How to Get Twitch Affiliate Fast in 2020 (No Hacks Needed)

[00:30] it down now to actually get affiliate on twitch it's pretty simple once you are an affiliate you can begin to add things your stream to start getting support from your viewers and make this dream become more of a reality now to qualify

[00:45] for twitch affiliate you must have these four things you want to have at least 500 minutes broadcasted in the last 30 days which this roughly translates to

[00:57] days which this roughly translates to around 8.5 hours of streaming which I mean if you're gonna be twitch streaming that's not a lot of hours at all very easily achievable the second thing that you must hit is an average of three

[01:12] simultaneous viewers or more over the last thirty days again this should be pretty simple I went over how you can hold a certain amount of viewers regularly and how you can make yourself an easier target for people to find on

[01:26] an easier target for people to find on Twitch in my last video the card away in like to go and learn about what I'm talking about and the link will be down in the description down below I'm also gonna be going over tips in this video

[01:52] 218 followers in my first month of streaming more than quadruple what this you and that number four is at least seven broadcast days in the last 30 days

[02:04] again this should be very easy to achieve but the first thing that you had achieve but the first thing that you had to hit which was the 500 minutes / 8.5 hours you can cut up those times and the seven different streams and it should

[02:17] translate to about one to two maybe three hours the stream so should be pretty easy with affiliate you can allow people to cheer subscribe and you can

[02:29] also have ads running on your twitch which you will be making the money from the end I'll dive born the money side of twitch another time but for now I'm gonna teach you how I got this criteria completed in less than a month the first

[02:42] huge tip I have for you is first find the game that you were wanting to play and find somebody around double to triple your size which if you're starting off on a base level you just have zero followers zero viewers go

[02:59] ahead and try to find somebody with a 5 to 10 viewers do this an hour before you friendly with this person and their community ask the streamer questions

[03:11] about streaming and the game and as soon as they ask you a question like do you play this game this is a perfect time to say yes I've streamed this game as well say yes I've streamed this game as well or yes I also stream this game never

[03:26] make it feel like you're straight-up plugging yourself the less bold you say it the more people will want to go over to your channel what I mean by this is don't just join somebody stream and instantly be like yeah I'm gonna be

[03:42] streaming in an hour everybody should come by and see you know nobody's gonna relationship with these people a little bit and get to know these people then they'll be more inclined to go check out what you are doing yourself on your own

[03:57] channel so basically the less bold you say it the more people will want to go over to your channel to go see you when this streamer goes offline or maybe even the streamer when they go off one and they'll give you a hoax or a raid this

[04:13] is a great way to begin your twitch community and help you grow with other streamers and aura communities so the second thing is that people go to these less popular streamers usually because they want someone that they can play

[04:26] with so do me a favor to help tell these people that you are wanting to play go ahead and make your title whatever console or PC it is so I'll show it on

[04:38] screen right now you could just do like x1 or ps4 or I don't even know what x1 or ps4 or I don't even know what Playstations on now or PC and then say open lobby playing with viewers and then you can do a dash or anything you want

[04:54] to after that you can do whatever creative tunnel you want to after that just make sure you say that you want to play with these now this is a great play with these now this is a great method to grow but the one thing you

[05:07] method to grow but the one thing you cannot do is get in a party chat with these people because these people are your viewers still and when you play with them they're probably gonna become regulars because they are more inclined

[05:20] to want to play with you and you can build a bond like that but if you invite them to the party chat or if you mic up with them on discord or something then they're probably just gonna leave your twitch so there's not real not really a

[05:36] point make sure you are still including this person and the conversations and don't forget about them whilst you are playing your chosen game the third thing I would say is do not forget about your social media if you've ever built up

[05:49] your Instagram as a kid your Twitter your snapchat or anything else like that you should use these to your strengths by posting about when you go live and putting links to your stream in the description of the post just don't feel

[06:03] scared to do this because if you're nervous about posting something about your twitch you know you're not gonna grow if you want to stream on Twitch you gotta be okay with being the guy that's on stage being the guy that could get

[06:19] laughs and you could also get boobs I know your stream might not be perfect know your stream might not be perfect yet but this all comes with time and I know you're nervous now but confidence can go a long way and I mean don't try

[06:35] to be someone that you aren't you know if still be you still try to be the person that you are in real life but it's a lot of fun it helps you connect with people that you haven't been able to talk to or you just haven't talked to

[06:50] to talk to or you just haven't talked to in a long time and they can help support in a long time and they can help support you either by dropping a follow or doing other methods but yeah just don't take your social medias for granted this is

[07:04] kind of like the number one way to grow on Twitch especially if you've already well try to send your growth over to a new platform thank you for trying to grow on Twitch so the way I got these achievements accomplished in such a

[07:18] short amount of time is that I orchestrated my streaming days so I would be with my close friends and I played a game that was small by entertaining the watch now if you find a game like this that doesn't have a lot

[07:30] of viewers and you can play without giving your full attention that is perfect that is why you often see people playing a game like pokey mode where they will go out and shiny hunt and almost entirely autopilot the game

[07:45] and almost entirely autopilot the game but their main focus is on the community but their main focus is on the community and talking to these people and not as a big hype man not like the whole time well I'm running to the grass I'm

[07:57] running the grass oh it's not shiny you know they're not doing that they're you building a connection with the people and not so much you just playing a game and then watching people love to every now and then see these big hype

[08:13] moments but it's not always relatable and that isn't what's gonna retain a viewer and make them want to go back what will make them want to come back as when you're connecting to them like a real person you know you're bringing up

[08:27] your faults not just hey this is why I'm so good you know you also talk about the downsides of you and you just talk to them like a real person and make sure

[08:41] that you are genuinely wanting to learn more about these people don't just don't more about these people don't just don't just be like oh you you like fishing or just be like oh you you like fishing or you like cars like that's cool I don't

[08:53] really care if you get a question like this and one of your friends is in your this and one of your friends is in your party chat go ahead and ask them the question from the viewer to them like hey Jordan what do you think about bass

[09:07] fishing and then Jordan can go on or ran about it and these two people could connect you know it's about bringing a community together not everything has to be about you the biggest tree my hat off which was a night where I went to a game

[09:20] which was a night where I went to a game with the boat won the 2000 Brewers and I had 189 people drop in and out of the stream throughout the whole night and seventy eight of those people actually followed because it was a

[09:33] stream where I was playing with friends and I was playing with viewers which keep in mind when you're playing with friends there's not really ever a dead moment if you have around like three to four friends people always be talking

[09:48] and it will never feel like you're just staring at the camera or anything or you're just playing the game you know there's always going to be conversation for people to listen to and add on to and check but throughout the stream my

[10:02] main focus was put on chat and to build friendships with these people I stuck around and helped me grow up to this number this was done without a single person hosting or raiding my channel this was just purely an amazing stream

[10:16] and probably my favorite one so far the last thing I need to tell you is do the last thing I need to tell you is do not expect to become a twitch partner not expect to become a twitch partner anytime soon unless you're a big unless

[10:29] you're big on some other media or you're friends with a big person over on Twitch this really isn't not going to happen anytime soon personally I don't even see myself getting anywhere near there and maybe

[10:43] getting anywhere near there and maybe I'll go over it in another video but don't expect the hit twitch partner anytime soon I don't expect to hit it anytime soon because it'll take a long time to grow that far
