[04:12] Introducing. As you could probably see on the Apple inventory status, As a matter of fact, at every store I visited today,

[04:24] And there they are! Let me show you the colors. We got black, we got white, we got blue, we got lavender, and last but not least? Sage. That's just not how we do it on Bokyem TV.

[04:38] Because open or not, I'm gonna give them all to you anyway! You know, of all the things that one can unbox, I think the brand-new Apple product that comes out every September is the most exciting one.

[04:53] Kinda reminds me of mung beans. The color on these is definitely different from the photos on the box. Here's the lavender.

[05:08] Yeah, it's definitely different. It's a bit darker on the box. Look at this. There's definitely a color difference between the box and the product. Let's take a look at the real thing.

[05:23] This is the biggest color difference so far. This isn't like a misprint, is it? Anyway, the difference is pretty obvious on this one. But you would have to open it up to know that for sure.

[05:40] What's really crazy is, the white ones have always been different from the box every year. But the real thing here, it's like this pure white.

[05:53] That's why we have to open it up. So far, the colors have all been a little lighter than shown on the box.

[06:05] On the box, it just looks like jet black. But the real thing is clearly a little lighter, just like all of the other colors. So there we have it. We've finished looking at all the new iPhone 17s.

[06:22] And just like we expected, the colors were totally different from what's on the box. Because the real thing looks much better. And as you guys saw, all of the colors looked much better

[06:38] But shockingly, compared to the iPhone 16 that came out last year, So what's changed? Only the color has changed. In the case of last year's iPhone 16, the colors were more "vivid", as we say in the business.

[06:53] They used very strong colors. But this time, they've stuck with the pastel theme. So we got colors like sage, lavender, mist blue, and finally, white. But even this black is more charcoal than black. So overall, I'd say the new colors are pretty toned down.

[07:08] What's crazier, Apple suddenly decided to sell their phones at a reasonable price! The 128-gigabyte iPhone 16 was 1 and a quarter million won, and the 256 was 1.4 million. But now, the base iPhone 17 comes with 256 gigabytes of memory.

[07:23] Honestly, I admire that. And as a result, the iPhone 17 is completely sold out nationwide. So really, these new prices aren't just reasonable.

[07:37] Okay, here we go. So what's the big difference between iPhone 16E and 17?

[07:49] Well, here's why. Alright, iPhone 16, y'all. Look. This is the touch response on the 16e. You can tell right away that it's 60fps like we're used to.

[08:04] Now, hold on to your hats. This is the iPhone 17. The base model. This is it, guys! Apple has NEVER done this before.

[08:18] But they've finally included this feature in the iPhone 17. When we talk about monitors, or gaming, we often talk about frames per second, right? So they've made the jump from 60 to 120fps.

[08:34] If you look at 16e on the left, it kinda seems stuttery, right? You know what I mean. It's like sticky and annoying. This kind of response speed was exclusive to the Pro.

[08:47] However, starting with the 17, it seems like the frame rate of 120 fps and refresh rate of 120 Hz will be a part of the base models, and not just the Pro! So yeah! This is the main reason that the iPhone 17 sold out so quickly all over the world.

[09:01] Apple finally got their shit together. Now, some of you might have already noticed. But check this! Up to iPhone 16, your iPhone screen was either on or off. That was it.

[09:14] You can check the time any time you want, So we got bigger memory, we got more frames per second,

[09:26] So they added THREE major upgrades and they LOWERED the price by 110,000! This might go down in Apple history as the Great Mistake of 2025, everyone.

[09:40] Because these changes are the reason they sold out so quick. Apple didn't just get their shit together this time. They've completely lost their minds. And why do I say that, you ask?

[09:55] This is a crazy feature too. They call it the Center Stage. So what does this do? Let's say you're taking a selfie. you had to turn your phone to get that landscape orientation.

[10:10] automatically turn to wide-angle when there's people next to you. the camera will automatically go wide when there are people near the edge of the frame.

[10:22] so let me bring out an old friend of mine to demonstrate. (Camera won't process the plushie) Get in here!

[10:37] (Camera doesn't recognize the plushie) I don't have any friends or acquaintances, so this feature isn't exactly, uh...

[10:49] But that's just me! I'm sure you guys will love this. So just like that, when your friends are about to come into the frame, it goes to wide-angle mode.

[11:02] Why do I say this feature is so crazy? But they've now added them to the base model as well. Always-On Display,

[11:17] and finally, the Center Stage feature. And all of these features were originally exclusive to Pro, but now they've added them to 17. I've been reviewing iPhones for almost 10 years, and this is the biggest upgrade I've seen!

[11:33] Again, I think the iPhone 17 might go down in history as Apple's greatest mistake. So let's give it up for them. So silver,

[11:46] Everybody was going, "That doesn't even look like a Pro!" It got a lot of hate, but now, everybody wants one. It's crazy how people have warmed up to the Cosmic Orange so quickly.

[11:58] They release new stuff, people hate it, but everyone ends up using it. They change the name every year to Space Gray or some other thing.

[12:10] (Feels much more industrial than the usual silver) The first thing I notice is the notorious cooler on the back! but with the 17 Pro, it looks like they're actually darker.

[12:25] The closest color that I can think of here is the mercury inside those old-school thermometers. It's Cosmic Orange. The silver was definitely darker compared to the box, right?

[12:41] I'd say the box is more orange juice, and the real thing is more concentrate. There's only one thing that I can think of to describe this color.

[12:55] Again, it's very consistent. All of them came in much more solid colors than on the box. It already looks very different from the 16 Pro. the camera island has gotten much thicker.

[13:09] We're now gonna take a look at the main features of the Pro on the Cosmic Orange. Here we go. It's like a liquid cooler you'd find on a PC.

[13:24] Because when you really crank it up to 11, it produces heat. The iPhone 17 Pro is insane, everyone!

[13:36] The GPU is 24% more powerful than the last one. It's powered up by a quarter. Even NVIDIA graphics cards don't get these kinds of upgrades. This means the performance of a MacBook Pro and the 17 Pro are!

[13:48] And this is how we wound up in a world where a cooler had to be attached to a smartphone. We usually see the most overheating from our phones when they're being charged or when we're watching videos on them.

[14:02] and then I'm gonna check the temperature on both to see how they compare! You'll see the video in the top right.

[14:14] The 16 Pro is coming in at about 27.7 degrees celsius. (Playing the video and checking the temp)

[14:30] The video just ended with a “Thank you for the 900-won membership.” Let's check the temperature on these. We're getting about 30.5 to 30.6 degrees.

[14:43] Now, the cooler... But while the iPhone 16 Pro went from 27. 5 to 30.5,

[14:57] the 17 Pro only went from 27.5 degrees to 28.9 degrees celsius! It buffered over half of the heat! We often get news articles saying,

[15:10] "A cell phone exploded due to overheating and started the fire" or "the owner was injured." What else does it mean? It prevents performance degradation. you know how hot a phone can get after a while.

[15:23] And when you're on public transport watching a video, you'll definitely notice it. The Peak Performance Capability is protected by the cooler. So the cooler really does make a huge difference.

[15:40] As you can see, the front camera on this side is capturing my ugly old mug. you'll see it says, “Thank you for subscription, likes, alarm settings, you might still want to be able to see how you look while you do it.

[16:26] But now you can do both on one phone. Technology is getting too good. but the new iPhone really is the supercomputer equivalent of a smartphone!
