AI Summary

The video presents a four-step method for starting a successful YouTube channel, focusing on finding a profitable niche by combining personal passion with market analysis. The creator shares personal experience in 2D animation and emphasizes the importance of long-term commitment and gradual originality.

[00:01]
Step 1: Identify Your Passion

Decide what you truly enjoy and get a thrill from. This is the most difficult step. The creator loved drawing and moved into 2D animation.

[00:41]
Step 2: Find a Niche Using a Pyramid

Visualize niches as a pyramid: broad topics (e.g., animation) branch into sub-niches (2D, 3D, puppet, clay, LEGO). Each sub-niche further splits into specific niches (e.g., 3D chess, Poppy Play Time 3D).

[02:35]
Broader Niches: Real Life

Real life is a much broader niche than animation, offering diverse content like cooking, construction, vlogs, and toy-based stories. This can be shown on both Russian and American YouTube.

[03:28]
Step 3: Find a Profitable Niche

Use a new YouTube account to watch content you like. The algorithm will recommend similar videos, revealing niches with high view counts and quality audiences. Example: aesthetic nature videos attract millions of views.

[07:04]
Step 4: Copy and Add Your Own

Replicate a successful author's content exactly (angles, actions, style) to learn from their mistakes. Gradually add your own unique elements to build a new branch in the tree.

[08:14]
Perseverance and Discipline

The most important factor is to stick with your niche to the end, not giving up. The creator's success came from copying initially, then adding uniqueness, and maintaining discipline.

The video concludes that success on YouTube comes from combining personal passion with market research, copying proven formats, and gradually adding originality while maintaining long-term discipline.

[00:01] you can earn $1,000 or more? I'll tell you now, but along the way I'll share my experience. Step one. It is very important to decide what you really like. It sounds simple, but this is the most difficult step. I won't

[00:13] dwell on this for too long. Simply put, you need to understand what you really like, what you get a thrill from, what you would like to move towards, like to develop in. For example, I have always loved drawing. From a long time ago,

[00:26] probably three or four years ago, I started doing animation. Well, or at least get carried away. In my case it was 2D animation. Animation in general can be best and you should move in that direction. And if you

[00:41] continue doing this, then you should look for niches on this topic . Step two. 2D animation is a very broad subject, so I would like to explain to you how to find a niche using the example of a pyramid. It would be

[00:53] much easier for me that way. You see, we have a pyramid. As with any pyramid, there is a beginning at the top. In our case, let it be a niche. A niche, for example, let's say it's , uh, animation. From the animation niche we have other sub-niches like

[01:08] 2D animation, 3D animation, there is puppet animation, there is clay animation. That is, animations can be completely different, yes. And from these sub-niches we get, yes, that is, 2D, 3D, there is even LEGO animation. We're going to

[01:24] look for different niches, right? That is, roughly speaking, from 3D we can have, well roughly speaking, from 3D we can have, well , for example, ah, niches like SkD, yes, the

[01:36] same toilets. This is also a 3D niche. There is, for example, the Popy Play Time 3D niche, which also uses 3D. There is something original in 3D. There is 3D, you can also make the same LEGO. In short, 3D is a very broad topic where you can make

[01:51] completely different animations and simply occupy some niche that may not yet be occupied. For example, you can make 3D chess there and the . Well, either some children's content, or, on the contrary, some scientific content,

[02:04] or something a little more mature. There are a lot of niches. In 2D it's the same. And 2D comes in different types, right? That is, you can make 2D, let's say, on some popular topics like playtime, like digital circus, and so on. 2D is always

[02:19] relevant too. You can also make something of your own, some parody animations. You could make, for example, an animated parody of Masha Meleti and so on. There are also many variations. The most important thing is to simply find your niche among all this

[02:35] . LEGO also has different niches and so on. We have just looked at the narrow topic of animation, but there are, let's say, much broader topics, some broader niches like real life. That is, you understand, animation is

[02:49] some kind of small niche, but real life is much more. There is much more that can be done there. You can, for example, buy some dolls , you can buy some toys and do something with them,

[03:01] build something, some kind of plot. You can shoot some videos, some vlogs, and so on. That is, the topic of real life, for me personally, I think, is the broadest, where you can find a variety of content and niches. The same cooking,

[03:16] the same construction, like, say, Indians building something, yes, in fact, there Indians building something, yes, in fact, there really are a lot of variations of them. And this can be shown on both Russian YouTube and American YouTube.

[03:28] You already know what you like. Have you figured out what you would like to do? What's next? Next, we must really get into the niche where there is money, where we can really make money. How to do this? The third step is one of the most

[03:40] important steps, where you need to really focus on it and spend a lot of analysis, and so on. I forgot to add to the first step, you not only have to understand what you like, but you also have to understand that this is for the long term. You

[03:53] have to play this for a long time. So, the third step. You have to find a niche where YouTube and use a completely new account that doesn't have anything yet. And the most important thing is to start watching what you like. Start watching what you would

[04:07] interested in. Well, let me give you an example let's say you're some kind of photographer who, well, does photo shoots or lot of lenses, and, in general, wants to make some kind of aesthetic

[04:21] picture. How to make money on YouTube, having certain, yes, minimal skills. Just as I made money from animation, a person who knows how to filming on YouTube, on American YouTube.

[04:33] Once again, like, well, for example, I've seen a lot of content where people walk around with a forest, some beautiful walkways, how the grass lies beautifully. And it gets a lot of views. And the most important thing is that this is a quality audience.

[04:46] This is an American audience. And there could be many millions of video. Aesthetic videos are watched by people who just want to enjoy something. There are also videos, for example, where people go on a hike, they film it, they

[04:59] film how they are from the side, let's say, like this camera is set up, they are sitting in a tent or, for example, building this tent itself, yes, from some kind of accessories like firewood and so on. They are chopping and preparing something right

[05:11] here and now. These people wouldn't have gotten so many views if they didn't know how to film, if they didn't know how to get the right angles and so like it, and secondly, they have some minimal skills with which

[05:23] they can already shoot something beautiful. You can do this too. What I said at the YouTube and you should type in English, for example, something related to filming, yes, there is photography, video, and, nature, everything

[05:39] related to video cameras. Perhaps, yes, it says Sony 6400 and there, let's say, there is some beautiful nature. We look, search and scroll. After some time, you'll

[05:51] start seeing videos you like and those you'd subconsciously want to make in your homepage recommendations. This is some videos on animation, you watched some videos, some preparations, and

[06:05] then they will lick different niches for you, completely different niches, yes, different audiences, there are different niches that you can fly into and that you need to shoot. This is how you can find your niche where you

[06:22] can find something for yourself. Here is one example from life. Recently I was in a what niche I could find, how I could, say, start filming some kind of video or how I could get pregnant, in general, something new that doesn’t exist yet, right? I started

[06:36] browsing through some niches, just randomly browsing YouTube, animation here and there, just browsing 3D, 2D. I scroll, scroll, scroll, and eventually I come across a specific niche in the recommendations, where it’s

[06:48] unclear what’s going on, but there are three, five, 10 million views, and I’ve never seen this niche again if I hadn’t just started browsing and watching on YouTube. And so I thought and thought: “Could I get into this

[07:04] interested in this.” Yes, I would be interested. And so I started trying it. In short, recommendations so that the like to make are included in your recommendations. And essentially, step four, just copy. You

[07:18] example, yes, we were just talking about the forest, about how, let’s say, to film. you saw some author. Re-shoot the exact same footage as he did. Shoot the same angles, the same actions, the same everything . In this way, you simply learn from

[07:33] his mistakes. He has already gone through this whole path. And when you fly into some you don’t know how it works. How will you know if you haven't tried? How will you start trying if you don’t know how to do it? Just copy everything that

[07:48] this person does. But it’s a small detail, you need to add a little bit of your own. At the very beginning, you need to add a drop of your own. And that author's audience will come to you because you're doing pretty much the same thing

[08:00] . And once you learn how to shoot videos in this format, just add your own. Each time you add more and more of your own, and you, well, copied this channel, and you are kind of similar to this channel,

[08:14] but because you did something unique. It is with this uniqueness that you can move forward. Essentially, you'll just be building a new branch in the tree. And the most important thing, the most important thing is that you just need to stoke it to the end. We can't

[08:27] stop. If you decide to be in this niche, you must feel it to the very end and sink into it to the very end. For example, as it happened with me in my 2D niche, I saw one author who had very high views. I realized that this niche

[08:40] a lot of views, so I need to pump it up. Initially, I simply copied, took the video, added a little of my own, made it in my own style. Ready. And then, as soon as I learned and understood all the stages of production, I

[08:54] just started adding my own. I just started doing something unique that this person didn't have. And most importantly, friends, don’t give up. Go towards your goal with discipline, and then you will definitely succeed.
