by now many of us have used chat GPT it's doing a fantastic job however if you're using it to create content there are some serious risks that you need to be made aware of the first is that you may have a responsibility to specifically state that the content was created by an AI and not a human but here's a scarier one in open ai's licensing agreement there's two major issues here first of all you hold them

harmless for any of the content that's created if you use them to generate content and that content is used by a user and causes them any sort of a problem that's your fault and your responsibility not theirs they might try to sue open AI openai will probably win but only after incurring legal fees that you are going to have to pay but here's the kicker because you didn't create it you don't get to own the copyright

so you have absolutely no protection for any of the content that you put on your website there are a lot of really cool uses for chat gbt but using it to generate the content for your website probably not going to be the best one I recently made a video All About chat TPT and the impact that I think it's going to have on blogging in the near future you might want to go check that out
