I Tried Making Money with Claude + PDFs for a Week — Does It Work?

[00:55] video, so subscribe. How did I build a simple and replicable PDF generator to sell using Cloue for free, where did I offer them, and how did sales go? Let's get started! Like this post to begin. Well, to create the PDF

[01:10] and not start from scratch, since I already knew it was going to be a budget guide, I came to be a budget guide, I came to Etsi and looked for reference models. So, I found this model to be nice, simple, and easy to understand. Now, a tip

[01:24] for working more efficiently with the Cloud without having to request so many changes. In cloud settings or configuration , leave this message. Before doing anything complex, ask three to four clarifying questions about

[01:39] context, objective, and constraints. In this way, Claude doesn't decide what to do on his own, but asks you what to do before moving forward. That said , I took a screenshot of this design and loaded it into Cloude, and I also gave it

[01:56] this prompt. The prompts are all in a guide on my Telegram channel so you can download it and come follow the process with me. So, the idea is that Cloue copies the structure of this PDF to function as a

[02:10] template. And this prompt basically says, take this image only as a reference for the idea, not to copy it. I ask that you keep the concept, the categories, the tables, the general structure, but that you propose your own

[02:24] design, that is, other colors, another typeface, without repeating any exact detail of the original, and that before generating anything you show me that proposal so that I can approve it. I am now sending this instruction. So, before

[02:39] continuing, Claude asks me these questions. This is because of the message I left in settings. So, the first one says, "In what currency should the amounts be?" So, I have this answer which is also in the guide I left you

[02:52] on the Telegram channel. Dollar sign in abbreviated format like 10K, which would be 10,000. Uh, for the boxes in the space-saving challenges. The main budget tables are empty, with no sample amounts, only

[03:06] column headers. Second question, what typographic style do you prefer? So I want it to be sanerif, which is modern, clean, and everything is clear. The third question asks, "How many pages of

[03:19] savings challenges do you want to include?" So let it be between two and three challenges. And the fourth question, what final format is the planner for? So it's going to be for a standard PDF for printing. And that's it, I'm sending this form. Now Claude

[03:34] asks me to confirm if these are the final changes I want to apply, so I tell him to continue and send the instruction. So, I already have ready what would be my template or this monthly budget PDF that

[03:47] basically copied the structure of the reference PDF, which is what we asked reference PDF, which is what we asked Claude for. But it did change quite a bit, especially the part about the challenges in the boxes and it adapted what

[04:01] the savings goals would be. Now, to confirm that this system can create PDFs for different topics and not just one , I have this promo. I want to confirm that the system you built is reusable. Use the same script and

[04:15] design, same color palette, same typography, same structure, but now generate a travel expense planner with categories such as transportation, accommodation, food, and activities, instead of

[04:28] general monthly budget categories. And here is the result, the same system, same the result, the same system, same design and structure, but now adapted to a vacation budget planner . Then he changed the

[05:25] PDF of a new theme. This prompt says the following: "Before generating the next PDF, I want to choose the color palette visually. Show me three to four pastel color palette options with an interactive visual element using

[05:39] actual color swatches or charts, not just text or codes, so I can click and directly choose which one to use in the document design. I'll send this instruction. I already have several color palette options to

[05:54] choose from. So, to test this new feature within the system, I'm going to ask you to create a new theme or a new PDF with this prompt. Here, I 'm basically asking you to generate an emergency fund planner

[06:07] using the same system and design we already built, but with new categories focused on savings and leaving the savings challenge amounts blank so everyone can define their own goal. And now I have an emergency fund PDF

[06:21] , which is ideal for my friend and has a visual identity, different colors, different boxes, because this one has a total goal for the emergency fund, what the monthly savings would be, what

[06:36] expenses you reduced, and what the extra contribution would be for this." Emergency fund and a savings challenge, my savings goal so that everyone can write in the timeframe, how many days they will save this goal, the

[06:50] amount, and when it starts and ends. And here they fill in all the boxes to see their progress or how much they managed to save. This template would be like a virtual piggy bank. As you can see, this

[07:03] system adapts the structure of the initial budget PDF to different So, we already have the general budget, we have a travel expense tracker , we have an emergency fund, and we can generate

[07:18] different PDFs with a visual identity for any topic we want. Now, the idea is not to present the PDFs this way, but to present them as a professional guide. So I have a new prompt for Claudi about what she has to

[07:33] do from now on to give me the final PDF to sell each time I this is what Claudi has to do: each time I ask her for a new PDF, she has to topic, and show me the color palette. I added color options to choose from before generating the PDF, and

[07:49] the final PDF always has a cover with a colored strip and icon, page numbers, my brand name (which is very important for promotion), and a motivational quote . So now I don't have to

[08:04] repeat all of this every time I ask for a new planner. And this is the generate the emergency fund again, but this time for sale. So it has a cover, my brand, and a space for the user to add their name.

[08:20] Inside, it has the key categories, what we had already built, the total goal, monthly savings—everything we had already built into this emergency fund. And at the end, there's a motivational quote for the person who will

[08:32] use this guide. Now that the system is working and I have several PDFs ready to present, it's time to test it, that is, to start selling it. And I want to do it in a way that will also benefit you

[08:45] , not just me. So, I'm going to share it on my own WhatsApp status channels, social media, and Telegram and WhatsApp channels, but I also included third-party finance groups where anyone can post, just like

[08:59] someone starting from scratch with no to present it on my social media stories. This is how it goes for Telegram channels, WhatsApp, and statuses. And this is how it goes for the

[09:57] contacted me from other countries, since my audience is global, I sent PayPal. And I also had good interaction from friends and acquaintances on my WhatsApp statuses. They already know what my work is and trust me. Although,

[10:23] total on WhatsApp. The WhatsApp sales were for guides, for my friends' use, and others bought them as gifts. I liked that most of the sales came through WhatsApp because that means anyone
