In this interview, Eric talks with Manu, a 20-year-old student who has been generating significant income through automated YouTube channels without showing his face. Manu shares his journey from starting with a YouTube Shorts channel to monetizing it and scaling to multiple channels, emphasizing the importance of setting non-monetary goals, consistency, and learning the algorithm. He reveals his monthly earnings, time investment, and mistakes he made along the way.
Manu generates between $2,000 and $4,000 a month with an automated channel where he doesn't appear, record his voice, or edit. He started 3 months ago and achieved results by applying the right strategy from day one.
Manu started with a YouTube Shorts channel, learning from American videos and other Spanish creators. He was self-taught and tried to monetize without a clear strategy. He uploaded his first video on January 3rd, 2026.
Manu's initial goal was to monetize a channel within six months. He emphasizes that setting clear, non-monetary goals (like monetizing a channel) is crucial, as money alone doesn't sustain long-term motivation.
Manu monetized his first Shorts channel on March 17th, about two and a half months after starting. He achieved the required metrics in just one week after understanding the algorithm and content strategy.
First month of monetization: €100. Second month: €1,200 in 14 days. April: €2,600. May: on track for €4,000+. He shows that a channel can generate stable €150/day, sometimes over €200.
Initially, each short took about 3 hours to edit, and he uploaded one per day. When he increased to three per day, it took 8-9 hours. Now, with delegation, he spends 1-1.5 hours per day on scripting and idea generation.
In April, Manu started delegating editing to a team, which slowed the pace initially but allowed him to scale. He recommends learning editing yourself first to understand the process and later manage a team effectively.
Manu couldn't believe the income at first, but now feels motivated to scale further. He emphasizes not settling and climbing as high as possible.
Manu started a second channel on April 13th, applying the knowledge from the academy. It's already generating around €500 in its first month, with potential to scale.
Manu's mistakes: deleting or re-uploading videos that didn't perform well, and stopping uploads when demotivated. He advises following a plan and staying disciplined even when motivation drops.
Manu recommends the Viralita program for those who want to generate income with a business that isn't complicated, as it provides clear guidance on what to do.
Manu's story demonstrates that with the right strategy, consistency, and a focus on learning the algorithm, it's possible to generate significant income from automated YouTube channels without showing your face. The key is to set non-monetary goals, stay disciplined, and scale by delegating.
What was Manu's initial goal when starting his YouTube channel?
To monetize a channel within six months.
05:28
How long did it take Manu to monetize his first Shorts channel?
About two and a half months, from January 3rd to March 17th.
08:36
What was Manu's income in the first month of monetization?
€100.
10:38
What mistake did Manu make when a video didn't get expected views?
He would delete the video or change the title and re-upload it.
25:07
Why does Manu recommend learning to edit yourself before delegating?
So you understand the process and can later know if the team is doing things right.
15:44
How much time does Manu currently spend per day on his channels?
One to one and a half hours per day on scripting and idea generation.
18:39
Non-Monetary Goals
Emphasizes that setting goals based on money alone doesn't sustain long-term motivation; instead, focus on actionable objectives like monetizing a channel.
05:02Rapid Monetization
Shows that with the right strategy, monetization can happen in weeks, not months, but requires understanding the algorithm.
08:36Income Scaling
Demonstrates exponential income growth from €100 to €4,000+ in just a few months, proving scalability.
10:38Learn Before Delegating
Advises learning editing yourself first to effectively manage a team later, a key principle for scaling.
15:44Avoid Deleting Videos
Highlights a common mistake that disrupts the algorithm's learning process, stressing consistency.
25:07[00:01] how he is generating between $2,000 and $1,000 a month with an automated channel, a channel where he doesn't appear, doesn't record his voice, doesn't edit, and yet still generates income every month your face, you don't have to invest many
[00:16] hours a day to achieve this, and you do it all from wherever you want with your 3 months ago and is already achieving very, very good results. And it's not because I've been lucky that I'm more intelligent or because I have a better grasp of it than
[00:30] anyone else. It's because he has applied the right strategy from day one, and that's what it. Hey guys! Well, we're here Very good, man. Glad. How cool. How cool. From where? Where
[00:42] I'm currently in Madrid, but I 'm from Malaga. That's great, that's great. So, if you want, explain a little bit to the people who don't know you and who are watching this video, who you are, what you do, and well, so they
[00:55] you. Well, yes, well, I'm Manu, I'm a 20-year-old guy and right now I'm dedicated to studying. I am finishing a Okay. And that's it, I'm here and I'm going to finish it now.
[01:12] to finish it? I still have exams to take this month and some silly resits in July, but hey, two months and two months, no, a month and a half and the degree is over. That's great, that's great. I made an
[01:27] intro of yours earlier, okay? So people already know a little bit about what we're going to talk about in this video. Right now it's true that you're using the YouTube automation, uh, automating YouTube channels without
[01:40] our face. People already know because we've talked about it a lot. The question we've talked about it a lot. The question is, had you tried anything before this? So, did it work or not? Tell us a little bit about your situation there.
[01:53] Well, the truth is no, I didn't start straight away with automated YouTube. I actually started with a YouTube Shorts channel, okay? I started out learning from American videos and some
[02:09] other creators here in Spain, and I was completely self-taught and tried to monetize that channel without having much of an idea because I didn't have the right? So , how long ago was that?
[02:24] Well, I uploaded the first video on that channel on January 3rd. It was almost like a new year or a new life. Yes, yes, I actually started to learn and I actually started to learn and understand a little bit about how the whole
[02:38] YouTube thing works on December 29, 2025, so literally nothing. say, 'uh, I'm going to try this on something else' ? I mean, you also had something in things were going through your head. I never really had, I never
[02:55] I never really had, I never thought about starting a business as such, but when I realized I could make money from home, I don't know, well, I really went for this business model because ever since I was little I'd
[03:09] always liked making videos and stuff, I'd watch the typical influencers like stuff, I'd watch the typical influencers like Willy, Vegeta and such, and I'd consume their content, and it's also typical to start a YouTube channel at 12 years old uploading
[03:22] Fortnite gameplay, recording with the PlayStation, which are terrible, but well, I don't know, I liked the idea that it was content and in the end I didn't think about it generate, but also because I enjoyed it, you know ? Well,
[03:38] that's great. Look, I 'm really in that same boat, I mean, I totally connect with you there for the simple fact that when I was, I mean, younger too, when I was 12 years old, I also started my own YouTube channel and then I
[03:50] tried other things before starting this business and they didn't work for me. And the simple fact of seeing that there was an opportunity to make money with this, without even showing my face, and all, well, that's what made me take
[04:05] the plunge. You don't mind showing your face, do you? It made you hesitate a Because there are many people watching us who actually want to that matters to them. Well, to be honest, I do
[04:20] n't mind showing my face, I mean, I don't mind it . I actually like it, I mean, videos with your face and all, but then you see these super
[04:33] famous YouTubers who can't live such a comfortable life as going out to dinner quietly with their family or taking a walk, and the truth is, generating money, not on that scale maybe , but similar, without showing their
[04:48] caught my attention. Sure, sure. Yes, yes, right? And that's also one of the reasons why people start in this business. You mentioned that you actually started uploading your first video on
[05:02] January 3, 2026. What goals did you set for yourself? And not only that, but do you think that setting goals or having something in mind made you
[05:14] results so quickly? Well, the truth is that the goals I Well, the truth is that the goals I set for myself back then were, I mean, very different from the ones I have right now , to be honest. But back then,
[05:28] the main goal I set for myself in those early days of the year was to Okay. I put it on in six months because I didn't know how successful it would be, or if I would be able to do it, and that was the
[05:45] main goal. And well, the truth is that, especially regarding the goals, I think it's very important, because in the end,
[05:57] important, because in the end, if you have a clear or defined goal, you know what the end result is, right? In other words, really knowing what you want to achieve. And it's important because if you don't have a goal like that, or "I want to earn X per
[06:12] month" or "I want to have so many channels," in the end you're going to be a bit lost and you won't know how to manage things well, right? What you want to do 100%. The only thing I recommend, and I know—I'm not going to say, I think, I know—is that it's
[06:24] also what has made you have goals, I mean, goals, not quick results, the fact of setting goals that are not based on money. In other words, and this is very important because when a person wants to start
[06:37] in this business, or in any other, we look for that external thing, that is, that external thing, right? Those inputs, right? In other words, we seek the reward, we seek the money, right? And that 's normal, but the fact of starting to
[06:53] take action, and starting to take action in general, just for the money, is that motivation, and that's not going to make you a long-term investor in any business. So, what I also want to convey in this interview
[07:08] that I'm having with you is that it's tell me what you think about that, but objectives, and then once those objectives have been set, to put in place the actions that need to be taken to achieve those objectives.
[07:23] to achieve those objectives. In other words, a goal isn't 2000 or 3000 a month, right? The goal is to monetize a channel, lower the stock price to reach that goal, and then, independently, those
[07:36] results will come. What do you think about that? No, absolutely not. So, in the end, the goal is to win, and money is what we all want, right? Ultimately, money is the motivation behind why we do business, isn't it? But if you, for
[07:51] example, set that goal and don't set the goal, like I did, of monetizing a channel, you're not really going to understand how it all works. So, it 's important to have that goal of monetizing, but now, along the way
[08:06] to that goal, you have to say, "Okay, so what do I have to do to actually reach that goal?" No? What niche can I find? How do I produce videos in general? Yes, yes. In other words, to set certain actions
[08:21] actions, I will reach that goal." That is indeed important. That's great too, huh? I mean, you mentioned that you started, that you uploaded your first video on January 3rd. How long did it take you to monetize that first
[08:36] channel so people can see how quickly it can be done? It 's not normal either; we need to be transparent. In other words, not everyone monetizes and starts generating income so quickly, but it is possible. And
[08:48] in fact, you're going to teach it right now . So, how long did it take you to monetize and how much did you bill in the first month of AdSense, that is, from when the was already active in terms of monetization?
[09:02] Well, I monetized the first channel I mentioned, Shorts, if I remember correctly Shorts, if I remember correctly , on March 17th. March 17th and 18th was the day I met the goals that YouTube requires in order to monetize the
[09:17] more or less , but if you really look at the actual statistics, I got those results that make you monetize in just one week. Sure, the second one in January already. I
[09:32] Sure, the second one in January already. I mean, no, no, I mean, what I mean is, in order for for YouTube Shorts, okay? Uh, I accumulated it over a one- week period in March,
[09:46] two and a half month process of algorithm development, a month and a half of algorithm development and understanding how YouTube really worked and the content I had to create for my Okay? And when I understood it and applied what I
[09:59] And when I understood it and applied what I had analyzed and solved, I got end I knew exactly what I had to do and the strategy to apply. Excellent. In other words, this channel that will generate approximately 4000 this month, then we'll
[10:13] see. Uh, you monetized it during this time, but just now, recently, long will it take? Yes, in about 23 days. That's great, that's great. Very crazy. And that is entirely possible.
[10:26] Honestly, I thought you had monetized the first one faster, but that's because of the growth you had in terms of income. In other words, if you can now show a little bit of the income you generated in the first,
[10:38] second, and well, what you're generating today, so that growth the channel is experiencing. Yes, I'm going to share it here. The first month I monetized this channel,
[10:50] okay? It was March, as you can see, right? Look, the monetization was on the 22nd, okay? That is, from generating zero on the first day of monetization to generating more than
[11:02] That's awful. What I mentioned is this process okay? For people who don't really understand how many YouTube Shorts have, 100,000 views
[11:17] a day on YouTube Shorts is rubbish. In other words, you don't , interested visits are half of the
[11:29] clear no, I could never have monetized the Clear. And it was around this time that I began to understand a little more what my audience wanted, to the
[11:42] point of getting a million visits a day, even 2,600,000 visits a day. How crazy. Craziness. How much did you earn that This day was not monetized. Ah, okay. No, I mean, that day you could
[11:54] easily have done more than 300, between 300 and 400. Yes, yes, perfectly. Right now I'm at one million visits, about €150 You see. And how many millions of visits are you generating per day right now? Right now
[12:07] , I'm going to go back to the last 28 days. I'm generating a proxillion. There are no days when I make 1,400, there is one day when I make a little less. So, you day. Yes, I'll show it here. I've been here since... It seems
[12:24] crazy to me. It seems crazy to me, and what do the stability a channel can have? I mean, because you've already normalized that and I've normalized it too,
[12:38] but the people watching this video are going to be blown away by the simple video are going to be blown away by the simple fact that a simple channel can fact that a simple channel can generate a stable €150 a day, sometimes even
[12:50] over €200. I mean, I want to go into more detail because we because we 've normalized this, but €150 is what a person earns on many days working in any country in the world,
[13:02] you know? And then you'll explain how much time you dedicate to this, how much time you dedicate to it each day, but it's just crazy. And if you want, we can take a look at the income, uh, if you can
[13:15] click on the income section, okay? So you can see the channel's progression. The first month you generated 100, the second month 1200, all in just 14 days or even
[13:27] Okay. Then in April I went through Then in April I went through a team process at the beginning because before I did everything myself. Yes, I remember perfectly. And then in the
[13:41] end I started to delegate, the pace slowed down a bit because I had to teach the team exactly how I wanted. There was a change of editors too, so it wasn't a very complicated process, but it was a bit time-consuming because
[13:55] in the end I have to show the team exactly how I want it until I finally get my team to fully understand how I want the fully understand how I want the videos to be. And that leads me to the fact that in April
[14:07] I made €2600 in the whole month and now, since May, literally by the middle of last month. Yes. I mean, I think that if you keep this up , the 5,000 depends on the peak income you have on any given day. I do
[14:22] see 5,000 as possible, but not highly realistic, but 4,000 is certain and 4,000 is between 3,000 and 4,000, always more
[14:34] between 3,000 and 4,000, always more than 3100%. I hope that I simply because there are 2,000 euros left and almost half the month remains. Yes, no, probably, probably.
[14:47] So, if you can also present, well, or let's talk about this channel How much time are you dedicating to it? So, how much time were you dedicating to it at the beginning and how much time are you dedicating to it now to generate the
[14:59] income you are generating? Well, honestly, since it started in January statistics so that people can get a bit of an idea of what I was thinking when I was doing it. Well, there's no cheese here, but there are visits. Here you can see the
[15:14] right? I was learning how it worked here, okay? Both YouTube and artificial intelligence, both editing. I didn't know how to edit and I did
[15:29] n't have the money to be able to teach, I mean, to be able to have an editor. So, I also recommend that you start editing at the beginning because that way you really understand the requirements.
[15:44] mean, people come to me and say, "No, I can't afford equipment." First of all, what equipment do you no longer need? It also depends, that is, if you have a channel that generates between 4 and 5000, no matter how many
[15:57] artificial intelligence tools exist, always have a person answer to be on equipment do you no longer need? Because there is AI that makes the process very good. And secondly, if you have to do something, it's better that you do it yourself for the simple
[16:11] reason that you learn how it's done so that tomorrow, when you already have a network of stable channels and such, you'll know if the team is doing things right or if they're doing them wrong. Yes. No, absolutely. You have to know, right? They're
[16:24] not going to pull that fast one on you, are they? But we need to know if they're really important thing. I cut you off there. cut you off there. Uh, I'm here, well, look, I only
[16:37] uploaded one short a day, well, some days I even missed a post. I uploaded the first video on the sixth, on the third I uploaded a video with my face to warm up the channel, but oh well. Yes, that's all. And here one went up a day,
[16:51] okay? And for each short film, it took me a while to edit it, well, to find the edit it, well, to find the idea, to find the original video, idea, to find the original video, uh, it took me about 3 hours,
[17:03] Okay. This took ages every month, about 4 hours or so. Then in February I do n't know if I picked up the pace, did I? In fact,
[17:15] in February I had a downturn, to be honest, I got demotivated. Okay. I also went on a trip and stuff and I was still at that amount until in March I decided that I was going to upload more
[17:30] March I decided that I was going to upload more videos than anyone in my competition and the best ones. So, I remember perfectly that we talked and said, "Wow, if you're doing this, why not do more of
[17:43] this thing that works?" And that's where we talk about starting to the channel reacts, we add more or less. And here, well, since I was editing alone, uh, as I told you
[17:57] before, if it took me 3 hours to make a video, then here, when I was uploading three a day, you can calculate about 8 or 9 hours. In other words, to I mean, uh, normally you start by uploading three
[18:11] or four videos a week, and you were uploading that many a day monetized and also because you saw the potential of it, right? Absolutely, absolutely. And now,
[18:24] in April, as I mentioned here, the number of videos started to drop a bit , so I started delegating. And honestly, since I had more experience finding ideas, finding material,
[18:39] finding ideas, finding material, writing scripts, and generating the voiceover, now I usually take between an hour and an hour and a half a day at most. But and a half a day at most. But also because I like to do the
[18:51] scripting myself, so I don't leave everything to AI, you And I recommend that, because nowadays people think that, well, you just words, you can leverage AI a lot
[19:05] , but you have to be present. feeling? Because, I mean, now we see these numbers, this month you're going to close it at over 4000, last month you closed it at 2600.
[19:18] How did you feel about that? So, how did you feel and how do you feel now? Because it's just so crazy. I repeat, you've normalized it, but think about it: what you generating in a day, many people generate over many days.
[19:32] There are even countries where people living in those countries will see this and maybe it takes them half a week or a week to generate what you generate in one day by investing one hour. So, how did you feel when you started
[19:45] generating income with this, and how do you feel right now? Well, when I started generating income, I honestly couldn't believe it. I didn't believe it because it usually happens in the . Yes, yes. No, I mean, I don't come from
[20:01] having a crazy amount of money either, you know? I mean, luckily I've lived a great life , to be honest. I can't complain at all, but in the end, seeing that the work you've put in and continue to put in every day turns into
[20:15] money, and not just money, but a lot of money, is incredible. At first I didn't believe it, but now I really feel like I want to go for more and I won't stop until I climb as high as I can.
[20:31] Sure. In other words, there won't be a limit. The most important thing is not to settle and to try to climb as high as you can. Excellent. 100%. I uploaded the first video on the 13th, as you
[20:46] April 13th. It's now May 19th, a little more time has passed. And so, with May 19th, a little more time has passed. And so, with the knowledge I gained the knowledge I gained here at the academy, I
[21:00] focused primarily on doing what I had to do , which was to , which was to understand the niche I had chosen, the ideas, analyze them perfectly, and try to focus on
[21:17] creating the best ideas so that they could take off as soon as possible. 100% this is what we take off as soon as possible. 100% this is what we always instill there, full focus on what truly gives you leverage and delivers results. That's also
[21:29] the problem with people who don't understand how it's done, and that's normal, but hey, you have to focus on the right place because otherwise you'll generate income with this, right? Sure, totally, totally. And
[21:43] also be patient because at first YouTube takes time to recommend your channel, to promote it, to get it into the algorithm. You have to be consistent and keep doing the same thing all the time. In other words, if you've set the goal of
[21:58] uploading five videos a week to this channel, upload five videos a week until you get in, there's no other way. 100% 100% How much is this channel generating right now?
[22:11] Well, now it's generating, uh, it has generated, I monetized it, on the seventh it started generating a Okay. And right now it's generating, well
[22:24] depends on the day. I'm currently doing some restructuring of the format and Excellent. But yes, days, for example, this day which was the day I monetized the most, it was €45 but, I mean, there were only 15,000 visits
[22:39] , which is not a lot. Of course, of course, of course, it's crazy. But mean, how scalable this channel is and, well, it's possible that you can simply because of the 4,000-4,500 from the other one and what
[22:55] this 100% can give you. I see it honestly, but that's because you've had 240 this month. Yes, from this month. Of just that much you'll take, yes, that is, 12 days. Yes, yes, sure. This channel will arrive this month, right? Yes, more than 500 for sure. And
[23:11] ideas and 100%. That's the mentality. dedicating to this channel, dude? With the money I
[23:23] generate from the other channel, I can afford to delegate editing to this channel, and I dedicate two hours a day to it, that is, every day, every week. Two hours a week That's crazy, huh? How crazy. I mean, it's not like this channel is going to generate 500 for you
[23:38] this month. It's crazy to think about 8 hours a week, €500 a month, you know? I mean, you think, and that's why sometimes it's good to keep your feet on the ground, that there are people who are working the same hours and, I mean, they're
[23:55] working, no, they're earning the same, excuse me, uh, 500 € a month dedicating those day, you know? I mean, if not in Spain, maybe it would be a little less, but, I mean, it's incredible
[24:11] you know? And what I want people to see about ostas is that it's absolutely an absolute marvel, and the scalability it has, I mean, it can be scaled up to where it
[24:23] 100%. And that's what I always say, that is, since it's not associated with you, you language you want. And not only that, but you can keep opening as many as you want, right? Fair. Since we're talking about the channel, dude, I'll
[24:36] , okay? Is there any mistake you made during this process that you'd like to tell are watching this—so they don't make the same mistake? What mistake would you tell them about?
[24:52] Well, one mistake, there have been many mistakes, really, but one mistake, for example, it used to happen to me that when I uploaded a video and didn't get the average number of views I expected, I'm talking about the
[25:07] shorts video in January, February, when it didn't get the views I thought it would , I would take the video and delete it or change the title and edit it again and re-upload it. In other words, you weren't following the plan. That's a
[25:21] and not following it. You know I mention it in class, guys, plan, but that's precisely what causes people to you know? No, of course, of course.
[25:35] Yes. Also, another mistake I made, which I mentioned earlier, was that in February I stopped uploading videos because I was getting demotivated. No, no, you shouldn't do that. So, you're demotivated, but go to work anyway.
[25:48] Exact. Exact. I mean, that's where I've seen it many, many times on social media: the motivation graph followed by discipline little by little, you know? And that's the path to follow, the fact that discipline will be difficult, that at the
[26:02] beginning there won't be results. Um, but if you follow that path, it's the cool, cool. Perfect. Well, thank you for the value you've been expressing. I would like to ask you one last question. Hey, people know you're
[26:17] those considering joining, or who want to schedule a call with us, what do you recommend, or do you recommend the Viralita program? Honestly, what I
[26:33] recommend most is that if you're clear that you'd like to generate your own income you'd like to generate your own income with a business that isn't complicated in terms of the work you have to put in, I recommend it 100%
