Gujaratis are hardworking and have a spirit of giving. Business discussions at the dining table from childhood contribute to their entrepreneurial mindset.
He sends his children and grandchildren to different states without money, mobile, or identity for a month to learn self-reliance and understand the value of hard work.
He practices Vipassana meditation and reminds himself daily that disappointment will not affect him. He controls negative emotions within minutes and stays motivated.

[03:16] Apart from this, there is a tradition in his family which you might not have heard of till date and I also understood that out of 191 Indian players, 108 are from Gujarat. So
[03:28] how is this money mindset created in Gujarati families? This podcast has the power to This podcast has the power to When you started working, did you think that one day people would call you Diamond
[03:45] King? I had not thought about Diamond King but I had thought about it and had also planned it because of my mother and it kept Yes, yes, because mother had told me to become a big man and to
[04:02] become a good man along with the big ones and to earn a name. To become a big man, to become a good man and to earn fame. not necessary that the one who is big is good and the one who is good is big,
[04:18] but in our life, these words of mother kept echoing and I consider myself that I am big, I am good and even though I have a small name in the whole of India, because such a step was taken in life by nature, by feelings, that the name which is bigger than money, what
[04:36] feelings, that the name which is bigger than money, what I am living today, that was a dream at the yes because data was given to an unconscious mind and I kept doing it, how to do good, how to grow up, what do big people do,
[04:51] what is the style of big people, do they have the capacity to work, what good things do good people do, we kept learning all this, kept learning, kept doing it and
[05:04] nowadays, see, we kept listening to motivators or through media. I was not very fond of studying like this. I was not educated but was very fond of listening to it. Well, after listening to it, I kept implementing whatever I
[05:19] liked and the caravan kept growing. Later I read The Secret Book. Yes, yes.
[05:31] n't understand English that much so I watched the English movie 17 times. [laughs] read the Hindi book also. Also gave it as a gift to everyone. my employees on this. So when you read The Secret, you saw the connection
[05:47] that whatever you have done in life, you read that book later. You are the one who is motivating me to improve first, that this is it. Wow, that's what I was doing. This is directly related to my work. I can do this. I started believing this.
[06:00] What made you feel that yes, this was happening in my life. What in him matched with your life? Whatever we think, that is what happens. We should not think bad, do not think wrong, do not think negative.
[06:13] Whatever we think happens to us. We are sure that what we dream comes true. There were a few We are sure that what we dream comes true. There were a few things that you had may think it is not possible. But you saw a vision of him and it converted into reality. There was something that
[06:27] you saw a vision of him and it converted into reality. There was something that Everyone has a big dream about the marriage of a son. Now understand that there was no dream of making it big. But I had such a dream that Narendra Bhai would come
[06:42] We were an impossible sea. We had decided the wedding date. We had I told you that when I went to give you the card. And I was living this thinking that something different will happen, this will happen,
[06:57] Narendra Bhai would be coming, giving blessings, the rounds will be taking place, the world will keep watching, friend Sajeev Bhai has done a great job, God will definitely do my work, job, God will definitely do my work, but I was seeing that
[07:12] in reality it came on 28th, only then the world saw that this happens, whatever you want to become, I had also dreamt like this that I am speaking in front of 1 lakh people, I am I am speaking in front of 1 lakh people, I am
[07:26] You saw this vis saw vis. Give me 2000, give me 2000, I had written our visualization after
[07:39] yes only then our export will probably be Rs 100 crore. Yes, today our exports are worth Rs 15,000 crore. today our exports are worth Rs 15,000 crore. I wrote it down. I had written
[07:54] I wrote it down. I had written in 2002, 'Where will every Krishna be?' It was written in 2002 in 2002, 'Where will every Krishna be?' It was written in 2002 that after 5 years Har Krishna will be number one in Surat. And after 5 years it will have
[08:07] And after 5 years it will have number one Hare Krishna in India. After 10 years, that is, after 15 years, a step of five years was taken. Will be number one in the industry.
[08:22] kept, Hare Krishna, 2027 has not come yet, I have written this and I have said this many times, children and I have said this many times, children know everything, my words are in the chart, by 2027 Har
[08:37] know everything, my words are in the chart, by 2027 Har Krishna will not only be number one in the world but will also be number one in social media, so today 160 lakes, 108 lakes were built by Siddhraj ji today 160 lakes, 108 lakes were built by Siddhraj ji Solanki Siddhpur Raja. We have
[08:53] this history with us. 160 lakes in the world were not created by any one person. This was created by Har Krishna and is not ahead in business with money. Let me tell
[09:06] you that there are many people ahead of us in the industry. But there is no company in the world that does not work with Harikrishna. that does not work with Harikrishna. With so much love, emotion and passion,
[09:19] With so much love, emotion and passion, all these dreams are going to come true by 2027. This is not Minmek. This is the law of nature. This is the law of nature. These are 10 secrets. You should see this. This is what I am living. I want to tell
[09:32] you about the huge contribution you have made for the youngsters by telling them how you wrote your things and how they got converted into reality. At what time did you write the biggest dream? Who knew the future ? People often think negatively about the future.
[09:44] Where will this be possible? Something will go wrong, recession will come, the world will end. This trade is for a few years. Keeping all those thousands of negative sides aside, you wrote something, lived it, felt it and achieved it. Meaning you should understand the living example. Is there anything else
[09:59] was an ination. Yes, yes. The big skulls. I have never seen such a dream, meaning it is incomplete, and I have never had any
[10:12] You don't doubt. We have not doubted it. It will happen on yourself, your thoughts, your thinking and yourself. It will happen. Try it. I failed but I still tried. If I fail, it
[10:27] Hmm. If we fail, it means God is testing us. lived by five principles. Please tell me those five sutras once.
[10:39] I am the best. I am a great man. Yes, yes. am so great. There is no deviation of the best. There is no limit to how much. We can become the best. No qualifier needed for this. There will be
[10:53] I am the best. Take the best, thinking is also the best, conduct is also the best, giving is also the best, doing is also the best, business is also the best, citizen is also the best, son is also the best, father is also the best. There
[11:05] is no limit to the best. Whatever it is, it is the best. What is the ego involved in this? A devotee is the best, a son is the best, a husband is the best, a wife, whatever I am, I am the best. And I can do it. Any man can do it.
[11:21] I can do it. I read this in Gujarati and Hindi English. After getting it done in Gujarati, I have taken more programs on it. I have read both. That's why I understand this a little. Everyone says 'Aai', friend, this educated person speaks English
[11:35] very fluently, he knows only this much English and Gujarati. Before coming to the third one, what is its role in your life? Why do you promote them so much ? Why have I lived these five lines of yours? I have found that.
[11:50] I am looking at him. Yes and it is also written on our office that I can do it. we can. What did you not learn? What new idea came up? Which technology came? Who is doing good business ? I can do it. The third is God Always With
[12:05] Me. If we have such faith that God is with us, then we cannot even think or say anything wrong. Ca n't even do it. It is far from being done. Can't even imagine. God is always with me. No one sees. Then what decision do we take?
[12:20] God is not something to be mentioned just for the sake of it. One can spend an hour on one word of this. God is always with me. It is there in the bathroom, it is there in sorrow, it is there in happiness, it is there in injustice, it is there in justice. God is always with me. It is like a shadow.
[12:38] So, how should we live? There should be this trust , there should be this faith, there should be this belief. There are , there should be this faith, there should be this belief. There are live, to achieve and I am the winner
[12:51] I am the winner No matter how many times you fail, don't doubt I am the how many times you fail, don't doubt I am the winner Don't regret, don't repent, don't remember yesterday Don't keep proof Forgetting Today is my new day
[13:05] Today is my new day What am I going to do from today What will I do from today Today is done, blessings Don't live in the past, live in the present Today is my new day. Before moving on to the next segment, if you
[13:21] want to get inspired every day with clips and shots, want to keep growing a little bit every day, then you can subscribe to His Maddaan podcast channel, in which we upload daily clips and shots. So that you keep getting some value every day. Keep
[13:33] growing a little bit every day. You will find the channel link in the description below. you read a book and you saw that man, this is what I was doing. But after reading the book or watching its video, did you add anything else from it to your life? Whatever
[13:47] I did, whatever was useful to me and which I understood, Yes. Earlier I had less faith and belief. Yes, yes.
[14:00] is a little. Yes. But the book gave the reference. The path you are taking is the right one. Don't leave Yes, there is a problem because the problem is that the negative is
[14:15] implemented very little. Positive gives a lot of results. Negative thoughts also came to my mind. Doubts also arose in my mind. But I did not give him much space. Did
[14:27] Yes, but I understood it and implemented it in my life but I understood it and implemented it in my life and later I strengthened it; just like you are taking an interview, I am giving a lecture, so my
[14:42] commitment was strong because what I am saying was a by-product of my commitment to teach people. I have been talking about how I will become a good person and how I will move forward, so my commitment is that for the last 17-18 years
[14:58] I have been talking about this book and giving motivation to my employees. All the Well, when the average salary in our factory was Rs 15,000 or Rs 12,000. That's when
[15:10] when the average salary in our factory was Rs 15,000 or Rs 12,000. That's when these children were with them and those children also used to think, is Papa Kaka talking such a big thing
[15:22] or is it possible? We were even doubting even doubting that this impossible thing we are talking about is that 25 people are Yes, how will we reach 500 out of this, we have
[15:38] reached 12,000 out of 1 lakh today, our industry has been struggling a lot for the last three years. Hum Hum, Pintu is handling this. Today on Diwali,
[15:51] Pintu is handling this. Today on Diwali, in such a bad time, the average salary for the whole year is one lakh, and you are telling the whole world and we have not increased the production cost, we have not increased the production cost, we have increased the skills, increased the value and the
[16:06] company is getting benefit from the increase in value, we have started sharing, so it kept increasing automatically, but this was a dream, the world is giving, people are giving, so how can I not give and this
[16:18] in our industry, due to this the whole industry grew, either how will jealousy arise or jealousy will arise, yes yes, then
[16:30] whoever comes is useful, our purpose for the employee was that how will we our purpose for the employee was that how will we work, I also used to work, I worked for 10 years, my salary was ₹179 per month in 1977,
[16:44] what work did you do, the diamond policy which our employee is doing. My friend who was sitting next to me used to do work for ₹1500. Well, I took it up and thought if he can do it for Rs 1500 then
[16:58] I took it up and thought if he can do it for Rs 1500 then how can I not do it and in three months I reached Rs 1600, yes, practically in my life it was that if
[17:12] we can do it, if two-three people in the entire company could do it then why can't the entire factory do it, I thought about it and this technology and
[17:24] program came, linked it and explained to the employee that if he can do it then you can also do it, you can also do it, if they course, I motivated him so much,
[17:39] I motivated him so much, hypnotized him so much and he had so much faith in my words and there was a reason for the trust also
[17:51] eyes closed. Our employee believed in himself and did what I employee believed in himself and did what I said and what I thought happened. Income increased, salary
[18:06] increased. Today it is not there in our industry, neither in textile nor in any other industry. The in textile nor in any other industry. The salary in our industry is as much as it is in IT. is on skill base. What was there before? We used to do it for sure. Today it is skill
[18:23] What was there before? We used to do it for sure. Today it is skill based, so everyone has the skill. Tell him that he has this skill. Tell me how it is done. He keeps working like Saina with his eyes closed. This is a good example of such thinking.
[18:37] We thought that 25 years ago in our industry, employees used to go home to have lunch. Good. In our factory, we planned Good. In our factory, we planned that if we cook food for everyone together and
[18:52] eat here, then time will also be saved and there was a logic that it will cost less for him, if we we will go
[19:06] after noon the quality of work will decrease, we had all such small thoughts but our budget was we all made a plan but it did not work out that
[19:19] brother, the cost of food is so much as our profit of the whole year, we used to make small sizes and even then 3000 people were working with us, so the quantity was big but the margin ratio was very less, we did not have that much
[19:35] ratio was very less, we did not have that much knowledge, we used to get ₹2 per piece and what do the people in front get, I don't know, our daily sales should be done. our daily sales should be done. We used to walk together thinking this. But the thought was
[19:49] that I have to eat. Let's see, do it for 2 months, then 3 months, then stop it, we will not keep it for the whole year and will do it for one year. We will see the complete result of the year. We will see the complete result of the year. Does it yield results?
[20:03] How much does the cost earn, how much does the salary increase. One hour of time is saved from eating [sound of clearing throat] so salary increases by 10 rupees. We had
[20:20] no food at home so his debt reduced. We wives do not come home in the afternoon after eating some small meal. So she Yes. There is no food at home so the wife
[20:35] also got time with my family. Will eat with love. Yes. If he goes home all three times, our goes home all three times, our production cost will come down
[20:47] production cost will come down and the biggest benefit we got is that the theft of diamonds which used to happen in the afternoon has stopped, the or it has stopped, the
[21:06] such discussions after lunch time. Will this cost the businessman so much this cost the businessman so much ? So the other one used to say that we should pay a little attention otherwise all the expenses will be lost. The
[21:24] 100 years to bring about. It takes 50 years. This mentality changed because of our food. This mentality changed because of our food.
[21:36] change our thinking then it changes. We do not spoil the milk of the person whose milk we consume. After 24 hours we eat again. The entire environment became the factory's work temple. What was a
[21:49] work place became a temple. Meaning, these lines are very important that nothing will happen if nothing is done. But doing something will achieve something. So you have always taken action and tried it. If you feel like starting a meal. You wo
[22:05] n't know if you just keep thinking. Let's try it. And by doing this, you will get benefits which you had not thought of. It's done, it's done. This sentence is written on our table. Yes, it is better to do something and be fruitless than to
[22:18] sit idle doing nothing. But take a decision. These lines are on the table. This line. We discovered another secret of yours. Or [laughs] no, such a decision is to be taken very fast, whether it will be successful or not, it will be
[22:31] one of the two, friend, and this gave us another benefit, which we had not thought of, the entire family knows about our factory, these are the rules of our company, the entire factory got associated with us, the
[22:47] because we also give scholarships and also pay the school fees. Well, we also take the child on a tour and also take the employee on a tour Well,
[23:00] his mother and father get it done and his mother in law and father in law also get it done. [laughter] No one thinks that far. So what was the benefit of this ? The entire package was ? The entire package was connected with emotions and blessings. If the employee has a
[23:15] small problem, the family will say, brother, these people are good, you should not leave him, stay brother, these people are good, you should not leave him, stay connected with him, and it is not like that, the way connected with him, and it is not like that, the way we live, the way our family
[23:29] we live, the way our family lives, like we 65 people are in the family, we connect together, we give knowledge every day, we give knowledge every day, if anyone has any problem,
[23:41] we get involved and solve it, one for health
[23:53] and one for society, so we have experience in all four things. We forecast every month like you do. Just like you conduct interviews every month, we hold this 1 hour talk with the entire employee every month. Let's hold a meeting. Well, if I
[24:09] think mathematically, then maybe you can correct me if I am wrong, perhaps this cost is not big for businesses. It is not that big. Whatever travel is there, it is all there if I run the numbers but this thought is very big. I mean maybe because this is not taught in IMS. It is
[24:25] not taught in even the biggest B schools. So no one ever thought about it. This thought comes from within what you thought. Cost wise, this will be a very small cost compared to one turnover. But the thought is so big that what level of emotion will it create for each employee 's parents, his in-laws, his child's
[24:40] scholarship. What level of relationship will it create? What level of involvement will be involved? She probably can't bring the biggest training. The commitment that must come because of this. Yes yes yes. I have seen this
[24:53] I have seen this and the best thing is that the one who is working is and the best thing is that the one who is working is considering himself like a father, similarly everyone calls him uncle and considers him like a father and I am also
[25:08] treating him like my son, so such a big family can be found very easily in our India, such a big family can be found very easily in our India, we have felt this Yes. This was highlighted only when I gave away the 500 car
[25:25] because we also came into limelight at that time. That's why it was highlighted. I had given three cars then only. Because of these three cars, these three people are partners with us today. Three people gave their life in a car worth Rs 52,000. He has been with
[25:42] us for 30 years. But in 95, the car itself was a big thing. I had a Fiat. Good. I gave him Maruti 800 as a gift. Which I think was a better car than Maruti Fiat.
[25:59] running Ambassador of Fi for years. Rajiv Gandhi said yes, Maruti gave permission and the new model was imported, the first 800 Maruti cars were launched. But this question did not come to me or my family
[26:13] that I do not have that car which I have given to three employees. of family. Yes, the family never questions whatever decision I take. family never questions whatever decision I take.
[26:28] true, this is also our faith. Didn't it occur to you that I do giving to my people? See, a miracle will happen with the car because one who is not happy with money. The biggest dream in any man's mind is to have a
[26:43] car. I have a two wheeler. It's okay if I don't get home. It's okay if there's no marriage. But there must be a car. He is the first one to think about it. be a car. He is the first one to think about it. So the motivation that comes from the car is that if someone is
[26:58] happy then he puts his heart and soul into it like an army. [laughter] He doesn't move from there to work. like an army. [laughter] He doesn't move from there to work. miracle has happened. The car introduced us
[27:12] and this is how the world knows us. for giving a car, but if we had given an ad of 500 crores, then there would
[27:27] n't have been so much marketing publicity, which happened with 52 crores because of our pure spirit of giving, 52 crores because of our pure spirit of giving, I had read that you have given either a car or a flat or jewellery to 4000 people, right,
[27:41] car, I understood it, as I told everyone, the car will be bought first, but our rule was one should have a house, good, only the one who has a house is eligible for a car, otherwise give that money for the house first,
[27:56] because common sense should be used, otherwise these youngsters buy a car, good, one should have a good, one should have a house, so only if there is a house, then only a car, and if there is
[28:08] both a house and a car, then one should have the wife's number, give money for the jewellery, if you do n't get it, then we brought improvements in jewellery too, n't get it, then we brought improvements in jewellery too,
[28:20] spend the money and enjoy themselves, but now they have changed that too, not, now keep it in fixed deposit, keep it in FD, it will be useful when it comes, so are keep it in FD, it will be useful when it comes, so are
[28:34] we thinking only about how to use it This design shows us the thought that a safe life should be good, so these three systems are there, so till now 4000 people have qualified. That's why when I dreamt this, there were
[28:51] 5000 people. But there are 1000 people who do the serving work. He cannot qualify because there is a limit to it. The cleaner is in the kitchen. There is a limit to it.
[29:06] a limit to it. But at that time we had 5200 people, so till now 4000 people have reached. And we have done it. Today the salary is one lakh. And we have done it. Today the salary is one lakh. Today, he can buy his own car whenever he wants. The
[29:21] car hasn't been much of a motivation for him right now. Right now the motivation is safe that my child's education should be completed. I wish I get a certain amount
[29:33] a certain amount of money at the time of retirement and my life becomes good. So on this we have our Pintu, he is working on retired pay source. He is doing it ahead of me. It is up to there too. Now he has taken that responsibility. But now
[29:47] he has taken that responsibility. But now that source has come into him that this is the need right now. Whatever is their need at that time, that is the source that my family is safe, I am retired, only then the salary will not continue, nor will it
[30:03] continue only after I die, so what after retirement, how should he get an amount what after retirement, how should he get an amount and how should his life be good, we should work on that, when you gave such gifts, then I am
[30:18] I am thinking that you have experienced it in real life. Any such moment that you said, hey, you asked a great question. You asked a good question. My hair stands on end while talking about this. [nasal voice]
[30:32] When we gave these 400 Nebu cars, yes, then only we called all the employees of the entire factory along with their families. and surprise yes yes was
[30:45] no idea. An order for 500 cars was placed. Yes yes yes, order for 500 cars was placed. Yes yes yes, 49 cars, 91 cars were to be given, yes and I had told the car owner in whose name the car has to be given, I will tell him later,
[30:58] I do not have the name right now, I will give your name and all this later, but first give the delivery, the delivery had come on Dhanteras, I had called all the employees with their families, I had
[31:13] I had kept 49 chairs aside kept 49 chairs aside and kept giving allowance that brother you have got a car, you have got a car, you have got a car, so make those who have qualified sit here from there.
[31:26] who have qualified sit here from there. Then I saw Harak's tear of joy in one eye. He Then I saw Harak's tear of joy in one eye. He
[31:42] who had not qualified. There was also a tear of sadness. We, the family, are asking, Papa, did you not like it? Wife is asking, did you not like it? Look, there was some compassion, but what did Papa reply, son, our turn is going to come
[31:59] next time. The second time itself, 1200 people had qualified, in the second year itself, well, in the third year, 1700 people had qualified. It kept increasing like putting ghee in a lamp and the fire grows
[32:15] increasing like putting ghee in a lamp and the fire grows bigger. Similarly, understand his jealousy, understand his competition. The son and wife asked questions. What did they say? I was weak. By the way, I told you son, it's my turn next year. And the next year he did it. I have all the cars. There's
[32:34] also Rollso. But I have never seen this happiness. The joy of giving is not the joy of taking. When we decided to give you so many cars, many car dealers did not come after you.
[32:50] We got a discount on the car from three car dealers at ₹1 lakh. We [laughs] had We [laughs] had these three companies that we decided on. At that time there was a slight recession in the car industry. Everyone had
[33:03] recession in the car industry. Everyone had stock too. So this Puto car had given a discount of Rs 1 lakh. stock too. So this Puto car had given a discount of Rs 1 lakh. your marketing will also be done. You might know that maybe once
[33:17] You might know that maybe once we got 1200 cars delivered to us by our PM. Well, I did not come physically but a disabled girl also got a car from the PM House. It was a
[33:30] qualifier. A handicapped girl and a boy were given the car keys from the PM House through him and here
[33:42] why the PM also knows that we are experts in giving. Specializes in service. He is expert in his work. There is a lot of transparency. The intention is clear. You are not doing any work with any aim to get any benefit. The benefit is
[33:57] obtained as a by-product. Do the work in such a way that you get benefit. They do such work that they become famous. If you don't add it, it gets added. We liked this style very much and we work with this style.
[34:12] and we work with this style. One thought is that if we One thought is that if we look at the data, out of 191 billionaires, 108 are from Gujarat. 30% of the exports are from Gujarat. What happens in Gujaratis is that there is
[34:25] from Gujarat. What happens in Gujaratis is that there is a different growth in business in the Gujarati mindset. There a different growth in business in the Gujarati mindset. There Why do Gujaratis have so much influence in business or trade
[34:39] ? First of all, Gujaratis are very hard working people. First of all, Gujaratis are very hard working people. But smart work is available on hire. Whenever we have hard work we
[34:52] Whenever we have hard work we and the spirit of giving is very much there in Gujarati. I have felt it. So I think one is hard work and the other is emotion. Two is enough and there is
[35:09] no smart work afterward. There is no need for anything. There is no need to study. Some get everything. You will probably find these two concepts quite common in Gujarati.
[35:22] ? No, today I tell all the children, brother, no one should take our example without studying. Nothing is going to happen
[35:34] struggling. Even today I am struggling. But today I am getting everything because of money. Otherwise I cannot grow this much business. Our son came to our
[35:48] his studies and the power of money, all three of these have happened three times in 7 years. What I was doing for 50 years did n't happen in 50 years.
[36:00] He doubled this much in 7 years. What is the reason for that? So along with studies, I am again talking about Gujarati mindset. I am talking about Gujarati thinking. Somewhere or the other, perhaps in the kitchen, at the dining table, in families, we get to hear and discuss business since childhood.
[36:14] at the dining table, in families, we get to hear and discuss business since childhood. conversations inside homes are different? This is 100%. This is 100%. Our child is with us
[36:26] from childhood wherever we go? This is my own experience. Not from today, Yes, in Purchase 87, I neither knew Hindi nor English and had to directly buy Hebrew Mania.
[36:42] And stayed there for a week. Stayed in Belgium for a week. We will not be able to believe you. I had a friend in Israel. I had told you to book a hotel for me.
[36:56] And I don't know English, so you should book a hotel near your house. So he booked the hotel for me. I used to stay in the hotel and go door
[37:09] to door all day long. I wore the boots for the first time. There were after slippers, the boots cost 16.
[37:25] We have 16 in our feet. Nowadays technology and boots are very good things, then the class would come, then I used to walk the whole day and my work was so cold that I used to get fever every
[37:39] so cold that I used to get fever every day because of the cold and the cold and I stayed in the hotel there for 8 days and I told my friend, stayed in the hotel there for 8 days and I told my friend, what kind of hotel have you kept, the water is not cold, it is not
[37:52] hot, such a hotel should not be kept, who said that it is not cold in the cold, it is hot. I said come let's go to the bathroom. When I went to the bathroom and looked, he said it was feeling hot. I never knew this tap should be done like this.
[38:06] [laughter] So it came hot. I did not have that much knowledge but I faced so much trouble because I do not know English. All these people were studying in Gujarati medium. Everyone was picked up and put into English medium on the first day after coming from Israel. That's why I had to face
[38:27] What will happen to us 20 years from now ? He was put in English medium and from the age of 12, we started walking with the child together. Why? We did not know English. Why? So translate. So come and visit. Used to go to exhibitions. Used to go to make
[38:43] purchases. He used to keep me with him for the entire month during vacation. One thing I noticed was that in job versus business, everyone's preference there is business. Now people do hard work even in their jobs. Giving people can also be in jobs, the
[38:56] two factors you mentioned, but why is there more choice business there compared to many other states. There is a mindset in other states. Mindset and nothing else. It is about What is its root? Is root by birth genetic? And
[39:12] root by birth genetic? And all the businessmen there are illiterate. Everyone is a farmer and everyone has done it. Did it without money. It has been done from zero. So everyone has the same faith I can also do it and he works hard. And the business will remain mine. If
[39:27] you have anyone from Gujarat, we do that set is mine and he will do it. He will fail no matter what he does. Twice, thrice, 10 times
[39:42] but I will keep trying. He may fail 100 times but he will try and I give this message to everyone. So what if you fail? Keep trying. We must test our destiny. We will keep you at work. For experience,
[39:59] do such a job that he makes you his partner. We're That's It. work with understanding. Then it will become your father's. You should work with such heart that wherever you work for 5 years or 10 years,
[40:12] everyone wants a good person. Do is very easy today. We all have the focus of a businessman. Who has a good man there?
[40:26] us not make this mistake. At least become worthy. Do your work. You will get the money. Not for money. Do it for work. You will get the money. You will get partnership. Generally it happens that it is the business of the upper generation. The
[40:42] next generation comes straight and takes over. You have a slightly different approach here. When the next generation is about to join your place, graduates, then perhaps something different is done.
[40:54] Probably not joining directly. What exactly, this is a very big lesson. We have been teaching for 25 years. The
[41:07] knowledge that is not available, the experience that is not available. No matter how many books you read, how many motivators you listen to, how much management you listen to, whatever you do, you will not get the knowledge that you get in a month. Those children speak. I don't speak.
[41:22] You will know if you hear from him. He has his own statement. I don't say. Hit Bhai just came. It's been a month, Hit Bhai. It's been a month. So it was a different experience which
[41:34] we had not thought of. Every time there is a new experience. Every time the family also gets to learn. It's tough. I want to understand for the audience once. I read and understood it somewhere. But what exactly are your rules? What do you get
[41:50] purpose is that we are without money, without mobile and without identity. Without money, without mobile Identity. If you take your identity with you then people will
[42:02] help you and in the absence of identity you will also get caught in the hands of some wrong person. There are two ways to not give your identity, you can not give your ID and
[42:14] send it with the ticket. Earlier they used to give ₹5000 for emergency but last time when brother went for Eid, he had to buy something new, his mother said brother will my son do something new, then he said brother what new should I do, go without money, he did
[42:28] not take even a single penny in his pocket. To get down from the airport and think, get into a taxi and go, how to find a business, where to live, what to do, and no advice
[42:41] for anyone, just call me, I will not give advice, four jobs, he has to do four jobs and earn money by doing four different jobs in a month,
[42:58] what is your capability giving you in the market ? Present it and find a way out. When I went this way, it was What happened in your last experience? In my opinion, it would be
[43:15] better to listen to it from him. But this was tough because I had no money. So on the very first day, I send him to a place where he will die. Good. Knowing should sometimes be familiar. It should
[43:29] So where did you send them? I sent him there to Sikkim. Well, there is a hilly area on the China border.
[43:41] not there. Neither we nor a single person there is poor. You probably got a survey done that not a single family is poor in Sikkim. No one can exist without a phone. Yes,
[43:56] and no one from Gujarat would go there to work. We we get more, it costs more than non-veg.
[44:08] We youngsters smoke cigarettes and drink alcohol. It was cigarettes and drink alcohol. It was not very easy. Yes and
[44:23] he had a good experience on the very first day. Someone felt pity for him, that yes he helped and gave ₹2000,
[44:36] he asked the girl, why did you give me so much, why did you trust me, you were wearing a garland, the father had given me the garland, you had not worn it while leaving, so the children were thinking, what will Mala do to me,
[44:50] father, please help me a little for a month, on the very first day Mala helped, so his feelings towards Father changed, he experienced what we and Mala are, how they are,
[45:03] and Mala are, how they are, how people see us, and when we were going on the road, in the car, at the border, the staff of the car, if drugs were found with someone in the staff, then the
[45:20] entire car was checked, everyone was checked, two hours, one hour of his was wasted and we reached at night. Was supposed to reach at 5:00. Arrived at 10:00. Where?
[45:33] 5:00. Arrived at 10:00. Where? Gangtok. Now everything gets closed there at 10:00 pm. Where should I look for accommodation, where should I look for a job, whom should I ask? So I look for accommodation, where should I look for a job, whom should I ask? So I went to McDonald's. He said, this is your ID.
[45:46] went to McDonald's. He said, this is your ID. Said he doesn't have an ID. And he had We were not getting verified. So people not getting verified. So people thought that he was a terrorist. He caught it.
[46:00] Closed the shutter. One manager went out through the shutter and three remained inside. And called the police. The police arrived. She picked it up. The And called the police. The police arrived. She picked it up. The police are not understanding. The
[46:14] police did everything they could to arrest two people, one was mine and the other was my younger brother's son. It was 12:00 at night when both of them were called in emergency. Didn't
[46:26] 12:00 at night when both of them were called in emergency. Didn't call me. Called my brother. He call me. Called my brother. He told everything correctly and they were crying. The bag was checked because of terrorists,
[46:44] found. So he told his senior, Sir, I had kept money in it. He is not visible. And the kept money in it. He is not visible. And the policeman who policeman who checked the bag immediately took out Rs 2000. I
[46:58] agree, I will say it in front of everyone today. He had taken it out but she taken it out but she And I never slapped anyone in my life. He is the son of a billionaire. He studied in Pech University
[47:13] and was caught by the police thinking him to be a terrorist. these people thought that I will have to get involved. I got a call from me. It was 1:00. It was
[47:28] 1:00 in the night and I got a call from the police station. He cried so much, so much that we cannot hear his voice in life. And had to stay strong.
[47:42] And had to stay strong. How to stay strong in times like these? How to stay strong in times like these? That was the toughest moment of my life. I said, be patient. When I told him in the morning, he decided that
[47:56] he would stay here for now. The best has happened to me and the worst has happened to me. What will become of this now? If it is your wish then don't worry, this is what I wanted. So he himself decided that the worst has just happened. It has gone from good to better. I
[48:11] still have a month to spare. What will happen now? If it happens then I said, you stayed there, did three-four jobs, started two businesses and came back with a good amount of ₹18,000. After spending ₹9,000, he used to
[48:31] biggest mistake of my life if I had not gone. So when this innocent child says this, it seems that no, it was good and should be done. In your personal life, in your personal routine, is there any such daily habit or any such routine or any ritual or something that you
[48:47] say to yourself or see, is there any such practice that you do daily to keep your mind strong, I think very positively, negativity comes but in a second, frustration comes, in a minute or three minutes, disappointment comes, negative, a little
[49:02] anger also comes, in two-three minutes I control myself, in two-three minutes I control myself, yes, meditation, Vipassana, secondly, I
[49:14] say every day that friend, disappointment will not affect me, I have to move ahead, disappointment will not affect me, no one likes a sad face, I wish I could remain sad after seeing you, even then I do not like myself, I should not remain like that, so I will have to
[49:29] implement it, you remind yourself every day, good because my thing is to work permanently from a labourer, from an employee, today I do not have any other top. Either a labourer, an employee, a
[49:44] not have any other top. Either a labourer, an employee, a he comes to meet them. If someone comes with a problem, my job is to explain it and give thoughts.
[49:57] My question is often asked by others, who is the HR head in your company? Tell me what does the HR head do ? So, I do all these things, so I do this. So if this happens then this
[50:09] I do this. So if this happens then this is my hobby and nature too and this is our policy, so I will have to remain motivated for myself, no matter what happens, I will I will have to remain motivated for myself, no matter what happens, I will
[50:22] not get spoiled, problems arise even today, they used to arise at that time also, the only problem is not of money, everything else is a problem, yes yes, of money, everything else is a problem, yes yes,
[50:35] starting who does not have that much resources, who has only one ambition. I want to do something. Right? He is inspired by your journey. What advice would you like to give for that? Would you like to give him a road map as to
[50:48] you like to give him a road map as to which direction he should take when he is starting out today ? What you have to do should be in your sights 24/7. It should be in your sight. Don't look away. We will be able to do it, we cannot do it. Leave it to God.
[51:04] What you want to become should be in your vision. If What you want to become should be in your vision. If what you have to do is not on your mind 24/7 then do not get depressed.
[51:23] No one gets anything before their time or more than their destiny. We will have to wait for the time. You wait for the time. The time will come. But don't change your goal. Don't change the goal. Whatever you are interested in, whatever you are fond of, whatever you want to do, but if you want to make it positive then there will be immediate implementation.
[51:39] make it positive then there will be immediate implementation. And what are you going to do after doing this? What are you going to do after achieving whatever you achieve? it's my dream. My thought was that I would become a big man, so it was my intention that I would make social work the biggest. I had to pay more money to the
[51:54] employees, that's why I am paying more. My goal was clear that I would give the highest salary, this was my need, I would give the highest salary. It's not like I thought I would earn the most money and become number one in the world. I didn't think so. I will
[52:09] become number one in social media also. Earning money meant that I had to become number one in social media. You see, this was by heart. This should be your view. What will I do after earning money? How will I take care of my family? What will I do for the nation
[52:23] ? What will I do for the society? Your vision should be clear. Keep your vision clear. If vision should be clear. Keep your vision clear. If not, clean your glasses. But clear cut you should have your vis. And tell the whole world that I did this.
[52:37] And tell the whole world that I did this. in the comments below. When everyone will share their top learnings, then we will revise from each other's learning. Top points from the podcast will appear in the comments.
