miss classes because he worked a lot. That

[36:04] teenagers is when, God forbid, something is wrong at school, the teacher scolds them, and they also scold them at home. Well, this should not be done under any circumstances. For a child, a home is his home, it is his fortress. He should be safe there. That's why

[36:20] it was support from my side. So, well, for my part, I was just supportive. For me, the main task is not to impose something of mine, but the main thing for me is that

[36:32] he is happy. And at one point he said, "Mom, I'm happy." That is, I said, "Mom, I'm happy." That is, I realized that I was doing everything right.

[36:50] , he’s 15-16 years old, he says: “I want to rent an apartment, live separately—it’s a shock.” Of course, I was worried about something, about eating somewhere, cooking, bringing something there, cleaning, helping. I was very worried when he first

[37:02] left for Minsk and didn’t say anything, then he wanted to go to Moscow and so on, but I tried not to shift my pressure onto him, because it would have been harder for him to get up. That's why, well, only love, support and that's all

[37:17] . Thank you. Bardadynova. I am impressed by your path. And the most important thing that impresses me is that I am also from Orsha. And this , you know, warms my soul, that people

[37:31] from Orsha come and achieve things. I also came here 15 years ago, and my YouTube was the TV. That is, I followed my dream, became a journalist, got on you from Orsha too? Yes.

[37:46] Here. And what I encounter along this path is that no matter where we achieve success, we always need to reinvent ourselves, because reality changes, our interests change, some background changes. And

[38:01] now I notice that the world is especially precarious, fast, dynamic. And specifically my activity today, I am the founder of a jewelry brand. U. And vos, what do you think, is it the most, well, appropriate way to promote jewelry today from the perspective of any

[38:17] social media ? I don't know whether to use it or not. What's better, what's trending now, I'd like to know from you, as a young person who understands this?

[38:32] I would choose several social networks in which we will promote. Ah, well, the first ideas that came to mind were to either send jewelry to thematic bloggers for free in exchange for a few words, for advertising, or for them to write great reviews about the jewelry and

[38:46] leave a link to purchase it. And the second is to shoot some very broad jewelry. You can even ask those same bloggers that if you shoot reels, YouTube, or anything, wear our jewelry, be photographed in it,

[38:59] leave links there. If the bloggers don't want to, you can even give them a percentage of sales, that for every person who buys from you, we will share a percentage. That is, I would think as broadly as possible: “But how can I make sure

[39:11] that my jewelry is there, I don’t know, throughout the whole, I don’t know, country or on all the global, ambitious goal, I would strive towards it and find answers from there. Because, for example, there, ah, to give someone a piece of jewelry, there a friend,

[39:26] five people to wear our jewelry. If our goal is for the entire jewelry, for example, we won’t think in small terms. We will immediately ask ourselves a very broad question. And we shouldn't be afraid of our ideas, and the breadth of

[39:42] how big we can think, because sometimes shocking things have the ability to come true. Class. Thank you. Maria Milashevskaya. Thank you for your presentation. Special thanks to Mom for her honest answer. Oh, and

[39:58] I have a question for you in connection with my mother’s story . If you were to attend a class reunion now, meet the guys from the football team, your teachers, what would you from the football team, your teachers, what would you

[40:11] question now. Oh, yeah. And the second question. You are now 20 years old. Where do you see yourself in 10 years, when you're 30? What kind of activity? What is the method of earning money there? Do you have any strategy for the next 5-10 years? And how do

[40:24] you see yourself? All. Very cool questions. Just a week ago I was thinking about this, that if I go to the alumni meeting there, I don’t know if they are taking place. I'm not in the chat. I, well, he was

[40:39] on Viber, I don’t even have Viber on my phone. Here. But I would definitely like to and I thought about what I would like to say, and it seems to me that there is no speech or anything that I would like to say. And if they asked me something, I would answer

[40:52] honestly. Here, perhaps, I gave some advice , if anyone needed it. But lately I haven’t given anyone, well, when I realized that advice is only given when they actually ask for it. Here. And I may know a lot of things, but I

[41:06] will advise a person, if he really comes to me and says: “Here, tell me , throwing aside all the stereotypes, I would simply remain , I would be happy to help and answer. Regarding the second question.

[41:20] Where do I see myself in 10 years? Well, I don't know. [laughter] My planning horizon is usually six months, a year. That is, I have annual goals, they are as large-scale as, for example, my peers

[41:34] can have goals for life, if they set them. And that's why I can think with such a scares me a little, because I don’t know what will happen in 5 years. But what I know for sure is that I will not betray myself, my values, my goals. And gradually achieving

[41:50] set a new goal. Because it really helps me that when we, for example, drive at night from St. Petersburg to Moscow, we don’t know exactly what the road will be like, how many obstacles there will be, and so on. And our headlights only shine about 30 meters there at night.

[42:05] That is, we only know our next step, which will be. And it’s good for me to know him now, because I know that I will definitely reach Moscow and achieve my goals there for 10 years. I'm okay with knowing the next 30m and achieving that. And

[42:18] I passed them, and my headlights continue to shine on this path. Here. Thank you. this path. Here. Thank you. [applause] heartfelt speech, probably the most heartfelt of all business speeches.

[42:32] Thank you and yours to your mom. Here. And I wanted to ask this question. Look, when I'm doing, well, you probably know, yes, my own thing, my own business, and I'm achieving some results, when I get them over the course of, maybe,

[42:46] a few weeks or a month, I start to, you could say, revel in it and naturally, everything rolls back more or less . And that is to say, recently, even when the results are very good, they still come in leaps and bounds. Tell me,

[43:01] how do you organize everything in such a way as to give your life and yourself some kind of balance, and at the same time, so as not to make such falls and then grow up again, And this is literally also a couple of weeks ago, I realized this for myself,

[43:16] essentially, your question. And when I was in the Emirates, I met a man who, uh, there, is developing in the same field as me, and he earns about 30,000 dollars a month. And he says that he has a

[43:30] childhood friend, a best friend, with whom he has been walking together for a long time, who simply decided earning $30,000 a month together, the friend decided that he wanted more and stopped relaxing there, drinking, going to clubs, meeting girls there, and so

[43:43] on. Just kept working. That is, as he tells me, he simply decided not to unclench his buns where I decided to do it. And he is now 25 years old. Yes, because he says that I stopped communicating with this friend because,

[43:58] in essence, I myself chose to relax and over time began to envy him. He more money, even though he simply decided not to relax. He said, "I want more." Here. I wanted to too, but I decided to let my balls loosen up a little there

[44:12] , as they say. Here. And I say to him: "Okay, great story. advice would you give me?" He told me: "Keep your cheeks closed for as long as you can." If you can do it for a year, that's one thing; 3 years is another. If you

[44:25] can keep your cheeks shut until you're thirty, you'll be three different people. And don’t give up, don’t allow yourself any temptations, do it as minimally as you can, but this will depend on the entire distance. Here. And he

[44:37] without any specific advice is to simply promise yourself that you will not just not give up, but that you will not let up for as long as Well yes, I really agree with you. And you know, when you get some results

[44:52] , it’s much easier to grow than to start over again. If you asked for a little, as Andrew Tejas said, when you win, you want to continue. And when Yes, yes, that is, you, you want to continue to win. And, uh, the lower

[45:06] you start from, the more enjoyable it is to complete each level. And when you start for example, into a rich family, it's already harder for you to find a number of reasons to get out of there, because some aspects are already closed for you. And since

[45:20] think, many in the hall and here, they were not born into rich families. And essentially we start either from zero or slightly below. And, accordingly, there is interest in playing this game and passing each level there on one income, on

[45:33] another, on one awareness of the world and everything in general, and higher and higher. That's why it seems to me that it's not even with the goal of some kind of earnings or income, but just the goal of, damn, what will happen if I do this, if I achieve this goal, how will I

[45:45] feel? It’s just that this concept is already worth a lot. Thank you. And one last question. Look, how long does it take to realize that you have locked in an income? So, let's say, how are things with you? It is very difficult

[45:57] clear understanding that this was stable, that what I was doing was stable. Plus, either my friends could help me there , or even my grandfather constantly told me, get a diploma, and then get a job, it’s stable, what

[46:12] you’re doing may end someday. And I couldn't argue with him. I couldn't be sure that I would be studying there for years. But, well, in reality started, I don’t run it now, it doesn’t bring me any income. That is, I run other

[46:25] channels and, in fact, it seems to me that why many people who win money and become poor again, who did not know how to earn it there. Because it’s not so important how much money you have, what’s important is how you know how to work with it

[46:38] . And if you can go from zero to millions, well, some kind of nth currency, and having lost it, you can do it again. And if you receive this money somehow randomly, then, well, it will be unclear to you

[46:51] And when you spend them, you will be even worse off than you were when you didn’t have them. That’s why, it seems to me, the most important thing is to always be able to get up there, even if you get down, you still know how to do

[47:04] more and more again. Certainly. Thank you very much, Valentin. [applause] Ah, good afternoon everyone. My name is Jamai Tukalaria. Thank you very much for your speech, Valentin. I've been following you since about

[47:17] this year. Here. and I would say that you are a fairly recognizable person in your field, you have a good personal brand. And my question is this: what is your individual formula for this personal brand? Or, if there is

[47:30] n’t one, then perhaps just some gimmicks, self-expressions and manifestations, both in life Yes, and just recently this thought came to me and it fits perfectly in answer to this question. I have guys around me, for example, I’m

[47:44] design, someone is developing in music, someone is developing in something else. And so, I recently spoke with a friend who is developing in a related field, he also works, he also has his own online school, he teaches, and he has his own

[47:58] agency. So I say: "Would you like to start a YouTube channel there, for example?" He says: “In general, yes, but now I have Instagram and TikTok, they bring me applications faster and cheaper .” I say: "Hello, I can't

[48:11] argue with you at all." Here. And then I realized and said a huge thank you to myself that my goals are not about making some ruble back or getting instant results. I'm simply developing everything: YouTube,

[48:24] Instagram, Telegram, and myself. And I don’t choose simply because my goals for life are more global than just getting my money back right now or so, what advice would I give in developing a personal brand, if the goal is large-scale,

[48:38] goal is to be associated with the word YouTube or YouTube expertise, so I don’t have to choose whether to film on YouTube or not, or whether to post on Instagram stories or not. That is, in order to achieve this goal,

[48:50] I need to get together everywhere and speak at conferences there and shoot large-scale, and the ambitions are truly big, all I would advise is to start implementing everything as quickly as possible. But don't try to grasp the immensity there, it's gradually

[49:04] being added. First there is one thing, then another, then a little more content, then gradually income starts to come in . We can hire a cameraman, a crew, and a photographer there, who can take pictures of certain tasks. And, well,

[49:17] if there is ambition, then I would advise doing everything, and then we will definitely not lose if we do our maximum. Thank you very much. Valentin, I want to thank you for your speech. I wasn’t familiar with you,

[49:30] and, in principle, this was a revelation for me . I want to say a huge thank you to you and your family for the support they have given you. My name is Elena. I represent an educational public association for her, a

[49:44] society that helps children with disabilities. Why did I stand up to you? Because I want to make a request. uh, an idea that has been floating around in my head for a very long time is how to get young people involved in this problem. After all, our society, as we

[49:57] noticed from two speakers, points the finger at those who are different from them. And you got through it. Therefore, I think that you, like no one else, can tell me

[50:09] how to bring young people into this issue so that our society is more harmonious, more holistic, accepting all people, and not just those similar to themselves. Through which social networks, through which tools, as you can see, can it be found?

[50:25] Well, that is, as a mother, I can involve women in this problem, well, the adult population, so to speak. How can we bring young people to this issue? After all, you will have to continue living in Well, as a rule, we only understand from our equals. That is, I understand how

[50:40] my peers think there, who want the same goals as me, for example, you understand how mothers think there, who have common goals with you. And other people think, the simplest thing is to communicate with them . That's

[50:53] yes. Here. And as a rule, for example, I have a product, I have students from 14 to 61 years old, I think she is our oldest student. Here. That is, well, there are who are studying. And I don’t know what’s going on in their heads, I don’t know why this is so. But in order for

[51:09] me to understand this and why they came, I simply set up 10 calls with a wide variety of representatives there of all ages, and with a wide variety of interests, people of different genders, different dispositions, and

[51:22] watching me, why are you subscribed to me, what attracts you, and so on.” And I wrote down all the answers. And then, after a series of these big Q&As, a understood how this or that segment of the audience thinks and what is in their heads and what they

[51:38] want. Here. And I just started to give more of that there, somewhere in the content, somewhere in something else. And, as a rule, we won’t be able to guess for me what’s in the head of this or that person, but we can ask him about it. And sometimes it’s

[51:50] just better not to complicate things and just talk to the people we’re what we need to give them so that we can convey these meanings to them. Thank you so much for the insight. [applause]

[52:04] Good afternoon everyone. My name is Olga Pekun. I am a child and family psychologist. Valentin, thank you very much for your speech. I listen to you with pride and joy every time. And today there is an opportunity to say thank you to your mother,

[52:17] because you have now demonstrated to everyone an example of unconditional love. And I think once again, you probably need a round of applause. This is truly very worthy. Ah, Valentina, I have a question for you.

[52:31] After the conference, I'm going to my group of teenagers to conduct a training session. And what motivates you? This is the first thing. And secondly, what would you wish for, say to a

[52:45] you wish for, say to a teenager in 2025 today? I have a group of 11-14 year olds, and I will write it down and show it to them today. Fine. [applause] The first thing I would advise is to find

[52:59] do, even when we are in a bad mood or when we don’t like it. It doesn't matter whether it's a business that brings us income or whether we're just doing it for free now for some potential benefits that we might have

[53:13] The main thing is that we like this business. I won’t say that I liked my business, but I liked it when it brought in income. I'm like, "Damn, that's cool, but can I do more?" And so on. Here. But, well, sometimes you have to

[53:26] okay. And many of us, I think many of everyone in the room, are not entirely are doing right now and would like, perhaps, to do something else. Ah, but since the opportunity, while someone is in school, to try yourself in something, I would advise

[53:42] trying as much as possible, not being afraid to make mistakes, because when we are endless number of mistakes. That is, we pay only with time, we do not risk time. And due to the fact that I risked my time, I tried myself in one,

[53:56] I am still doing. And if I had n’t stayed there, hadn’t tried, I would here now. Here. And in essence, this is a series of sequences that follow one after another. That’s why, it seems to me, we shouldn’t betray ourselves and

[54:11] do what we like. And if there is no such case, then we will look for it every day until we find it. Here. Well, let's not give up when we lead it. motivation? It's doing what you

[54:23] then every day, every morning, we will find reasons why we should live today and what awaits us next. Thank you. More to come. Thank you. Super.

[54:36] Good afternoon. My gratitude to my mother. Naturally, as a mother of two sons, I simply bow low. I was brought to tears today because of such a wonderful son. But let's remove the sentimentality. This is a

[54:49] serious question, I think. I have a brand in the 18+ category. And every year these kinds of to promote. Naturally, the Internet blocks all of this and does not allow advertising to promote these types of accessories. How can we

[55:11] Well, you're 18, you can already answer questions like this. [laughter] I don't know. And I have no ideas, just his. Well, there is, of course, but Okay, let's just write to me

[55:25] then how to do it. [laughter] I can think about it and write later. Thank you for your question. Thank you.

[55:37] unreal and at the same time, absolutely Sushnev, thank you very much. Thank you. Thank you. So the performance has come to an end. I just watched it for the first time in my life,

[55:52] from start to finish, through the eyes of a random viewer, a random passerby, and I was amazed at how cool and interesting it turned out to be. And probably the best performance of my life. And I handed out contracts in the hall,

[56:06] people signed them. Well, do you know who was the first to sign it? I did this at the age of 14, when I embarked on this path and decided to develop in it. And so I am grateful to everyone who has watched up to this point. This is something I want to leave on my

[56:19] YouTube channel forever. I watched this recording of the performance and even was inspired by how multifaceted life is. That 's why we work. y
