[00:02] exaggeration or sarcasm being all goofy about something trivial. I do mean it. There needs to be extreme outrage over what's just unfolded in the Wander Franco case. You don't know who Wander Franco is. He was a superstar baseball

[00:17] player for the Tampa Bay Rays. And a couple years ago, it was revealed that he was in a relationship with a 14-year-old child. He was then arrested and it's been an ongoing criminal case against him that is now concluding where

[00:33] he was declared criminally responsible for sexual and psychological abuse of a minor but will be avoiding jail time. That's not justice. That's horshit. That

[00:45] That's not justice. That's horshit. That is diabolical. That is just evil. There judge in this case as well. How is it possible that they found him criminally psychological abuse of a minor, but he's not going to jail for it? How does that

[01:01] make any sense? How How is that the world we live in where he's able to get world we live in where he's able to get away with it? I It's It is unthinkable. away with it? I It's It is unthinkable. These are heinous crimes for which he is

[01:13] not actually facing justice. It's not even the illusion of justice. They're not even pretending. It's not even them putting up a facade of justice. They are just outright saying like, "Yep, he did it." All of that, it's true.

[01:26] this is Wander Franco we're talking about. He is a great baseball player and rich? We have to remember that. So, like, we can't throw him in jail. Now, right away, I want to just shoot some absolute gobbly [\h__\h] down immediately.

[01:40] There are people that are defending this decision because if you followed the case at all, you have probably seen in like the nitty-gritty, like really diving into it, that the claim is that Wander Franco didn't initially know the

[01:53] girl's age and that the mother was pimping out the daughter to Wander strengthen the relationship. Then he fell in love with the girl and it was and then made the decision to keep paying the mother for the relationship.

[02:10] are coming from, which you're going to see in a minute when we go into it. So, there there are people that are coping and going to bat like a [\h__\h] white knight with a shield out to defend Wander Franco. It's [\h__\h] gross. It's

[02:23] a 5-year penalty for unnecessary dick riding. It's psychopath [\h__\h] because there are photos and videos with Wander Franco and this child, and she looks like a kid. I don't buy for a second that Wander Franco was just blindsided,

[02:35] shocked to learn that she was actually a minor. There is just no world where he thought that that was someone of age, that he was under the impression she was an adult that whole time cuz she looks like a child. And even in this

[02:51] ridiculous defense of Wander Franco that they're trying to drum up, he still made the decision to keep paying the mother to keep sexually and psychologically abusing that child. That is not the actions of an innocent man who was

[03:05] deceived. Like it just there is no way of spinning this in any way that is [\h__\h] understandable or justifiable with anything that happened. This is

[03:17] heinous. It's vile. And he is not going to jail for it. You know who is going to jail though is the minor's mother. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison for was revealed that she was actually taking money from Wander Franco for her

[03:32] isn't all that surprising. But what I didn't know is that they were only actually pursuing five years in jail for Wander Franco to begin with and he's not have been a slap on the wrist and an absolute [\h__\h] abortion of justice,

[03:45] but he's getting nothing. And the judge, Joseé Antonio Nunez, considered Franco had been a victim of of extortion and blackmail by the minor's mother.

[03:57] They are calling the guy who has sexually and psychologically abused a child a victim, by the way, of extortion and blackmail. A real headscratching

[04:09] attempt from this weirdo judge to garner sympathy for Franco playing a sad song on the world's smallest violin about him actually being the victim here. Uh, you know, the guy who had routinely sexually and psychologically abused a minor. By

[04:24] investigated ASAP. It seems responsibility and at the same time exempt him from punishment. The court has granted Wander Franco a judicial pardon due to the particular

[04:37] circumstances that made him a material victim, but not a legal one. What kind of evil clown world are we living in where that's acceptable? Wander Franco is not a victim. He is a perpetrator. He was paying the mother to keep the

[04:54] daughter for his sexual and psychological abuse that he inflicted upon her. Clearly, the mother is no angel either. She's not a saint and deserves to be in jail. What she has done is abhorrent. She and apparently is

[05:07] something that has happened in the past where like mothers were raising children to try and sell to like sports stars. I this whole case has been [\h__\h] disgusting to learn about. So obviously the mother needs to be punished as well,

[05:21] but Wander Franco is not a victim of anything. He didn't need to be paying this mother to have access to a child that he could psychologically and sexually abuse. That that that was entirely avoidable. It's not like he was

[05:35] backed into a corner and had to do these unforgivable actions. And I can't with it because the mother also happened to be a monster, too. Also, it's worth mentioning there are contradictory stories about what the mother is facing

[05:50] the 10 years for. Some are claiming it's because of her role in trafficking her actually for the money laundering when it came to like the payments she was receiving. I've seen multiple articles say the trafficking is the 10 years. And

[06:03] then multiple articles say no, it's actually the money laundering. Either way, the mother is clearly a monster, too. But I I don't know definitively which of those things she's going to jail for. It should be for the

[06:15] trafficking and she shouldn't see the light of day again regardless. I don't moneyaundering over like the trafficking of a child. I feel like that's the much of a child. I feel like that's the much much much much more alarming serious

[06:29] crime. And again, 10 years is not nearly enough for something like that. The judge justified the judicial pardon as a logical and legal reasoning. No. No, it's not. And there's no amount of blabbering that could ever make it

[06:45] logical or acceptable. But he probably said that as he was fanning his [\h__\h] was probably taking under the table from Allegedly. That's just me spitballing because that's the only thing that would

[06:59] make sense for how this happened. Thank God for everything, Franco expressed as he eusively embraced his mother, Nancy, and other family members who accompanied why you're thanking God. You're going to hell, man. The only one he should be

[07:13] thanking is [\h__\h] Saul Goodman and whatever other slimy ghouls on his team were helping him shuffle tons and tons of money to these corrupt powerful of money to these corrupt powerful people over there for this unfortunate,

[07:25] disgusting, deplorable, despicable injustice tinfoil hack conspiracy. I'm not directly accusing him of bribery, but in my opinion, that's the only thing that would explain how this just happened.

[07:39] of God, and I don't know why he's pretending to be, and he's going to hell. Franco was arrested in January 2024 after being accused of having a 14 at the time and transferring thousands of dollars to her mother to

[07:53] consent to the illegal relationship. It's so sickening. It's just corruption in broad daylight. He gets away with it because he's rich. It like there's just no other way of looking at this. That's the only thing that even remotely begins

[08:10] to explain how this just [\h__\h] happened. There is no justice to be found here. Even the mother getting 10 years is not enough for her role in this. But Wander Franco should have been in jail for life. Like they he they

[08:24] literally found him criminally responsible for this sexual and psychological abuse of a minor and in the same sentence say that he's not getting jail time for it. It's I'll stop blabbering about it. It's

[08:37] so infuriating. Anyway, that's really about it. Yep.
