GTA 6 MANSIONS LEAKED?
45sSpeculation about GTA 6 features and leaked mansions data sparks curiosity and debate.
▶ Play Clip"Delivers a thorough guide with specific numbers and strategies, though the 'make millions' promise is somewhat exaggerated without a full breakdown of long-term earnings."
The video is a comprehensive guide to the new Money Fronts DLC in GTA Online, focusing on the car wash business. It covers the setup, mission types, income potential, and the new 'heat' mechanic, along with the benefits of owning linked businesses like the helicopter tour and medicinal grass dispensary.
The Money Fronts DLC introduces the car wash business, which is a gateway to two other businesses: a helicopter tour company and a medicinal grass distributor. New features include lockpicking and attack dogs, possibly testing features for GTA 6.
The new content feels similar to the agency, with condensed action lasting 7-10 minutes. There is more mission variety and no cooldown on revenue, making it lucrative for grinders. Payouts are doubled for the first week, averaging $70,000, but will drop to $35,000 after.
A new 'heat' system works like a reverse cooldown. Each money laundering operation adds heat, and when the bar is full, the business is marked with a caution signal. You must do legitimate work (like washing cars) to reduce heat before resuming illegal operations.
After the intro cutscene, you can buy the car wash for $1 million by walking up to the sign. It has no garage, fast travel, or weapons workshop, and limited customization. However, it provides a 35% income boost to your counterfeit cash factory.
The car wash safe accumulates passive income from all linked businesses (bunker, garment factory, bail office, salvage yard, etc.). Daily income varies: $1,000-$1,500 per in-game day, with the agency giving $1,750. Warehouses only link one of each type, so having all three types yields more than multiple large warehouses.
There are two types of laundering missions: Raph's jobs (money laundering) and Mr. Faber work. Raph's jobs pay around $35,000 for 7 minutes, with no cooldown. Mr. Faber missions pay less ($30,000 for 10-12 minutes) and don't get the double bonus. There are six Mr. Faber missions: compound interest, current liabilities, liquid market, mutual funds, return on investment, and the monopoly.
You can buy the Higgins Helicopter Tours for $900,000 and Smoke on the Water (medicinal grass) for $850,000. These have similar missions with payouts around $70,000 for 7 minutes. Each business has its own heat bar, and buying them boosts related businesses: Smoke on the Water boosts your weed farm by 35%, and Higgins boosts your hangar by 10%.
The car wash is a good business for $1 million, but it's a mixed bag. It's not ideal for newcomers compared to the agency or garment factory due to active work and mission variety. The inability to choose missions and lower payouts for Mr. Faber missions are downsides. However, the 35% boosts to counterfeit cash and weed farm make it worthwhile.
The car wash business in GTA Online's Money Fronts DLC offers a solid income stream, especially with the first-week double payouts and passive income from linked businesses. While it has some drawbacks like mission randomness and lower payouts for certain missions, the overall value is good, particularly for players who already own other businesses.

11:54[00:01] side of dirty money to go with your dirty car? Because the new Money Fronts DLC is finally here. And the star of the show is obviously the car wash business, which itself is a gateway to two other unique businesses, a helicopter tour
[00:15] company, as well as a medicinal grass distributor. And we have some really lockpicking and attack dogs, both of which are new to GTA Online. And I feel really strongly that Rockstar might actually be using this DLC as a test bed
[00:28] for features that they will later add in GTA 6. And one of those new features is mansions, which might be coming later this year during the winter update based on leaked data from the game files that mention a company called Pricks Luxury
[00:40] focus solely on the money-making aspect of the new hands-on car wash. So, I'll leave the speculation on upcoming features for later. Right off the bat, I will say that the new content in this DLC feels very similar to the agency
[00:53] where you've got a condensed dose of action that's usually over in 7 to 10 minutes. But this time, we have more mission variety and zero cool down revenue from the car wash very lucrative for grinders. And the payout is set to
[01:07] two times for the first week. So, you'll be making about $70,000 on average. But once the honeymoon period is over, we'll be back to the base payout of $35,000 if you're just here to know how much money this new business can make you,
[01:20] there you go. In reality, though, there's a lot more to the car wash than actually have three separate businesses that you can own inside of this update, for each one, as well as a new system called heat, which works like the
[01:34] in reverse. So, you might want to stick of this works. First off, we need to into GTA online and go out in free roam,
[01:46] Madazzato telling you to meet him at LSIA so he can introduce you to some big shot banker. And this banker is Mr. Faber, a money laundering shadow of the criminal masterminds in Los Santos. And he has his filthy hands
[02:00] dipped into every criminal racket you can imagine. Your work has caught his you an opportunity to be one of his business partners. Basically, you'll be managing a part of his moneyaundering operation for him using the hands-on car
[02:13] wash and Strawberry as a front, and your contact is going to be a guy called balances the books so the IRS doesn't send a bunch of agents to your house knocking on your door ready to shoot you and your dog. And speaking of taxes,
[02:26] which accumulates with every moneyaundering operation that you do. And once that bar is full, your business will be marked by a caution signal on work to get rid of your heat before you can resume your illegal operations. I
[02:40] heat maxes out. I haven't seen it happen myself, but it could be a possibility your MC businesses, but for right now, you basically make no money when your heat meter is maxed out, and you need to do some type of legitimate work to cool
[02:55] off that heat meter. So, once that cut scene with Madzo and Faber ends, you'll business, and you can buy it by walking up to the sign and paying $1 million. is businesses in the game, but you're also not getting a whole lot here on its own.
[03:09] There's no garage, no fast travel, no weapons workshop. You don't really even get any elaborate interior customization options, just a color scheme. And the car wash is merely a place for you and Raph to do business and start missions,
[03:21] secret bonus attached with this business, and most people don't know about it, so let me tell you right now. If you own a counterfeit cash factory, its income will be boosted by a whopping 35% as soon as you buy your car wash.
[03:33] you enter the building for the first time, but it doesn't give you a prompt again, which is why a lot of people don't know about this fact. I message when I went to do my cash sale mission, and I was shocked when I got
[03:47] for selling my full borrow product. No special bonuses, and I'd already single vehicle, which meant I'd actually lost 5 to 10% of my product already, and is one of the biggest benefits of owning the new car wash. It isn't just a
[04:02] your other businesses that you own, quite literally, because this business office safe that will show you which businesses are linked to the car wash, income from every single business that you own into the car wash. Now, let me
[04:18] wash. First, you have the legit money, which comes from washing customers cars. And this goes into the safe. And the safe accumulates income from all your other businesses like the bunker, the garment factory, bail office, salvage
[04:31] are linked as soon as you open up that safe. The daily income from each business varies. Some give you $1,000 per in-game day or 48 minutes in real life, while others give you 1,500. The agency sends $1,750 to the safe, for
[04:45] example. And I think that's one of the biggest money makers of them all. Also, if you have warehouses of your own, your car wash safe only accumulates passive income from one of each type. For example, if you have five large
[04:57] warehouses, you only get to link one. If you have three large warehouses and two medium warehouses, you will get $1,250 for the medium warehouse category and $1,500 for the large warehouse category. This means that someone with all three
[05:10] passive income in the car wash safe than a player with five large warehouses, ridiculous and kind of doesn't make sense. But hey, Rockstar's going to rockstar here. I am getting $28,000 a day in passive income and I own every
[05:24] single business there is. So that's what you can expect if you have every single incredible, but think of it more like a discount version of the nightclub safe. And that's just one part of your income through the car wash. There are many
[05:37] you'll see two options. One to access your missions and the other for business soon, but first let's talk about the how much you can expect to be paid. So, there are two types of laundering
[05:50] missions. Raph's jobs, which are simply called money laundering, and direct contract work for Faber, which is titled Mr. Faber work. And these will function preparation screen, and you can select a crew of up to three people to start the
[06:03] mission. Now, Rav's work can also be requested via your phone simply by request security contracts from Franklin, for example. And there's primarily one type of mission that you'll be doing, and that's bring money
[06:15] cleaned. How you do these missions and the bonus objectives themselves will vary, but you can expect around $35,000 for 7ish minutes of work. And if we're including the time it takes to get
[06:28] loading times, etc. You can easily do you're a newbie to the game and don't have the best gear, and even if your aim Even at 10 minutes a mission, which is super generous, you'll make $350,000 an
[06:43] hour. But this week, it's actually $700,000 per hour because these are on double payout. So, you're getting that double money bonus thanks to Rockstar's introductory offer for the car wash business this first week. So, I suggest
[06:55] is zero cool down on these missions. None at all. All you have to concern yourself with is that heat bar, which is sort of like an artificial cool down once in a while and makes you do some legit work for your business where you
[07:09] minutes. So, it's not really that big of a deal. All you need to do for that is car, and if it gets damaged on the way, as heck. And from what I saw, one car wash is enough to reset your whole bar
[07:23] talking about the heat meter, each mission adds about 1.2 2 bars of heat. missions in total before you have to do a car wash to reset it. So, even if assuming 10 minutes per mission, you earn $730,000 per hour, including that
[07:40] is really not that bad at all. It's certainly more than you make from any MC the bail office or garment factory even. And there's even a decent bit of variety in missions themselves. For example, some missions require you to visit the
[07:54] container. But first, you have to locate the container itself by using a photo experience, that container is stacked on top of the other containers. So, you can use your Oppressor Mark 2 or simply just climb up on the other containers by
[08:09] it as a foothold. There's another type of mission where you get to destroy a flying up to their business and stealing joint with C4. Occasionally, you'll get
[08:22] security truck around the map, collecting money from banks while disguised as a security officer. These are all entertaining in my opinion. time wasted. And I personally like these missions a lot going through them. And
[08:35] content, which is favors for Mr. Faber himself. And these are kind of meh. I mean, first off, they do pay less than the normal moneyaundering operations, Secondly, you don't get the double money bonus on these. So, the payout is capped
[08:50] at about $30,000 for 10 to 12 minutes of work, which is honestly a little bit phone hits, and those don't require a multi-stage mission where I visit three off a small army of bad guys. But if you really enjoy gunfights in this game like
[09:03] I do, they actually are pretty fun to go through. So, yeah, if you just want to make the most money possible, then stay away from the Mr. Faber missions. But like a small little quest line, and they're fun to go through at least once.
[09:15] The six missions are called compound interest, current liabilities, liquid market, mutual funds, return on investment, and the monopoly. Which one you get is random, and I played liquid market and return on investment, both of
[09:27] again, the payout is going to be underwhelming for those of you on these. So, I suggest sticking with the regular moneyaundering missions. Now, let's talk about your business expansions. By accessing your work laptop, you can buy
[09:39] the Higgins Heliator's business for $900,000 and the Smoke on the Water for $850,000. These have the exact same mission types, you do money missions for Higgins helicopter tours, you'll get a
[09:52] example, in the one I did, one of my helicopters had been seized by the cop, so I had to go there and hijack the trailer using a semi-truck. Kind of like Then if you do the laundering missions for Smoke on the Water, you'll get
[10:06] this time I had to steal a bunch of fertilizer barrels and bring those back to the grass shop. So Raph could launder the cash from these barrels into my you don't get your money immediately. It does take about 10 minutes or so for
[10:20] with the balance books. So give it some time and you'll see a duffel bag next to work money. Payouts for these missions are going to be the same for both the smoke on the water grass dispensary businesses. So, expect $70,000 as well
[10:35] for about 7 minutes of work, maximum 10 minutes if you don't have an oppressor or sparrow or otherwise fast vehicle. The heat bar for each of these three businesses also work independently from each other. So, if you do car wash work
[10:47] for your car wash, you won't lower the heat for your grass business. Instead, you need to go do those medicinal marijuana deliveries to reduce the heat, things ever because you're literally delivering weed to lower your heat. Then
[11:00] for the helicopter business, it's again a different heat bar as well. So, you tours to lower your heat and generate some legit income for that business. And buying these extra businesses. Remember that 35% boost for the counterfeit cash
[11:15] I mentioned at the beginning of this video? Well, if you buy the smoke on the water graph suspensory, your weed farm gets a 35% payout boost as well, which takes it from a mediocre MC business to one of the best in the game, probably
[11:28] even better than the Coca-Cola lockup if you have smoke on the water linked to your weed farm. And if you own the Higgins helicopter tours business, your hanger will be boosted by 10%, which isn't as much as the weed farm and
[11:40] remember that the base payout for the air cargo is so much higher than either of those businesses. So, you're actually making close to $300,000 in extra additional income. Overall, I would say that car wash is a good business for $1
[11:54] million. Although, it's going to be a bit of a mixed bag. And I think it's it is for newcomers who'd honestly be agency or the Cassatka or even the garment factory. Because this business
[12:07] involves so much active work and because there's an enormous variety in the yourself loving it as well as hating it at times if you don't get the right like the mission that much where I had to retrieve a helicopter from the cops
[12:20] took way too long for that $70,000 payout. And I was stuck with this really behind me with a bunch of cops shooting at me from all directions. Then you have enjoyable and good fun, like the one where you torch your rivals
[12:34] moneyaundering facility and steal their cash. You can't really control which mission you get unlike the agency which does let you select the exact security car wash business down a notch in my opinion. I would like that choice and
[12:47] missions should have a higher payout as well because they're more complex and they take a bit longer. But right now, for some ungodly reason, they pay less, which makes zero sense. Still, you should definitely buy the car wash and
[13:00] some new missions to play in this game. And you should also consider the fact that you get a 35% boost on both your counterfeit cash factory as well as your the smoke on the water business. Those MC businesses are mediocre by
[13:14] themselves, but once you add in this boost, they become pretty good and worth sell missions that you do from within your cash factory as well as the grass nightclub warehouse earnings, for example, nor does it apply to the street
[13:29] new business, though? If so, what are your thoughts? Is it A tier in your opinion, or is it just okay, or do you think it's straight trash? Feel free to section below, and let me know if I'm missing out on anything. After all, it's
