AI Summary

Vaibhav Kadnar shares his personal journey from confusion to earning his first ₹1 crore, emphasizing the importance of taking action, building systems, and shifting mindset. He provides a practical plan for young people aged 18-24, covering foundational steps, income generation, investing, team building, and the mental shift required for significant wealth.

[00:02]
Introduction to the Journey

Vaibhav outlines the video's structure: how he started with no idea, set up automated income systems, invested his first ₹1 lakh safely, built his business and team, and the mindset behind making his first ₹1 crore.

[00:30]
The Confusion Phase

He describes being 18-24, trying everything (coding, freelancing) without direction, and the trap of watching endless videos hoping for a perfect idea. He stresses that real progress starts when you stop watching and start doing.

[01:09]
The Reality Check

Vaibhav emphasizes that staying at home leads to overthinking and doubt. Going out, trying new things, meeting people, and making mistakes brings clarity. He positions himself as a straight-talker, not a motivational speaker.

[02:16]
Foundation Phase: Start with Something

He decided to do something rather than lie around. He spent six months thinking, then six months in complete focus, avoiding distractions. He committed to daily reading and scripting for 2 hours, then editing videos at night.

[03:23]
Motivation vs. Systems

Motivation fades, so he created three systems: Mind (learn something new daily), Body (1-hour silent walk for reflection), and Money (earn at least ₹10,000/month). These systems gave him a base and clarity.

[04:45]
First Earnings and ₹1 Lakh

He did small projects (editing, shooting) for a year, earning ₹34,000 sometimes, and took a year to make his first ₹1 lakh profit. This built confidence that people would pay for his skills.

[05:36]
Managing Money: The Real Problem

After earning ₹1 lakh, the challenge is managing it. Emotions take over, leading to unnecessary purchases. He nearly lost everything, learning that making money is different from keeping it safe. He stresses the importance of an emergency fund.

[06:54]
Safe Investment: Stable Money

He introduces Stable Money, a platform for fixed deposits with high interest rates (up to 8.2% for regular, 8.4% for seniors), insured by DICGC up to ₹5 lakh per bank. He recommends parking emergency funds there.

[07:51]
Phase Four: Scaling and Burnout

After stability, he faced burnout from doing everything himself (scripting, shooting, editing, brand calls). He realized that depending on one person is risky and that scaling means multiplying efforts through people and systems.

[09:12]
Building a Team and Systems

He learned to delegate: Pranav manages numbers, Ayush and Bhaskar handle editing. He documented everything in flowcharts and SOPs, and brought back his 4 AM routine for energy management. This took him from ₹1 lakh to ₹50 lakh.

[10:29]
Mindset Shift: From Numbers to Control

He realized that a crore means control over time, energy, and choices, not luxury. He learned to say no and became selective, which accelerated growth. He also stopped showing achievements on social media to avoid the evil eye.

[11:48]
The Real Victory

Seeing ₹1 crore in the account brings happiness, but the process made him the person who deserves it. Even if he loses all money, he can make it back faster. His struggle has shifted from money to purpose.

[12:42]
Final Advice for 18-24

If life feels slow, remember that boring consistency leads to extraordinary results. He dedicates 180 days to his work, turning off noise. He advises to disappear, build yourself, and come back strong.

Vaibhav's journey from zero to ₹1 crore is a testament to the power of action, systems, and mindset. For young people, the key is to stop overthinking, start doing, build simple systems, and prioritize safety in investments. The ultimate goal is not just money but control and purpose.

[00:02] in this video I'm going to show you step by step, number one, how I no idea what to do. Number two, how I set up systems that allowed money to start coming in automatically. Number three, how I invested my first ₹1 lakh in a safe and

[00:16] risk. Number four, how I built my business, my team, and my identity without any backup. And finally we will talk about the mindset with which I made my first ₹1 crore. So if you are in the age group of 18 to 24 and are

[00:30] very confused in life then you are exactly like me. I was also trying everything at that time. He was hitting his hands and legs everywhere. I was doing coding, freelancing, And there was a big

[00:42] reason behind me doing all these things. Like we think that I will get that perfect idea I try everything. And perhaps you may come in this phase. Due to this, you keep watching a new video every day while sitting at home, hoping that maybe you will get some

[00:56] But you will not find any YouTuber who will give you this reality check that your real progress will start only when you stop watching such videos and go out from your point A i.e. your

[01:09] house. And then you'll follow the path that will take you [music] to point B, which is your goal. Whether you have an idea about that path or not. Look, as long as you are sitting inside your house, you can only think, doubt and

[01:22] or that idea. But once you get out there, into the real world [of music], try something new , meet new people, ask them for directions , then you take some wrong turns and some right turns. This whole

[01:35] and some right turns. This whole clarity. And this clarity, this mindset is what you are going to get in this video. in college, or just starting your career [in music], this 10-minute

[01:48] video can define your entire journey. Look, I am not a motivational speaker. I am telling it straight. I am the guy who spent 7 years of his life to reach a viral video. I have made many such mistakes in these seven years. I have

[02:02] I have made many such mistakes in these seven years. I have So stay with me till the end because by the end of this video you are going to get a clear plan. Real Practical and Tested by Vaibhav Kadner Himself. Let's

[02:16] Tested by Vaibhav Kadner Himself. Let's start with the foundation face. Look, everything changed in my life when I decided that I had to do something. I do n't want to just lie around at home like this. I do

[02:29] n't want to live life like normal people. Neither was I interested in college studies nor was I I was thinking that if I don't do this then what else should I do? There were so many different options in front of me. Someone was saying do the editing, someone was saying do the cinematography. Someone was

[02:41] someone was saying do freelancing. Now in all this chaos, I had understood one thing that unless I start with something, I will not be able to master anything. I spent the first six months just thinking about

[02:55] what I should do [with music] but for the next six months I completely disappeared. No I did not want any such person in my life who would distract me and say that my idea is baseless. This is not going to work. When this

[03:08] reading and scripting for 2 hours. After that I used to go to office. Then I would come back and edit those videos. Every day was very tiring. But I also got a satisfaction from within that at least I am in a better stage today than yesterday. Now, at this

[03:23] I was very motivated during the initial few days. But gradually that motivation started falling. And here I understood one thing that I don't have motivation, I just lie in bed and scroll through Instagram.

[03:37] money video. The thing that shines is that motivation is such a thing that it is there one day and not the next day, but if I make systems and follow them then I didn't think much. I created just three simple systems and this

[03:52] first of which was Mind System in which my daily goal was to learn something new every day. Be it a book, a podcast or even a short video. You just have to expand your mind. To give a new perspective. We have to think a new thought

[04:05] daily. Number two body system. I have to go for a walk every day for just 1 hour in silence. Do Just have to walk. And I have to reflect on what I learned throughout the day. That means he has to understand. Its pros and cons have to be understood. We have to understand the hard work involved in it. Everything has to be

[04:20] reflected during this walk. Now this was the time when I got the most clarity. What am I doing right , what am I doing wrong. I came to know all these things during this 1 hour walk. And number three was the money system.

[04:32] In the beginning, I had set a very small target that I have to start by earning just Rs 10,000 every month. You see, it started with such a small amount. Now whether I earn this money through freelancing, content or by selling any small service, I would be fine. The only thing I had in mind was

[04:45] that whatever I have learned online, I just have to implement three systems gave me a base. Roughly for a year I was doing many small projects. Sometimes I used to earn ₹34,000 from editing. Sometimes I would earn Rs

[04:58] 10-15,000 by shooting someone. And you wo n't believe it, it took me a year to make my first ₹1 lakh as a profit. My college attendance used to be the lowest. I used to come last because I did not go to college much. More

[05:10] go for some freelance shoot or sit at home editing something. But this is how my initial earning started and I came to know that at least someone is willing to pay me for these skills. Then a little confidence built up within me and then

[05:23] little confidence built up within me and then a new chapter of my life started. Earlier, I used to find it very tough to earn ₹1 lakh. But once you do [music] it starts to feel easy. But the matter does not end here. When you start

[05:36] earning ₹1 lakh then [music] the main problem starts that how will you manage that ₹1 lakh? Because when money starts coming in, then emotions start taking decisions. coming in, then emotions start taking decisions.

[05:49] that I have so much money that I can buy a new laptop so I can do more work. I can buy a new phone , new shoes, new clothes. Whereas actually, I did not need any of these things.

[06:02] And no one was there to tell me that I invested my first few earnings [from music] in the wrong place. And I still remember one moment. It came to such a pass that I had almost reached zero.

[06:15] Then I understood one thing that making money is one thing but keeping it secure is a kind of responsibility. There is a maturity. That 's why I always give emergency fund advice in all my investing videos because I have

[06:27] experienced it first hand. Now, no matter how smart an investor you are, if you do not have cash at the time of emergency, your game can be completely over. making your first earnings [from music], never make this mistake. Do not invest your short term or

[06:41] emergency funds in any risky place. Had I known at that time that such safe fixed deposit platforms like Stable Mind also exist, Stable Mind is a great and safe platform for fixed return

[06:54] can compare FD interest rates across banks here and invest directly in the banks offering the highest rates. Like Suryoday Bank where regular users get interest up to 8.2% and senior citizens get interest up to 8.4%. And the best part is that

[07:08] all these bank FDs are insured up to Rs 5 lakh by DICGC, a subsidiary of RBI. This means that each bank gets a separate insurance cover of ₹5 lakh. Whether you directly from the bank. With Stable Money,

[07:22] without opening a savings account with them and you can track everything from a single app I genuinely say that if I had known about this platform at that time, I would have

[07:38] then make sure that you park a part of your income in a safe place. and pinned it in the comments [music]. Go and check it out. Because making money is a skill but saving it is a mindset. Now let's move on to the next phase

[07:51] where I learned to multiply my growth [music]. This was phase number four a little stable, I thought that now life is sorted [music] brother. There is no need to do anything now. But in reality, the real struggle started from there.

[08:05] started YouTube and was also working a job on the side. So I had a stable income coming in. On top of that, the views were increasing and brands [of music] were also coming. that I was doing everything myself. Scripting, shooting, editing, posting,

[08:17] brand calls, everything. And remember, when everything depends on one person, then one day everything can working as me. But actually, I was an overweight person [in music]. In simple words, this is called burnout. That means, not your body but

[08:31] this stage of burnout comes like a virus. You feel a little stress comes and then one day you become idea is coming to your mind nor any plan is being made about what you have to do next

[08:45] and then I remembered one thing that the biggest rule of my life has always been that freedom does not always come with just money, if I want to earn money without doing anything then I will money is such a thing that blinds you, it will make even the

[08:59] smartest person a fool and only then I realized my mistake that I am doing all the work myself. So now it was time to change the whole game [music] in which in step one I learned to be delicate. I thought that at first no one would understand my vision.

[09:12] But when I started trusting, some people came into the team who are working with me till today. Pranav who manages the numbers. Ayush and Bhaskar handles the editing.

[09:24] I have the space to think, to innovate [in music] , to bring something new. After that, step two was document everything. I made a flow chart of all the things I used to do myself like editing, scripting etc.

[09:39] So that whenever I am travelling or feeling burnt out or taking a break, anyone can refer to those flow charts and SOPs and carry on the work. And step number three was energy management. I realized that I

[09:51] probably couldn't manage my time because coming to the office and working with people was very difficult. Whenever you work with a team, you also have to follow that routine. invested [in music]. That's why I brought back my 4 am

[10:04] routine. Brought the box back and cut out unnecessary things. Now this very fuzz has taught me that scaling does n't necessarily mean doing more work. The real meaning of scaling is multiplying your efforts [musically] by

[10:16] using people and systems. I always tell you one thing that if you are not working on systems in your life then you will become a part of someone else's system. And these are the small systems that took me from Rs 1 lakh to Rs 50 lakh. And

[10:29] now the fuzz that followed wasn't just a fuzz of numbers. Here my entire mindset needed to shift. And that was phase number five, the mindset shift. Till 50 lakhs, I used to think that earning crores meant luxury cars, expensive

[10:42] watches. But when I reached around that number, then I realized that the real meaning of crore [in music] is control. A crore gives you control over your time, energy and choices. I still remember when I started, I used to say yes to every project.

[10:55] Then gradually I learned that with every yes you are giving your energy to energy is being wasted somewhere. And when I started becoming selective and learned to say no, then my growth actually started. This phase

[11:10] Earlier, I used to Earlier I used to be very active on my Instagram. Go to Vaibhav Corner Official and check the old posts once. But everything has changed as of today. Even if I achieve

[11:23] with my close circle [through music]. Or sometimes I celebrate alone. Many times we think that this evil eye thing is not true. But I actually believe that the world

[11:35] show your achievements on social media, people never know the hard work behind it. People only see 6 million subscribers. But the 7 years I spent behind it are not visible to anyone. And if I talk about ₹1 crore, then when you

[11:48] see ₹1 crore in your account, then really brother, there is a different level of happiness in the heart. But to be many times more than that number. Because the process of earning that ₹1 crore has made me the person today who deserves this ₹1 crore. And as of today

[12:02] [Music] Even if I lose all my money tomorrow, I can make it back in less time. Crores may not be a big number for many people. But to reach that number, to become the person I am [musically], that's my real

[12:15] victory. So this was my story of mindset from zero to 1 crore and even today my was a struggle for money, now there is a struggle for purpose. I just kept on enjoying every single phase of my life. First I kept chasing stability. Then I kept chasing growth and now I am

[12:29] chasing meaning. This journey of mine has never stopped and will never stop. I'm still exploring what I want to do other than make money. So in the end, if you are between 18 to 24 years of age and you feel that your life is going very slow, nothing is

[12:42] happening, you are not earning money, then just remember one simple thing. But that same boring thing will make you extra ordinary one day. Just think about this thing. If I had not dedicated those 6 months of my life i.e. 180 days to my work by turning off the noise

[12:57] then perhaps this video would never have existed. I would suggest you to go and watch that 180 days video once. You will get to learn a lot. Literally a pure storytelling video. I

[13:11] not have been able to cover in this video. Lastly, I just want to tell you one thing. Disappear for a while, build yourself so strong that when you come back, the whole world asks you only one question: brother, what have you become [from music]. And one more thing I want to tell you is that

[13:24] if you are also starting your financial journey then never make this mistake. Never ignore your emergency fund. The market high [music]. That's why invest the money for your short term goals and your emergency fund in

[13:37] a place where it remains safe and you also get fixed returns. put the link to Stable Money in the video description. This is a great and safe platform for fixed your money to be safe and secure and ready in times of emergency [music] then

[13:52] go and click on the link in the description and in the pend comment below. I will meet you in the next video with another such valuable topic. Till then keep hustling, keep learning and as always keep hustling, keep learning and as always keep inspiring.
