AI Summary

The video documents a 7-day challenge to build and launch a digital product e-commerce store from scratch, using AI tools like ChatGPT for market research and product creation. The creator aims to generate $1,000 in profit within the week, documenting the entire process from niche selection to paid ads and sales. The video concludes with a final profit of $319, falling short of the $1,000 goal but demonstrating a viable proof of concept.

[00:00]
Challenge Introduction

The creator sets a 7-day goal to sell a digital product online, building everything with ChatGPT, aiming for $1,000 in profit.

[00:16]
Phase 1: Market Research

Using ChatGPT to identify hot industries, buyer demographics, demand, and competition for digital products. The goal is to become 'market educated' before building.

[41:12]
Sales Results

Gross sales reached $609 from 8 orders, with an average order value of $71. All sales came through the Lovable-built website.

[41:26]
Checkout Conversion Rate

The checkout completion rate was 27% (10 out of 36), which is below the ideal 35-40% range but considered acceptable.

[41:54]
Profit and ROAS

Total ad spend was $91, resulting in a ROAS of 6.25. The creator estimates a consistent 4-5 ROAS is achievable with a daily budget of $100-$200.

[43:05]
Cost Breakdown

Costs included $276.08 on Meta Ads, $49.20 on LinkedIn, $77 for UGC ads, and Lovable's $25/month subscription, totaling $457.

[44:40]
Final Profit and Reflection

Total profit was $319. The creator admits to overestimating the goal due to time constraints from running a full-time company, but sees potential for $400-$500 daily profit.

[45:26]
Call to Action

The creator asks for 1,000 likes to create a part two, aiming to reach the $10,000 goal with more time and budget.

The challenge proved the viability of using AI to build a digital product business, achieving a 6.25 ROAS and $319 profit in 7 days. While the $1,000 goal was missed, the results demonstrate a scalable model with potential for significant daily profit.

[00:00] In the next seven days, I'm going to sell a digital product online without leaving my home, and all of it is going to be built with our little friend here, Chad GPT. Watch my journey from the start of this new business, and let's see how much money we make at the end.

[00:16] It's currently Friday, June 5th, about 9.08pm, and I want to start selling this thing tomorrow. This video is to show you what it looks like to take something from zero to hopefully $1,000 at the end of the seven days.

[00:28] It's going to be like a little movie. So to start on phase one, it is market research, and we're going to be using our friend Chad Chittity here to do all of the work. So what phase one is, we're looking for hot industries where digital products are being

[00:43] sold most. Most importantly, who's spending the money, what type of buyers, is there enough demand in a certain niche, and what is the competition like? Is everybody and their mother selling this, or is there only a few people?

[00:55] And how fast can we build this? The goal from this phase, before we get into all the other phases, is we need to be market educated. We can't go into something when we're blind. So what we're going to do here is I'm going to screenshot this little checklist thing here.

[01:11] Screenshot of that. And what I'm going to say is, hey chat, I want to build a digital product and sell it online to make money. My goal is to make $1,000 in the next seven days. So my chat got back to me and it said, with the goal of $1,000, I would not start with a random digital product.

[01:26] I would look for a product that is easy to build, solves painful problems, which is important, we'll get to later, and can be sold for $30 to $100. The buyer who already spends money online. Very smart, ChatGPT.

[01:39] So the best industries to research first would be AI, ChatGPT. People want shortcuts to scale or, I guess, streamline their operations seamlessly. Creators, YouTubers, TikTokers, people that make content online.

[01:52] So we need to look for proof that has lots of reviews on Etsy, Gumroad, WAP, their products, Visible, Social Proof, DemandTest, or people actually searching for this.

[02:04] So it gave us a scoring system which you can go through. Basically it gave us a business kit, all this cool stuff. Now that's great and if you want to start your own thing, you can do that. But again, in this video, I'm pretty much just going to document myself in building

[02:18] this out. I'm not going to do as much as a step-by-step and showing you how to do all this stuff. I'm just going to do it. You're going to watch me and hopefully you can learn some stuff from this video. Okay, so I am market educated. If I were you, definitely go through a lot more of these in these industries.

[02:31] But I'm going to move on to phase two. And I should ask, chat to the key, what problems need solving? I then need to decide on what the product type should be. A guide, template, planner, blah, blah, blah. Choose pricing strategy.

[02:44] So if it is a low ticket item, medium ticket item, high ticket item. Basically what that means is do we want to sell a lot of something that's cheap like $10 to $20 a product? Do we want to sell on the sweet spot something maybe $30 to $40 a product?

[02:58] Or do we want to sell a little bit of something that is a big cost? So I could be selling a product that's like $200, maybe $500, but I only try to go for one sale every couple days, right? But now I can make that $1,000 with only selling maybe two to five products.

[03:13] So then I need to pick one product idea, clear problem plus a buyer. and then I need to basically verify is this valuable and fast to build like we need to do it within the next couple hours obviously a lot of this stuff is

[03:26] just going to come through my experience there's no magical guide on how to make money with digital products you definitely can learn from you know curriculum videos other people's experience hopefully you will in this video what not there's no guide telling you this is how you can guarantee to

[03:41] make money that's just not a thing but what is the thing as I just mentioned is my experience so from my experience i know that sub niche type digital products are going to work very well they're going to have little competition there's always going to be some demand we just

[03:55] need to find on what type of sub niche is that so i just said through your research what problems need solving pick something sub niche let me see what it cooks up it came up with busy college students who need to eat cheap high protein meals that sucks the 50 high protein grocery plan

[04:13] Except, this sucks. So this is what I'm going to do. Give me a list of a bunch of ideas that are sub-niche, high-ticket items. I want to sell something worth $100 to $200, potentially. And I want an audience demographic age of 35 years old plus.

[04:28] Listen, this is just how business goes. Older people are going to spend more money. People that are young don't have as much money as older people, most of the time. We want somebody that's going to spend money. We want a high-ticket item.

[04:40] because how am I supposed to hit $1,000 in seven days selling something like $10 to $15? I want something that is sub-niche. I just want some ideas, ChatGT. Let's get this money rolling. I'm sorry. My bad. I didn't mean that.

[04:54] I kind of did, actually. All right. Well, we got parents with aging parents. Busy homeowners. Oh, goodness. People moving parents into assisted living.

[05:07] this is actually not a bad idea corporate professional spirit of AI now now we're talking now chat to be I don't know what it was doing in the beginning that was some horrible ideas when now it's starting to not be as dumb there's

[05:23] lots of sources we can use to make a pretty good digital product where did you do those chat to be so they're gonna learn to use AI and AI made the exact thing on what they're gonna learn so the process I'm gonna go through all these

[05:35] I'm going to then conduct more of my research on them and I'm going to tell you which one I picked to move forward to phase number three. Alright, so it's been about, it's ten o'clock three and I started filming this an hour ago about.

[05:47] So I did some research and basically chat GPT was giving me some interesting websites. Why do I say websites? Well, that's actually because we moved on to phase three.

[05:59] Before we get into phase three, I was wondering, well, what the heck? What do you mean phase three? What did you end up choosing? Well, we chose two options. I ended up choosing corporate professional spirit of AI and parents of teens applying to college.

[06:13] I think that's a really good idea. There's a lot of parents out there that spend so much money on their kids' tuition to go to their preferred college. And sometimes that can be really stressful,

[06:25] especially if it's a parent really wanting a certain college for the kid and vice versa. Now, those two ideas I confirmed are valuable and fast to build. Corporate people want to use AI for their business. They don't want to get behind the curve, and inevitably, it will make them more money.

[06:41] Is it fast for us to build? Yeah, we just have to have a chat GPT build it. I mean, basically, what we're doing here is we're condensing a lot of the information around the internet, and because AI is so powerful, a chat GPT is so dang good now, in June 2026,

[06:55] I can't even imagine if you're watching this later down the line how good it is, it can take all that information on the internet and make a great guy. They're paying for the access to get the information now so they don't have to research it themselves.

[07:08] And remember this. This is super important. I've learned this throughout my years of business. When I talk to high-level people, people that have their own businesses or executives, their time is worth way more money than everybody else's.

[07:20] It's just how business works. These people make a lot of money. The businesses make a lot of money. So if you're trying to grab their attention or you're trying to sell them something and it can save them time just by the click of a button they can purchase, they're going to do that.

[07:33] Even if it is $200, $300, $400, because that to them, instead of spending a couple days, is so worth it. Now, the other product, the college product, a lot of people are selling money on this.

[07:45] I was looking at a couple competitors and it's great and all, but we have a little problem. I've never been to college ever and I never wanted to go to college I actually

[07:57] almost dropped out of high school so you know the irony of me selling a preferred college guide which is totally fine everybody has their own path I don't think it's gonna fit so we have a clear winner and that is we're selling AI use cases to corporate people

[08:14] so anywho phase 3 5 to 10 competitors I already showed you through college I was looking through a lot of these and as you can see a lot of colleges are actually promoting this and I had to tell Chad to go all the way down here hey Chad I don't want to see

[08:29] a Pennsylvania University having a course on how to use AI in the business obviously we are not going to compete with them that would be very dumb of us so I said we need smaller fish with one L so you know my spelling capabilities

[08:44] at the top level. Not long classes and courses. I need small guys. Simple guide. I think the marketing strategy we need to do, because you always got to think about the marketing strategy. At the end of the day, that's what I do. I am a marketer and I'm pretty freaking

[08:57] good at it. So what I always have in mind is that what am I going to promote? What problem am I solving? What type of ads do I want to run? Ad creatives? What is this banner, this

[09:10] ad going to look like and for the corporate AI thing I think something that's going to really connect with the other person on the other side of the computer the person the consumer the one that's buying it is is this a simple guide how much time will this save me and how quickly can

[09:27] I start implementing this and I think I can sell that pretty dang well now we found some competitors and I do believe there's a gap in the market there's been a lot of AI prompts ebooks we don't know how well they did but there is some stuff out there um what I want to do some more research on

[09:42] is a lot more of these I'm going to go to ads so most likely we are going to be running ads on LinkedIn and don't worry I'm not going to have a large marketing budget so I'm not going to spend thousands of dollars on ads unless we make like five or ten k in the next you know week because

[09:59] then I can spend that much but I do have a set marketing budget it's going to be small so it's going to be realistic um if you were doing it I'll get into that later but what I'm going to search up is AI in the business. So what this is, is I will most likely be promoting on LinkedIn.

[10:13] And LinkedIn is essentially like this social media where business professionals will go to. So people that are looking for jobs or people that have a business or executives, it's like a professional social media for networking. So this is an ad library and I

[10:26] can see here 289,000 ads matching my criteria. What is my criteria? AI in your business. so I'm looking for promoters companies marketers whatever that promoted these

[10:39] types of phrases and I want to see what they're selling and how they did it and can we replicate some of that so immediately it looks like a lot of marketers are using this phrase agents which is which is actually genius I'm

[10:55] going to have an outline of what I want to do when I make a YouTube video and I didn't do one for this one like I have a plan right of the type of product I'm gonna sell but I wanted to do this fresh off the mine even though it could end

[11:09] up pretty badly it was good what we were doing like the AI selling AI to cut time and all that stuff but what if we sold agents AI agents like an agent guide on how to cut your time as a business owner is this already being done yeah it looks

[11:27] like it but are we on the cusp of it becoming big I think so There obviously a lot of demand here If you don know what an AI agent is it basically like this AI like your little personal

[11:41] assistant AI that goes and has one job and it does that thing. So we can search up AI agents definition so you guys can move. An anonymous software program that uses an AI brain to understand a goal and makes its own decisions and takes action using tools to achieve that goal

[11:56] without needing constant human guidance. This is the thing. You see that? Without needing constant human guidance. What does that mean? What does that mean for the people we're going to sell this to? They don't have to spend the time.

[12:10] Boom. Phase number four. So we got our product. We are selling a simple guide on how to use AI agents in your business. It's going to be medium ticket.

[12:22] We're not going to do high ticket. I don't think we need to make a guide for hundreds of dollars. I think maybe $80, $90 range. I don't know. I still have to configure that. But what we need to do now is ask Chattopuchi to create the product.

[12:35] We know it's probably going to be a PDF and maybe some worksheets. I don't know. We want to make it simple, straight to the point, easy for them to use. Because remember, as my light just went off, we need to make sure this doesn't waste their time.

[12:49] And that's going to waste my time because I have to go plug it in for the second time in the charger. Sorry for my rant. We're now going to get into the next box and that is designing with Canva, polishing it up, creating the name, and then writing the sales copy and description, making it look all good on our website.

[13:07] But we're going to use AI to build our website because are we going to do it manually like we used to do in 2021? Heck no. We in 2021. We in 2026. and we build things with AI and make a lot of money doing it.

[13:20] Wow, I feel like I'm in a movie right now because I think I just discovered something really, really profitable. This is going to be a great video for you guys. So now I'm at my main station to build this product.

[13:32] Number one thing I did is I asked Chatship ET to ask me a lot of questions about what I'm looking for in terms of product design and content. So I finished this. I answered all the questions that chat gave me as you can see answered them and

[13:50] now we're gonna build the product out then I got to answering those questions and I was jamming out to some beats okay so as you can see I'm building it right now and it said love it I basically told it that's great build it think deeply

[14:05] about it when you're done building it reread it keep rereading it and tweaking it all right so basically finished we got a zip file and this is what it looks like as you can see here yeah it looks like AI definitely but it sucks it

[14:24] sucks first of all the design looks like it was built in PowerPoint back in 2007 and the content is nowhere close to being as in-depth as we want it so I told chat gbt to reconsider and rethink on how it wants to build and continue to

[14:38] add and get better and better. This is definitely not a product that a customer wants to pay over $100 for. So what I ended up doing was using a different AI. So if you're not familiar with

[14:52] Codex, Codex is ran by ChatGPT and it is specialized to code. Now, are we coding? Definitely not. But what we're doing, as you can see on the right hand side here, I've been messaging Codex and I gave it

[15:05] that horrible looking PDF and I said hey we need to make this way better do your code singing majiggy and just convert it to a PTF basically said hey I want to sell this for 180 bucks do you think it's worth it it said no I said what do

[15:20] we need to do getting a bunch of stuff we needed to do and it made it worth 180 dollars the contents really good the look and feel is pretty nice and this is actually it's pretty valuable and came up with some really good stuff here as

[15:34] As you can see, you put your business name, whatnot, and then it tells you what to put in the AI. Use these prompts. It's really cool. Another awesome thing we added was a workbook. So we're including a free workbook.

[15:47] In this workbook, you can follow along with the actual guide and fill all this stuff out. So as it's going through the guide, you'll be able to be interactive with the purchase you bought and making sure that you're using the content that you paid for.

[16:00] So pretty dang cool. Now if you want to do this for yourself, download a software called VS Code right here. This is called Visual Studio Code. I use it a lot for programming. Most people do. But when you download this, you're able to connect your chat GPT or like open AI to it.

[16:16] So over on the app, it's going to be on the left-hand side here as you can see right there. There's this thing called Codex and then you can install it. Once you install it, you can open it on the right-hand side here as you can see right here

[16:28] and you can chat with it. and it's going to give you everything you need. After our product was pretty much complete, I went ahead and made our cover. So we have our cover now. I went through a lot of stuff over here.

[16:40] As you can see, we started doing this, and I was like, whoa, that is terrible. And I just made a lot of revisions, and throughout them, I got to this. And I think this is fine for what we're going to use it. I was debating on either this one or this one.

[16:53] I don't know. I think I may like this one a little more, honestly. So I'm going to show you guys one thing of me using Codex to build a product. I basically uploaded the image that Chad Shippity made us. I put it into Codex and just said, replace this one.

[17:05] Screenshotted it. I said, replace our cover with this new one and watch how it's going to simply replace it. We don't have to do anything. All right, so Codex finished what we needed to do. It took a little bit of time, but it's here.

[17:19] It's all done. And this is the product. I think it's really good. We're now going to make the website, so I'll see you guys on the good camera. Hello, everybody. It's currently 5.07, June 10th, on a Wednesday.

[17:31] Now, one obvious thing is, London, you started this challenge last Friday. And you're right, I started this challenge on June 5th, and it's supposed to be a seven-day, one-week challenge.

[17:44] We have Thursday and Friday left, besides the rest of today, which is Wednesday. So I've been building the website, the products, I've been building everything over the last five days. I wanted to make this product really solid before we started spending money on marketing.

[18:01] Now that we achieved those goals today, June 10th, we just started posting our ads. So it's currently 3.55 today. We're going to post the meta ad. I just got it all completed, as you can see here.

[18:15] By the way, this is Diego. He is my business partner and Evolvent. Where's the thing on my chest? So anyway, here is the meta ad and we're going to publish this in 3, 2, 1.

[18:30] Bang. What's up everybody? I'm about to launch this ad. As you can see right here, LinkedIn ad. Here we go. 3, 2, 1, launch ad set and it's being reviewed.

[18:44] There we go. Now hold on. Why are we posting these ads? What is our marketing strategy? Well, let me take you guys back to a couple of days ago when I discovered this. What's up, y'all? It's currently 11.15 so far at night.

[18:59] I've been going through a lot of different meta ads that other companies have been advertising, seeing what is working, what do their sites look like, and making changes. Well, you can see a lot of our competitors in here.

[19:12] As you can see, this one, too, Success Blueprint. And if I expand these details, it looks like this person or advertiser is selling. Okay, so go in on their website. We'll see. Okay, so they're selling an e-book for $49.

[19:27] And it looks like they sell a bunch of other stuff, a bunch of other e-books. So, yeah, you can see a lot of your competitors. It's a way to see who's doing what on Facebook or Meta or just whatever.

[19:41] You can go to LinkedIn libraries. There's a lot of ad libraries you can go to see all the ads that are currently running. Who are you going up against? With that being said, I did make some ads of my own with some cool AI tools, as you can see here.

[19:54] And on top of that, I'll set up the ad strategy, which will go over day one tomorrow morning. And that's when we are going to be running our first day of ads tomorrow, which I'm really excited about.

[20:06] So here is Meta Ads. And Meta Ads is Facebook and Instagram. And we're on the ad manager here. ad manager is the common term for the place that if I could dashboard where you can manage all your campaigns your advertising your reports your analytics

[20:22] everything so get used to seeing this we have this ad here and it's being optimized right now it's preparing to deliver it got approved and then we're in the ad manager for LinkedIn and it's in review so it has not been approved

[20:34] yet but it's meta ads approved it most certain that LinkedIn will approve it as well so this is the ad strategy as you can see here we are zooming in on day one we have all these days over here but i want to pay attention to day one day one is all about cold traffic we're

[20:50] spending fifty dollars on linkedin fifty dollars on meta and one hundred dollars in total on cold traffic because these are new ads we're targeting new audiences new products new brands this is what

[21:03] we called cold traffic or cold advertising these people are cold they've never seen this before we don't have any data to back up our claims yet we need to get this data we're going to be focusing on cpc which is cost per click ctr click through rate landing page views that's what we're

[21:20] optimizing for i'll go into the ad campaigns and show you like the audiences um how i exactly set them up a little later in the video but right now i just want to give you a quick summary of what i date over the last five days and if you're wondering what our ad was this is it so i used

[21:36] to think ai agents sounded way too complicated for a normal business owner but once you break it down it's actually pretty simple you find repetitive tasks in your business like follow-ups emails customer questions content admin and reporting and then you turn them into a simple ai workflow that's exactly what this guy helped you do it wants you to work with automate like

[21:50] how to set it up and how to keep human control over everything and it's called ai agents for small business owners i highly recommend it click below and check out so we have this person They're talking about our product we're selling and then we added a bunch of overlays a little bit of animations

[22:03] That's an agent working right there. Oops. Sorry for the volume, but that is an agent right there You can see some pop-ups right here some some stuff that has The product in it. So did I pay this guy to make the ad? No, I used a software called Arcad

[22:20] So Arcad is basically the tool you can use to make what we call UGC ads ads it's people talking in front of the camera here and it seems real but it's all AI so I use

[22:33] Arcads for my ads but since I love to test to make different ad creatives really try to scale up products or services I prefer to have more creativity when it comes to budget and experiment

[22:48] with a lot of different EGC ads a lot of different people and I can do that by using Arcads. So this This is my account and we tried it multiple times here. Like this person they were talking and it just looked too AI to me So I tried this one this one wasn so good and then this one I felt like this was appropriate to advertise now you probably wondering how the speech was so good that all AI too well what I did is I went in there in my closet

[23:14] and I made sure there is no echo and I talked I did the script if you are interested in using our cats for your business or your marketing there's not a paid sponsorship or integration but I do have a referral link down below so when

[23:28] to come to a website we did a lot of changes now if we open it up here we can see that the hook is very strong stop doing work AI can handle and then there's pain points thrown right at your face leave sitting too long before you

[23:43] apply answering same customer questions again right so pain points nice little animation of our book here you can press get the guide and scroll all the way down before we see that page we have the hidden cost of doing everything manually

[23:58] So this page is to really point out the five things you can automate with an AI agent to save you 12 to 15 hours a week. Build your first AI agent, same thing, we'll leave you there. Nice slow setup for first AI agent in three steps.

[24:11] Really nice keywords here, really simple. If you analyze the text, you can see how easy it is to understand where even if you don't know what an AI agent is, you can see there's some sort of value here.

[24:23] Inside AI agent guide and workbook, so showing what's inside here. you're going to spend your 180 dollars on well you're going to get this i really like this piece right here this is an actual agent of mine at work so i just did a little screen recording and it's

[24:36] going at it i just use it with chat gpt and then we get to the product page we have the price here we have two little animations this stuff makes forever because this kept messing up and finally i got it to work and then a little faq now you may notice right here it's under stack labs what

[24:52] to Stack Labs well that's gonna be like the e-commerce brand we're gonna be using for this product also I think I'm going to use it for multiple YouTube videos to sell different products under now it is a hundred and eighty dollars and how did I come up with the price well there was a lot of competitors and

[25:07] they were selling it in somewhat the same range I don't know if this is a good price right I don't know if this is the perfect golden age price now what we need to figure out when we run our ads is people converting or first of all are

[25:20] they checking out the website and when they are that's when we know our ads are doing a good job because it gets low cpc cost per click we get cheap views to go onto the website we can be profitable that way but if they're going down and not buying the product that means either a there's

[25:34] something wrong with the website but when they get here to the shop site checkout and they don't buy there could be a problem with the price and that's when we may experiment with some low prices or some discounts now going back to that you may be wondering london what did you use to build a

[25:46] website. It's a pretty good website and I've spent maybe six total hours on this website. I did put a little bit of time into it. It does look nice. So what I did to build is I used this software

[25:58] called Lovable. Now I used it in my last video and I've actually really been liking Lovable. I've been using it in multiple different facets of my business. Now Lovable is really cool because it is an AI that I can tell it on what I'm looking for. I can supply it images on how to build and

[26:13] They would just build the whole thing for me. You can be a complete beginner, and you can build a phenomenal website with Lovable. If you watched my last video, which is an hour and 16 minutes long, I have a whole section dedicated to me building a dropshipping product

[26:27] that made over $100 in profit its first day scaling ads on Lovable. And I spent a couple hours on it. If you're not going to watch that and you think you can figure it out on your own, which you 100% can, it's one of the easiest website builders to use,

[26:42] and I believe one of the best, if not the best, for the simplicity of it. I do have a partnership with Lovable. If you want to use my referral link down below, I would appreciate it. And as I like to say in my videos, I do appreciate when you use my referral links.

[26:55] And because of that, here is a $50 gift card. There may be one at the end of this video as well. I want to know. I don't know. And with that being said, this is what I used to build the website, and I think it looks pretty damn good.

[27:07] Now, you may have noticed when we did go to add the guide and we went to continue with Shopify, You may be wondering, what is continue with Shopify? Well, this is another amazing reason to use Lovable because it connects with Shopify. So when I build this website out, all I have to say is say, hey, connect with my Shopify account, which it will do,

[27:24] and then it will add the product for me into my Shopify store. I don't need to do anything. It's amazing. Now, Lovable is great at building a product, but when it comes to customers buying the guide for $180,

[27:36] they're going to use PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, a debit card, a credit card, and they need what we call a credit processor or this payment processor to send the money from their account to ours. Now, you can go to LondonArts.com and hopefully the website looks way better than this page like my personal website, LondonArts.com.

[27:54] And I partnered with Shopify because they were a client of my old marketing agency, LPL Digital, and we did marketing for them. and we partnered together to have this offer which allows you to use Shopify for $1 a month, which is great.

[28:10] So in terms of building our website, giving our customers the ability to buy our product, that's two services we're using, lovable $25 a month. Shopify right now is only $1 a month, that's $26.

[28:22] We did have to add this app on Shopify here called Digital Downloads. And what digital downloads is, is Shopify defaulted isn't meant to sell digital products. When somebody buys a product, we're going to send them automatically an email, right, with the download, with the PDF.

[28:40] And this is a free app. We don't need to pay anything for this. Now, one more expense that we did have to do is when we published this website, as you can see, we have the domain called stacklabs.txt.

[28:52] And I did have to pay $9, I believe, for that domain. So $26 the tools plus the $9 we're at, we have $35 in total expenses.

[29:04] We have one more. You may notice I talked about RCADs. How much did that cost? We are on the starter plan, which is $110 per month. But on the first month, it is, I believe, 20% off, which is nice.

[29:18] But I will account for our cabs later in the video because you don't need to use our cabs to do this I just wanted to try you GC ads for this video and just because I think they're really really powerful We are gonna spend $100 potentially by the end of the day. It is 530. So I doubt it's gonna get there

[29:34] Will we get a film? I don't know. We'll find out tomorrow Welcome. It's officially the next day 902 or 903 p.m. Now and the ads have been running so let's see how well they did going to our marketing strategy here you can see

[29:49] that on day one because it is day two we conducted some research some would say so I prefer to stay under $400 for the marketing budget and then whatever we make in profit we can continue to run it up just so it's more realistic for the

[30:04] video without you know having a let's say two three thousand dollar budget for marketing so it cost us $60 and I'll show you here most of that spend ended coming from the LinkedIn so if I go to the time range and I go to yesterday we

[30:21] can see here that we spent $49 I don't know why it's you know June 11th but the previous day so $49 was spent for the LinkedIn ads some did spend this morning

[30:36] but it was majority of the other day I don't know LinkedIn is a little messed up on their time range and as you can tell our CPC is $12 now with the target CPC I

[30:48] targeted for $2.50 for LinkedIn $1.50 for meta and you can see meta we got 66 cents so that's like 35 or 40 percent of what we were aiming for lower which is

[31:00] great and the LinkedIn ads they did a horrible job so I stopped them and the profit came down to minus $60.28 which is okay it's fine it's cold traffic I wasn't expecting anything in sales if we go to day two I was supposed to retarget

[31:17] which I didn't end up doing today I just continued to run those meta ads to get more cold traffic and I was supposed to spend $50 on the cold winner but I only

[31:29] had one ad so I guess it was the winner and was doing a good job and I was supposed to do a retargeting with a new UGC ad. I didn't end up doing that I just did another cold one. I thought I needed it. The target was stay under 75 cents for the

[31:43] CPC. As you can see we definitely did that. I did two campaigns as I said I did a new UGC, a new campaign and they both came out to an average of 45 cents basically CPC or per landing page view which is amazing and I spent $60.65

[32:01] in total click-through rate without the roof 5% we go to the actual campaigns here you could see that this one was a female UGC which I'll show you in a second now the new ad looks like this it's with the female and it's the same

[32:14] edit it's in CapCut I didn't end up using Premiere Pro to spice it up a bit and make it look a lot better just because the ad was working so well with the low CPC I don't need to do that right now if the CPC rose CPMs rose then I

[32:30] would have done that but they're doing so well so I wanted to diverse our ad strategy have a female in there which I think is working pretty well and a new thing you see here is the CAC so CAC is important when it comes to marketing

[32:44] just business overall and that stands for customer acquisition cost so how much you are paying for to get one customer now why do I say we want less than a hundred and forty dollar customer acquisition cost because we are selling

[32:59] our product for a total of $180. So as long as we can stay under $140 per customer, that's going to be a nice sweet spot for us to make some money in the challenge. Obviously, we want to get much

[33:12] under $140 acquisition cost, but that's fine for now. So with that being said, we got a sale today, right? Well, we did not. We did not get a sale. As you can tell, no sales were achieved.

[33:28] unfortunately. Yeah definitely not great but again we go back to my prediction I was not expecting a sale today which is fine. For the analytics on our website if

[33:40] we go to view duration looks like at this time the average was pretty high at one minute seven seconds but you know unfortunately just didn't seem to be that way throughout the day and down here most of them came from Facebook

[33:54] because that's where we are advertising on, and then a lot of mobile view from the United States. So what I ended up doing was I optimized it for mobile view. And if we go to a website and we do go to mobile view, it's pretty good for mobile.

[34:07] I mean, it's not too bad. There can be multiple reasons on why we did not get a sale today. And the biggest reason, I believe, is because either A, our price is too expensive.

[34:19] People don't want to pay $179.99. And since we're not retargeting anybody, we're not giving away anything for free, we're solely just selling a one-off $179 product.

[34:31] Or two, our website is not good enough. Now when it comes to day three I going to do a deep dive on why we have not gotten a sale yet because there a pretty good metrics on our ads and depending on my research on why we didn get a sale today I going to make some tweaks to

[34:44] the website maybe lower the price I don't know I'm going to try a couple things here maybe what I'm going to do is have a free guide so they can put their email and get a free guide and then it sends them an email with the

[34:56] $180 option there's a lot of things we can do I'm really confident we'll be able to be very profitable with this product. So give me some time. I think we're for sure going to get a sale tomorrow, depending on what we do. I want to spend another $100 tomorrow. Either way,

[35:10] we should be pretty dang profitable with this. I see some potential growth. So I'll see you guys tomorrow. Let me do a deep dive. Hello, everybody. Welcome back. It's currently June 14th on a Sunday

[35:23] and it's 9 p.m. Now, you may be wondering, London, what? The one week has been up. It's been up since Friday. So, about two days passed.

[35:35] Now, ladies and gentlemen, I have some exciting news because you didn't see Friday's results. Now, as you remember, this was June 11th. But if we go to Friday, we did about two sales for $206.99.

[35:51] We sold the product for an average order size of $103. So as you know, we stopped running any LinkedIn ads and all we did was meta ads. So if we go over here to Friday, and remember we spent $76 on Thursday, we can see we spent a lot more money,

[36:08] $97. And marketing is a very common practice to use a metric called ROAS. That means return on ad spend. So for example, we spent $97 here and we made a total amount of sales of what looks like

[36:23] $206.99. Our gross sales was almost 230. But as you can remember, we have a discount code. So what we would do here is we would do $206.99. We go back over to our ads and we would divide

[36:37] this by 97.36. So right here, we would have a ROAS of 2.1. Now this means we made 2.1 times our original investment, which is pretty good, but it can be a lot higher. Now, I made a ton of

[36:56] changes over the last couple of days, and I'm talking a ton of changes. I probably put in another five to six hours on the website alone. What I want to show you before I show you Saturday's results, and I know you may be saying, well, then Saturday is outside of the seven-day window you

[37:12] had to make $1,000. You are right. Technically, I failed the $1,000 challenge. I got nowhere close through it. We did $206 in sales. That's not a thousand bucks. But sometimes products just take

[37:24] some time. As I show you the website, we changed a bunch of things here. Now I recognized in our analytics that most of our traffic is coming from mobile viewers. And that's important because our

[37:37] site was optimized for more like a computer and it was looking okay for mobile, but it wasn't It wasn't specific to mobile and I didn't expect a lot of our ads to target mobile users.

[37:51] I thought it would be more balanced out from what our product and how our ad looked. But as time went on, and that's why you need to give some time for your ads to optimize, it started targeting more mobile viewers because that's who was clicking on the type of ad we were doing.

[38:05] And because of that, I went in and completely revamped the whole website for mobile. Now, as you can see, the content is still there, but you may notice it looks a lot cleaner. So it doesn't have all these big images like where's the book? I took that out.

[38:19] It just is an easy scrolling process if you're on a mobile phone. It tells you exactly what you need. Also, there's this little button right here that is sticky. So it doesn't matter where you scroll, this is always going to pop up. And it adds the product instantly.

[38:32] And you may notice that the price of the product is way different than what we originated from. On June 12th, I dropped our product to $115. And then with the discount, they got it for $92. So I did a couple things here. On our discount code, if I scroll all the way up, you can see it's now only 10%. It originally was 20% off. And then I added this counter here so it would add some more of that FOMO type of feeling.

[38:57] Now, coming into Saturday, I did drop this price all the way down to $49.99. Then I just thought it was too low, so I upped it to $70.99. This is more or less not based on much data because it's only been technically eight days of full selling.

[39:12] So I was kind of doing this on a whim. I just went with, I guess, gut feeling. But normally what you would want to do is you would want to take weeks and weeks of data and information and set up multiple websites, multiple landing pages, and sell it all at a different price

[39:27] and see what is converting better. This is how you are going to scale at a lot higher rate and use your money more efficiently when running ads. Anyway, who cares about all that? Let's go back to the advertising.

[39:39] We're going to go look at what we did on Saturday, how much money we spent, and, bada-bang, maybe it's not as much as you thought, but we spent $91 this day. Now the key difference is because technically we did spend $6 less than what we did on Friday.

[39:53] And I can imagine we got a lot more sales. We did a different campaign here. So I turned off the female one. The male one was doing better. I felt like they were kind of competing with each other. So I kept the male one on.

[40:05] It was delivering a lot of good landing page actions, conversions. And with those conversions, we can go over to Events Manager. And this is what our pixel looks like.

[40:17] And from Thursday and Friday data, the 11th and 12th, you can see if we go down, we have a bunch of actions here. Now, what are these actions? Well, what actions tell you, and this is the pixel we set up on the website, when, let's say, just add a cart.

[40:30] This is somebody pressing add to cart, right? And then they're going to initiate to checkout. They're going to go press the checkout Shopify. When somebody does that, Meta is going to contract their data, and they're going to look for more people like that so you can get a better result.

[40:44] With that being said, with the new price drop to $79.99, with this new campaign, even though it's only adding five add-to-carts, which I said the conversion rate from those add-to-carts to checkout was pretty dang high, and 116 new landing page views, with all those things combined, plus doing those hours of website revisions for just mobile users, on the 13th of Saturday, we made a total of $569 in sales.

[41:12] and that came in at $609 in gross sales if you don't subtract all those discounts. Eight orders at an average order value of $71. All of them came from Lovable, as you can see down here.

[41:26] That's where our website was being hosted. Our total checkout to completion rate, which is very important when you're in e-commerce, is if you take 10 divided by 36, that gives us 27%.

[41:39] So not too bad. Like I said, I would like to be in that golden range of like 35% to 40%, which I believe this product could potentially get to. It would need more of a custom checkout page and maybe a couple other things.

[41:54] But I'm okay with a 27%. That's not bad. So for this day, on Saturday, we spent $91. And on sales side, we made $569. So we'll do 569 divided by 91.

[42:08] that is a really good ROAS. That is 6.25. That means we made six times our original investment which is amazing. This store could probably be running at a really consistent four to five ROAS

[42:20] every single day. Now I don't know how much budget it could be running at four to five ROAS if I spend a thousand dollars a day. It may not have the capability to run at a five ROAS just because now I'm competing with myself but if I was running at maybe 100 to 200 dollars a day

[42:36] this store should definitely be making most definitely uh probably i want to say at least like eight hundred dollars a day in sales if i'm running at two to three hundred dollars or maybe

[42:48] like six hundred dollars in sales this is our little board i spent a little more time to pretty it up what i normally would do show the um actual ad managers and go through it and yes i'm sorry i didn't update these so we're gonna have to do this on a calculator but what are we making total well

[43:05] Let's add $276.08 on Meta Ads. And on LinkedIn, we spent $49. So we'll add $49.20, which gets us $225.

[43:20] We also have to add a few other things here. Arcade, which we made the UGC ads for. That was $77. So add that to the total. And if we go over here to Phase 5, which I don't think I really went over in the video

[43:33] because I kind of skipped ahead to selling. but that was a great lovable site then connect to shopify set up the payment processor connect the domain check out finish who cares you wanted to see me make money so i did that and if you want

[43:45] to see more of a step-by-step full process you can go watch i don't know where it's going to be on the screen but this video right here i hope i don't look like an idiot and it's over there this video right here you can check it out anywho that costed us money because lovable it is 25

[44:00] dollars to use a month plus shop by one dollar a month and plus a domain which costed us nine dollars with all that being said our total cost I believe

[44:12] without forgetting anything is four hundred and fifty seven dollars our total sales of seven hundred and seventy six minus seven hundred and seventy six dollars and ninety six cents and that comes out to don't pay attention to the

[44:27] negative that comes out to a $319 in total profit that's only with optimizing the ads two days out of the whole challenge optimizing it just for two days and this took eight days in total to build a store that could potentially

[44:40] make you four or five hundred dollars of profit a day I can consistently say without seeing like CPMs or CPCs start to rise now I know we fell short of the $1,000 goal and the $10,000 goal not gonna lie I did overestimate myself a

[44:56] little bit I do run a company full-time and I do these types of videos on the side to engage in the community here and build this YouTube channel up I thought I could do it I could not but if you do want to see me take this to a whole new

[45:10] level right and actually give myself enough time to make the $10,000 I would suggest hitting the like button and if we get 1,000 likes on the video I will make a part two like we almost did five hundred dollars on day eight of profit so if i had enough

[45:26] time i could definitely get to that ten thousand dollars i don't know how quick but i definitely could do it but i don't know if you guys want to see that and there's demand for that type of stuff so like the video it will let me know so i can budget some time for that this would be pretty

[45:38] fun so thank you for watching the video i really hope you learned something from it because that's the whole point of why i post these and if you did like it please leave me a like or subscribe I really appreciate it. It gives me more motivation to budget the time to make these and I'll see you guys in the next one

[45:52] Let me know what you want to see maybe a part two. We get a thousand likes. I'll do it I'll see you guys next time. Stay safe. Peace out
