I Tested TikTok Shop Affiliate Marketing: Here Are My Real Results

[00:00] I have two videos on Tik Tok that are making hundreds of dollars a day and I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't test it myself I still don't believe you better part of my adult life and I actually had a corporate job doing

[00:14] affiliate marketing and I hated sitting in a cubicle so I quit that corporate job and now I'm actually testing these programs that the gurus talk about online to find out which ones actually work what makes you so different and I

[00:27] like to actually try the things and then bring my results to you kind of showing you my journey and hopefully so that maybe you can recreate some of my successes I guess that makes sense and this video is no different so I've been

[00:42] testing the Tik Tock shop affiliate program for a few days now and I am convinced and not by gurus telling you how much money you can make not by showing the screenshots of everybody's earnings not by all these stories of how

[00:54] wealthy you can get in this new gold rush but by my own data and my own results that I'm going to show you in this video in fact I'm going to show you exactly what products are selling well and the actual videos that I made so

[01:07] pretty much all you'll have to do is copy and paste and hopefully be able to get some of those same results yourself that would be nice and I'm also going to something that I did that I think could be completely responsible for the

[01:22] success that I had on those two videos something that could be a secret sauce tactic that I bet nobody's talking about yet but more on that later just get to to assume that you have a general idea of what the Tik Tok shop affiliate

[01:37] program is so let's just cut straight to the juicy stuff my results so I tested this program about a week or two ago with one product and pretty much one video and that one video got around 1,500 views and sold one product so I

[01:51] made a little over $6 I think it was am I supposed to be impressed and that might not be super impressive but it showed that there is potential that you can actually make a video and use that video to sell a product so essentially

[02:04] it showed me that the hype on this might potentially be real guys believe the possible so I got super excited and tried to understand the Tik Tok

[02:16] algorithm what's going to work and what's not going to work how do I take what worked in that video and scale up those results so I started doing research on products that were trending that were working really well for other

[02:28] by using a program called C data now it is a bit expensive but it's actually really really powerful and it pretty much makes it copy and paste for you so

[02:40] you can go into cata and you can look up specific products or specific creators on Tik Tok that you like and you can see what types of products are making what types of money so for example here's a waterproof rechargeable headlamp that

[02:53] seems to be making this person 27k Revenue so far and here's the cool part you can actually go over and click on the actual video and watch that video okay this is insane see exactly what they're doing you can actually download

[03:07] the video you can export the script and you can do your own version of this exact thing so you can see what product and what video is creating those sales all with this platform I'm willing to pay for convenience this is just

[05:04] are trending and that are making lots of money for other people I looked at the types of videos they're making and I made two for myself and let's just take a look at those exact videos right now okay so here is the flashlight video if

[05:42] electricity goes out if your power goes out if the crap hits the fan you have light in your home and you can recharge your cell phone right here with this now there's a flash sale on Tik Tok shop so I would recommend you go down there

[05:58] and take a look because the price down there is crazy discounted right now allinone check it out and here is the Smart scale video if you're serious

[06:10] serious and it's because you're not using one of these this is a smart scale that allows you to determine which type of food you want to weigh and put it on the scale and it'll tell you all the macros that are inside of that food

[06:24] they're insanely reasonably priced on the Tik Tok shop and they will save you lots of time and guessing in your macronutrient requirements so if you're serious about your nutrition stop guessing let technology do it for you

[06:39] grab yourself a smart scale before they're sold out so those are crazy simple right nothing hard nothing complicated insanely easy videos to make seems pretty easy and my template for these is pretty simple you try to get

[06:52] their attention right away to stop them from scrolling if you own or rent a home or what the benefits of it are or what the features of it are and then I do a pretty strong call to action at the end right now there's a flash sale on Tik

[07:06] Tok shop so I would recommend you go down there and take a look because the now on the Tik Tok shop but I'm not sure for how long or right now there's a flash sale on this product you know to create like a sense of urgency that's

[07:21] you can make dozens of videos for the same product and just tweak it a little ideas using that same template you can do that for any product and unlike the

[07:36] Amazon influencer program where there's only a certain amount of carousels you can make hundreds of videos for the same product and figure out how to make that video work that's too much work pretty cool I think now for those of you who

[07:49] so I actually uploaded those two videos to my Tik Tok account and right away out of the gate they didn't actually do that with well between both of those they

[08:01] only got around 4,000 views and didn't sell any products and I was kind of super bummed because I thought that that template or that format should work so I videos by using the Tik Tok internal promote system where you can boost views

[08:20] or boost sales just get eyeballs artificially on your videos by paying I paid made a small amount of money to boost those posts to get a few thousand

[08:32] more eyeballs on them and I wanted to see something very specific can you kind of buy your way into this can you pay to win if you have a product or a video that isn't doing well organically can you just pay for traffic on that video

[08:45] and make it back out so if you pay $50 for traffic can you make $100 in sales that's kind of what I wanted to test but then something interesting happened so I paid for the promotion and during that promotion I only sold a few products I

[08:58] think it was the flashlight only so I spent probably around 30 bucks and only sold about 4 units which was around $16 so I didn't really even break even but it did show me that this could be possible if you pick the right product

[09:13] and you have a good video and you boost that post and pay for it you could probably do Tik Tock shop Arbitrage meaning you buy low and sell high or you pay $20 to get that post to go nuts and you make more than $20 so it does seem

[09:27] kind of possible but after those C campaigns ended I didn't break even but then this crazy things started happening those two videos well after the campaigns were done well after the promotions were done started rolling on

[09:39] their own naturally and organically and that organic traffic seemed to convert steamrolling and getting tens of thousands of views a day without me

[09:52] promoting them anymore and now they're making hundreds of dollars a day those two videos those two products literally hundreds of dollars a day that's what I want so did boosting those posts trick the algorithm into grabbing those videos

[10:05] or does the algorithm need really good data in order to figure out whether or not a video is good enough to promote naturally and does buying that traffic help to show the algorithm the Right audience for that video I can't be sure

[10:19] coincidence that I boosted those two posts and now those two posts are doing thought and maybe something that deserves a bit more testing so I'm

[10:33] the videos are very easy to make and it's exciting when you upload one because at any moment one of these videos could completely go viral if I'm making hundreds of dollars a day off of tens of thousands of views imagine what

[10:49] I would be making off of hundreds of thousands of views or a millions of views many of these creators that are talking about this outrageous money that they're making have had vide that have had millions of views and I'm showing

[11:01] you I'm seeing that that potential is there the amount of money I'm making off of tens of thousands is outrageous and awesome so imagine if I can get one of these to go viral at any moment you could upload a video that could accident

[11:15] go viral and make you literally thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars that will never ever happen so people are hyping this system up I am hyping this system up I know I'm a YouTuber who want to talk about these

[11:29] things favorably cuz it helps my channel of course I admit that freely but really this is super exciting for a person like me I enjoy making content and I enjoy seeing that content go nuts and I enjoy seeing some money come from the content

[11:45] that I'm creating and so far in my very limited amount of testing I am convinced that the hype is real on this and that it deserves some further investigating and testing you do that and as always I'm going to put all my results here for
