if you're experiencing reduced or no suction the dirt cup may be full or there may be a clog in your system first remove the dirt cup and empty it over the trash can take out the rinsable filter located inside the top of the dirt cup and rinse it under running water until it runs clear then allow it to completely air dry before putting it back into the dirt cup make sure the lid is closed all the

way then put the dirt cup back into place remove the hose by pressing the hose release button clear out any hair or debris stuck inside the hose then reattach it so it snaps firmly into place remove the hepa filter at the base by pulling out the filter frame tap it over a trash can to empty any debris and wipe clean with a dry cloth we recommend replacing the primary filter every six months for optimal performance to
