"The title promises a major update, and the video delivers a detailed breakdown of the new policy and its implications—solid, but with some filler and self-promotion."

AI Summary

This video discusses YouTube's new 'inauthentic content' policy, which targets AI-generated and mass-produced content. The creator explains the technology behind the crackdown, including C2PA labels and pixel watermarks, and provides strategies for creators to stay compliant.

[00:02]
New Rule: Inauthentic Content

YouTube has introduced a new rule called 'inauthentic content,' but the definition is vague and not clearly explained by YouTube.

[00:45]
C2PA Alliance and VIN Numbers

The C2PA alliance, formed by Adobe, Microsoft, and the BBC, stamps videos with a permanent history log, similar to a VIN number for cars.

[01:41]
Double Trap System

YouTube, Google, and OpenAI built a 'double trap' system: C2PA labels on files and invisible pixel watermarks detectable by AI like Gemini.

[02:48]
AI Detection and Consequences

AI is not banned, but if AI is detected and the 'altered content' box is not checked, it's considered inauthentic content, leading to demonetization or termination.

[03:47]
Affected Niches

Niches like AI stories, religion, motivation, sleeping, and spiritual are being hit, especially those with hour-long videos and little editing.

[04:24]
Title Patterns as Spam

Using the same title structure across videos (e.g., 'finally responds') is now considered spam by YouTube.

[05:07]
Scripting Templates

Having the same script structure across videos (e.g., biography format) is flagged as inauthentic content.

[05:46]
Humanizing Scripts

To humanize scripts, use a prompt that tells ChatGPT to interview you, asking 10 questions, and answer them thoroughly to incorporate your personal touch.

[06:23]
Perplexity and Burstiness

AI writes with low perplexity and burstiness, making it predictable. YouTube's AI can detect this and flag content.

[07:03]
Editing Rules

Editing rules: avoid 50% stock footage, reused clips, unedited AI images, and visuals that don't match the script.

[09:45]
AI Stories Niche at Risk

The AI stories niche is particularly at risk because it revolves around mass-producing content, which the policy targets.

[10:24]
Audio: Human Voice with AI Enhancement

For audio, record your own voice and use 11Labs' voice changer to enhance it, adding a human cadence that AI lacks.

Mentioned in this Video

Tutorial Checklist

1 05:46 Use a prompt that tells ChatGPT to interview you, asking 10 questions about your script, and answer them thoroughly to add your personal touch.
2 10:24 Record your own voice for the audio, regardless of mic quality, and use 11Labs' voice changer to enhance it.
3 07:03 Ensure your video editing includes cropping, filters, or zooming on AI images, and avoid stock footage or reused clips.

What is the C2PA and who formed it?

medium Click to reveal answer

The C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) is an alliance formed by Adobe, Microsoft, and the BBC to combat AI misinformation by stamping videos with a permanent history log.

00:45

What are the two components of the 'double trap' system?

medium Click to reveal answer

The 'double trap' system consists of C2PA labels on video files and invisible pixel watermarks that can be detected by AI algorithms like Gemini.

01:41

How does YouTube's AI detect AI-written scripts?

hard Click to reveal answer

YouTube's AI can detect the lack of 'perplexity and burstiness'—the natural unpredictability of human writing—flagging content that is too predictable or flat.

06:23

What is the recommended method to make AI-generated scripts more human?

medium Click to reveal answer

To add a human touch to scripts, use a prompt that tells ChatGPT to interview you, asking 10 questions about the script, and answer them thoroughly to incorporate your personal opinions and speaking style.

05:46

Why is the 'AI stories' niche especially at risk?

easy Click to reveal answer

The 'AI stories' niche is particularly vulnerable because it revolves around mass-producing content, which is the exact target of the new policy.

09:45

[00:02] it changed the rules. And one of those rules is called inauthentic content. Now, the issue is nobody really knows what it is because like YouTube hasn't come out and explained exactly what gets a channel hit with inauthentic content.

[00:16] all of the information that I've gathered on how to protect your channel need to understand why this is happening. This all started in 2021. This is when the world was freaking out because of AI misinformation and deep

[00:31] fakes. People were terrified that these AI videos could start wars or even rig elections. So, there needed to be a legitimate way for journalists to prove that their images were real from, you know, war zones or protests. And they

[00:45] weren't just images created with AI or deep fake bots. So, Adobe, Microsoft, and the BBC formed an alliance and together they created something called together they created something called C2PA. And what the C2PA does is that it

[00:59] gives your videos a VIN number kind of. So, you know, it's it's it's like cars. Every car has a VIN number that shows where it came from, when it was created, and pretty much its entire history. That's what the C2PA does. It stamps a

[01:12] permanent history log into your video files. And the purpose of this stamp is that it tells platforms what edits have been made to your video. For example, hey, this video was created with a Sony camera. And hey, this video contains

[01:25] images created with Midjourney. Now, YouTube wasn't part of this alliance, but the spam AI channels got so bad that in 2024, Google, YouTube, and Open AI means that now, I mean, they're they're basically the [ __ ] Avengers. And

[01:41] together, with time, they built a double trap system, which is what we're seeing today. Trap number one is that C2PA label. Almost every major tool has it and almost every major tool is part of this alliance. So if you create an audio

[01:55] with 11labs or you create an image with midjourney or chat GBT, your video file is going to be permanently tagged with an AI warning essentially. Trap number two is the pixel watermark. You know, they realize that people might try and

[02:09] tamper with the file name. They might try to convert it or reexport it or do something. So, what they do now is they embed a watermark into the pixels of your video that are completely invisible to the human eye. Do you know who it's

[02:22] not invisible to? [ __ ] Gemini. And if you don't know, YouTube implemented Gemini into their algorithm in 2025. So, not only does it watch your videos, not only does it see absolutely everything, but now it can tell what percentage of

[02:36] your video was made with AI, and there's no way to remove it. The worst part is that if you do figure out how to remove the AI watermarks and the file name, that's against terms of service. You're going to be in deep [ __ ] if you do that.

[02:48] Now that I think about it, that might be illegal, but it's definitely against it's important to mention that AI is not banned on YouTube. If C2PA/Gemini detects AI in your videos and you didn't check the altered content box on YouTube

[03:04] lowquality content or inauthentic [music] content. That is now considered know, you know, inauthentic content, that's just demonetization. You can reapply in 90 days. Deceptive practices is termination. That's how a lot of

[03:19] people got hit in the last 2 months. In conclusion, in 2026, lazy AI YouTube automation is over. It's done. There is no way around it. But here's a good thing. We didn't need that [ __ ] to begin with. And now that we know that our

[03:33] stamp to it, a VIN number, and that there is AI watermarks in our pixels, we can start moving accordingly, kind of get the hints that YouTube is throwing compliant with YouTube's terms of service or guidelines. Number one, that

[03:47] niches that have been hit with inauthentic content, AI stories seems to getting hit with inauthentic content, especially those channels that only

[03:59] added one to 10 images for an hour-ong video. Now, it wasn't only AI stories. It was also the religion niche, the motivation niche, the sleeping niche, the spiritual niche. Essentially, any YouTube channel that posted hour-long

[04:12] videos that had little to no edits. Number two is title formats and patterns. It seems like having the same structure of titles across all of your videos is now something YouTube considers spam. And before this used to

[04:24] videos worked, you just, you know, essentially remade it slightly different, but you would remake that title and that video concept. Bad news, give you an example. Let's say that today you post a video titled Will Smith

[04:39] finally responds to X thing. And then tomorrow, the next upload is Rachel Zgler finally responds to X thing. And then the next day, you post a video titled 50 Cent finally responds to X thing. You get the point, right? In this

[04:52] example, it was using finally responds across all of your titles. Again, adding something YouTube considers spam. Number three, that is scripting templates. This means having the same structure in your scripts across all of your videos. For

[05:07] example, if you're making biographies about movie stars, right? That's your YouTube channel. And every single video starts with when they were born, their rise, and their fall. and you use a chat GBT prompt that creates the script in

[05:20] the same order every single [ __ ] time. And YouTube's bots is going to see this motherfucker's video is the same [ __ ] When they were born, the rise and the fall. It's the same structure, the same emotional trigger that it tries to

[05:33] get every single time." Boom. Inauthentic content or maybe even reused that day. Now, the solution to this is to give your scripts a human touch. So, create your scripts however you do it. Let's go ahead and say Chad GBT, but

[05:46] copy paste this prompt you see on screen. And that should fix the problem because what this prompt does is that it tells Chad GBT to essentially interview you. It's going to ask you 10 questions about the script you just created. And

[05:58] what you want to do is answer them as thoroughly as possible. Give as much once you do that, ChatGBT is then going with your human touch, with your opinion, with your way of speaking. Now,

[06:11] that's not the only thing, okay? AI writes in a very flat robotic monotone this. It's called perplexity and burstiness. Now AI like Chad GBT and

[06:23] Claude, they're programmed to be safe. It is programmed to always mathematically pick the most predictable word. Essentially Chad GBT and Claude, these [ __ ] are predictable. Meaning that if YouTube's bots can

[06:37] correctly predict the next word of your script, then it will get you hit. And that's because YouTube's AI understands that humans are chaotic. You know, we speak in long sentences, then short sentences, and then we go on long rants,

[06:50] and then random pauses. AI does not do that. This gives your fingerprint variation. If your script has zero burstiness, the algorithm can instantly tell that it was written by AI. Moving on to number six, or number five, I

[07:03] don't know, I lost count. Anyways, it's it's editing. And this has a couple of rules to it. Number one, if 50% of your video is made up with stock footage, it will get hit. If you reuse clips or animations from your channel or other

[07:16] people's channels, you will be hit. And what I mean by this is reusing clips in different videos back to back. If you use AI generated images and you don't do any edits on it, you will be hit. And by this, I mean either cropping, adding a

[07:29] filter, zooming in, you have to do something to it. And the last thing, if the visuals of your video do not match the script and it's just random footage revolved around your topic, you will be hit. Now, this sounds kind of scary, but

[07:43] minimum. At least the bare minimum of video production. Again, the AI lazy YouTube automation strategy is over. That [ __ ] is cooked. You guys ruined it. You know, when when I started YouTube automation in 2018, you had to hire a

[07:57] voice commentator. You had to hire a script writer, a video editor. Chad GBT and 11 Labs did not exist. So the barrier to entry was relatively high. But when Chad GBT and 11 Labs and all of these AI softwares dropped, so did the

[08:10] barrier. And now it was at the lowest point. And this brought the worst people to the business model. You know, the sketchy [ __ ] that just saw easy money and completely exploited the system. And they spammed so hard that it

[08:24] they they couldn't control themselves. They [music] couldn't fly under the radar because all they did was spam straight garbage. And listen, I'm no [ __ ] artist. I'm not saying that my videos are jaw-dropping, but there are

[08:37] levels to making [ __ ] content. [music] And sadly, these guys made the shittiest form of content the most mainstream. So, give it up to them. Way to [ __ ] it up, boys. And I knew this was going to happen. One year ago, I

[08:50] posted this video in my school community where I told members not to do the AI one's going to be a little bit controversial. It is AI stories. I don't yes, a lot of people are making money from it right now, but I feel like it's

[09:05] so easy to do that YouTube is going to have to take action. It's a risky niche to have to correct this because imagine the general population finds out how easy it is to make money by just having Chad GBT write a story, making a couple

[09:18] copyright free song in the background. YouTube will be filled with AI content. monetize those type of videos. I don't think it's going to survive to the end of 2025. Told you. I knew it. It was It's just

[09:32] common sense. It's logical that it was going to end this way. Now, for those of you that want to continue doing AI stories, I have not found a solution to this. I have not found a solution to not get hit with inauthentic content. The

[09:45] niche is the problem itself. You know, this new policy specifically targets mass-produced content. and the AI stories niche and business model kind of revolves around mass-producing. You know, I'm pretty sure this new update

[09:57] was specifically for AI stories and and the others that got hit but not in that niche that was just collateral. I think they got caught in the crossfire. But that that appeared out of nowhere to exploit the business, they were asking

[10:11] for war with YouTube and they [ __ ] got it. Now the final thing that is the audio of your video and this is tied very very closely to uh perplexity and fingerprint in your videos. So once you

[10:24] create your human script with help of AI you're going to go to 11lapse but you're not going to use it like you normally would. Instead what you're going to do is go to voice changer and from here you are going to record the audio yourself.

[10:37] It doesn't matter the quality of your mic. Okay? You can do it on your [ __ ] phone. You can get a Snowball microphone on Amazon for like 40 bucks, maybe less. Get something to record. Now, on the right side under voice, you're going to

[10:49] pick whichever one you want. Here in the middle, you can see record audio. I'm going to click on it. Then, I'm going to click enable microphone. Allow this time on the top left. And then you're going to click start. And now my voice is

[11:01] to click start. And now my voice is going to change to Hey, it's Brad. Clear narrator for documentary. [music] Now, because of the way I speak, because of the way humans speak, we have like this cadence [music] in our voice and in our

[11:14] tone, in our pace, something that 11 Labs doesn't have. So, if you were just to read your script normally, doesn't matter the mic quality, let Labs take care of that. You will be adding another layer of positive human fingerprint to

[11:28] much it. For those of you that are interested in learning how I do YouTube, can go ahead and click the link in my description or in my pinned comment. community. That's where I take you step by step on how to do YouTube automation

[11:43] in 2026 that is highquality and compliant. I also go live every single directly, answer any questions, review your channels, all that good stuff. You can also hire editors, find channels, and just be surrounded by other people

[11:57] with the same objective as you. But yeah, that's pretty much it. Like and yeah, that's pretty much it. Like and subscribe if you want.
