[02:21] But that concept has been lost now. Last year मेरे साथ यही चीज हुआ where I didn't even realize that this is what I was doing. मेरे पापा ने मुझे ये ring पहनने को दी. He said that if you wear this ring, then after 3 months you will start earning good money.

[02:36] And after that I was in a state of paranoia. I used to get scared every time that if I don't do this work, then the chance that I am going to get by which I can make money, that chance will always go away.

[02:49] And for that I used to work 24 by 7. I used to talk about my agency, I used to think of it as a business. I used to think that maybe this person,

[03:01] या फिक ये business idea ही वो है, चोंगे आगे जाके पैसे कमा से देखा। So I used to treat every single person or every single idea as a God itself. मुझे लगता था कि भगवान इनी के थूँ मुझे पैसा दिलवाने वाले हैं।

[03:14] ये मुझे कब realize नहीं हुआ, but I was in a state of dharma. एक भी second dishonest work नहीं करना, एक भी second time pass नहीं करना, एक भी second phone नहीं देखना, एक भी second लड़कियों के पीछे नहीं निकालना, why?

[03:28] Because God was watching, and if he saw के मुझे इसको पैसा देना है, but he is wasting his time, he might not have given me the money, so having a state of dharma will literally force you to do the right thing,

[03:41] सिर्फ ये एक step करने से मुझे मेरा goal 3 million achieve हो गया, imagine if i did the rest of the steps that i am going to tell you मैं आज news पे होता, शायद चांग पे होता so once you get into this state of dharma

[03:53] you need the second step, goal setting from this state of mind, ask yourself क्या आपको क्या चेहिए this has two nuances the first one is your material goals के मुझे literally material objects में क्या चेहिए

[04:06] एक लाख रुपए, दो लाख रुपए, पांच लाख रुपए, एक घर, एक जाड़ी, चोड़ी. In my case, it was one lakh per month. But the second nuance, the second way of thinking is where the magic really happens. You have to ask yourself, what duties do I really want to do?

[04:21] मुझे क्या धर्मा करना है? What work do I find meaningful factor for me that was creating content Either it was for a brand or for myself or for whoever

[04:36] Okay? So that is what I am doing right now. And that is what led me to achieve my goal. When you crash this thing, then your material goals will be very low. Earlier, I used to think, how do people earn 1 lakh rupees?

[04:49] How is this even possible? That is a huge sum of money. Now that I focus on what I love, I am also becoming a part of the 4, 5, 10 lakh per month lease. Because your material goals are setting limits on you.

[05:03] Say 1 lakh per month, what if I never thought bigger than 1 lakh per month. Once achieved, I might not have even thought of going past that. But because I was doing what I love, I automatically became part of something bigger.

[05:17] But initially a material goal is important because you have to work towards something. But once you achieve that goal, turn that material goal into something more meaningful. That if I do one thing in my whole life, what is that?

[05:31] After you are in a state of Dharma and you have set your goals, now you have to destroy your old self. Because who you are right now doesn't deserve what you want. So for that, you need to align yourself with higher ideals.

[05:46] Those higher ideals can be either God or your future self. Last year, June, July, August was the lowest in terms of revenue for my agency. We used to have low-hanging clients of 20,000-40,000. Here, menial work used to take place and it wasn't very enjoyable.

[06:01] We didn't enjoy that. Earlier, we used to take such projects. We used to dedicate our time and effort into that. But I thought, what will happen if we don't take these projects? We might lose out on some money. But instead of focusing our time and effort into that,

[06:15] we might as well try finding something that is more enjoyable and higher paid. jo 2 mahine mere paas kuch zyada kaam nahi tha, usme maine kya kiya? I started reaching out to people and asking for work, asking for new projects, exploring outside my territory.

[06:29] Ke let's see mujhe kya pasand hai, let's see what is exciting me, let's see kahaan pe paisa hai. And in the third month I landed a 1 lakh rupees project Mere gol ka 1 times thaw Just because I said no to something that I would not enjoy doing I found something even better

[06:49] So, to become who you want to become, आपकी actions वो बंदे जैसे होने चाहिए, and if you can't imagine yourself, या फिर कोई आपके बास एक ideal नहीं है, think about me as your future goal, and ask him what would the world do.

[07:03] अभी आपके duties, goals और actions तीनो align हैं The final part of the puzzle is the fourth one and it is the most important thing इसमें ज्यादा effort नहीं लगेगा but if you don't do this, you might as well have not done any of it

[07:18] This is surrenderty, meaning surrendering yourself to God Let's say आपने ये तीना steps follow किये but then you get fired or you get bed rest for three months Don't be like, भगवान मेरे साथ ऐसा क्यों कर रहा है, why does he not want me to win, why is he doing this to me

[07:32] That is where you lose all your progress Think of it as कि आप सही दिशा में नहीं जा रहे थे So he is just nudging you in the right direction Maybe you needed this bit वो जो आपको दिखाने की कोशिश कर रहा है

[07:45] वो आप नहीं देख रहे थे So he has to push you He has to flap you a little bit ताकि आपको वो चीज बिखे ताकि आपको वो चीज realize हो तो जो भी ये खराब times होते हैं, that is God testing you कि are you a true believer or are you just loyal in the good times

[08:00] और यही शरंगती का concept एक दूसरे concept से relate करता है, that is detachment कि आप अपना काम करो, बिट results के बारे में tension मत रो, वो भगवान को लेना हो कोई भी religion हो, कोई भी Hindu text ले लो, सबका team एक ही है, detachment
