[00:01] after more than 3 years of automating my YouTube channel. In case you do I have a personal branding channel with over 220,000 subscribers. I've mastered the YouTube algorithm when it comes to personal branding, but I

[00:14] automated channels. I've created more than 50 automated YouTube channels, 18 of which have been a resounding success. In these more than 4 years of obsession and experience making YouTube videos, I've learned several

[00:29] valuable to you. To summarize, my beginnings were as follows: I first became obsessed with understanding the algorithm created was Esteban Quiroga; you can find it there. I uploaded my first video on

[00:42] October 7, 2020. And to make a long story short, I basically went from zero, from being a complete unknown, to over 100,000 subscribers in 12 months— a number that, honestly, few people achieve, especially when

[00:55] talking about personal branding. Having understood the algorithm with my main channel, I thought, " Why not start copy-pasting and replicating this same strategy with more channels, but where I don't necessarily have to

[01:07] found the YouTube automation business model in 2021. Now, of course, I can monetize channels in record time. My matter of days—it's absolutely insane! But it wasn't always like this. I didn't always

[01:22] have so much knowledge or experience with this business model, and I made mistakes that I honestly don't want you to make, especially if you 're a beginner in this world. Look, if I could share three points that I wish I had

[01:34] started YouTube automation, they would be the following: Number One: The niche is the most important thing. Video editing isn't as important, nor is the upload frequency

[01:47] or thumbnail quality. The most important thing is second point I wish I had considered is that it's not only important to select a niche, but to choose a worthwhile one. The

[02:01] long-term cost of automation is that you'll encounter many so-called YouTube automation gurus who give you lists of niches in PDF format—viral niches, profitable niches. 99% of that information is garbage, and I'm telling you this as

[02:13] someone who literally has more than 18 viral channels to this day. These simply explode for a few months and then die out are not worth it mentioned in several of the videos I 've published on this channel, the best

[02:27] which you could start an automated channel, are those that have always been in demand throughout history. Content has always been there; it's just evolved. First it was radio, then

[02:40] gone through streaming platforms, and now there's YouTube, but it's always the same topics that interest people. Those are the niches. In my selecting from the beginning, and it was something I didn't consider. Now, another thing I also

[02:54] hadn't considered from the beginning was the volume of content necessary to be successful. You'll find so-called... YouTube automation mentors tell you that with just one or two videos a

[03:06] week you can grow a YouTube channel, and yes, it's possible, but you have no competition against the ninjas. We ninjas are uploading content every day. There's no way anyone can surpass us because of the volume of content we

[03:18] consider at the beginning. I had this myth in my head that one or two enough, but no, today, with the volume of competition out there, you do n't stand a chance if you 're uploading one or two videos a

[03:32] week. And this is closely linked to three mistakes that you, as a beginner, must avoid. Number one: be careful who you listen to. You wouldn't listen to a nutritionist who's obese, you wouldn't go to a dentist to get your teeth fixed if

[03:45] that dentist has crooked teeth, so why listen to people who don't on Instagram, TikTok, or find so-called mentors who will help you... Going viral on YouTube and

[03:58] views when they don't even get more than 1 million views a month on their channels... be very careful who you listen to and always ask for tangible results because, sure, it's very cool that the mentor is sharing their

[04:12] lifestyle in Dubai and their cars, and all the money they earn comes from the earn comes from the automated channels I have. There's no one in Latin America obtained over these past 3 years. So be very careful who you

[04:26] listen to because it's very easy as a beginner to get carried away by beginner to get carried away by pretty words. They sweet-talk you, should avoid, especially when you're starting out, is spending

[04:39] too much money on video production. Yes, you'll find automated channels that spend a lot of money on production, very good editing, and people who are already advanced. Especially if you're starting out, don't spend

[04:52] money. Do everything yourself, Esteban. But I have a little money left over... no, don't spend money. You have to see... How do you accomplish the mission? How do you carve out time in your day to create the scripts for your channels? All of us who have

[05:05] successful automated channels started by doing everything ourselves. A very easy analogy to understand is with traditional businesses. If you open important that, as the owner, you know what's on the menu, that you've even been somewhat

[05:18] involved in preparing the menu. You know how to sweep, you know how to in the future you can tell others how to do them. One of the things I always tell my students is, please do everything yourself

[05:32] at the beginning. Immerse yourself in the process so that later you can teach it to better. And the third mistake, especially as a beginner, that you must avoid—and this is something I've been telling myself for the last 3 or 4 years—is not to think that

[05:46] success or results will come overnight. Of course, you look at me, you see my Instagram stories, you see that my students are monetizing channels in 7 days and making a 2, 3, even 5 million visits every month. But that's

[05:59] because they've been in this business for years. Don't compare yourself to me; compare yourself to the Esteban of 4 years ago when my first monetized channel took me 4 months, And something I always say is that comparison is the enemy of joy. If you

[06:12] want to live miserably, if you want to live frustrated, compare yourself to beginner soccer player who's already in the youth academy of a good team in their country comparing themselves to Messi. It makes no sense; it's stupid to compare yourself to Messi.

[06:25] Messi has been doing this for decades; it doesn't make sense. Don't compare yourself to other live frustrated. Now, in addition to this, I also want to share that in these 4 years obsessed with this platform, I've realized three

[06:39] things that most people don't pay attention to but that are fundamental to the success of your channels. And the first of these things is, ultimately, the language. The language in which you create your automated channels will

[06:52] directly influence how fast you grow. Or to make many go viral, and especially lately it's become fashionable to say that you shouldn't make automated channels in English, Portuguese, Arabic. No, not yet. There's a

[07:05] huge market to serve in Spanish. There are 750 million people in consume content every day. First, let's finish this grass. Why are we thinking about jumping to other languages, to other countries, when we haven't even finished the grass on

[07:20] On this channel, I dedicate myself to telling you what nobody wants to completely free of charge. So consider that the best language today to automate YouTube channels is Spanish. The second thing, which

[07:34] but which is fundamental, is the issue of is automation. It's supposed to be making videos without you investing much time, but that's the consequence. At the beginning, being realistic, you're going to be doing everything.

[07:47] You're going to have to dedicate many hours to it, and I've seen this with all my students. I've had brutal success stories, the biggest success stories in something I've consistently observed in these success stories through my mentorship

[08:00] is that those who put in the most hours are the ones who achieve the greatest results. Ultimately, YouTube is like any other your restaurant, you'll eventually succeed. And you're

[08:13] obviously dedicating those hours to things you know will bear fruit. only dedicating one hour a day—because my mentor told me one hour is enough—doesn't stand a chance against my ninjas who are dedicating

[08:27] four, even eight hours every day. Of course, this is unsustainable, especially at the beginning when you have a job or school to attend. But we all have your phone's settings and see how many hours you spend consuming

[08:40] content. According to statisticians, people spend at least eight hours a day consuming content on their phones. If those eight hours a day you spend consuming content, not working from 9 to 10 or attending school, you're already

[08:52] Why? Don't dedicate at least four or five, even eight hours a day to important, and it's the big difference between a mediocre automation expert and a ninja who ultimately becomes profitable. Another

[09:06] considering, and no one seems to care about, is this issue of volume. You're going million times on this channel because, believe me, it makes all the difference.

[09:18] YouTube automation with one channel, you don't stand a chance because my beginners, my with at least two or three channels, uploading content every day. that many people overlook, it's volume. Another great lesson I've learned

[09:34] from these years in this business model, and that I'd like to share with you today, is that there are decisive factors. If we look at history of my students' channels, these things I'm going to share with you

[09:47] were decisive for their success. The first, and I think the most important, is that spending hours consciously consuming YouTube is crucial. You can't become an expert in something without doing it. You spend a lot of time on YouTube. Great

[10:01] soccer players, great goalkeepers, archers, people people who spent 20 minutes practicing their sport and are already at the Olympics. They didn't spend thousands, even tens of thousands of hours

[10:14] automate YouTube, train our sport by spending time on the platform. I'm not going to get tired of saying it. The more time consuming for the sake of consuming, but genuinely questioning why you were going

[10:29] caught your attention in this thumbnail, what elements the title has, the greater your chances of success. And in the end, literally, looking at my progress and my story, I realize that nobody has spent as much time on YouTube

[10:42] as I have. My students spend more time on YouTube than other people because, in the end, great results come from obsession and investing time in what you want to master or dominate. And that leads me to the second

[10:55] crucial point, which is obsession. This is going to sound very cliché and typical of a Facebook page for millionaire entrepreneurs, but it's the The reality is that the great businesspeople, the great entrepreneurs, the richest people on the Forbes and Fortune 500 lists are people

[11:08] who are crazy, they're obsessed with what they're doing. Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg—anyone who's doing things that change humanity today—they're crazy in the head, they're obsessed. Their whole world, their whole

[11:20] day revolves around what they do. Today I have results that absolutely no one because I'm crazy, I'm a little obsessed, I seem like a crazy person. I spend all day talking, thinking, eating, having breakfast and dinner on YouTube, and that's

[11:33] something I want to convey to you. My passion for talking about YouTube is what has led me to be where I am. Be obsessed with this. You don't want to living in, that's crystal clear to me. That's why you're here. If you don't want to stay there, you have to

[11:46] circle because the moment you start to become obsessed with this—a talking about you, they're going to start saying, "No, and yes, it is a big deal, but If you want to live by pleasing others,

[11:58] obsess over it, don't spend so many hours on it. Say yes to meetings, parties, and other things, and get distracted. Witness the success of my Growing any worthwhile business hurts because you have to change your

[12:12] you have to change your context. And that's difficult, obviously. Nobody tells you this, experiencing if you want to grow with this business model. In these four years, I've sharing with you. I've learned many others, but I'll leave those for another

[12:26] video. But if you want to take away three important points: The Niche: Choose the niche well; have a good niche methodology. The second, I would say, obsess like a obsessed with this like never before in your life. And the third point I've learned,

[12:41] from this video, in addition to what I 've shared, is that in the end, attention will always monetize if you have people's eyes on your you're going to have influence. Why do you think

[12:55] have always been the owners of radio programs and television networks that captured attention? And today, the make the most money, are the ones who capture attention. Attention

[13:08] will always be profitable. With YouTube automation, you'll have the opportunity, television network, to start capturing attention, which will ultimately translate always reply in the comments; I'll read yours below, and I'll see you in the next

[13:21] below, and I'll see you in the next video.
