How I'd Make My First Affiliate Sale in 24 Hours (Full Tutorial)

[00:01] within 24 hours using nothing but completely free traffic. Hey guys, channel, welcome. I've been earning full-time with affiliate marketing for close to 5 years now. And if I were to start completely from scratch, and if

[00:16] somebody said to me, "Look, you've got 24 hours to make your first affiliate sale." These are the exact steps that I would follow. So, before we dive in, I YouTube channel right here. It's called Tutorial Stack, and they're absolutely

[00:31] crushing it with affiliate marketing commissions. And what really stands out are these videos are literally around 1 to 2 minutes in length. And if I hover over any one of those video thumbnails, like this one, we can see they are

[00:43] simple screen recordings. They're not showing their face. They're not even using their own voice. And as you can see, these videos very quickly amass a lot of views. This one over here, for example, 17,000 views after only 2 weeks

[00:58] of being uploaded. And all they are doing is they are showing people how to sign up to different pieces of software. For example, Surfshark, Hostinger, showing how to sign up to these different pieces of software where there

[01:12] is a discount available. As you can see in the thumbnail, Surfshark, 86% off with 4 months free. Hostinger, 98% off, and so on. And if I click onto any one of these videos, let's click onto the Surfshark one, for example, we can see

[01:27] the affiliate link for Surfshark placed right at the top of the YouTube video description. And as you can see, as part of this screen recording on this video, whenever anybody clicks onto that affiliate link and signs up to

[01:40] Surfshark, let's say for around $62 with the Surfshark deal coupon applied, commission. And for the Surfshark affiliate program specifically, that affiliate program specifically, that commission rate is around 40%. Now, 40%

[01:55] commission rate is around 40%. Now, 40% of $62, which is the sign-up amount for the plan they are showing on screen with that coupon applied, equates to around $25 that they are earning per sign-up. Now, that may not sound like a lot, but

[02:09] these types of videos can get, in this example over 17,000, and knowing that people who watch these type of videos have usually made their mind up, as in they are ready to sign up to that software, they are just looking for

[02:24] discount or a coupon code before they do so, we can then say, to be on the conservative side, let's say that 20% of people who watch this video and click onto their link actually do sign up. If we do 20% of 17,000,

[02:41] the approximate number of views this video is getting, which is around 3,400, and if we multiply that by 25, that affiliate commission amount, that means this particular video, which is literally around 1 minute in length,

[02:55] uploaded for only 2 weeks, a simple screen recording that's got already 17,000 views, has potentially earned over $85,000 in affiliate marketing commissions, which sounds absolutely unreal, but this

[03:09] is the closest to buyer intent traffic on YouTube that you can possibly get, when people are specifically searching for coupon codes, discounts, trials, and just a second. And while you may be thinking, "Well, how can I make videos

[03:25] like this? And even if I do, how can I get this number of views?" Well, in terms of making these simple screen recordings, super straightforward to do. can do that. And in terms of getting these views, they're doing so by

[03:38] optimizing for YouTube search. You'll see they've inserted the keyword "Surfshark coupon code" into their YouTube video description. And if I go over to my YouTube keyword research tool called VidIQ, I'll link to it down

[03:53] below, we can see that Surfshark coupon code is being searched for on YouTube code is being searched for on YouTube specifically over 450,000 times every single month. That is buyer intent traffic. And because the

[04:07] competition level for those keywords is still marked as low, while there will still be other videos competing for those keywords, the competition level is still low enough whereby they're still able to get a chunk, in this case 17,000

[04:22] able to get a chunk, in this case 17,000 over the past 2 weeks, of that monthly search volume. So, this method of signing up to an affiliate program for a platform that is currently offering a discount or where there is a coupon code

[04:34] available can be highly effective in driving that buyer intent traffic. But also, there is another method, if you know this website right here called Fiverr. It is a freelancing website where you can come over to it and hire

[04:48] people to do pretty much anything such as custom website development. Well, they have an affiliate program whereby if you promote Fiverr via your affiliate link and somebody clicks onto that link and hires somebody on Fiverr, let's say

[05:02] this website designer right here for $300, you can earn up to 70% of that first order. And if I go over to that YouTube keyword research tool VidIQ, again link in the video description, if I click onto where it

[05:16] says "Optimize" on the left-hand side here and then "Keywords", and if I simply type in the keyword Fiverr and hit enter, you'll see the keyword Fiverr is being searched for on YouTube over 230,000

[05:28] times every single month with medium competition along with a bunch of other Fiverr-related keywords, too, like Fiverr tutorial, make money on Fiverr. Fiverr tutorial, make money on Fiverr. But if I amend my keyword search phrase

[05:41] from Fiverr to Fiverr hire and hit enter, we can see the exact keyword phrases that people are searching for on YouTube in the thousands. For example, how to hire a video editor on Fiverr, low competition, over 3,000 monthly

[05:56] searches. How to hire a Fiverr freelancer for Shopify, over 3,000 in search volume. Again, competition level is very low. And we know, whenever anybody does hire somebody on Fiverr via our affiliate link, let's say they hire

[06:12] our affiliate link, let's say they hire a video editor, we can earn up to 70% right now, I'm going to show you step-by-step exactly how we can start driving highly searched for, yet low competition, buyer intent traffic such

[06:26] as those searching for how to hire a video editor on Fiverr on YouTube in the video editor on Fiverr on YouTube in the thousands every single month to a simple 1-2 minute long screen recording showing exactly how to do that, like this

[06:39] channel has done right here. And I'm also going to show you how to very easily create incredible highly clickable thumbnails just like this so that we can start driving traffic to our Fiverr affiliate link so we can start

[06:52] earning up to 70% of the first order price whenever anybody clicks on to our link and makes that first order. So, the very first my link in the video description to get signed up to the Fiverr affiliate

[07:34] specifically vetted by Fiverr and noted for their quality and expertise. And when we drive traffic to those specific freelancers, That is where we can earn up to 70% in those affiliate marketing commissions. For non-vetted pros, it is

[07:50] still 25%. So, before I show you exactly how you can very quickly create that 1-2 minute screen recording for our video to start driving that traffic to our affiliate link, let's first start by creating our

[08:03] thumbnail. Now, to do that, what I'm going to do is go back over to my Fiverr affiliate dashboard. And rather than clicking on to where it says default and deep links, this time you want to click on to where it says all marketing tools.

[08:15] And if I click on to this particular banner right here, for example, for Fiverr Pro, what I can do is simply download it to my computer. Now, this is not going to be our thumbnail, but we're going to be using this to rapidly create

[08:28] that thumbnail by using an incredible AI-driven design platform that I talk about a lot on this channel, which is Kittle. I'll leave a link to Kittle in the video description. And if I click on to where it says start creating for

[08:41] free, you can very easily enter in a few simple details to create your free Kittle account. And once you are signed in, if you click on to where it says AI hub on the left-hand side, and making sure that you've got a gentic AI

[08:53] selected, I can simply upload that image that we just downloaded by clicking on to where it says upload images. And I'm going to type in a single prompt into this text field right here. Now, we are using YouTube for the sake of this

[09:06] video, but there are a ton of ways that you can drive that affiliate traffic to your link. So, what I'll do, for example, say I'll simply say create not only a YouTube thumbnail, but also a Pinterest pin, Instagram thumbnail, and

[10:13] absolutely perfect. All of them are completely on brand. Strongly recommend using Agentic AI for the creation of all your campaign assets. Now, for the sake of this video, since we are driving that traffic via YouTube, what I will do is

[10:28] simply download this YouTube video thumbnail by clicking onto it, clicking onto where it says quick export right here, and export as a PNG. So, what I'm now going to do is show you exactly how you can create a simple

[10:40] one-to-two-minute screen recording outlining exactly how to hire a video editor on Fiverr, for example. And when I say this is straightforward, that is a huge understatement. Let me give you a quick preview of how that

[10:52] look. >> Here's how to hire a video editor on Fiverr. First things first, head over to Fiverr and click join right at the top right to get started.

[11:04] continue [music] with Google to sync up your account instantly. bar right here at the top. >> And you'll see all of these sort of arrows, this text, this sort of outline right here. That's all done completely

[11:19] automatically. I'll show you exactly how it's done. And of course, at the end of the video, you want to drive that traffic to your affiliate link by saying >> So, you've successfully set up your account, filtered for the right type of

[11:33] editor, and reached the [music] stage where you're ready to hire. I'll leave the link in the description below so you can sign up to Fiverr, browse vetted video editors, and find the right person for your project. I'll catch you in the

[11:45] >> All right, so the tool I'm using to do this, before I show you exactly what it is, I want to explain exactly how we're going to be doing that screen recording. And we're going to be doing it literally by clicking on the exact steps on

[11:58] Fiverr, for example, that you need to take to hire that video editor. So, before anything, you want to get up the website for the software that you are promoting and driving that affiliate traffic to. In this example, it is

[12:11] Fiverr. You then want to go over to Claude and just familiarize yourself with those exact steps by asking Claude, for example, to give me a step-by-step walk-through of how to hire a video editor on Fiverr, written as simple

[12:25] instructions. I'll leave a copy of this Claude prompt in the video description, which you can edit accordingly. Now, once you've got that prompt, I'll simply hit enter, and Claude will give you the exact step-by-step instructions that you

[12:39] need to take for your 1-to-2-minute screen recording. Super simple, super prescriptive. For example, one, go to fiverr.com and click join. For example, join is over there. Now, once you are logged in, type in video editing into

[12:54] the search bar and hit enter. You'll literally go through those exact clicks without saying a single word, and the tool that we're going to be using will add arrows, outlines, a voiceover. You can replace it with your own voiceover

[13:07] if you want, to create that entire video. All we need to do is click and follow those exact steps. So, really easy to do, and the tool that we're going to be using to do that screen recording is called Guide. I'll leave a

[13:19] link to it in the video description. You can try it out for free. And once you've sure that you've clicked onto integrations on the left-hand side, and you want to make sure that you install a Google Chrome integration. If you don't

[13:34] have a Google Chrome browser, I recommend you download it and use it for already installed, so it will say uninstall. Then, you simply want to go over to Fiverr. I can simply click onto my Chrome extensions, click onto the

[13:49] guide Chrome extension, and I'm going to keep Magic Mike switched off. I'll click onto this drop-down under where it says, "What would you like to create?" And you can either select product demo or how-to tutorial. Simply click onto where it

[14:04] says start capture, and it will say capture is about to start. And that is where you will simply click onto those exact steps. You'll then be able to view your first draft of that 1-to-2-minute walk-through. For example, let's hit

[14:16] >> When you find an editor that looks promising, [music] click on their gig to Before doing anything, look at their track record. reviews to see what other clients are saying about their communication and

[14:29] turnaround time. >> Now, what you might find is that some of these arrows and outlines might be slightly out of whack. So, you just want different scenes and you fix them just in case. And to very easily do that, if

[14:44] I click onto where it says edit right here on the left-hand side, what you'll be able to see is for each one of these scenes that you can see at the bottom right here. For example, here it says, "Click service search." It also selects

[14:59] the text that is being spoken right here. If you wanted to edit that text, you know, "Then click here. Then click here." You want to make it sound a little bit more natural if that is the case, guys. Feel free to edit any of

[15:14] that text, and it will amend that voice-over. And if any of those sort of outlines or those arrows are out of whack, you can very easily select them, change the size, change the positioning on the video editing canvas. And what

[15:28] you can also do, guys, is you can use your own voice as well. If I click onto any one of these, as you'll see these three dots right here, you can go to where it says record your voice to replace it with that AI voice that it is

[15:42] currently using, which is pretty realistic. I would say it's good enough, but I would recommend using your own voice if that is something that you are also comfortable with. Now, what you can also do with your step-by-step video is

[15:55] add some background music to it, which I've actually done. If you click onto audio on the left-hand side here, you'll have a bunch of different audio or background music that you can choose from. I've clicked onto this one right

[16:07] here. I've kept the volume super low at 2%. If I hit play, you can barely, but just about hear it enough. >> Click right into the message box here. that background music to be too

[16:21] overbearing. And once you are happy with every one of those steps in terms of the positioning, and you're happy with the audio also being spoken, what I will say, if you click onto the last step, you've usually got one of these default

[16:37] placeholder images that guide uploads. What we're actually going to do is click onto these three dots right here and delete it. Click onto add step, and I'm But before I do that, I'm going to go straight back over to Kittl, and

[16:53] clicking onto where it says generate video right here, I'm going to upload again that Fiverr Pro sort of banner that we downloaded from the Fiverr affiliate resources. And in this text field, I'll simply type in a prompt such

[17:06] as transform this into a YouTube video end screen with 16 by 9 dimensions. Hit enter, and it will do exactly that. This is looking perfect. So, what I can now

[17:18] do is simply export it as an MP4. And back in guide, I will then add that video in as a last step. And once that step is added, on the left-hand side, making sure that speaker is selected, I've added in some text for that step,

[17:33] ensuring that we're directing the viewer of our YouTube video to click onto the play. >> I'll leave the link in the description below, so you can sign up to Fiverr, browse vetted video editors, and find

[17:46] >> I can now do is simply click onto where it says share, click onto where it says it says share, click onto where it says export, and export our video as an MP4. I can then upload that video to YouTube, ensuring that the title contains those

[18:00] ensuring that the title contains those exact keyword phrases that we know have thousands in monthly search volume on YouTube, where the competition level is still low. That is, how to hire a video editor on Fiverr. There are multiple

[18:14] different variants of those keyword phrases. For example, how to hire someone on Fiverr to promote your YouTube channel, and so on. And what I will also do is simply insert our affiliate link into that YouTube video

[18:27] description. I've said, "Hire a video editor on Fiverr" here, and we know in that screen recording, we are driving that traffic to that affiliate link in the YouTube video description explicitly. And crucially, I've also

[18:41] added an affiliate disclaimer at the bottom of that description as well, noting this is an affiliate link, meaning I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. And crucially, you want to make sure to absolutely maximize

[18:54] the amount of clicks that you get to your video when it is discovered from that you upload that thumbnail. I'll simply click onto upload file right here. There is our thumbnail. I can then click onto next and follow these

[19:07] subsequent steps to very quickly get that first video uploaded, so we can start driving buyer intent traffic to our affiliate link. And this method is by far what I would say the fastest way to make your first affiliate sale,

[19:19] simply because we're able to get our affiliate link directly in front of large volumes of buyer intent traffic by identifying those low competition, yet highly searched for keyword phrases and including them in our YouTube video

[19:34] title with the affiliate link directly in our YouTube video description. And we saw just how easy it is to create those one to two minute screen recordings using Guide and the incredible quality of those campaign assets that we're now
