44sDirectly addresses a common creator mistake with a clear 'why' and high relatability.

Stas Maar, a YouTube expert, shares hard-earned lessons from his own channel failures and client cases, revealing why most channels stagnate and how to create videos that actually take off. He emphasizes niche focus, avoiding paid promotion on unproven content, and the power of a single well-crafted video to transform a channel.
Stas realized that channel growth doesn't happen subscriber by subscriber; it depends on how quickly you hit the target with a video that reaches hundreds of thousands or millions of viewers. The video must sell your services or products to be effective.
His own channel was a 'hodgepodge' covering visualization, neurographics, and dog training. This confused both viewers and YouTube's algorithm, which analyzes the channel as a whole and shows similar audiences. The result: half the subscribers came for one topic, half for another, making the channel impossible to grow.
To make a channel viable, you must narrow your niche and focus on one specific topic. For example, combine visualization and neurographics, or focus solely on dog training. Otherwise, it's better to start a new channel.
Some vloggers film diverse content and succeed because their channel's idea is to show their life. However, this only works if the videos are extremely engaging and the audience is united by interest in the person, not the topic. For most, this is a trap.
The channel about building country houses initially got 9,000 views, but then declined. The mistake was releasing a first video about starting a developer, which didn't match the target audience. Later videos on choosing a house had lower reach because they were promoted with paid ads, attracting unengaged viewers and hurting statistics.
Paid advertising on videos that aren't interesting to the viewer leads to minimal engagement and lower statistics. YouTube's algorithm then shows the video less. Only promote short, concise, commercial videos (up to 30 seconds) that directly sell something.
A channel about raising children was ruined by off-topic videos like 'perfect borscht' and 'makeup in 5 minutes'. The covers didn't reflect the channel's theme, attracting random viewers who hurt the channel's performance. The fix: use minimalistic covers that clearly relate to children and address mothers' pain points.
A channel about Chinese cars invited Buzova to choose a car, but her audience is completely different from the channel's target audience (men with money). The video flopped with only 3,528 views, while the channel averaged 10-20k. The lesson: don't force integrations that don't match the audience.
The client published vacation videos from Sri Lanka on a taxi driver channel, which didn't fit the theme. Views dropped significantly. After returning to relevant content (e.g., Moskvich review), the channel recovered and even got 489,000 views on a hyped video, which also boosted sales for a dealer.
A psychologist's channel had 994 videos and 25k subscribers over 7 years. By analyzing what worked (family-focused episodes) and fixing errors, Stas's team made 6 videos that got 800k views and 20k new subscribers in a month. The key: focus on what works and repeat it.
A first video about casting souvenirs got 170k views and generated a year's worth of revenue, selling 10 machines. The video was simple, authentic, and about a non-standard business idea. The presenter's love for his work was palpable, which resonated with viewers.
Videos about business ideas perform well if the idea is not clichéd. For example, replacing automatic transmissions with standard ones instead of repairing them. Such videos attract a targeted audience with high conversion (3-5% to sales).
The key to YouTube success is not publishing more videos, but creating the right video that resonates with a specific audience. Focus on a narrow niche, avoid paid promotion on unproven content, and double down on what works. One well-crafted video can change your channel's life.
What is the main mistake that prevents channel growth?
Waiting for gradual growth from subscriber to subscriber instead of aiming for a video that reaches hundreds of thousands or millions of viewers.
00:01
Why did the 'Test Stas' channel fail?
It was a hodgepodge of unrelated topics (visualization, neurographics, dog training), confusing both viewers and YouTube's algorithm, which analyzes the channel as a whole.
01:32
What is the solution to a channel with mixed topics?
Narrow your niche and focus on one specific topic, or start a new channel.
03:05
When is it acceptable to use paid advertising on YouTube?
Only for short, concise, commercial videos (up to 30 seconds) that directly sell something, not for boosting regular content.
05:57
What was the mistake in the 'You are Superma' channel?
Releasing off-topic videos like 'perfect borscht' and 'makeup in 5 minutes' on a channel about raising children, which attracted random viewers and hurt statistics.
07:43
Why did the Buzova integration on a car channel fail?
Because Buzova's audience is completely different from the channel's target audience (men with money), so the video got only 3,528 views.
11:17
What happened when the Taxaammen channel posted vacation videos?
Views dropped significantly because the content didn't fit the channel's theme of taxi driver work and problems.
13:31
How did Stas revive Anatoly Nekrasov's channel?
By analyzing what worked (family-focused episodes) and fixing errors, making 6 videos that got 800k views and 20k new subscribers in a month.
16:48
What is the principle for successful business idea videos?
Shoot about something non-standard and not clichéd, like casting souvenirs or replacing automatic transmissions, which attracts a targeted audience with high conversion.
23:23
Growth depends on hitting the target
Challenges the common belief that steady growth is normal, emphasizing the need for a breakout video.
00:01Narrow your niche
A clear, actionable principle: focus on one topic to let YouTube find the right audience.
03:05Never use paid ads on unproven content
A counterintuitive warning that paid promotion can bury a channel by attracting unengaged viewers.
05:57Reviving a channel with 6 videos
Proves that quality over quantity can transform a channel, even after years of stagnation.
16:48Non-standard business ideas work
Identifies a pattern for viral business content: unusual ideas attract targeted, high-converting audiences.
23:23[00:01] over three years and realized that it really influences the growth of views, subscribers, and sales. And no, today I won't be giving you general information, which is already plentiful on the internet. On the contrary, I'll show you my most notorious failures in practice and
[00:13] perfect examples where everything was done perfectly, without a single mistake, so that you can simply take my experience and transfer it to your videos, and so that you don't have to make create that one video that will change your life. Я Стас Маар, раскручиваю
[00:27] экспертов YouTube. Готовьтесь, будет очень насыщенный на инсайт и выпуск. And off we go. Первое, что я понял - это не надо ждать постепенного роста канала от подписчика к подписчику. That the speed of channel development depends on how
[00:39] quickly you hit the target. Сделайте тот самый ролик, который охватит сотни тысяч и даже миллионы зрителей. The key to hitting the jackpot is that the video must sell your services, products, and, in general, contain
[00:52] those views don't end up ineffective. It's also important that the uploaded video isn't the very first one on the channel, otherwise it won't live up to n't have any regular viewers yet. Доверие к вам не выросла настолько, чтобы у вас что-то
[01:05] help you grow your channels any faster, because YouTube will count returned from your first video to your second video. And believe me, when a video gets immediate reach, it doesn't always attract the target audience, which means they're less
[01:19] likely to watch your second video. И поэтому мы увидим такую video is not very good. Well, since this video is chatter less. Я покажу вам, с чего когда-то начинал я собственный канал. And I had it
[01:32] . И этот канал больше, наверное, похож на мой позор, чем на результат, которым я могу гордиться. But nevertheless, you should also know what I did wrong , which is why I believe that the channel can be buried and everything that
[01:44] was done there was in vain. And so that the same thing doesn’t happen to you, let’s get acquainted. Here I am, the Test Stas channel. И первое, что приходит на ум, что за сборная солянка здесь? Да, и визуализация, да, что это такое? Там делаю тест
[01:57] визуализации и дрессирую собаку и рисую нейрографику. All this leads to one thought: what the channel is about. И поверьте, у ваших зрителей, особенно которые на вас вопрос. They will either not subscribe here, or they will not
[02:10] because it will not match your interests. What if tomorrow you record a video about the gym? И в качестве своих ошибок я понял, почему это не работает. YouTube анализирует ваш канал целиком, и он смотрит, кто в принципе смотрит ваш
[02:24] канал, а не конкретное видео. И он будет показывать похожие аудитории. It is impossible to understanding that needs to be shown to people who love neurographics, if there are dogs there. Ну, то есть нейрографика никак не вяжется, если только собака не
[02:38] будет рисовать нейрографику. When it comes to visualization and neurographics, the two topics are somewhat similar. Вот их объединить, в принципе, можно было бы, отсюда исключить. Or, on the contrary, if the channel was focused solely on working with
[02:52] dogs, their training, and some life hacks related to, yes, principle. Ну, то есть в этой теме надо было только развиваться. Другими словами, надо просто сузить нишу свою, да, и делать что-то одно конкретное.
[03:05] Then the channel can live. But in this version, when we have almost 3,000 subscribers, half of them came for the visualization and neurographics, and dog training, and the other part came for completely different videos, which I’m even
[03:18] . Соответственно, вести этот канал бессмысленно, лучше начать новый. And you're bound to think, "Well, what about those other vloggers who film absolutely anything they can get their hands on? Sure, they might
[03:30] film animals, and how they work, and essentially create such a hundreds of thousands of people watch them, just like this author. reason. The idea of their channel is to show their lives. And some of
[03:45] Ну, если человек снимает настолько интересные, вовлекающие ролики, что их filmed about. Imagine a clear situation. снял этот человек очередной ролик про то, как он, ну, готовит борщ, какое-то необычное классное блюдо. Everyone
[04:00] watched this video wonderfully, and tomorrow he’ll just film about how he babysits a child. В целом домохозяйки остались, а на следующий день он трейдинге. You all have very big problems in trading. Will it be
[04:12] equally interesting to everyone, even if it is filmed really well? That is, such authors can unite similar niches, retain a new audience, engage an old one, and even thereby increase their reach. But for the most
[04:24] should never do this, otherwise YouTube will recommend you here, recommend you there, and ultimately not find you the right audience. Now let's screwed up big time, but this is no longer my channel, but the real channels of my clients.
[04:37] And one of the first cases that I did for the first time with my team, and not alone, was Maxim Igonin's channel. May Maxim forgive me. And here we showed a good result of 9,000 views almost from the start . And off it went, straight
[04:50] progression in terms of the number of views. was. Everything seemed to be going well, but then it all inexperienced person most likely wo n’t be able to figure out what went wrong. But with an experienced eye, after years ago, and I changed a lot in my head and realized what was wrong with this
[05:05] channel. Well, first of all, it is the adaptation of the topic itself to the target audience. There was practically none of it here. We initially understood that this channel was about building country houses, but for some reason we released our first video about starting a
[05:18] developer. Do you think this will be of great interest and importance to his target audience? Most likely, the other audience is not those who buy houses, but those who interesting. And surprisingly, quite a few such people gathered. Then we understand
[05:33] that, well, we need to tailor it to our audience. We are already releasing a video on how to choose a house. This is exactly what you need to pay attention to before buying a house. And here the coverage has decreased a little. And the problem is
[05:45] that this number of views here and here, and in general on all videos, is not all organic. Well, more precisely, these are organic views, but they were obtained through official Google advertising. It was then, on this channel, that I
[05:57] realized that you should never use paid advertising on content that you are not sure everyone will like. Why is this so? Because when we launch advertising on videos that, well, aren't interesting to the viewer, well, firstly,
[06:11] engagement will be minimal, they will simply lower the video's statistics. That's why all the videos on the channel where we promoted them, because there was an unengaged viewer who was essentially tied down and forced: "Here, look, I
[06:25] opens it and understands, like, why the hell did you open this? It just turns out that the statistics are falling. Well, the forced display mechanism is ineffective, so you shouldn't promote it through paid advertising either. But someone uses paid
[06:38] advertising, which was done for a reason. And yes, you only need to promote videos that you make private. And the video itself must be, firstly, very short, very concise and informative and made only to sell something
[06:50] advertising, a direct commercial. This is what you should promote. And it is desirable that it be up to 30 seconds. And when you see such a video in the preview, or understand some meaning of this commercial, and maybe even
[07:03] buy and order something. That's when the use of Google advertising is justified. In any other cases, like trying to boost the channel, it won't boost it; on the contrary, it will bury it, will decrease. But YouTube algorithms work the other way around. They try to show your
[07:16] because of this, the likelihood that you will establish yourself will be higher, because the statistics will not sag on their own . Yes, when it doesn't reach the audience at the initial stages, we see poor performance, but later,
[07:29] when you publish at least 10 videos, these performance indicators begin to even out. And that's help your channel take off. In this case, as very low for the use of advertising. Naturally, the recommendations simply fell into disuse.
[07:43] now I want to show you an even more striking example. If this was the channel that we made for the first time with my team, with a new team, and we did example that I personally created from scratch. I ran the channel, did the editing myself, the ideas, everything
[07:57] absolutely myself. You won’t believe it, but I charged, funny to say, 4,000 rubles for this work. But I trained. Well, the channel was extremely unsuccessful, and now I’ll show you why. The channel is called You are Superma. Also, Oksana, if you see, forgive me, but I was
[08:10] practicing on you. That's true, but he took little money. What was done very hodgepodge; it is how to raise children properly, videos like "perfect borscht." But I think
[08:22] you understand that if this ideal borscht were somehow connected with the child, for example, your child would ask for more, that would probably even be on topic. borscht, they probably wrote: "Well done, a sign of quality, handsome guys." We
[08:35] generally only evaluate the start page, which is why the video is watchable. For the most , or even point them at them. It will be clear why this video was not watched. And so the horses and pony yard give us the first impression that there are ponies,
[08:47] well done, there is a yard, I went further. Yes, that is, there was simply no reason to watch are plenty of examples like this to analyze. And this, by the way, is something to think about, remember that one, like on the cover there should be something that, well, 1 + 1 equals, you think: “What is
[09:01] prepare for school at home in a year.” Well, when people see this, they won't really open such a video. There are plenty of such examples . On the channel about raising children. Makeup in 5 minutes. It's clear that he is connected. This video, this makeup was
[09:15] I, a busy mom, do my makeup and have time to look beautiful when makeup in 5 minutes." But we didn't think that this video would seem random to the viewer. And they'll look at me like, "Hmm, 5-minute makeup looks
[09:29] pretty good." Unwanted viewers will come and ruin our statistics, sometimes they won't , and they'll realize that I made a slight mistake and went to the wrong place . That is, here too, it was necessary to sharpen everything, absolutely sharpen it so that it would be connected with children.
[09:41] general, there is no understanding from the cover about the journey that it head unit just flies away. Let's look at some successful examples of this channel, and see what have to go far here, you can just make popular ones. And we'll see that
[09:57] if a channel is about children, yes, about raising children, about a mother of many children , essentially, if we reflect everything related to children directly on the cover or touch upon some of the mothers' pain points , then this strongly triggers
[10:11] initial content, which I didn’t yet know how to make, edit, or come up with covers, with a bunch of errors and garbage in the preview, was gaining views. Too many objects, too unclear, yes, and so on. But here it’s
[10:24] morning. Very well done. And the 4-minute sled is very well made. Maybe this isn't exactly the target video and not the entire audience was there, specifically mothers, but nevertheless, she appreciated this video based on the cover. It's very clear and
[10:37] simple, yes, she was crooked and stooped, but now she's normal. What advice would I give to this new life into it? Well, first of all, stop cluttering the backgrounds and covers with stuff, choose topics that relate to raising children, and reflect
[10:50] on the covers the problems that have a significant impact on mothers. This would work is, to use these minimalistic covers, which are clear happening. And by the way, in this cover, posture in 4 minutes, the same
[11:05] preview composition is used, which is called sequential. I talked about all the possible issue. Be sure to check it out, I'll leave a tip here, and you'll be able to make more clickable covers instead of all this . It's clear that not all
[11:17] fuck-ups, but believe me, each one has a ton of them . And now I want to show you only, well, the most striking failures. And this failure in it, what is special about this failure? He has the most stupid and useless advertising
[11:31] integration with a star, with Buzova, can you imagine? And it would seem that any video where Buzova is present will fly. And imagine, there's a channel about cars, where they invited Buzova to supposedly choose a car for himself and he said: "Well,
[11:45] I like this car from China. I'd like one like that." Do you think a video like this would be effective on a channel that talks all about Chinese cars and ordering Chinese cars from there to Russia? It will be a total failure. And this happened to be a
[11:57] of course, gave recommendations not to carry out this integration. At that point, we already had some experience, and we understood that such integration might not work out. And they even began explaining to our clients that, most
[12:12] or it would not get any coverage at all. Naturally, the client asked why this is Buzovo. The problem is that Buzova is watched by a completely different audience. If the people who watch the tuning and car selection are grown
[12:26] money and get in, drive, and yes, solve some problems, then these same men will never want to listen to Buzova's opinion simply because an authority for them. And when she started talking about some car,
[12:39] naturally, every sane guy who, well, came with money, yes, to this channel, wanting to order and choose something, and the sight of Buzoval buying himself a car. He'll think: "You better tell me about the car." That's it, this video didn't
[12:51] fly. You might ask, why didn't Buzova's audience come and open this video? Wow, she, well, she wants, she , she wants to buy a car. This is interesting. These are her changes in her life. Yes, because
[13:03] secondly, random viewers who know Buzova might not even have seen this video , or might have only seen it partially. And this was not enough to achieve those very initial indicators. And the video was included in the recommendations. And there are only
[13:16] 3,528 views on the channel, where the average video gets 10, 15, 20,000 views and nineties. This is the kind of thing that didn't make it out of Buzovo. Well, the last channel with a hard fuck-up that I wanted to show you is the Taxaammen channel. I want
[13:31] to say that the channel is generally not bad and it has a cool idea. And here the presenter followed this idea, and we filmed content relevant to the audience that could appeal to each new video. And the first thing we
[13:43] shouldn't have done, but we did, was to allow the client to publish his vacation on this channel, how he relaxes as a taxi driver, how he went to Sri Lanka and how he hung out there. This didn't fit in with the channel's theme at all, because
[13:56] the topic was essentially about how a taxi driver works, and some of his everyday problems. Bright stories and some challenges, yes, to earn money, not to earn money in a day. It's just that our-lanka's vacation here, well, naturally, didn't fit in. We immediately
[14:08] saw a big drop in views. And since he didn’t go there for just one day, videos. All of them failed to gain popularity because they were not related to the you should release content only for your target audience. There is no need to
[14:21] Then it levels out. If we look at the channel, it levels out in terms of views, continuing to produce content that is similar to the taxi driver's content. How he bought a Moskvich to work at Yandex, the Moskvich's mistakes, how much he earned, and so
[14:34] to level out the situation on the channel again. Well, everything went well. And even after just a small number of views, we made a hyped video that got 489,000 this is an honest review from a Moskvich owner.
[14:49] person who drives, who loves, yes, cars, but as a taxi driver. He that triggered the viewers. They didn't even they gave a lot of likes, they liked everything. But the most interesting thing is that this video
[15:02] allowed dealers in Yekaterinburg, where our dachshund lives, to sell more than 15 video, which seemed to only highlight the downsides. Just think about it, it
[15:14] say good things, sometimes you can tell it like it is and it will help sell. And if we look further, after such a hyped topic, views dropped a little and mean and what did we not understand at that time? It turns out that viewers would be
[15:27] time? It turns out that viewers would be interested in seeing which controversial cars make money from it, which would pay for themselves, and which would simply end up in the trash and, firstly, would correspond, in essence, to the logic of his channel. He filmed content about this
[15:41] would know him, so that the viewer would simply be interested in watching. And this kind of content, driving controversial cars, could make him a big channel. Well, we didn't figure it out in time and returned to the tax blog, which in the format
[15:54] interesting. Well, unfortunately, seeing the customer was not very happy. This still lowers motivation, and the person decided to take a break and has not yet returned from this break. Well, he says,
[16:07] that if you create content, you expect it to perform well just focus on what worked on your channel. If you have experience publishing, focus on successful issues, and you will most
[16:21] . Do you know what all why it's worth working with someone who has experienced a huge amount of content, mistakes, and failures. Having experience will ensure that you
[16:35] have fewer failures and a much higher chance of making a bomb gun. And remember that just one video can change your whole life. Well, of course, I have many more good examples behind me, and talking about each one would look like advertising.
[16:48] But I want to say a few words only about those very successful ideal releases that achieved their goals. Well, let's just say why it worked this way. I want to show you a very interesting case. Anatoly Nekrasov, a psychologist, has a channel and we've
[17:00] made six videos here. Before us, 994 videos had already been published and more than 7 years of work on the channel. During this time, the channel managed to attract only 25,000 results, considering that the average video received between 300 and 2,000
[17:17] views. And when we started publishing the 995, ninety-sixth, and thousandth video, having made six videos in total , we received more than 800,000 views in total and more than 20,000 new subscribers. By the way, right now I don’t
[17:30] subscribers there were added. I no longer have access to a creative studio, but in the early stages I had it Here. And this is a great example of how to revive a channel when, well, everything in it is just disgusting and when there are big mistakes because of which the channel is not growing.
[17:44] But many people think, "Publish more videos, and your channel will start growing. Someday you'll find the right locomotive to pull your videos." It just doesn't videos." It just doesn't work that way mindlessly. 995 publications and 7 years of bad
[17:56] experience for this example. And why do I love this case? Yes, because just six videos and one month of work changed the life of the channel as a whole and generated a lot of most views was also the one that sold during webinars. If you look at
[18:10] it’s clear that there was, well, hell, something going on here. This is, to put it mildly. The topics were, well, it’s not clear what they were about. And I didn’t understand why I needed to watch it. But it is true psychologist who deals with pre-morbid relationships. In fact, he
[18:24] did everything there and still does . However, we saw that his channel did well with its family-focused episodes, where he talked about raising children. And we realized that, aha, there was such an experience that they stood out
[18:36] on his channel, so we need to do something that works well. We simply fixed the errors we saw in the other videos, looked at the statistics for those videos, figured out what was wrong with them, and simply created a clear story with a
[18:49] clear idea and reason to watch. So, the video, simply about how to raise a boy, turned out to be effective and collected 221,000 views, despite the fact that it had been published for a very long time before, God knows what. And the next
[19:03] interesting. That is, we found what works well, and the author had to repeat it more and more often. He would have made his channel into a million-strong channel. And then we saw that the channel was working on topics related to money, and we released another
[19:16] channel away and got 468,000 views. a huge number of two videos, by the way, that didn’t fly, we made them. But the thing is that it's the same video, just divided into two parts. These are excerpts from it. And this is another
[19:31] course, the client essentially forced us, saying: “We’re going to have a webinar, and I people to come there right now.” And we, he says, make me a cut from this long episode here and here. You can't do that. Firstly, this cuts the
[19:44] uninteresting videos in a row. Well, essentially, bury the already well- promoted reach in the grave. which is where the traffic flywheel started working, and we come out. Naturally, regular viewers didn't watch it,
[19:57] thinking, "Why are you showing me what just happened? The client's wishes are law, but we don't do that anymore." Back then we were still bending over backwards, it was bad. And after that, even a normal video didn't accelerate as much as
[20:11] principle, all these videos, they didn’t get going. And why did the customer stop working with us? Because they did n't get going right away. Initially, they only garnered a measly few thousand views. And why did
[20:25] the customer tell us: "You promised me a gun and a bomb, but you didn't make it for me." And a message, I’ll even show it to you, that I promised, I made a cannon bomb, here it is, let’s work. There was a silence of awkwardness, I don’t know why,
[20:38] but in short, our collaboration ended. And such a sad experience, although this is a very illustrative case, this word about why, since you have such a good result, you do not work with this client now. Therefore, there are
[20:50] different situations. Things don't always turn out the way we want them to. And the next example I businessman’s dream of earning more from a video than he spent. And here is Technologies channel. And by the way, it was also the first video. We haven't done
[21:05] just released this video and it got over 170,000 views and generated a year's worth of revenue, probably 1,000 times the amount of people buying this video. And these customers managed to sell all the equipment accumulated in warehouses. They
[21:18] even had to turn off their phone because they were constantly getting calls. He says that the phone was ringing off the hook with so many requests for these machines that he didn’t know what to do with them. 10 machines were sold. In this case,
[21:32] lot of people really did contact us. And even today, they allow them to simply sell new machines based on these orders. This is what I call hitting the jackpot with one video. Such a jackpot can be won immediately, well,
[21:45] as in their case, well, they were lucky, or only by the tenth, twentieth, or even , you'll never hit that jackpot. super experts, we cannot know which video will help us hit the jackpot. And
[21:59] sure that he will be the one to break it. But if this happens, there are certain patterns in a separate video. We'll talk about this later . What was so special about the souvenir Why did he shoot like that? Oh, by the way, if you noticed, there are practically no
[22:13] that they had to turn off their phone and even stop thinking about releasing content, because there is no need for it now. Clients are coming and still coming. They even need to release some videos for
[22:26] already. This is not interesting to the new audience. Yes, they only helped their clients a little That is, they now have a completely different task for the channel. The hype surrounding the video is naturally, this video didn’t take off right away. We also tried to make several of
[22:41] these bomb-guns. And this video also got a good response from the one next to it about the walrus. And flew. What was done in the video that made it get so many views? look at the first frames, it’s an ordinary simple guy who tells in
[22:55] simple language how you can make money by casting souvenirs. This is understandable, and he is not seem like a man who wants to appear more expensive than he actually is. Why? And his simple manner of communication, his professionalism, which
[23:09] can be felt even from the first words. It's obvious that he lives for this. And he lives by it bit of love plays a big role here. That is, love what you do and talk about it with pleasure. And it worked well for him. Well, plus the
[23:23] topic itself. We knew that business ideas, everything related to business ideas, works well and works almost flawlessly. Example. Here, by the way, is also the Sesame Bik channel, if you look, exactly the same ideas are used, yes, the
[23:35] business idea is written on something else. Worked great. What's the main principle if you want to make a video about a business idea? Just shoot it about something a little out of the ordinary, something that isn't overly cliched. The sneaker business has simply become boring and
[23:47] this is an overused trigger. But a business on something non-standard, like please, I made a million rubles on that. Poof, it flew in. Well, if anyone finds it useful, take it for free. And another one of our clients has an
[24:00] unconventional business: not repairing automatic transmissions, as many do, but replacing a standard more reliable one. We were happy to take on such a channel because we understood that it would be a hit. And the shooting happened immediately. Yes, it may not be a
[24:13] super-wide audience, but every view here is targeted. And almost 3-5% is converted into sales, because it is interesting to those who watch it. And Everything is very simple, very clear, very visual. Almost every video,
[24:26] last video gave them such a result again, when there is no need to conduct it regular clients with whom we've been working for years? Because we're focused on money, they get the money, everything's great, the money is coming in, so there's
[24:41] no point in running the channel. And vice versa, they didn’t wait, didn’t make this cannon bomb and simply rushed, ran away, didn’t have time to achieve the result in money. Here, doesn’t work with us. It's better to fall into that very first category, when you did it
[24:54] and simply stopped needing to run your YouTube channels, than those who this format, then let's take a look at your channels. Send me links to the channels that you want me to cover in my video. And the most interesting
[25:07] mistakes or, on the contrary, the most correct channels. I will definitely analyze it in detail, just like I did with my channels. Bye everyone and watch more channels. Bye everyone and watch more videos on my channel.
