AI-generated clip ideas for Shorts based on the transcript

No viral clips found for this video, or they are still being generated.

[00:00] This faceless YouTube channel is doing $40,000 a month posting AI generated explainer videos about all kinds of machines. They show no face on camera, generate millions of views, and I bet this guy rarely does anything on his own

[00:12] as those channels are often fully automated. And this is only one out of 15 other niches that I found this week that are printing right now. But besides just giving you niches, in this video, I'm going to show you how to niche bend

[00:25] them, which is my proprietary technology of coming up with blue oceans. So, in can start today. And if you don't know who I am, my name is Tim. I built portfolio, we've done over half a million dollars in last 365 days alone

[00:44] with branded faceless channels in some of the hardest niches out there. So, I channel to copy. I'm looking for a gap next to it that nobody has filled yet.

[00:56] So, this is our weekly niche digest. Let's dive right in. Harry Potter lore, stuff that movies never explained specifically. Their most

[01:08] popular video got 1.8 million views. They started a little bit over 9 months ago, and with an RPM of four, they generated a little bit over $40,000 with this channel. There's many ways you can niche bend it. Take one massive fandom

[01:23] and uh make the everything they've never told you video for every corner of it. Uh you can bend it to Lord of the Rings, uh the Game of Thrones, Pokémon, or One Piece. There's plenty of ideas you can go into.

[01:38] the same idea as our first one, but pointed at TV. Every crazy theory about sitcoms. This sitcom plot twist video did uh 445,000

[01:52] views. So, their second most popular, 145,000 views. And again, their content is extremely simple to create. This is just b-roll from movies coupled with whiteboard, very simple editing {slash} animation. This channel is way more

[02:06] fresh. They only posted 19 videos and generated a little bit over a million views with an RPM of seven. That's about five to six thousand dollars. Channel

[02:18] like this should never be your primary focus, but it can be a very good way to diversify your portfolio and tap into movies and cinema. You can easily niche bend it to Netflix originals, anime, video game stories. All of those are

[02:32] basically blue oceans and nobody is doing content on it yet. Did you know a channel making $3,000 a month is worth more than $40,000 on the market? That's exactly what I'm covering in a three-day live event I'm hosting

[02:46] this July called Faceless Foundry. In three days, I help you find a proven niche using our cheat sheets and a list of thousands of ideas I pre-filled and sorted for you. Day two, I help you write multiple scripts and find your

[03:01] first team members so you can get those first videos out in less than 48 hours. And day three, I help you turn it into an asset buyers actually want to you've been watching my videos but never actually started, this is it. You lock

[03:17] in your niche in the first 24 hours, write your first scripts by 48 hours, and build a real asset by hour 72. If it sounds like something you'd like to attend, then click the first link in the description. This is probably the last

[03:29] chance of that year and save your spot before they're all gone. I'll see you Our next YouTube channel did 2.2 million views with only 10 videos. Their best

[03:41] video, Every Type of Black Hole Explained in 11 minutes, did 1 million views. Now, let's head over to see the RPM of this channel and we'll know exactly how much this video made. So, this video alone generated them $4,000.

[03:55] What I like about that is that they only started using this style a month ago, and this channel is way more branded and long-term than many AI channels that you guys are seeing online. Yet, the videos are not extremely hard to produce. So,

[04:08] anyone of you can hire a team for literally 30 to 40 bucks a video that will make them for you. The mechanism is still very simple. Every X Explained format, pick a topic with natural categories and list them all in one

[04:21] snappy video. Number four is a kind of channel that isn't. So, this channel generated almost 2 million views with 50 videos. They

[04:34] started about 2 months ago, and all of their videos follow the same exact template. What's good is that those videos are made with AI. So, for every literally replicate those 25-minute videos in a couple hours. But, this is a

[04:51] low barrier to entry niche, meaning anyone with 100 bucks can replicate it, uh which gets the niche saturated quickly and pretty much kills all of the channels at the same time. And the whole niche is kind of risky because it's

[05:04] built around the concept of building an intrigue and clickbaiting the viewer launching something more branded and long-term. But, if you want to make a quick buck and you don't have capital to deploy, this is your go-to niche of the

[05:20] digest. Something for you to note, when I launched the Ardwiino behind Side Claw to find competitors, I was able to find so many videos that are literally similar to what this guy is doing. So, there's probably 10 plus different

[05:34] competitors in the market right now, and this channel only started 2 months ago. As I said, simple niches get saturated quick. generated 700k views and they only started posting about 3 weeks ago.

[05:52] Content is extremely easy to replicate. We can do it with AI. 1.5 million views generated with only 13 videos. The RPM is decent, just a little bit shy of five, meaning they they likely generated about 7.5 8,000 dollars with this

[06:07] channel so far. But the problem stayed the same because those videos are extremely easy to replicate. There will be hundreds of people who will enter And before we finally move on from this topic, here's another channel that I

[06:23] wanted to show you because those guys have been actually struggling with views. As you can see, none of their videos literally picked up or got any traction before they started experimenting with the exact same

[06:35] conspiracy type content. So they literally uploaded their first video with the same exact thumbnail as our previous niches that I just showed you and the video exploded to 237,000 views, instantly proving that the

[06:50] concept, the format works. So I often say this in those digests, it's not market right now. Our next YouTube channel is a perfect

[07:03] example of how you can use your skills to launch a faceless channel. Because Pepper Explains Cars generated over 4.2 million views, gained 5,000 subscribers and it only started posting two months ago. This is a perfect channel from the

[07:17] middle of the faceless YouTube pyramid where the investment required to run a channel is not really significant because all of their videos are made with whiteboard and very simple animations,

[07:30] but the barrier to entry here is the skill. The person who is running it is a very big fan of cars. I can see that because he's adding all of those memes that uh resonate with the target audience, and typically you cannot

[07:44] niche and the topic that you're talking about. So, if you want to climb the you, the competition is lower, then what you should be doing is using your skills

[08:01] and interests, maybe your hobbies, uh to come up with topics that other people can't uh talk about. In his case, it's cars and the niche-related uh memes, which is uh a very nice high RPM topic, and it clearly worked for him. Well, you

[08:16] can literally bend it to any hobby you have, from rock climbing to playing golf to playing a guitar. Just be creative, be authentic, and uh find a faceless YouTube format that fits your interests. Our next YouTube channel generated

[08:32] $20,000 from videos they started posting 2 months ago. The niche itself is uh Chinese tech news and uh mega projects, and the formula they're following is China's built the largest whatever. Videos themselves are also not that hard

[08:47] to create. They're blending real footage with uh AI-generated one. An editor to make a video like that would probably cost you 30 to 40 bucks per piece. And the good thing about it is, as long as you're not bullshitting your viewers and

[09:00] uh create long-term relationships with them, this niche is going to be pretty much evergreen because there's always the new thing that uh China releases that uh you can uh make a video on. The only question I still have about this

[09:13] niche is how soon the competition will kick in and uh destroy the views of this guy, but he seemed to be doing pretty well uh sitting in at uh 3.5 million views uh with only 40 videos. Our next YouTube channel is one of my

[09:29] favorites from today's digest because uh this is a perfect example of how your branded niche. And then they build a video around animation, high-quality

[09:41] voice-over, and a game and sim racing that already has a bunch of fans. If we try to place this channel on our faceless YouTube pyramid, it will go to the middle of it or maybe even the top because there is a skill barrier to

[09:54] entry. You need to understand sim racing to create those kind of videos and money barrier to entry to animate them. So, the only thing you can actually do is either start now and outpace them because they only posted one video in 3

[10:09] weeks. That's, by the way, generated them 750,000 views. Or another thing you can do is choose a niche similar to sim racing, but that fits your particular interests and build something in that niche before the competition even kicks

[10:24] in. When I see channels like this, I often give an example of Fahim, one of the students of mine who had built the channel about teeth because he was a dentist and his first ever video we did together did 1.5 million views because

[10:38] he knew so much about teeth and all of those things related to that that he had an unfair advantage in this market. So, look at your hobbies and skills and try to see maybe there is a niche and opportunity there.

[10:54] Our next YouTube channel generated $15,000 from 3 million views they got on semi-branded loan from channel. They're using whiteboard animation combined with live footage and AI visuals. The reason why this channel works in the first

[11:07] place is because instead of how to care for your garden, it's never kill this bug or why you should never kill the spider. The entire reason why this channel works is instead of typical videos how to care for your garden,

[11:22] they're creating videos why you should never kill the spider or if a toad chose your garden, this is what it means. Those videos instantly intrigue the target audience and this is why they they watch them preferably compared to

[11:36] all other gardening channels. For example, video never scrape this off your wall did 1.1 million views. What they did is take that same boring high value garden viewer and wrap the content in curiosity and a little bit of fear.

[11:50] Same person, same topic, but 10 times the views because of the wrapper. This is probably the most copyable lesson for anyone of you who's already running a channel. You usually do not need a new topic, you need a better hook uh bolted

[12:03] on top of the old format that you already have. Bend uh never do this uh to your niche, try to adapt it somehow and also take a lot of inspiration from how they structure the thumbnails because I think they are also uh very

[12:17] decent. A couple months ago a channel named Zen blew up to 7.2 million views on a single video about ancient humans. We spotted this video when it was at 200k views. We were the first one to see the niche and

[12:30] uh in one of my previous digests I predicted that ancient humans will do extremely well. Now, while everyone was focused on uh copying the same exact format and topics, there was this channel Professor Historian who decided

[12:43] to take the core of the format, the reason why the format works, and uh bend it to something new. They posted videos uh ancient technologies we still can't explain that did 3.8 million views only 2 months ago. Every drug used in ancient

[13:00] civilization 600,000 views and overall they uh did a very good job putting their own spin on the ancient format that was blowing up for the last couple of months. So, this is a really good example of how you should spot a trend

[13:15] early and adapt it, making it even more brand than there was, and turning it into your own evergreen views machine. Overall, this channel generated uh almost 5 million views and with an RPM of six, that's likely going to be over

[13:30] $30,000 made in just 2 months and 16 videos. How deep can you actually go underground? This video on fresh channel posted a month ago did 2.3 million views and generated over $10,000 for this

[13:47] month and overall their channel gained 17 million views and made close to six figures. The videos themselves are AI generated, literally anyone with a

[13:59] laptop can replicate them. The real mode of this niche is coming up with the most intriguing topics about the biggest technologies, the mega projects, or the sickest visually appealing constructions ever built. On average, I would say they

[14:12] spend upwards of $200 to generate the single video and obviously it's pocket change compared to what they make back with all of those views they get.

[14:24] very end of our niche digest is because you can take the same strategy they used on this channel to generate over 3 million views in just nine videos and

[14:38] apply it to all other niches that I showed you during this digest. Because what they did is very simple, they spotted a trend in English and translated those videos to Spanish making whiteboard animations to stay

[14:50] branded. The RPM is going to be lower, of course, but the competition is way lower, too. And as we all know, the competition on YouTube decides how easy easier and faster you're going to blow up because YouTube is constantly finding

[15:07] those content gaps where the demand for a specific type of content is higher than the supply and the moment there's new supply coming into the market, YouTube instantly puts those videos in front of the right people. So, if you

[15:20] watched up until this point, uh literally scroll back to any niche you like, take it, bring it to the Spanish market if you speak Spanish, or you can do the same with German and the French markets as well, and you got yourself a

[15:33] blue ocean. So, that's 15 fresh YouTube niches all printing right now, but here's the truth. Knowing a niche is maybe 10% of it. The other 90 is picking the right one for you, bending it so you're not fighting 500 copycats, and

[15:48] building a system so it runs without you. That's exactly what we're doing during a live faceless foundry 3-day event I'm hosting from July 17th to July 19th. Day one, I'm going to help you choose and validate the niche live with

[16:02] me on a call. Day two, you build the machine that will run this channel for you. And day three, you will learn how to grow it into an asset that you can sell. Because that's the real goal, not another job you hate, an asset you own

[16:14] that buys back your freedom. Link is going to be in the description. Sign up for a 3-day live event. I've never done anything like that. Super excited because it's going to be packed with a value. Come build the channel with me

[16:26] live. Tickets are going to be available there. And the sooner you buy, the more value before the event you can consume in our private Telegram group. I'll see you inside.
