AI Summary

The video explains that quick YouTube monetization isn't about luck but about creating 'outlier' videos designed to reach new audiences. The creator shares four signs to identify such videos and emphasizes strategic content focus over random posting.

[00:02]
Common Monetization Mistake

Creators think monetization depends on uploading and waiting for recommendations, but successful channels design each video for high view probability.

[01:02]
Two Types of Videos

Videos for current audience (build trust) vs. videos to reach new people (outliers). Small channels need more of the latter to grow.

[02:56]
Four Signs of an Outlier Video

1) Views much higher than channel average; 2) More views than subscribers; 3) Clear topic focus understandable without knowing creator; 4) Published within last 3 months.

[04:04]
First Sign: Compare Views to Average

Look at last 10-20 videos from similar channels. If a video gets 5-10x the average, it's an outlier worth replicating.

[05:00]
Second Sign: Views vs Subscribers

If a video has more views than subscribers, the topic works regardless of creator. Avoid copying famous YouTubers whose success is personality-driven.

[05:41]
Third Sign: Topic Focus

Outlier videos use clear promises, speak from the problem, and are understandable without prior knowledge of the creator.

[06:24]
Fourth Sign: Timing

Videos published less than 3 months ago are more likely to be relevant. Older topics may be outdated.

[07:03]
Example of Applying Signs

Creator found a video 'The end of KCK is near' meeting all signs and made his own version, leading to growth.

Prioritizing outlier videos designed for new audiences accelerates growth and monetization, shifting from luck to strategy.

[00:02] everyone makes the same mistake. Believing that monetization depends solely on uploading videos and waiting for YouTube to recommend them. But in my experience, most channels that monetize quickly don't do so by posting randomly, but because

[00:16] each video they upload is designed to be going to explain how, even with a small channel, you can achieve monetization simply by understanding something very simple: how to identify what types

[00:33] of videos have a high probability of getting views even before recording them. Let's begin. Hey guys, how are you? For those who don't know me, I'm Yayas. Many creators publish as if each video were a

[00:46] lottery ticket. They upload it, cross their fingers, and wait for the algorithm to do its thing. And when nothing happens, the conclusion is usually frustration or thinking that YouTube hates them or worse, that I'm just selling smoke. But guess what?

[01:02] Monetizing quickly on YouTube isn't about luck or just posting for the sake of posting. Simply put, posting unintentionally is like trying to make a basket with your eyes closed. It took me more than 3 years to monetize my

[01:16] duo channel of two, and in the last few months I have monetized new channels with only four videos, and it wasn't because I worked more or because the algorithm changed, it was because I understood something key. The difference between a channel

[01:29] that takes years to monetize and one that does so quickly, almost never making the effort, is the focus of the content. A much more useful or easier way to understand this is to think that as a creator there are two main types of videos you can upload

[01:44] to your channel. The first type are videos designed for your current audience. These are videos that speak to people who already know you, reinforce the channel's theme , build trust, and delve deeper into what you've already been

[01:57] doing. And the second type are videos whose objective is very different, to put your channel in front of people who do n't know you yet. The problem arises when a small channel publishes almost exclusively the first type of

[02:11] videos, because when your audience is still small, speaking only to those who already know you greatly limits growth. That means a significant portion of your videos should be designed to compete with audiences outside your current target market.

[02:27] demand, raise questions that many people ask, or offer a clear promise, even to someone who has never seen your channel before. In growth analysis, these videos are

[02:42] often called outliers; they are videos designed to perform well above the average for your channel. Not because they always work or anything like that, but because they are much more likely to do so. And now comes the important part of all this.

[02:56] How do you detect or create these types of videos? The outliers. But before I explain that, did you know that a very important part of boosting your growth on YouTube or any platform is publishing content

[03:10] consistently? And in my experience, the easiest way to achieve this is by automating how you edit content. And that's why I've been using a tool that automatically analyzes my live streams with its

[03:22] artificial intelligence to find the best moments and turn them into vertical clips with subtitles. all without having to spend hours editing. In fact, I uploaded this clip from a stream to my secondary channel a while ago and it got

[03:36] over 3.3 million views, and it also works with any video you upload manually. Yes, without lifting a finger. Nexus Clip is not just a useful tool, it's a long- term ally that can help you achieve your

[03:52] goals faster. If you want to try Nexus Clip today, I've included a link in the description with a very special discount, or you can also use the code duo 2 directly when you register. Being a content creator doesn't

[04:04] have to be difficult with Nexus Clicks. To identify these outlier videos, one could say that there are four signs. First sign: comparison of visits with the channel average. Look at the last 10 or 20 videos from a

[04:19] channel that makes content similar to yours or to what you want to create and ask yourself how many views this channel usually gets. For example, in these 12 videos that you can see on screen, you can clearly see that the average number

[04:33] of views is roughly between 10,000 and 16,000 . But when you see a video that . But when you see a video that multiplies that average by 5, 10 or more, that's precisely an outlier, a video that is performing

[04:47] higher than usual. Therefore, if you create a better video or one with a significant variation on the same theme, your video is much more likely to work because the theme has already been proven to work. Second signal,

[05:00] relationship viewed by subscribers. When a channel has a video with many more views than subscribers, it tells you that the video is performing well because of its topic, title, or thumbnail, and not so much because of the creator. So if you create a

[05:14] video based on the same topic, you'll have a very good chance of success, because this video is already telling you that this topic works no matter who does it. And that's precisely why I don't recommend copying

[05:29] ideas or styles from famous YouTubers, because they are most likely successful because of who they are, not because their topic, title, or thumbnail is actually

[05:41] good. Third sign, the focus of the topic. It's not just what topic is covered in the video, but how it's presented. Videos designed to reach a wider audience tend to use clearer promises, speak from the problem rather than from

[05:55] prior knowledge, and are able to be understood even if you don't know the creator. For example, this video is titled "How to stop being fat explained by a monkey in 2 minutes?" The topic is quite easy to understand; I don't need to

[06:10] know the creator to know what the video is about. And it also meets the other first two criteria. This video has more views than the usual average and also has more views than subscribers. Fourth signal, timing or

[06:24] for my Mexicans, time. I'm referring to how long the video has been posted. If you've found another video that has more views than average, more views than subscribers, a topic you can watch without

[06:36] knowing the creator. The final sign to know if that video is an outlier that will also bring you views is that the video has been published for less than 3 months . Because in my experience, drawing inspiration from videos that have been

[06:49] published for too long, even if they meet the first three signs, might not work, because some topics tend to become outdated and obviously it's not in your best interest to create a video that no one is interested in watching anymore. But what you should

[07:03] always have access to is the best free, copyright-free music for YouTubers and streamers, with which you can monetize all your content without copyright issues . In fact, all the music in my

[07:15] videos comes from there. If you're interested, I'll leave a link in the description. A few weeks ago I came across a video titled "The end of KCK is near" and it was a video that met all these signs: more views than the

[07:27] channel average, more views than subscribers, a clear focus, even for someone who did n't know the creator, and recent timing. And that's why I decided to make my own version of the song, not by copying the video, but understanding that this approach

[07:41] had the potential to reach many more people, so understanding this difference completely changes the way a small channel grows and monetizes. When you prioritize creating videos designed to reach people who don't yet

[07:56] know you, you stop depending on luck to grow and increase the chances of your channel growing faster. And that changes everything. Greater reach brings more hours of visits, more subscribers, and eventually

[08:10] monetization. What I'm telling you isn't magic and it's not selling smoke, like those who keep failing with their content and think it's impossible to grow a new channel because they couldn't do it . It's about learning to identify which

[08:24] types of videos have already proven to work and using that information to your advantage. And if you liked this video, this other one where I show you my method for creating 50 videos in 13 minutes will help you continue creating more content. Click on it
