07:49Noalis Knights Personal Recommendation
The host's passionate endorsement highlights a hidden gem that might otherwise be overlooked.
16:01Warhammer Survivors Collaboration
The collaboration with the original Vampire Survivors developers adds credibility to this bullet heaven game.
11:53Cat Secretary's Social Commentary
The game's premise offers a unique satirical take on AI and capitalism, showing the diversity of themes in November's releases.
05:11[00:02] monthly look ahead at, well, the biggest game releases. And as many of the smaller ones as we can get away with, too, because truly the only real measure of a game is the size they make your heart swell to. Plus, the smaller they
[00:15] are, the easier we can pack them into the gaps. You know, think of this as video game masonry, [music] if you want to, though that would be weird. But firstly, I know what you're thinking. Are they going to address the big
[00:28] elephant in the room here? Bitty plays Bitty plays script dune. And yes, you're absolutely script dune. And yes, you're absolutely right. It is GTA 6 months. So, there's a
[00:40] lot to talk about compared to a normal episode. But, believe it or not, plenty of brave souls are going head-to-head with GTA for your November paycheck. Because, hey, what's the worst that could happen? Nobody buys anything and
[00:52] worry about it. They're already working on that. Usual disclaimer applies. Release dates and platforms are subject to change, [music] and sometimes there are releases we miss for reasons. And that said, let's get to it. Here are the
[01:06] that said, let's get to it. Here are the biggest game releases for November 2026. biggest game releases for November 2026. [music]
[01:19] RPG Echoes of the Flame promises an epic continent spanning story told from dual perspectives as protagonists from starting towns on opposite sides of the land converge for a final act at the mountain that lies at the heart of the
[01:32] world. And with a visual style evoking Square Enix's sumptuous HD 2D range, you can certainly think of this as a sort of streamlined Octopath Traveler, although it doesn't quite have that level of polish. Understandably so, given that
[01:47] it's the work of a solo developer. And if you can read Japanese, you'll be able to play it on PC soon enough, though, you'll have to wait until next year for the English release. YOU WANT THIS? IT'S OKAY.
[02:00] close to home for me. >> Potatoes. stew. >> But for those of you who do partake, Rotato's second DLC, Primal Dread, arrives on November 2nd, promising new
[02:15] weapons, stats, [music] characters, and a big tasty map to shoot stuff in. On the same day, try your hand at Corner Arcade, an idle management sim which lets you build a coinpowered video game emporium like what we used to have
[02:28] back in the '90s. And also boast such features as giving you freedom to unwind with a movie or catch up on some work. I mean, in fairness, guys, that's not a buying your game. I mean, I'm doing one of those right now. Okay, I'm doing both
[02:43] of those right now. Surfaces on a screen. Grab Hounds hits early access on November 2nd, dropping four player co-op into the shooty buildy tower defensy genre like a Hell Divers 2 Nuke. >> Talk excited.
[03:00] football-based platformer [music] Kick arrives on PC, promising a unique take on video game soccer, where you're a boy playing keepyuppies on the way to school in a gorgeous and vibrant pastiche of Japanese suburbia. So, it turns out
[03:15] let's sing games are like buses. My uncle drives one in Aberdeen and they uncle drives one in Aberdeen and they [music] stink. That doesn't sound right. Oh, there's two coming at once. Yes. On November 3rd, the full [music] fat Let's
[03:27] Sing 2027 releases alongside a re-release of Let's Sing ABBA, which is like Let's Sing except all the songs are from ABBA. It's being updated for modern platforms for the 50th anniversary of Dancing Queen, an ABBA song. I know
[03:43] stuff. And Chikatita, you and I know these are the first native Switch 2 versions of Let's Sing, meaning the game that lets you do karaoke without leaving the house, now works superbly outside of the house. Zero Parades Director's Cut,
[03:58] the expanded version of a claimed and frankly unlikely follow-up to Disco Allesium from Zun, comes to console on November 3rd. And it is once again an incredibly atmospheric tabletop inspired true RPG powered by reams of sharp
[04:14] dialogue and intricate skill checks that more than lives up to the studio's legendary first title which frankly nobody expected given how the original team splintered into a load of different successor projects that all have beef
[04:28] with each other. Something something former USSR something something. a bunch of chancers cheekily taking advantage of the GTA 6 drought or the resurgence of a beloved brawler from yesterday year. You decide. Either way, Godzilla Destroy All
[04:43] Monsters Melee is 100% triple distilled Gamecube nonsense. And I mean that most affectionately. And so, we're pretty sure that this expanded and enhanced Kaiju based battering sim is going to be worth a look on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch
[04:58] worth a look on PS5, Xbox Series, Switch 2, and PC on November 3rd. out on PC on November 4th. You'd be forgiven for thinking this was in a sort of Deep Impact Armageddon situation with Corner Arcade. However, you'd be slightly
[05:11] wrong. Arcade Warlord has more in common with GameDev Story and that you are actually running the firm that makes the games. On the same day arrives Cat Secretary, a zany job sim which imagines a world where calos are helpful. I can
[05:26] assure you this is pure fantasy, but also it's a commentary on generative AI and the capitalist obsession with unsustainable growth in which an errant cat disrupts and commandeers the means of a company's production in order to
[05:39] deliver better conditions for its workers. Imagining a world where cats are Marxists. I can assure you that this too is pure fantasy. If anything, they're libertarians, aren't you? Continuing
[05:53] the theme of dystopia, Hull Rupture is a deaf cross between FTL and Fallout Shelter on PC that casts you as the despotic AI designed to keep a colony ship running while encountering such spacebound terrors as Eldrich gods,
[06:08] alien boarding parties, and running out of stuff. Rounding off the thematic trilogy of terror on November 4th, State Breakers melds the genres of top-own Breakers melds the genres of top-own zombie survival with PvPVE cooperative
[06:22] extraction shooter that tasks you with glifying the Walking Dead while resisting an evil AI in a scintillating mashup of quite possibly everything you're really tired of. Speaking of tired, this is World of Warcraft
[06:36] Forever, in which Blizzard revisits the original version of Azeroth as it was during the first year of popular MMO World of Warcraft way back in 1938, whatever it was. If that sounds very familiar, it's because they already did
[06:50] this with World of Warcraft Classic. However, this version will exist alongside that version and remain rooted to expanding the original setting as opposed to classic, which is reenacting [music] the expansion schedule of the
[07:03] original World of Warcraft, which is also still running, which presumably eventually [music] catch up to possibilities. >> Quick question, who the has got time for
[07:18] all this? What do you mean? Now we can finally >> Lightyear Frontier, the gorgeous mech based factory farming sim, finally gets its 1.0 release on November 4th, while the day is rounded off with Theos Cities
[07:33] of Myth, a modern take on classic golden age city builders from the '9s and early 2000s that lets you develop a thriving society based on the myths of ancient Greece. On the 5th of November, which we in the UK celebrate as bonfire night,
[07:49] >> remember the 5th of November, the 5th of November, >> we have our first big AAA heavy hitter in the form of The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. Meaning, you might as
[08:01] burning pile of wood for all the attention it's going to get today.
[08:14] second here, it's a Switch 2 exclusive and it's going to be great. It's Nintendo and a few people have misgivings about it, about the art style, about the wisdom of remaking a classic instead of moving the series
[08:26] forward. But that's all going to evaporate like tears on an abandoned handrail once people get what is regardless the Switch 2's first bespoke Zelda title. If your 90s nostalgia is more PS1- shaped, Airframe Ultra might
[08:40] be more likely to tickle your turnips, a hover bike battle racer set in the [music] most 32-bit urban planning nightmare you've ever seen, which looks to be a cross between Road Rash and Wipeout with online elements and on foot
[08:53] segments. Sign me the hell up. Frankly, Crimelike is a twisted roglike take on Alice in Wonderland about [music] amnesiac school girls facing their own amnesiac school girls facing their own sins in hell.
[09:11] drive checked. You see how this looks, right? As for other games that will release when everyone's downloading Zelda, Digging Up is a co-op excavation game about digging down. K-pop [music] Rising: Dream to Shine is a mashup of
[09:25] life sim and rhythm game for ways and maladjusted adults. Retro styled isometric action RPG Kingdom of Night makes its console debut. And that Guardians of the Galaxy game you vaguely remember from lockdown finally gets a
[09:37] proper Nintendo release on Switch 2 instead of the cloud-based Switch version that apparently existed. If you didn't play it, it's honestly pretty good. It's like a cross between Uncharted and Mass Effect, but with
[09:49] jokes. Speaking of Uncharted, Where the Seeds Fall might scratch that particular itch on PS5 if you're up for a climbing game in reverse. It's a big 4-hour descent down the precarious ledges and handholds of an unfathomably enormous
[10:04] world tree shimmyed along with a story about, I don't know, retaining your humanity in the face of adversity or something. It's just like a reverse juumpt. Now, we've got slim pickings on November 6th as well, [music] let's face
[10:17] it, we're all going to be busy in Hyrule that day. The perfect cover for 2024's Stellar Blades to sneak out with its Nintendo debut. Cool. And Hasbro Games Junior Collection
[10:32] is also a thing that's happening. Quick quiz. What do these things have in quiz. What do these things have in common? Hope, Pig, Holly Oaks, Love Struck, The Jam, [music] and Caroline. They're all things that
[10:44] happen in the city. And the greatest of these is Hope. Well, maybe not, but it looks pretty good. It's an art-based detective story set on the streets of Shenyang, China. And I'm a sucker for both point-and-click adventures and low
[10:57] poly visuals. So, I know what I'll be doing on November 10th. Silkong Dead Sia Exploration Action Adventure Nocturnal gets a sequel on PC today. Look,
[11:10] I get it. A lot of people hate the term Metroid Vania because it's lazy. It's like calling all firsterson shooters Doomquakes, but the genre is too complex to have a pathy descriptor, and all the other combos suck. Shadow Blasphemous,
[11:25] Animal Lost Crown, Bloodstained Blind Forest. No, I'm sorry. I've tried. Metroid Vania is the only one that works. And a quick word about Just Dance. No, >> get up here. Let's dance.
[11:40] Let's dance. >> In the grim darkness of the far future, there is only license-based rifts on popular retro style genres, apparently. Except there's nothing grim about Warhammer Survivors because frankly
[11:53] this is a bullet heaven with serious authenticity. Probably the best marriage of intellectual property and video game genre since Warhammer 40,000 Bolt Gun. If this looks to you like an extremely shameless clone of Vampire Survivors,
[12:07] it's because it's being developed in conjunction with Punk, the original developers, which is why it shares a lot of the same visual flare and practically identical gameplay. Frankly, stick it in me. And in direct competition with
[12:21] Bullet Heaven for this era's equivalent of the World War II shooter, The Devil's Dew is another one of those esoteric and vaguely unsettling adaptations of popular casino games that have been pouring out since Bellatro, which is
[12:34] again not a bad thing. Shrek 2 remastered is a souped-up current gen version of a PS2 era film tyin that Wii back in the day gave a 3.9 or the back in the day gave a 3.9 or the carrots 3.8.
[12:52] I know what you're after, right? And the answer's no. You want me to sit here and go donkey donkey? >> See that? That that that really made me >> I'm not going to date. I'm not going to debase myself by giving it. What are you
[13:05] >> Cuz I'm all alone. >> Baby butt ribs. Baby butt ribs. I don't own a gun, let alone many guns that would necessitate a rack. You got that kind of I don't care what nobody thinks of me thing. I like that. I respect that
[13:20] trick. You're all right. >> Let me just be clear. That film is an insult to my people. The Italians. It's a lonely November 11th which sees Pretty Party going overboard as its only release, making it
[13:36] a party game with no mates. Metaphor Refantasio makes its Nintendo debut on Switch 2, while Pico Park fans get to enjoy a Sonic themed spin-off of the popular co-op puzzle game on the 12th alongside enhanced re-releases of Pikmin
[13:51] 4 and a load of old Barbie games. It's quite tragic that one actually because Barbenheimer Doom Crossing situation with GTA 6, but that thunder has been entirely stolen by Ocarina of Time.
[14:05] stolen like an unlocked hot pink convertible. Oh no. Better luck next time, bestie. On November 16th, Utopium seeks to dazzle with a high concept drug
[14:17] infused revenge rampage. Fizzing with invention and attitude. It feels like a cross between Hotline Miami and bacterial pneumonia. It looks extremely good actually is what I'm saying. Rangers Path National Park Simulator
[14:30] gets a full release and console debut on November 17th. For those of you who want to touch grass without actually touching grass. And for those of us who plan to spend the rest of the decade touching as little grass as possible, there's this
[14:42] studio up north that you might want to studio up north that you might want to check out. disaster on the level of a big asteroid alien invasion or a brief nuclear
[14:57] exchange that takes out Edinburgh first. You think everything [music] always goes as planned, huh? No, mommy. No. There will always be some kind of bull. >> GTA 6 will [music] finally release on November 19th. I can't wait. I'm going
[15:10] to be there day one along with the vast majority of you. But you'll forgive me because well, I've been going on about been doing. And honestly, it was nice to have a break from that today. And
[15:22] there's more. I If you're anything like me, you'll have been looking at the Gothic series for years and going, "This looks like I'd be into it, but also not." And I even bought them all years ago, but I don't think I ever took it
[15:35] out of the cellophane before PCs stopped shipping with optical drives as shipping with optical drives as standard. I'm very old. And so I feel modern consoles, but particularly on Switch 2, so I can enjoy it like a good
[15:48] Switch 2, so I can enjoy it like a good book. By which I mean while horizontal, maybe, just maybe, this will be my time to get my Gothic on. Except I definitely won't be doing that because GTA 6 is going to be out. Lastly, I just want to
[16:01] give a quick shout out to a game I've been absolutely [music] obsessed with this month, and it is Noalis Knights. this incredible sequel to Cloud Punk that puts you in the shoes of a small business owner eking out a rich and
[16:14] storied life in this beautifully voxalbased cyberpunk city. It's absolutely incredible. It's so stuffed to the gills. I can't believe it exists.
[16:26] running a business. You'll be just making friends and doing city stuff, going to the park, going fishing. It's probably the first time [music] that I can remember in years and years. And bear in mind, I'm 42 and quite jaded.
[16:42] It's the first time in a long time that a game has made me stay up until the early hours of the morning with that, you know, just one more quest, just one more mission. I can't quite pull myself away. I think I've cracked how to make a
[16:57] profit on pork tonkatu or whatever. It's it's incredible. It's a special game. I loved Cloud Punk, but I I think this is actually their Opus.
[17:11] Thank you for enjoying this edition of Biggest Game Releases. Well, I hope you enjoyed it, and I hope I can do justice to the incredible work that [music] Max and the team have done to build this show and continue to serve and entertain
[17:23] you all. Big thanks to Amanda Medina, Crystal Padre, Logan Plant, and new producer Jack Gash for making this happen. I'll see you next month if I can pry myself away from GTA. I've been Jim Trinka. Check out the Trinka perspective
[17:36] playlist on IGN [music] if you'd like to see more of my stuff. And remember, see more of my stuff. And remember, >> Dingong above all, THE PROCEDURE EVERYONE? WHAT'S THE PROCEDURE? STAY CALM. EVERYBODY
[17:50] PROCEDURE? STAY CALM. EVERYBODY [screaming] CALM DOWN.
