[00:28] hack squat combo. Looks absolutely incredible. So, this was teased last it. They taken one of the best hack squats of all time as inspiration. That is the Atlantis hack squat pro and made it so that it works in a home gym

[00:44] environment with a hack squat and leg press combo. And everything is adjustable so you can fit in there. The one thing I'm not like super pleased with is it's still a big boy, still a pretty big machine, which I understand

[00:57] their market is not just home gyms, it's also probably some commercial gyms, too, and this can work in there. But the ability to add digital resistance is absolutely amazing. So that if you have something like a Beyond Power of Ultra,

[01:11] something like a Beyond Power of Ultra, you can have up to 600 lb of resistance you can have up to 600 lb of resistance because it's direct load versus it being the gravity of the weight plates. So pretty freaking amazing. And speaking of

[01:23] digital resistance, Speediance has recently released at CES, which maybe we should start going to CES, but Speedants teased a Vulture

[01:36] competitor. Now, Speed right now makes the Gym Monster and Gym Monster 2. We've the Gym Monster and Gym Monster 2. We've reviewed them, so they're okay. Um, man, reviewed them, so they're okay. Um, man, that cat is drinking my water. Hey.

[01:49] that cat is drinking my water. Hey. >> Hey, Nurly. Good. But the Speedance is called the Gym Nano, and Speediance is already making gym tech. They're applying it and doing a competitor that looks pretty much exactly like the

[02:02] Voltra. My assumption is they did this with Tonal. They basically made a cheaper tonal. So, finally, we're going to get cheaper digital resistance units that aren't like really low resistance. They're teasing it as upwards of 220 lb

[02:15] resistance. Has all the things that you want from eentric chains, uh, reverse you're looking for, and I think it should be cheaper. So, I think one there will be competitors other than Voltra that can push them, make all the

[02:30] parties better, but also drive down the price so people can actually afford them. Then smaller competitor in the US, think is going to be making a big splash. We've been talking about these

[02:43] splash. We've been talking about these guys for years. That's ATX. ATX is coming to the US, I hope, this year. We'll see. They were supposed to be coming last year. We saw them at Home Gym Con. They were there supposedly the

[02:56] Gym Con. They were there supposedly the year before, too. But the the ATX is competitor in the US. They will compete with the likes of the Rep Fitnesses, the with the likes of the Rep Fitnesses, the Rogue Fitnesses. Their equipment is very

[03:09] that I've been using for some time or wait till you can actually buy it to something that many companies have kind of slowed in doing, and that is making multi-purpose machines for home gyms that are compact. One example is their

[03:24] chest press, shoulder press piece, which is extremely well done, and ATX is kind of like uh a mid-tier commercial option. Then a bench that has since come out. I haven't seen it in person. That piece is the Tibar Guy Apex bench. This bench

[03:39] came out of absolutely nowhere. I was not expecting it. And it has like 50 attachments. It's a full ecosystem. But what is most unique about it is the fact

[03:51] that they're using the backpad ability to go up and down for a belt squat. And I think that is just incredible. It's one of those things that's like so simple. Why didn't anybody, including myself, think about it? That bench looks

[04:08] sweet. I don't know the quality. It's just the idea around it. It looks pretty on that, let me know in the comments. Then PRX recently came out with their Then PRX recently came out with their Profile Pro in functional trainer. What

[04:23] this is is they're taking their foldable rack and they're adding a full-on dual stack functional trainer to the back, which actually I should ask for royalties on this or something because when I was out in in Fargo, I was like,

[04:36] why aren't you guys doing more for the slim rack design? It's like your slim rack design? It's like your calling. Why not do a full stacks on the back slim functional trainer? And that's exactly what they did. And they did it

[04:48] well. It looks awesome. Heavy stacks. They're using the dialed motion trolleys that are lightweight, fit in, have the retractors on them and big heavy stacks off the back. And they made it so you could still add the folding flat bench

[05:02] or the incline bench that attaches to the wall as well. I think it's genius. So, that's a piece I really want to try. Okay, you can't talk about new releases without talking about like the release king that is Larry Nolan at Bullet Crew

[05:14] Fitness. Larry is constantly teasing new items. One is the All Bar. The all bar is sneakily good. I think the reason being it was kind of presented what I saw more as a bar that you can use on your BTS trolleys, which is cool and I

[05:30] want [music] it for that type of thing. It has adjustable arms and mechanisms, so you can basically use it kind of like a Smith bar for press, but he showed the ability to deadlift with it by adding other attachments and says like most

[05:43] bulletproof stuff, there's more attachments coming for the bar, [music] which will be awesome. He's calling it the all bar because I think it can be used like a trap bar, like a safety squat bar, like on the BTS, like a

[05:56] it a bar that you can use for all those things with attachments to the actual frame. And I think that's amazing. In fact, I thought that's what Rogue was going to do with their MG bar because they came out with the MG bar and it had

[06:10] could add handles. I thought they're going to add a bunch of other stuff and they didn't end up doing it. I think the all bar is going to be that. So, I can't wait to get that in our hands. Another one is their belt squat. He's shown this

[06:23] belt squat, which is a really slim design that goes up against the upright. It's on linear bearing, so it goes up and down, but then he has an additional linear bearing on the actual piece that you attach your belt to so that you can

[06:36] either be in a fixed plane or you can do something that the Squatmax MD allows, and that is forward and backward travel. So, you're always centered. the like basically the resistance is always perfectly straight down. That's

[06:51] Brian Hennessy has talked about for years, why he says the Squat Max MD is best, and it is, in my opinion, the best for pure squatting. But this from Bulletproof, this should be able to do the same thing in a more compact

[07:05] platform, maybe cheaper because it's smaller and I think should allow for additional versatility, too. So, that piece specifically, the bell squat looks epic. And then if you're in the isolator ecosystem with bulletproof, the

[07:18] pullover, I I there just something about pullover. Most normies, they're not into fact, guys, what does a pullover do? This one, see, they're doing the ab

[07:30] the camera. A pullover is a lap pullover. So, it's basically a U bar. You stick, there's typically pads here, and it's a lap movement. And few people have used these. It's amazing, but they

[07:43] take up so much space. There is no way to add that to a home gym now except with the new isolator. Uh that's a little piece, but for me like that that thing is gold. I I cannot wait to use that. A piece I've got to mention and I

[07:58] think is going to come out. I've been told teased with many times the Alco safety squat bar. There are a billion in one safety squat bars and they have delayed the release of this thing and teased me in so many different ways.

[08:13] It's like the hype is going to be high, so this thing better be good. But I'm curious to see what Alco will do because if you have forgotten, Alco came out if you have forgotten, Alco came out with the OPEN deadlift bar, which blew

[08:26] the industry away, took it by storm, and now everybody produces an open trap bar. So, if they can mirror some of that magic, which I think Alo can, with the magic, which I think Alo can, with the safety squat bar, uh, I'm here for it.

[08:39] just came out with a trap bar with a shoe on it. What? >> Yeah. Yeah. Trap bar with a shoe. Two let me know in the comments. I have it on my porch right now. A piece that

[08:55] Bells of Steel has come out with, which I don't think anybody I haven't seen used yet, is the legacy leg extension leg curl, but also used as a preacher the the different portions of the movement, the engineering is pretty cool

[09:08] for adjusting it. Uh, that piece looks sweet. It is pricier than I expected from Bells of Steel, over 1,000 bucks. I think it's like 1,200, 1,300. But based with, it looks like it has more engineering involved. That and the

[09:22] pendulum squad that has the ability of military press. Those are both items I think are pretty cool. Fringe Sport this year is coming out with some cool stuff. The Super Dane, they've also teased a little functional trainer in the

[09:34] background that looks really sweet. the given arms which we have in which are basically a freeotion style arm that are long for their DNE series but can also be work on this. They have the Drew which is a lap pull down attachment and

[09:47] then the Dragonfly. Honestly, Fringe is cooking and I'm here for it. Fringe has established themselves as the mid tier and they're innovating in the mid tier which I think there's a big lack of. You got budget and you've got the budget

[10:01] to get mid tier but they're not really there. You got higher end road rep and mid is just kind of going away. Uh and I think fringe sports specifically Pete Keller are killing in the mid tier. Rep and Rogue Top of the Mountain.

[10:17] First, there is two things I want to mention. Not related to them. There are two adjustable dumbbells I know of that are coming out. I've seen videos of both are coming out. I've seen videos of both of them. And uh let's just say

[10:32] there's going to be some competition. You don't know which ones they are. Nobody's seen them, but they're what you're wanting. I'll just say that. Okay. Rep fitness. Obvious one. The one I'm most excited for. Dialed motion.

[10:46] curl, preacher curl, all that sort of jazz. That thing, everybody wants it. Everybody's looking forward to it. Uh, Dialed Motion decided to partner with Rep Fitness, which sounds cool and is helpful except for the fact that it's

[11:00] another year for it, which seems insane to me. Like literally, you can't get out quicker than that. At the same time, I understand them doing it because if Dial would not be able to fulfill the volume and nobody would have it. So, everybody

[11:15] has to wait so that everybody can have it. But, Rep has a couple other things that are forthcoming. One, freeotion style arm. So, they teased a freeotion style arm that is more compact than I'd like. Okay. And I I told him that I told

[11:29] You got to give me more length. >> Give me that subway foot long, baby. >> Give me that subway foot long, baby. Exactly. Meatball sub. I need it longer. But that looks pretty sweet. They've got the stride bike finally coming. Uh the

[11:43] VPR system. Seems like Stepper has come out with all the VPR items except they're more commercial. are pretty expensive and maybe Rep's going to do more home gym oriented items. But I will say the airbike that has the adjustable

[11:57] fan blades uh like you needed to make an air bike even harder, but with the knurled handle in the it just they seem to be coming out with things slower, but

[12:09] hoping they're trying to learn from the Aries 1.0 mistake and uh stop doing like generation 1 2 3 right after each other. And hopefully it's like, you know, this and you don't really want to make many changes on it. That's what I'm hoping.

[12:25] Uh, and that bike, it's going to be a legit competitor. And I'm hoping they do that was the one I was most excited for when I was out there in Fibo when I saw it in Germany. They did come out with the altitude rack. Looks pretty sweet.

[12:39] It is mid-tier. I think people were probably wanting a more budgetoriented rack. It's interesting. I got to try it. Uh, the value prop, I don't know if it's a hit yet. We'll see. I think a lot of times the price is so close to the

[12:53] Aries, I'd probably just recommend going to the Aries or going down quite a bit to the Aries or going down quite a bit in price. Uh, but nonetheless, looks in Europe, you know, people in Europe get upset like Koopy never talked up.

[13:07] Repens are coming to Europe in kilogram. So you kilogram lovers, third, come. Okay, then Rogue, you got Rogue Echo Ski, you got Rogue Air Rhino, you got Rogue Milo TV in the rack, and then I think the one that I most want this

[13:23] year, Rogue Smith machine. They need a Smith machine attachment. They need to and they're [music] like, you know, we're not against doing it. It's just

[13:35] one of Rogue's like big things and it kind of has to be because they're so big is safety. They got to have safety. Like, so I think they may be worried. Most Smith machines are counterbalanced. How can you do a counterbalanced Smith

[13:47] machine attachment? So, if they can do a counterbalanced Smith machine attachment that fits in their FM series racks, oh, bite. People are going to be all over it. All I'd say, Rogue, is please make it so

[14:00] it's not just a fixed bar. Give me an option to use ISO handles. I I got to have it. I got to have the stretch. give me an option to replace in-n-out some different bars um and make it so it's lightweight counterbalance. Oh, it's so

[14:16] I'm most excited for for this next year. items I haven't mentioned, but without making this video like 4 hours long, it's kind of hard to do so, but we'll be reviewing a lot of this stuff. If you'd
