▶ Play ClipThis guide explains how to maximize profits from the Hangar business in GTA Online, focusing on solo play. By following the strategies outlined, players can earn approximately $700,000 per hour, leveraging zero cooldowns and optimal crate sourcing.
With zero cooldowns, players can make about $700,000 per hour from the Hangar business.
Purchase the Higgins Heli Tours business for $900,000 after buying a car wash. Focus on one product type (narcotics, medical, or chemicals) for a 70% cash bonus.
Recommended vehicles: Raiju jet (fastest), Sparrow helicopter (cheapest), or Oppressor Mk II. VTOL capability allows quick landing and takeoff.
LSIA hangars cost $1.2-1.5M but missions are farther. Fort Zancudo hangars cost $2-3.1M but are centrally located. Both have pros and cons.
Always choose land missions over air missions; they are faster and easier. For sales, always do land sales to get only one delivery vehicle regardless of crate count.
Garage break-in is the fastest (2-3 minutes). Sunken treasure is the worst; consider switching sessions or destroying the truck to save time.
Destroy the trailer to pick up crates directly with your flying vehicle, saving about 5 minutes.
Pay $25,000 for Rooster to source 1-3 crates over 48 minutes. Risky but allows multitasking (e.g., Cayo Perico). Not recommended for the 70% bonus due to random crate types.
Medical supplies, chemicals, and narcotics give a 70% bonus for 50 crates of one type. A 50/50 split between two types allows skipping cooldowns.
Always choose land sales. Delivery vehicles: off-road (5 drops), AC (10 drops), or truck (1 drop). Use Iron Mule for easier truck sales. Sell in public lobbies with 20+ players for up to 50% high demand bonus.
By focusing on land missions, using fast vehicles, and leveraging the 70% bonus and high demand bonus, players can earn over $4 million per sale solo. This business is one of the best for solo money-making in GTA Online as of 2026.

Selling in a full lobby can add 50% profit, but carries risk of griefing.
07:47[00:01] businesses in GTA Online. After Rockstar gave it a few buffs, it's now one of the After watching this guide, you will be making about $700,000 per hour, which has mainly to do with the fact that there are zero cool-downs. To maximize
[00:16] hands on the Higgins Heli Tours business, setting us back $900,000. the car wash in order to buy this business. Then we will focus on one type
[00:28] of product to get a 70% cash bonus, with the best type of crates being narcotics, medical, and chemicals. Our objective is to get 50 crates for one of these types. Typically, there is a 4-minute cool-down between each source mission, but I will
[00:41] explain how to bypass it later in this video. The last recommended requirement is a fast flying vehicle. From best to worst, the Raiju jet, Sparrow helicopter, or Oppressor Mk II. Simply because the Raiju is the fastest vehicle
[00:54] in the game, and since it can go into VTOL mode, meaning it can fly horizontal and vertical, you can easily land and take off in seconds. The Sparrow is the cheapest option, so go with this helicopter if you're on a budget. Having
[01:06] a fast flying vehicle is a necessity, as this allows us to make 700k per hour. hourly income will be significantly prerequisites, let's start at the beginning, buying a hangar. There are
[01:20] two locations. You can either buy a hangar at the Los Santos International Airport, or one at the military base, aka Fort Zancudo. Each have pros and cons. The LSIA hangars are cheaper. For about 1.2 to 1.5 million dollars, you
[01:33] can purchase one. Since source and sell missions are further away from this location, it will cost you less money, but more time. This is the one I'm using, but many players prefer the Fort Zancudo hangars, ranging from 2 million
[01:45] to 3.1 million dollars. Obviously, go with the cheapest one, cuz they are all on the same airfield. This location is better overall, since most source and Zancudo's location, mainly because it's more in the center of the map, but with
[01:58] that comes a more expensive price tag. It's up to you, but it doesn't matter always trade in your old hanger for a new one. In terms of customization, I quarters, so you can easily spawn inside your hanger at any time. The rest of
[02:13] these options are purely cosmetic. Now we can finally start making money. We will be doing that by sourcing a bunch of crates, which we can then sell for a huge profit. That sounds easy, but there are a lot of small things that
[02:25] drastically change your profit and time of completion. There are two types of source missions, land and air missions. Never select air missions cuz they are just way worse than land missions. They take longer and are more difficult,
[02:37] especially if you're a beginner pilot. It's the same for sale missions. Always do land sales and never choose air sales. The biggest W of this business is that no matter the amount of product you have, you will always only get one sale
[02:49] vehicle, even if you have 50 crates. Now let's look at the different types of air cargo source missions. We have deal infiltration, garage break-in, sunken treasure, and crash sites. The easiest one is garage break-in, and the worst
[03:02] one is sunken treasure. For the garage break-in mission, you go to Richman or to open a garage door, where you will find the product, then steal the crate and deliver it back to your hanger. This one only takes you about two or three
[03:16] minutes and is the fastest for grinding. For the sunken treasure mission, you have to fly to a barge located around El Burro Heights, the Alamo Sea, or Paleto most likely better off finding a new session, cuz this one takes almost just
[03:30] as long as the really bad air source missions. Since we have the personal quarters, we can just quickly spawn back inside our hanger to launch another source mission, hopefully getting a better location. If you do decide to do
[03:42] will save you heaps of time. For this mission, you will need to find the switch, get in the submarine, collect the crate on the water, and take it to shore, where it will get loaded into the back of another slow vehicle. So, here's
[03:54] the trick. Destroy the truck. You don't lose your products, nor does it lose value. It just drops the [music] crates, which you can now pick up and fly back to your hangar, literally saving you about 5 minutes. The deal interruption
[04:06] eliminate the gangs, and steal the truck with the trailer. The better thing to do here is to destroy the trailer. So, just like we did in the previous mission, now you can just simply pick it up and deliver it with your flying vehicle, way
[04:20] easier and more importantly faster. In the crash site missions, we have to fly to an area, eliminate everyone to reveal the product, then steal it, and deliver doing all the work by yourself, you can
[04:33] get a helping hand from Rooster, the staff member inside our hangar. Just tell him to source cargo for you. It will cost you $25,000, and it will take him 48 minutes in real time to get back with one, two, or three crates of a
[04:45] random type of products. Typically, he returns with just one or two crates, and remember that the standard value of one crate is $30,000, while you get a small boost if you own Heligang's Heli Tours, boosting it to $33,000 per crate. The
[04:59] cost to being $25,000 to send Rooster is a big risk in terms of profit. [music] him to return with at least two or hopefully three crates, which is extremely rare. Although, he also allows us to do something else in those 48
[05:13] minutes. We can start the No Way Out missions or complete a Cayo Perico run. Using this method allows you to make $400,000 in pure profit, since all crates in total will be worth $1.65 million.
[05:25] It will take him anywhere from 12 and 40 hours to source 50 crates, depending on time. But, remember that you're not really doing anything. You only press a few buttons to send out staff. I still highly recommend sourcing crates
[05:39] manually, since you will also be able to get that 70% money bonus, which you can't get if you leave it up to Rooster, and that's because he sources random types of products. I have already mentioned these money bonuses a few
[05:51] times. So, how do they work? Here's a really helpful chart that I will quickly run you through. It shows us the money bonus percentage for each type of crate and the amount of stock. The three types of cargo that will make you the most
[06:03] money are medical supplies, chemicals, and narcotics. These all grant you a 70% bonus if you only source 50 crates of one of these products. But, what most players do is a 50/50 split between two of these three goods. More importantly
[06:17] though, this allows us to skip the cool down. So, for example, if you source down, but then just source medical supplies, and when that has a cool down, narcotics are ready again to source. If you choose to only source one type of
[06:30] crates and still want to skip that cool down, you can close your game after a story mode via the main menu, and start an invite-only session. This saves you a few minutes and fully removes the cool down. Only use this method if you're on
[06:44] a current-gen console, since it takes way too long to load on old gen. We have landed at the most important part, selling. Like I said earlier, always choose the land sale missions, never do air sales. Doing it this way it only
[06:56] ever grants you one delivery vehicle. Usually, you get an off-road vehicle, the AC, or a truck. With the AC, you have to stop at 10 different locations on the map. With the Rebel, it's typically only five drop-off points, but
[07:08] it's more off-road and you get attacked by helicopters. The truck sale missions, on the other hand, might be the easiest since it only involves one drop-off. If you own the Iron Mule, it's even easier, since you can attach the trailer to it.
[07:20] before you pick up the trailer to know where you have to go. There's normally another truck parked at the final destination, so fly to it, drop the trailer, hook it up, and deliver it to make over $2.8 million for those 50
[07:33] crates. This includes that 70% money bonus and the Higgins Helitours boost. All this shouldn't take any longer than 4 hours, especially if you apply all the tips I gave you. But to get an extra 50% on top of the 70% we have to maximize
[07:47] the high demand bonus. In order to get it, we have to sell in a public lobby with at least 20 other players, since you get a 2.5% sale bonus for each player with the cap being 50%. This allows us to make $4.1 million in total,
[08:01] but it's more risky because if another player destroys your sale vehicle, you're left with nothing. Whenever this business is on double money, you will be making over $8 million, which is actually insane. Now, I know this is a
[08:13] players makes it way better and even more profitable. You can just invite randoms to your CEO or MC and start a source mission. This allows you to get four crates in total instead of just one if you have at least three other players
[08:26] in your organization. As of 2026, this is for sure one of the top two best this video helped you out and I will catch you all in the next one. Bye-bye.
