AI Summary

This video demonstrates how to create a fully automated, faceless animated YouTube channel using AI tools, specifically Claude, Tube Magic, and Higgsfield. The presenter, Matt Par, claims to build an entire channel from scratch in 20 minutes, using the example of Apex Psychology, which earns an estimated $7,000–$14,000 monthly from ad revenue alone. The tutorial covers niche selection, branding, video research, scriptwriting, voice-over, animation, and monetization strategies.

[00:02]
Channel Example and Revenue Potential

Apex Psychology, a faceless animated psychology channel, gets 1.4 million views per month, earning an estimated $7,000–$14,000 from ad revenue alone. Selling a $100 digital guide could add an extra $20,000 monthly.

[00:28]
Step 1: Niche Selection

Use Tube Magic's niche explorer to find top niches. Psychology is highlighted as one of the best. Claude can analyze a list of niches and recommend top three based on potential and revenue.

[01:37]
Step 2: Channel Branding

Create a new chat in Claude to generate channel name, description, and plan. Use Higgsfield (sponsor) to generate a character, profile picture, and channel art. A character helps build IP and stand out as AI advances.

[04:19]
Step 3: Video Research

Use Tube Magic's video research to track competitor channels. Add at least 15 channels and sort videos by outlier score to find high-performing ideas relative to channel size. Example: a video with 66,000 views on a 1,000-subscriber channel.

[05:43]
Turbocharging with Claude

Use a Chrome extension to screenshot the research page and upload to Claude. Ask for 33 new video ideas that combine two successful topics to create something new, e.g., 'Why the smartest people are almost always avoidant attachers.'

[07:04]
Step 4: Scriptwriting

Use Tube Magic's script writer (powered by Claude Sonnet 4.6 or Opus 4.6) with viral frameworks. Provide competitor videos as training data and specify a 10-minute video length. It generates hooks and a full script.

[08:25]
Voice-Over Generation

Use Higgsfield's audio/voice-over feature to create a custom voice (e.g., 'Matt voice') or choose from presets. Paste the script and generate the voice-over directly in Claude or Higgsfield.

[09:08]
Video Prompt Generation

In Claude, paste the script and ask for video prompts that switch scenes every 5 seconds, referencing the character. Use the character as a reference image for all clips.

[09:48]
Generating Animated Clips

Use Higgsfield's C Dance 2.0 (or C Dance 2.0 fast) to generate clips. Set duration to 6–10 seconds. Generate multiple clips in parallel. C Dance 2.0 fast is sufficient for simple animated channels.

[11:09]
Editing and Assembly

Import clips into CapCut and drag onto timeline. Alternatively, use Claude Code to automate the entire editing process: upload character image and voice-over, ask Claude to create a full video with scene changes every 5 seconds, and install FFmpeg if needed.

[13:28]
Monetization Strategy

Ask Claude to find affiliate products with at least $50 per sale. Example: online-therapy.com pays $150 per sign-up with a 365-day cookie. Also, create and sell a digital course ($97–$297) on topics that perform best.

[15:00]
Final Result and Safety

The final video is fully assembled by Claude. YouTube allows AI-generated content if done correctly. The presenter mentions a follow-up video covering 2026 updates and how to keep the channel safe.

[00:02] entire YouTube channel from scratch, and what it produced is shocking. And the proof that this can work is that this channel called Apex Psychology is getting 1.4 million views a month, and it's a faceless animated psychology

[00:16] channel. Just from ad revenue alone, they're probably making $7 to $14,000 a month. But if they sold a cheap digital guide from this channel for $100, they could be pulling in an extra 20,000 a month. And I'm going to show you how

[00:28] Claude can build this entire channel in 20 minutes. And so let's start the timer and let's do it. Now step number one is to choose a niche. And if we go to my software tubemagic.com and we go to the niche explorer tool right here, this

[00:41] will show you all of the best niches on YouTube with example channels within these. And for example, psychology is one of the best niches on YouTube, and channels right here. And these channels can make anywhere between $7 and $15 per

[00:57] not counting if we're selling something from the channel, we'll make a lot more. But if this is just too many niches, what we can do is go ahead and copy all of these niches right here, go to Claude, paste it in, and then say, "Give

[01:10] me the top three niches from all of these, weighing the potential and the revenue amount." And as you can see,

[01:23] the top three niches are personal finance, investing, and programming. And right now with so many AI tools that you can talk about in this context. But we're going to go for psychology for this channel. Now step two is channel

[01:37] branding. And what we're going to do is create a new chat in Claude and paste in leave these prompts down in the description, and then click enter. And want to search them on YouTube like this. As you can see, there's already a

[01:50] big channel with this name, so we're not going to use that one. But this one big channel that has that name, so we're going to use it. And we've also got a channel description and a full plan in place. Now, we're going to want a logo

[02:03] and channel art for the channel as well. And if we click this plus button and then we go to connectors and then go to add connector and click add custom connector right here, then we're going to name this Higgs Field and paste in

[02:16] this link right here. Now, Higgs Field is actually the sponsor of this video and they allow you to generate things like pictures and videos directly within Claude. And by the way, there is a new update out now as well with Higgs Field

[02:28] with C Dance 2.0 where they have launched C Dance 2.0 4K. And the quality is absolutely insane and in the next video, I'm going to show you exactly how to use it. Then if we take a look at Apex Psychology, notice how they have a

[02:42] character who's the face of the channel. That's incredibly smart because as AI advances, it's going to become easier and easier for people to run channels like this, so we want to make our stand out by having a character and building

[02:55] IP from our channel. And so once you have your Higgs Field account connected, we can say, "Please generate me a character who will be the face of this character who will be the face of this channel. I want them to be animated,

[03:10] please. Like a simple 2D bubbly animation." And at this point, it may ask you to log in to your Higgs Field account if you're not already. And now like the second one right here. I think it looks really good and even gives us

[03:24] it, but I think this looks great and he's wearing a gray sweatshirt, too, which goes with the whole gray matter concept. So I'll say, "The second one concept. So I'll say, "The second one looks great. Now, make me a profile

[03:36] picture and channel art for the channel." And then we'll use this template image for it, so we'll paste that in there and say, "And use the template to make sure any text or anything is within the safe

[03:52] area of it. And I'm going to request that it uses GPT image two for these because it is the highest quality. And wow, this looks great. So, this is a channel art. It even put everything in the safe spot that we asked it to. And

[04:07] YouTube when we're creating a new channel. And by the way, I have tutorials on exactly how to create your channel and optimize it correctly if you want to watch that. And now it's time for step number three. To do this, we're

[04:19] going to take the link of the YouTube channel that we are recreating and then go to Tube Magic and go to video research. This is absolutely incredible what you can do here. And we're going to create a new channel database and call

[04:31] it psychology. And then we're going to click add channel, paste in that channel link, and click add. And then it's going to suggest more channels that we can add it's on our topic, so we're going to click track. And we're going to just

[04:45] keep going down the list and adding these channels by clicking the track button. Here's another one and another one and another one.

[05:02] channels. We want to add at least 15 channels for this. And then we're going to click this button that says videos. From here then, we're going to click filters and then sort these by their outlier score. This will find us video

[05:15] comparison to their channel size. So, the video's doing good on its own merits. For example, this video got 66,000 views on a channel with only 1,000 subscribers. It's doing 50 times better than most of the videos on that

[05:29] channel. So, that's likely a really good idea. This video got 116,000 views on a channel with only 4,000 subscribers giving us a 39 times outlier. If toxic people hate you, you're doing these five things right.

[05:43] That is a great title. And now the way that we can turbocharge this with Claude is I have this extension right here downloaded on Chrome and it's called go full page. And if I click this extension, go ahead and scan through

[05:56] this entire page and take a screenshot of it. And then I'm going to upload that screenshot to Claude right here and then say, "Find me new video ideas for my channel based on these which have done really

[06:12] well. Give me 33 different ideas and make them ideas. Combining two ideas

[06:24] that have worked to make something completely new." And now check out all of these ideas. So it combines two topics like avoidant people and high-IQ people, which are some of the highest viewed videos on this list right here.

[06:39] are likely going to work really good. Why the smartest people are almost always avoidant attachers. Or this one about empaths and dark psychology. The dark psychology of why healing yourself makes toxic people furious. And just

[06:52] like that, we have 33 ideas that are not copying any video that's already been done. We're creating brand new videos that are likely to work incredibly good because they're based on what's worked, but we're combining two to make

[07:04] scriptwriting, we don't just want to go to Claude and say, "Write me a script." people's attention and therefore your videos will not perform as good. But just that we're going to use it within Tube Magic. If we go to the script

[07:18] writer here, as you can see, this is using Claude Sonnet 4.6 or Opus 4.6, more credits. And then we're going to copy the title that we're going to do, go to YouTube, paste it in here. But the problem is that when we search this on

[07:33] YouTube, there's not any huge videos with this exact title because we want to use it as training data. So instead, we will just search the dark psychology of healing yourself, the first part of that title, and then find some videos that

[07:46] got a lot of views, like this one right here. Go to Tube Magic, click the add contacts button, and paste that in. And then we'll search the second part of that title, which is toxic people, and find a video that also got a lot of

[07:58] also paste it in. And then we'll go ahead and paste in our exact title that we're going to do. And then we'll choose for this to be a 10-minute video. And the reason this is so much better than just using the base version of Claude is

[08:12] because it's using all of these best viral frameworks to make sure that our have an amazing script, and it even gives us some hook options right here, And if we go to Higgsfield, which again

[08:25] is the sponsor of this video, and we go to audio, and then voice-over, then it brings us to this page. Then if you click voice preset, you can create a custom voice. That is what I would recommend for this, but there is a bunch

[08:38] of voices that you can also choose from. Then you can go ahead and copy the generate. Or if you want to do this within Claude, you paste in your script, and you say, "Here's my script.

[08:52] script. Voice over it now using the Matt voice, please." And click enter. And then we'll go into Claude, and we'll say, "Here is my script." And then we'll paste in the script. Please give me video prompts to

[09:08] script. Please give me video prompts to make animated videos, switching the make animated videos, switching the scene every 5 seconds, at least, and this is very important for audience retention, by the way, that correspond

[09:22] to the script. Also, make sure to reference the character who will be in every single clip. I will

[09:34] as a reference image on all of the videos. And then we'll click We're going to take the first prompt and copy it. Then go to Higgs Field and go

[09:48] copy it. Then go to Higgs Field and go to video and choose C Dance 2.0. So, this and we can click to upload media and then select our character right through and copy-paste each of these prompts right here. It can be really

[10:02] helpful to type at and then select the character to make sure that it actually though we asked it to do 5 seconds, I like to do at least 6 to 10 seconds for this. So, we'll do seven right there. And then choose C Dance 2.0 fast. It's

[10:16] slightly lower quality than C Dance 2.0, but if you're not doing like insane visuals and insane fight scenes or something, you do not need it. For an animated channel like this, C Dance 2.0 fast is absolutely perfect. And then

[10:29] you wanted to even do longer clips as you can generate multiple at the same on. So, we'll go ahead and click to generate this and we'll just go down the

[10:42] list generating each of these different prompts. So, here's the next prompt. prompts. So, here's the next prompt. >> [music] fast is that it's super fast. We already have some of these clips loading right

[10:56] also looks really amazing and it corresponds as to what's being talked about in the video. And when we import these clips into a video editor like CapCut, we can simply drag them onto the timeline just like this one after

[11:09] have this video right here. Have you ever noticed that the moment you start doing better, certain people in your life suddenly start doing worse? You set a boundary and they explode. You stop apologizing for everything and they act

[11:21] personally offended. You start healing and somehow that becomes a problem for someone else. That is not a coincidence. There's actual psychology behind why your growth triggers other people's rage And once you understand it, you This is

[11:34] fantastic and it even corresponds as to what's being talked about. So, when it's yelling. When it talks about you doing better and other people doing worse, right there. And this looks really good. Now, a common thing you might run into

[11:46] is the clips may not align exactly with the voice-over and there may be some some additional clips. But, let's say you're really lazy and you don't even actually use Claude Code, which you can download onto your computer. You don't

[12:00] have to know any whatsoever even to use this. And then you can upload a picture of your character as well as the voice-over and then say, "Make this voice-over and then say, "Make this voice-over into a full animated video

[12:12] with the voice-over in the background for the entire video and use the character attached in all of the attached in all of the clips that play throughout the video and

[12:27] change the scenes every 5 seconds at least." Then we want connectors and make sure that Higgs Field is turned on. And we'll also say,

[12:39] "Make sure the clips shown throughout the video correspond to what is being talked about the voice-over." Then we'll click enter. want to make sure that we're using C Dance 2.0 fast for this. So, we'll say,

[12:56] "Use C Dance 2.0 fast for all of the clips." And then enter that. And then a bunch of pop-up boxes like this will come up. So, over on those. And as you can see, it says that FFmpeg is available. If you

[13:12] download it. That's what it's going to use to stitch everything together and do don't have it, you can literally just tell Claude, "Install FFmpeg for me." it for you. Let me show you how I would make a ton of money from this. I would

[13:28] the perfect affiliate product for this channel and make sure I make at least channel and make sure I make at least $50 per sale. Ideally, over $100 per

[13:41] sale." And then click enter. And boom, just like that, it found me one. online-therapy.com. It pays $150 per sign-up. It's exactly cookie, which means that if somebody doesn't sign up immediately, but they

[13:54] commission. And I would obviously want to vet this website and make sure this promoted it. But if it looked good, I'd click affiliate right here and I would that in the description of all of my videos. And I would do that immediately

[14:08] at first just so I could monetize the first day I started the channel. But in the background, I would work on my own program that I could sell from the course about the topics that did the best on my channel. And I would sell

[14:21] best on my channel. And I would sell that anywhere from $97 to $297. where Claude did all of the editing for us and it generated all the clips and put them all together. And it gives us the video right here saved to my

[14:34] computer. When I open that video, it looks exactly like this. Have you ever better, certain people in your life suddenly start doing worse? You set a fantastic where it has the guy setting the boundary and then the guy exploding.

[14:47] Stop apologizing for everything and they act personally offended. You start healing and somehow that becomes a problem for someone else. That is not a coincidence. There's actual psychology behind why So that's an amazing video

[15:00] editing it together. So now you know that you can 100% do this process and generate videos easily. But generating videos is just the first piece of the real business and be like my students who are building real businesses doing

[15:16] actually safe so it doesn't get banned because I know a lot of people will be in the comments saying, "YouTube isn't allowing these types of videos." They absolutely are. In fact, YouTube is going all in on AI, but only the right

[15:28] kind of AI, only if you do it the right way. And most people do it the wrong way. So, if you want to learn what that right way is, learn the 2026 updates for doing this correctly, and discover how to make this into a real business, then

[15:41] out this video next to me right here. Even if you don't watch it now, bookmark it and make sure to go through this video because it's going to break down business and how to keep your channel safe with some 2026 updates. So, check

[15:55] it out. My name is Matt Par, and I will see you there.
