30 minutes of owning these airpods one year ago I dropped them directly in the toilet and uh I've been wearing them ever since so they're even waterproof all right let's talk about cold email how are we doing how's uh how's the game changing in 2023 let's talk about that um off the bat right what do you need for cold email campaigns in 2023 that you didn't need in let's say 2020 pre-pandemic well first thing you need
is multiple inboxes right it used to be that you could set up one cold email inbox you could just blast out emails from that one inbox without worrying about nothing but everyone's sending cold emails now and so now you need multi-inbox and a lot of the old tools you know a lot of the Old Guard has fallen because their pricing was based on uh you know multiple seats so like you want to send from Seven inboxes
sure but you need to pay for seven seats and then the innovation of multi-inbox happened and now everyone has gone from like oh I need seven seats for seven different inboxes so now I can just use one seat and I can have seven inboxes and they auto rotate so that's number one that you need right now in 2023 that you didn't need in 2020 after cold email is multi inbox another thing that you need now that
you didn't need in 2020 is all of the technical setup of your emails this is stuff we never had to worry about before things like dkim uh spk you know all of these uh dmarc all these technical steps to set up your email inbox for deliverability none of that mattered back in the day and yeah now you need it uh Jay is coming in with a quick question what's the difference between Omni versus other cold email
tools like like lemonless instantly Etc so uh Omni has multi-inbox uh and unlimited sending and we write the campaigns for you so lemlist does not have multi-inbox slim list you have to sign up for one limbless account per email so let's say you know on average our typical customer will have 10 domains so on Lim list that would cost you know let's say it's 49 times 10 that would cost 490 a month crazy uh but on
ours it's um 49 it's nothing um on instantly instantly does have multi-inbox which works really well but they don't write the scripts and the drips for you and so what I found is one of the hardest parts to setting up a cold email campaign sure it's a technical setup and it's all that stuff but it's really just writing the campaigns um especially for channels you're not you're not really familiar with so for instance like let's say
you create a new offer you want to start a cold email campaign in the next 10 minutes but you don't know how to do it and so there's too much stuff online etc etc it takes you hours to write a cold email campaign right now I don't care if you're using instantly I don't care if you're using lemless whatever but with Omni all you do is you log in and you fill out a questionnaire it's like
asking you about your offer it's asking you about your Target and then it will just write the entire drip for you and it's not just cold emails it writes the it writes cold text messages if you want those too and soon it'll write everything LinkedIn messages handwritten notes Twitter DMS because what I know as a cold email Guy uh someone that's done you know tens of thousands of Consulting calls at this point I don't know how
the numbers uh net out but someone that's done all these Consulting calls at this point I know exactly what to put into these email campaigns right we've sent millions and millions of cold emails so instead of you paying someone like me a thousand dollars for an hour of our time to write the email campaigns you can now get in there and do it automatically and there's very few people in the industry uh that can that can
do this you know we actually invented hourly cold email Consulting in 2018 nobody was doing hourly cold email Consulting before us so we've been doing this longer than everyone else and uh you know that that's the Insight that you have with omni.us so that's how we're different and in the future there's going to be more differentiators you know especially when it comes to uh cross-platform Outreach so for instance uh instantly right now can't send LinkedIn messages
they can't send Twitter DMS they can't do any sort of omni channel uh Omni will allow you to do that and it's all one low price it's not like you're paying it's not like HubSpot either where you're you know let's say you have under 50 000 leads and you pay a thousand bucks a month and then you get over 50 000 leads and I have to pay four or five thousand dollars a month it's not like
that Omni has unlimited leads for one low price 49 bucks it's the cheapest in the industry you could even use it for your uh for just your warm email campaigns and it'll be cheaper than send in blue it'd be cheaper than aweber and as I'm saying this maybe our price needs to increase and maybe it will that's why you got to get in now all the iron well that iron is hot okay uh Chris says bro
I'm running in Vision Labs very cool I don't know what that is so how is this cold email changing so we have the technical setup we have the um the other thing we mentioned multi-inbox the other thing that has changed a lot in cold email writing um is I'm going to say actually those are the two main changes um the other thing that's changed is the the tool the number of tools that are out there for
sending cold emails has never been higher you know like like all these guys who's saying lemlist instantly you know smart lead uh woodpecker mailshake Omni there's so many tools now that send cold emails and so it's become harder as a user to pick them um my my feeling On Tools has never evolved the entire time I've been doing business and that is if you find a tool that does most of what you want just get that
tool that's that's about it you know as as the owner of Omnia will say use Omni but like you know I wouldn't I wouldn't put too much time into research it's more important that you're sending cold emails um now cold email has not changed in a lot of ways uh the first way it's not changed is the Target and the offer still matter the most there's actually two ways has not changed one is the offer matters
more than anything else so if you're sending a cold email you know like our our earliest cold email campaign that was a major success was when we were launching our agency and we I had been the director of marketing at an agency we had a good case study and so I emailed all the other agencies in the US told them about our case study and then we were able to hop on calls and close those deals
right and that worked well because everyone wanted to learn the secrets of this specific agency they'd heard of the agency because we'd done our marketing right over the last year so everyone in the industry saw us as a leader and so when I called out their name in the email everyone wanted to learn their secrets and so they bought from us so the offer matters really um the offer matters more than anything else and then number
two is the targeting still matters more than anything because the lists need to be valid the lists need to be up to date you know if you go out there and you download your your lists from a database you know you download them from Apollo uh or any of these other maybe in the free or the cheap databases or the more expensive ones like Zoom info you go out there you download these leads who knows how
old these leads are you know zoominfo says they have 100 million plus contacts and that they update you know a certain percentage of their leads per day but who knows how often your lead that you need you know the one of the 150 million leads how often is that one lead being updated and so the best way to generate leads still is by manual list building and by scraping and yeah you can use databases you can
use lead shark now called Omni leads if you're required by Omni um you can use lead shark uh if you want you can use you can use the lead shark if you want you can use something like up lead if you want but the best lead quality is just going to come from hiring people on upwork to scrape and build lists for you and then validating those emails using a tool like never bounce uh to make
sure that you're only sending to valid emails so as long as you're sending and that's that's the whole thing as long as you're sending emails to people that exist AKA valid leads and you're sending them things they want to buy AKA great offer then there's nothing else that you have to worry about and hold emails then you just have to then it's just a data problem right once you have those two things it's like how do
I get a thousand qualified leads how do I get 20 000 qualified leads how do I get 150 000 uh qualified leads per month right now at Omni for our own tool we're sending uh last month we sent 60 000 cold emails out and we're rapidly ramping up to 150 000 plus per month right all from one account et cetera et cetera but that's the level that you got to be thinking at right how do you
take your one campaign that has worked and then how do you how do you distribute it out to the widest amount of people right people think that cold email copy writing the um writing the scripts people think that writing the script of a cold email is the hard part but the hard part really is distribution anybody can go out there and write a script tell me how to send that to 150 000 people this month most
people would blank they wouldn't be able to do that but if you have the distribution let's say you know how to send it to 150 000 people this month then you can write any script and it's going to get some kind of result so that's the part that is the hardest to mask is that technical part but once you have that down now you have full distribution now you're able to just make it happen now you're
able to just make it happen my wife's running around in the background here I'll be I'll try to block her I'll try to block her out um okay so uh Joe says sweet friend was asking about the difference between Limitless and Omni before good to be able to tell them main difference between lemlist and Omni is the price difference right that's the number one thing lemlist if you wanted to run it like you run even your
standard 10 email Omni campaign would be 10 times more and that's ridiculous and uh I can't say too much because limless bought our last startup but I uh I would be worried if I was done I'd be trying to acquire somebody if I was them uh Dustin how do you get clients without case studies via cold email will Omni help to write emails without case studies yes yes it will all the scripts that we have in
Omni are optimized for a couple different ways but if you don't add your case studies it'll just write scripts without them will they perform at any sort of level that I would recommend no because the main thing that you're getting over at as a cold emailer is this um you got a cold email from a random person the number one thing someone's thinking is is this spam and then they might delete it immediately now you get
them reading the email then the second thing they think is is this scam you know is it spam then is it scam is this a scammer so how do you get around that second problem well you have case studies ideally of companies that they recognize or people that they know and that gets the responses so going into this without any case studies is shooting yourself in the foot it's really slowing down your your results and your
cold email campaigns so I would recommend always getting case studies the way that I got my first case study uh was by getting a job right the the big case study that launched our agency was from me being director of marketing at this agency I started as a junior salesperson and I worked my way up over a year and a half just ground generated a bunch of leads made a bunch of sales and got promoted up
and then I was able to use that as a case study in my email okay but let's say you don't want to get a job you don't want to get a job and you still need the case studies well then my question to you is how do you know that you can get results so for instance Dustin you say how to get clients without case studies shravan Kumar Sharma not Dustin at all so shravan Kumar um
how do you get how do you get case studies how do you get client-side cases so my question to you is how do you know that you can deliver the work that you can deliver if you tell me that you can book me 10 meetings this month via cold email and you don't have any case studies then how do I know you're going to book 10 meetings via cold email and your answer might be all because
you're sending cold emails for yourself and you booked 10 meetings last month for yourself so you know that you can do it for us and there's your case study so that's how you do it you're either going to work a job or you're going to do a personal project and your case study is going to come from one of those two spots the one thing you shouldn't do is use clients as your University right think about
marketing as any other skill uh normally when you're learning a skill let's say you're learning like painting or learning how to you're learning how to draw okay you're learning how to draw well the first thing you're going to do when you're learning how to draw is not Pitch 30 people on your beautiful drawing services and then figure it out then no the first thing you do is buy a drawing book and you try to sketch like
a face or you sketch an eye and then if you do that for a couple weeks or a couple months then you get a little bit of confidence in your skills and then you're able to draw a little bit more and a little bit more and sometimes it's you know four or five years like you need degrees in this stuff before you're able to have the skill level to go pitch and people think because you can
go write an email in a second and everyone uses email that this skill isn't that level um and and so that's that's what I would caution you against you want to go out there you want to sell without using your case studies well go ahead first and grind on the skill a little bit you don't want to use your clients because imagine you've never drawn before in your life and the client hands you a blank piece
of paper and asks you for you know a drawing of the Mona Lisa you're going to fail at that and now your reputation's tarnished but if you put in the time to learn to draw first now you have a chance at actually succeeding and it's the exact same with Marketing sales and cold email uh DT any thoughts on doing marketing for SAS or any particular areas where you see that are wide open for marketing lead gen
Specialists yes okay uh and that is wide open for a marketing lead gen specialist any of the um any of the old school Industries uh you know boomers are now dying off so their sons and stuff are taking over um so all that stuff like manufacturing or um any any anything like that that is B2B uh you know manufacturing contacts contracts are gigantic one Factory might get a contract that's like two three million and then there's
also stuff like Farms you know things like that that's my general brainstorm that's my theory um in practice what I've seen work you know up and coming areas are not um they're not uh Industries but they are areas of the world for instance people in the Middle East like Dubai and Saudi Arabia et cetera they really want to make it in the global market right China it's hard to do business in uh but Dubai and the
Middle East is very easy to do business in and so we've had a lot of results sending cold emails actually in Arabic um you know hagop who's on our team speaks Arabic um and so we've said some cold emails there and we've generated a lot of meetings and a lot of interest from that part of the world so when you're talking about areas that's what I think are wide open uh anything super specialized is always going
to be wide open Scott cap Alex the King of the North ice and fire ice and fire dragon uh Hearth I'm harsh part of email 10K and I'm a video editor so we're going to get my first client so what advice would you have to meet uh for me in cold email writing so I'm gonna get your first client so same advice as before um figure out who you want to work with create a portfolio of
work like edit a bunch of videos and then have your your portfolio of work there and then you send a cold email to a few people even write them one at a time so make a list of people that would work with you you know potential clients and say you know give them compliments like you know hey Alex huge fan of your YouTube videos notice your edits are slick and no notice your edits are slick but

and then I typically will hire within five six minutes of people so especially for lead generation roles and roles like that um a bunch of people will respond quick and then I'll send them all a test project and it just comes down to how they do in the test project so if you're selling lead generation or any other commoditized service like that then the number one way to get more clients on upwork and freelancer is to
respond to job posts faster and do your tests faster and with more uh more Vigor you know with more with more uh success if you're in uh larger projects like we've we've hired everyone from you know ten thousand dollar writing projects to coders off of upwork and if you're in those bigger projects then what I would recommend one is also responding super fast to the role but making the job post uh response very specific um and
it doesn't have to be long it just has to be specific so for instance let's say I was posting you know last last coder we hired was for a website I believe it was called browse domains and browse domains was this simple tool that we built let's see if it's still live I need to show you what it is yeah okay and browse domains was a simple website we made here which just basically you put in
like one keyword and another keyword and then it'll search for available domains that have these two keywords so there's a ton brilliantspan.com is available let's see if the API calls are still working I built this so we built this song and go um but anyway the way that we built this was I posted up on upwork and all you'd have to do to get this job is say you know let's say the job posting was like
Hey I'm looking to build a website with the following criteria it needs to put the beginnings and endings of these domains together and it's a clone of XYZ site so all you'd need to say in your job post is hey notice you wanted to build a domain site that's a clone of XYZ site I can do this in a couple weeks do you want to hop on a call or are you ready to get started right
now question mark and then you'd have your um your offer and your budget match the client's budget because this is another big issue that that upwork Freelancers make so I'll go on let's say I'm I'm the I'm the buyer right now and I'll go on and I'll say Okay I want to build browse domains and my budget is fourteen hundred dollars right so I'll say okay my budget is fourteen hundred dollars then Freelancers will pitch in
and they'll say oh I can build this for twenty five thousand or oh I can I can build this for eight hundred dollars no all you have to do is say hey I can build this for the price that you want and then your offer is the exact budget and then you get the then you get the deal it's that simple and some people try to be cute with it you know let's say the budget's fourteen
hundred and they'll come in at like 14.75 no dude stop um but you can also come in they'll also come in like 1500 1600 it just doesn't make sense so those are my tips for how to get more clients on upwork and freelancer be fast uh be specific with the post and be on budget not above or below um people think if they come in super cheap like I say I want to build browse image for
fourteen hundred dollars for instance they come in they're like oh I can build this for 50 bucks they think that's going to get them to higher but in my mind if I wrote 1400 you got to think about it from the client's point of view if the client wrote that it's worth fourteen hundred dollars that's what they think it's worth so if you go in there and say it's worth 50 now they're just not gonna believe
you off the bat and they're less likely to work with you foreign Ty I'm from South Asia it's morning for me there we go you know as I stream on India and South Asian time it's it's like we're just attracting less and less Americans my my email 10K group was so mad at me because I moved the uh the time to 9am India I think we're gonna have to figure out what to do there um Eduardo
can you talk about how Omni Channel sequences work haven't tried Omni recent tried to reply Ripple uh and others in their marketing doesn't meet expectations so Omni Channel marketing works by contacting your customers on multiple channels um as we move into the future on the future is where we live now as we move into the future people aren't always just on email sometimes people are more active on Twitter or they're more active on Facebook Messenger or
Whatsapp or telegram or LinkedIn or wherever you know anywhere else and so the best way to contact them while it used to be you could make cold calls to their office or you could send cold emails and it'll get right to their inbox it used to be that but now that's not as effective so you want to approach people using an omni Channel drip whether that's using Omni whether that's using any of these other tools what
that means is you want to send them a cold email then a couple days later you want to send them a LinkedIn message you want to send them a cold text if that's legal in your country you want to send them a handwritten note to their office worst case case or a gift if you really want them you want to show up at a conference that they're at right you come up with your list of companies
and depending on how big your deal size is uh the more effort you can put into getting every single one when we were um when I was the director of marketing or even really just a junior sales guy at that agency in New York the clients we were closing you know they were 150 000 200 000 the biggest retainer we ended up one of our clients turned into a million dollar a year retainer um so these
are like decent sized deals so if someone's gonna pay you 200 000 for a software project you could spend a thousand dollars trying to acquire a customer in that in that field so that could be ten hundred dollar gifts that could be a thousand dollars spent on a conference ticket let's say you want to go to dreamforce if you meet 10 20 customers there book the meetings and then one of those turns into a client you've
already paid for your dream Force ticket 150 times over so depending on how big your clients are the more you can pay for Omni our clients are making us on average it's 50 bucks a month right now you know that price is going to go up but that means we can't pay so much but what we can do is uh we can Market on the free channel so we can do live streams like this we can
do cold emails we could do LinkedIn messages we can do cold calling we cold call a bunch of people um Twitter DMS things like that so that's what omnichannel is um and I agree with the asker with the question um you know Rebel and some of these other guys the marketing doesn't meet the expectations because it's very um very time consuming and very hard to tie all these channels together because what you want is somebody responds
to your Tweet and then they're removed from your cold email drip or somebody opens your cold email and then it activates the Twitter campaign and so what this requires is a lot of technical stuff on the back end to make sure all of these channels work together that's why we have an announcement with Omni that I can't make yet around funding but we are we are ready to go into 2023 and and build this and build
this in a way that actually works that works uh phenomenally well and works in an automated fashion so I'm hyped for it that's um but that's the theory behind it is what I just said so you can do this without on me as well if you want to run you know various various software tools like I think I mean we just did a YouTube review for a Facebook DM tool we just did a review for Twitter
DM tool if I remember correctly we had taplio which we sold to Limitless which was a LinkedIn tool so there are a ton of different tools out there that you can use right now Omni is gonna gonna bring them all under one beautiful roof harsh I'm in Jaipur any plans to come jayport yeah maybe maybe I would talk I would talk to Dave though either way because maybe uh maybe you can go to Delhi I don't

you all then you'll always land in the primary inbox so any reply is a good reply yes uh that is true but what that means is uh you can also automate this so Omni has a thing called warm omniwarm and what that does is it automates the back and forth emails so as long as you're signed up to Omni let's say you know let's say you signed up to Omni you will send out 50 cold emails
to other Omni customers then those Omni customers will automatically reply to those emails and Mark you as primary Etc and then you will reply to their email and mark them as primary and that helps everybody when it comes to saving the inboxes warm up uh in the past has been broken in that you have to go in there and you have to like set your settings right but I don't know how do you know as a
customer you go into any warm-up tool and you're supposed to know oh I need to set this up with a 30 reply rate and I need to send at least 100 emails a day but what if I send 150 email today does my campaign now break what if I send 10 emails a day is that better is that worse like you don't know so with Omni and with omniwarm you just hit one button and it auto
sets up everything for you and then with the features coming later this year it will automatically know when you get into spam and it'll increase your number of cents to save your inbox or it'll know when you're very safe and it'll decrease your number of sends to allow you not to send too many warm-up emails so it's very good and it's it's Dynamic everything about Omni is one button click to start that's it I want to

to think that just because you can't do video production in America that doesn't mean that you can't sell video production in America what you can do is sell the project make sure there's a high enough profit margin you know 50 profit margin so let's say it'll cost you five thousand dollars total you sell it for ten thousand dollars then you use that five thousand dollars to hire the team in America to go over and film the
guy and then your team over in India can edit the videos and you make a nice profit in between that's what being an agency is all about that's that's the graduation from freelancer to agency when you realize you don't have to do the work yourself you don't have to be in the same country as the people doing the work and they'll just be able to to knock it out that way Eric I answered that Premiere how
to protect from spam uh make sure there's a couple things you can make sure you're running omniwarm on your emails to make sure you're always in primary and then avoid spam words in your emails so if you say things like free or you use the dollar signs or you use uh anything on spam blacklists which you can Google around to find um you'll end up in spam and then you also want to avoid sending the exact
same message to thousands and thousands of people um the solution to that is something called spin tax which Omni also has built in where it'll basically rotate your uh pieces of your email so instead of saying you know hello Danny it'll say hi Danny or hey Danny and other pieces of the email will also be rotated that way um so Google Outlook Zoho and any other email senders will see them as unique harsh says I haven't
thought about that way heck yeah bro that's what we're here for Danny what are some high value skills you advise people in their early 20s learn your practice we can make a ton of money in time any skill worth learning uh is a skill that makes people money so for me I was walking into restaurants and I was walking into any shop and I just realized that everything is about sales and marketing right at the end
of the day a business doesn't run if there's no marketing being done and there's no sales being made so any one of those two skills will always be in demand right and I've seen this multiple times like when I was telling people about marketing and sales as my skill they were like oh I'm going to learn to code and I'll make a bunch of money but guess what the languages that they were learning the code back

this that actually moves the needle for a business so talking to people Marketing sales chat TBT can't get on a plane to Chicago and meet your best client and shape their hand while wearing a suit and close 150 000 deal what it can do is create Facebook ads so where would you rather be would you rather be on the sales side or would you rather be on the production side and I would rather be on the
sales side every single day of the week so when you talk about high value skills to learn those are the skills anything on marketing or sales hello first time hearing about Omni will there be any tutorials on how to use it effectively more tutorials are coming um Sheree I think is watching the stream on our on our team and so we'll we'll write that down we'll do a ton of different tutorials I know we have some

this is the future this is where we're doing um hey I've been using mailshake because I watched your video a few years ago love your content house Omni different from male Shake mailshake does not offer multiple inboxes so for Omni if you're running a cold email campaign with 10 different domains the campaign is going to cost you know 450 a month on mailshake and only fifty dollars a month on Omni for one uh two mailshake has
had a lot of issues recently because they are an official Google cold email tool and Google has now officially banned or doesn't like cold email tools using their API so mailshake is having a lot of issues now they're having to work around with their warm-ups they're having to do some sketchiness and so I would I would just avoid it in general um and then Francis asking the same thing as more is Mel Shake's warmer even fixed
yet I don't know but the fact that we're even having to ask that question means it's unreliable and so I'm just going to use Omni we're not using milkshake anymore thank you that's that's where I am with it yeah I've been using GPT GPT is my boss now um so I like it for these and then what you can also do is this so let's say host a giveaway on Twitter um where followers can uh enter
to win a free subscription of omni for a year so I would say um you are tasked to implement this please break it down step by step like you are describing it to a five-year-old um decide on the rules of the giveaway create a post on Instagram or Twitter ask your followers to share success stories ask your followers to tag you encourage like basically any one of these paragraphs can then be broken down into step-by-step things
so if you deal with procrastination like let's say this is your thing you know partner with a few influencers in your Niche anyone can say this but let's say um you know you deal with procrastination a lot of procrastination is not knowing the first step so you just pop that in here and then it'll tell you exactly what to do uh and then you can actually give the the notes exactly uh like here step by step
like you're describing it like you are describing it to your marketing intern who has to execute and then you just deal with the you change the prompts up there you go identify the influencers reach out to them um you know provide them with a personalized discount code create a unique referral link like it just tells you exactly what to do for every single one of these super cool so yeah CEOs are dead I would say the
CEO role is dead does omni have an API API is coming soon I think he says uh tattooed is not the boss of you or anyone for that matter AI works for us not the other way around it's very true although you can hire somebody to become your boss you know for instance our project manager tells me what to do you know what tasks to do so you can actually hire that especially if you have an
issue knowing exactly which tasks to do every day uh have you noticed any difference in quality and creativity responses on chat GPT versus gpt4 is gpt4 worth it I am a paying subscriber to gpt4 um for now it's a little too slow and doesn't make that much of a difference to me but maybe I haven't played with it enough that's the thing I don't know I don't like the output it's like 10 times slower than the
normal gpg foreign any other questions guys fire them away um I would love to keep streaming for 12 more minutes but if there's no more questions that's fine too Vicki says that's kind of awesome yeah exactly it is um one of the biggest changes for me as an entrepreneur let me actually answer this you can do it as a Instagram short um one of the things that increased my productivity the most was hiring a project manager
to tell me what to do every single day entrepreneurs struggle with knowing exactly what to do but all you have to do to get a task list is hire somebody who is a professional project manager then you can sit there and do a 30 minute riff every single week like oh we should do this we should do this blah blah we should do all this stuff and then that project manager will take that riff turn it
into an actionable to-do list and remind you of it every single day that way you have your tasks for the week you have your tasks for the month and you can make sure that every single time you sit down a computer you're doing something that will actually grow your business and that's why cool three I hope you're watching this brother so many shorts in this stream um any other questions guys kick them over this way otherwise

to practice skills generating meetings been in sales operations last six months uh that I said I also want to learn paid search would you recommend offering freelance services to learn paid social demand gen I.E on upwork um I wouldn't recommend offering any skill in order to learn it I would learn it yourself so for paid search um find a hundred dollars somewhere find two three hundred dollars somewhere and run a simple campaign for the type of
business that you want to help market so if you do want to work with agencies then software sales then I would create a quick landing page you can do it in Squarespace and create ads and run an ad campaign and see what that looks like that way you're learning on your own and even if this takes a couple weeks a couple months to learn then you'll know if you have to buy a course you can buy
a course and then implement it that way but don't learn from zero on the client's time it goes back to what we're saying about you know being a drawing Enthusiast who's never picked up a piece of paper and then it's hired versus being an artisan that has practiced for the last several years and then gets a job the quality of work and the damage to your reputation will be a a lot less quality work will be
higher damage if your reputation uh so now the more we do trial and error on these prompts the more our time so now the more we do trial and error on these GPT prompts the more our tasks get simplified yes yes yes yes GPT is unmatched it can do anything it's just all about the prompts one good thing about gpt4 which I didn't mention is the input can actually be a lot longer so for instance I
could put the First full chapter of my book in there I could describe our YouTube channel in detail I could add all of this information because the input amount that you can put into gpt4 is that much higher than gpg3 this uh small prompt that we're using before which you can go back and see uh the small prompt we're using before is more optimized for gpk3 where you have to just smush everything down but gbt4 you
can give all the information and that allows it to do things like solve uh you know huge science problems that everyone's been dealing with for a long time or you can upload like the full medical history of your clients there's a lot of great stuff that can be done with GPT uh Heather what are your thoughts on gmas gmas is another one that was an official Google API partner that is now blacklisted uh and on the
ropes gray listed by Google um so I wouldn't use gmas I wouldn't use any of the cold email tools that formerly were Google partners that have now had to step back and that includes gmask woodpecker uh lemlist and um and mailshake so I wouldn't touch those it's scary um how much data that we gave them over the years that was just funneled directly into Google who now hates cold you know I'm terrified honestly of any of
those and the soft API calls like instantly I wouldn't do oauth 2 either I would just do SMTP and IMAP sending and instantly does support that um and Omni supports that as well Vicky we love you too I'll be back to the next live stream some extra questions very good um harsh I accept your love and also love you back Carson anyway to cold email within a day or do you have to warm it up what
