[00:00] Just because it's fiction doesn't make it any better, and if this was made in any other country, the person who made it would rightfully get cancelled. But because it's Japanese, PDF is so kawaii and it got to, y'all make me so f***ing sick! Yeah, no, it didn't age well because it's problematic. You could make it work if you ignore and gloss over what's problematic and potentially harmful.

[00:21] Who the fuck asked for this shit? Japan will never beat the allegations. Straight up grooming content! I thought we would stop normalizing this, but yeah, the anime community is doomed beyond repair! So many people are losing their mind over this announcement this morning, and over 20 years, this series has had literally no controversy or no drama.

[00:41] It has had nothing. It's been a very pleasant and wonderful fanbase and community, and the manga series has been complete since 2013. But soon as it gets an anime adaptation, the comment section on this post, TikTok, Reddit, YouTube, is exactly how you would expect.

[00:56] The COVID anime mainstream tourists that come in and want to change everything when it comes to anime, among one thing censored, thinks everything is problematic or unable to separate fiction from reality. They are demanding that this series, Dengeki Daisy, is cancelled on the spot and never exist.

[01:12] You have people outright saying that the offer of this series should be cancelled and that they should never work on anything ever again. You have basically them saying anyone that is working on this series, the animation staff or whatever, should feel ashamed as well.

[01:24] You just see overwhelming amount of racism not just towards the Japanese but Asians in general I mean this is just literally drama right after the recent drama with stellar blade as we all seen when it came to Evie and her design

[01:36] How people were literally comparing a youthful looking Asian That was face scan and body scan and saying that you potentially a PDF if you like Eevee design that is from an adult Asian woman So it very clear just how cooked we are in the last like six years when it comes to just entertainment

[01:54] I mean, it's been an ongoing problem. It's been progressing for over a decade, but we really have reached a critical mass at this point where people are legitimately losing their minds over something like this. And people, honestly, at this point, clearly have no real problems going on in their lives

[02:08] to be able to outright be crashing out about this announcement and outright wanting to see this series just dead on arrival and never exist to begin with. And it's like, dude, this series was legitimately the talk of the town years ago.

[02:22] Back in, like, 20, uh, or 2007 to 2013, when this series was ongoing, everybody was talking about this. Like, obviously, in terms of popularity, it's nowhere near the realm of JJK, Chainsaw Man, demon so yeah yeah yeah we get it but like in the old school weave communities the otaku communities

[02:40] back in the 2010s and even before that the ancient times basically this was talked about a lot people recommended it you would see this in your local bookstores books a million and everything to purchase people were recommending to read this series and for literally over a decade since the

[02:55] series ended in 2013 people have been begging for an anime adaptation of this series and at long last We are actually getting an anime adaptation, but instead of being outright happy excited

[03:07] Which I was when I first saw this announcement. I'm not gonna lie. I was jumping for joy I was like holy hell we're actually getting dengeki-daisy like I remember reading this series in my local books a million years ago I remember pick like looking at the copies and reading it there I didn I didn buy it I was just I literally sat down literally in the chair at the Books of Million and I read the whole series pretty much you know in a span time just for free and yeah it was fun

[03:32] Like, I liked the series. I loved N'Geki Daisy, but the fact that instead of joy and excitement, you have people crashing out and wanting to see this going, it is so depressing, man. Like, this is just, this is such a common reoccurring pattern that is just continuously happening.

[03:49] If it is not mainstream shonen that is battle-heavy, action-heavy, with basically zero to no plot, like, look, I don't want to throw shade at soul leveling, but soul leveling's a very good example of this. Like, soul leveling's junk food, okay?

[04:02] I enjoy soul leveling, but it is junk food. It doesn't have a crazy story or anything like that, but it's fun to watch. And it's like, it's very clear that if anything strays away from the typical format of battle shonen action series, very safe stories, then it's problematic.

[04:17] It needs to be censored, canceled, whatever, and the Japanese authors or writers, artists, animators, whatever associated with it need to just straight up never work in the industry again. That's what people actually think.

[04:29] And I just, dude, I'm getting so tired of this, man. It's so unbelievably annoying seeing stuff like this continuously. Like I mean like look at like look at these comments man Like you can just pause the video and look at the comments yourself

[04:41] It is just it is outright insane how many people are losing their marbles over this announcement And it's just wow like look at this one like Like it's fiction man it's just fiction it's just a manga series it's not real

[04:55] It's not it's not real it is a romance shoujo manga series Like I mean the people that are having a problem with this I gonna poke a hole in their logic The same people that are crashing out about this announcement with the age gap romance are the same people that love Twilight They the same people that love their vampire type

[05:15] fantasy stories within the West that have like a massive 1,000 hundreds of years age gap between the main female character and the main male character, where like, for instance, the female character's a regular human, the guy comes in, he's a beautiful vampire, and then basically they fall

[05:29] in love, like, the same individuals that are completely fine with that will outright say because it's Japanese, because it's Japan, it's bad, it's problematic, it needs to go, I'm, dude, I'm so sick of this, it's like, it's the same conversation around Game of

[05:43] Thrones, like, Game of Thrones is the, like, the same people I go after taboo fictional content within manga and anime straight up give Game of Thrones a pass, Game of Thrones has some really screwed up stuff, I'm not saying it needs to be censored, I'm just saying

[05:56] it does, but for some reason, Game of Thrones gets a pass because you know why, it's accepted, mainstream accepted and all that, because it's beloved, besides the ending, so when you look at the situation, it's just very clear, just the bandwagoning, and what people are doing this day

[06:12] and age, if it's Asian, if it's Japanese, it is problematic, it just, these people are racist, man, like just straight up, they are outright racist, like it's very obvious, with the Stellar Blade stuff, and now this. There's just so much racism against Asians and Asian culture at this

[06:28] point, and I just, I'm so sick and tired of it. But I will leave it at that. I just, I wish I could talk more positive about this announcement, because I was very excited about it, but my mood got ruined when I was just reading everybody's reactions. It's that positivity, nothing but
