The presenter's candid 'too much Kia' comment captures the design controversy in a memorable, quotable way.

[00:00] It's the first Bentley to wear Bentley's new logo. This is a big change. And I think it's important to hit on it because you only wanted to talk about the specs. Look at this, folks. This is a completely different company.

[00:14] What is different? I don't know personally. It's not wings. They're like hatched and rounded. They're straight. I'm not sure what's different personally, but apparently there are things. Most importantly, though, it's the first EV Bentley.

[00:27] It will be available as a Tercal and Tercal S. The Tercol S will apparently do zero to 60 in 2.8 seconds. It has 996 pound feet of torque. That's a lot of torque. It's not quite a thousand though, so. They couldn't quite get there. I love this car.

[00:39] I think it looks great. Do you think it looks good? Because I can't, I truly can't decide. Like a Hyundai and a Bentley all had a baby. Oh, it looks like somebody took a Kia and EV. There's a little too much Kia in the rear three quarters. There's a hard point or two back there that they weren't able to redesign in a Bentley-ish manner.

[00:54] The front is a little too, the colon is still like upright and in your face. The moment every new car is released, people talk about what it looks like. I'm over that. On the rear, I'm surprised by this character line around the tailgate. Well, it's so square and then they just went round.

[01:07] Listen, don't look at the details. Look at the overall picture. Bentley has given us an electric sport utility vehicle. I'm into it. I do. I like it. Zero to 60 in two way. I am proud of Bentley for skipping the trap of doing a car as the first EV

[01:22] that other automakers have done and it's messed up. Instead, just we're like, we know our buyers want SUVs. We're going to go with an SUV.
