"The title promises six signs, but the video delivers five, padded with a lengthy sales pitch for the creator's course."

AI Summary

This video outlines five signs that indicate a YouTube channel is on the verge of blowing up, based on the creator's experience with faceless channels. It emphasizes the importance of impressions, replication of successful competitors, and key metrics like CTR and AVD. The creator also promotes his school community for further learning.

[00:40]
Impressions are the first sign

If you post seven videos in 20 days and don't get more than 10,000 impressions, you're in trouble. The fix is to take down videos, re-export, and repost on a different channel.

[01:43]
Replication over originality

Only four out of thousands of students succeeded with original ideas. Replicating successful competitors is more effective.

[02:21]
Study competitors

Find a competitor, copy their title and thumbnail style. Example: a car niche channel with 1.8M views/month.

[04:00]
Thumbnail creation

Make the thumbnail before the video. Use similar elements like car facing right, text boxes, and dramatic effects.

[07:03]
Key metrics: CTR and AVD

CTR and AVD are the most important metrics. For trendy niches, CTR must be over 10% and AVD over 5 minutes.

[08:52]
Audience insights

Use YouTube Studio's Audience tab to see what other channels your audience watches, and the Content tab to see how they find your videos.

Tutorial Checklist

1 00:40 Check your impressions in YouTube Studio. If you have less than 10,000 impressions after 7 videos in 20 days, take down your videos, re-export them, and repost on a different channel.
2 02:21 Find a successful competitor in your niche. Go to their most popular video and copy the broad search title.
3 04:00 Create a thumbnail that mimics the competitor's style: same layout, colors, and text placement. Make it before the video.
4 05:07 Track your competitor's daily uploads and slightly change your content ideas to stay similar but not identical.
5 07:03 Monitor your CTR and AVD. For trendy niches, aim for CTR over 10% and AVD over 5 minutes.
6 08:52 Use YouTube Studio's Audience tab to see what other channels your viewers watch, and the Content tab to see how they find your videos.

[00:01] channel is going to blow up? I know that as a small YouTuber, you're just kind of that is not what you want to do. So, in this video, I'm going to try and fix Sign number one is the amount of impressions you're getting. If you're a

[00:15] your own YouTube channel, you shouldn't care about views at the beginning. You should be focused on the impressions. How many impressions are you getting? views. For those of you that don't know what impressions are, that's when

[00:28] YouTube shows your video to someone. Meaning that your video appeared in their suggested, recommended, browse, homepage, wherever. So, let's go ahead and say this. Let's say you post seven videos in 20 days. If you do not get

[00:40] more than 10,000 impressions, you're in trouble. And a lot of people are going school community where I teach people how to do YouTube, primarily faceless couple of months, there were so many students that were not getting any

[00:53] impressions. They had great thumbnails. They had great titles. They had great ideas, but YouTube just wasn't showing it. Now, this is the fix. Take down your videos, reexport them, and repost them on a different channel. I've had

[01:05] multiple students repost the same exact videos onto YouTube again, and it picked up almost instantly. Now, wait, before you comment, "Oh, that means, you know, YouTube is luck then." No, that's not what it means because we know how to fix

[01:17] it. We know what to do. So, therefore, it's not luck. So, let's say you launch videos, and you get thousands of impressions. Well, congratulations. You going to recommend your content. The

[01:30] second sign that your YouTube channel is going to blow up is just replication and understand? Again, I've worked with thousands of students and only four of them have succeeded with their own original ideas. And yes, I know it's

[01:43] four students because it it shocked me. And listen, this is a concept that it's just don't want to understand it. They don't care. They want to be completely original. Cool. But your chances are now going to be lower. And that's the truth.

[01:55] That's how YouTube works. That's how the entertainment business works. How do I know? I've been doing this since 2018. I've made over $1.7 million with my faceless YouTube channels. I have tried my own original ideas, a lot of them,

[02:07] which was a a country channel just covering the life and story of country music artists. That's honestly the the secret to YouTube. It's just doing what that multiple times, but I'm going to show you because this technically takes

[02:21] me to sign number three, and that is understanding why people click on a and say that I want to start a YouTube channel in the car niche, right? I want thing I need to do is find a competitor, someone that's already doing it. Now,

[02:35] do faceless videos, you want to do like personality, whatever, cool. This still still applies to your channel. This is a faceless YouTube channel that gets about 1.8 million views a month. And for those of you that don't know, that is over

[02:50] $10,000 a month. And I know that because one of my YouTube channels in the last 28 days has gotten 3.2 million views. And that's paid me $33,675. So, he's easily made over $10,000. So, once you find a competitor, the first

[03:04] thing you want to do is go to their videos and go to their most popular. And his most popular video was posted 7 months ago, has 2.6 6 million views and it's titled do not buy these cars. So, I'm going to click on his video and I'm

[03:17] just going to copy the title, just the first part, right? The the broad search. And I'm just going to search for it. And look at that. Isn't that interesting? The two top videos that appear for such a broad title, which is do not buy this

[03:30] car, are both faceless YouTube channels with the same style of thumbnail. Both of them have a car facing to the right, big text at the top, and smaller text personality channels under it. This guy 2 years ago, 955,000. This guy posted

[03:46] this video 17 hours ago, but he didn't follow their style. This guy, 455,000 views in 6 months. Nobody else comes close but them. So, what am I going to first. Yes, you're going to make the thumbnail before you make the video

[04:00] getting people to click your video. production of this video can be done with AI or outsourced to a freelancer. master is camouflaging your channel to look like theirs. So, we have the

[04:14] blueprint here, car facing to the right, two boxes of text. So, I'm going to go on Google and search up Range Rover side profile, and I'm going to download this Then, I'm going to make it brighter. Then, I'm just going to remove the

[04:26] background. I'm going to add a landscape. Add some smoke in there for for, you know, dramatic effect. Add the red box. Then, I'm going to add different. And I'm going to do the text at the top.

[04:40] And boom. Done. This is the thumbnail that I took inspiration from. And this is the one I made. Now, if we just add my thumbnail right under theirs, do you see the vision? The guy that I'm replacing this thumbnail with went a

[04:54] his views are honestly not that bad considering when it was posted. But regardless, if we just replace it with the thumbnail I made, it falls under that category. So, okay, cool. Thumbnail has to be the same. ideas also have to

[05:07] competitors here. So, you're just going to keep track every single day of what be in the car niche. Uh you keep track of what they're posting every single day and just change something slightly. And guess what? The editing is going to be

[05:21] relatively the same. Now, I don't mean copy paste his actual video. I mean make it similar. What type of images did he use? What type of videos did he use? Did type of background music did he use? What type of AI voice did he use? Do the

[05:34] same thing. The second that you understand that you have to camouflage like your top competitors is the second And it might not be your first try, right? It might not be the first 15

[05:46] try something else, but you still approach it the same. It's bound to work. I had a student named Omar. Shout out to you, Omar. He showed up to every single live call for like 3 months. I go live two times a week in in my school

[05:59] community. He asked me questions. He had me review his channel. And I believe that he changed channel about three times. Three times, four times. And that is until it worked. But yes, I've had students succeed within the first week

[06:11] with uploads. But you know, not everything is rainbows and flowers. as long as you understand the concept of what you're supposed to do and how to same thing on this channel. If you search up the titles of my videos, if

[06:25] you look at the thumbnails, it's all every single one of them is molded from someone else's video. I got inspired by someone else's video. That's why you're video is because it was molded for something you've either seen in the past

[06:37] or a structure of a thumbnail and title that you've seen before. So, you you're watching to this point of the video, you you know my strategy worked. YouTube is the same all across the board. It's an algorithm the way it

[06:50] works. You know, it's just CTR AVD. Now, the reason a lot of people fail on YouTube is because they try and copy personalities. Even if I took insane inspiration and almost word for word and thumbnail the same thing as Mr. Beast,

[07:03] Beast. You know that the personalities are different. Which takes me to the that matter when it comes to your YouTube channel, especially if it's faceless. Okay. Click-through rate means how many people saw your YouTube video

[07:16] on again search, homepage, browse, whatever, and clicked on it. So that means out of 32.3 million people, 3.2 million of them clicked on it, which equals to 7.4%. 4% which is not the worst. Now, average view duration means

[07:30] that out of these 3.2 million people, they watch my videos for an average of 10 minutes and 56 seconds, which is really, really good. Now, this YouTube channel is in the celebrity news niche. And for the celebrity news niche, you

[07:42] usually want your CTR to be way higher. Like, your CTR has to be over 10%. But with this is because my average view duration is almost 11 minutes, which is niche, like the car niche that I just showed you, health, something like that,

[07:57] relatively lower than this. As long as it's over 5%, you're fine. But your average view duration has to be high. If you're going to do a trendy niche, that's like celebrity news like mine, or WNBA news, MMA news, you know, things

[08:10] that are time-sensitive information that you have to get out. Your CTR has to be over 10% and your average view duration has to be over 5 minutes. And from my experience, that is a 98% accuracy on if your channel or videos are going to pop

[08:25] away with this, even though I'm in the celebrity news niche, is because of my videos about the P Diddy trial. And I know that a lot of you are curious. The RPM for this is $1049. Meaning that for every 1,000 views, I

[08:39] get paid $1049. And the last sign that your YouTube channel is going to blow up is what your audience wants. YouTube tells you what what your audience watches. So, if you go to your YouTube studio and you go to

[08:52] audience and I scroll down, I can see channels that my audience also watches, algorithm or not, right? If I make videos about cars and these are channels that my audience watches, I'm cooked, you know, because that has nothing to do

[09:07] audience watches, you can see videos, shorts, lives. This is also very very because if your videos aren't performing, okay, well, click on one of script? Did they side with the audience? Did they stay in the middle? What did

[09:22] is, guys. That's all it is. And if you switch over to content and you scroll down, you can see how they find your videos. Browse, suggested, YouTube search, channel pages. You know, this kind of this gives you everything. So,

[09:37] may be hard for some of you to understand, but I recommend and I'm recommend that instead of focusing on how to create highquality content, you first focus on how to read the analytics, which I just explained. It's

[09:51] not that complicated. And studying your competitors, become a master at some successful channels. Then you can go ahead and start experimenting with whatever you want. Most importantly, be consistent. You know, a lot a lot of

[10:03] people think that uploading 10 videos is going to make them a millionaire. If you it like a job and then it becomes a business. Now, if you're someone that click the link in the description of this video or in the pinned comment and

[10:16] community. For those of you that don't give a goodbye. Thank you for truly understand what I'm saying or what I'm saying makes sense and it's true, I cover all of this in my school

[10:29] YouTube automation since 2018. Trial and errors, I've done it. All of the good and bad experiences, I've had them. And they're all here in video format for thumbnails, how to use Photoshop, how to

[10:42] use Cap Cut, how to use Canva, Premiere Pro, editing, outsourcing, scripting, not only that, I also give you all of the niches you can do. And guess what? niches is not just like something random that I found. These are niches that I've

[10:56] students succeed in, and they're in the order of which one is the best and easiest to start for beginners. Celebrity news, easiest, WNBA, close second, vintage Hollywood, evergreen, slow but pretty effective. And like I

[11:09] mentioned earlier, I go live two times every single week. And this is where I questions, review your channels, all that good stuff. Also, if you want free copyright music, I provide that for you. You want to hire editors, I provide that

[11:21] pre-monetized channel. Allegedly, it's probably in here. I don't know. And as for the wins, we have Allan here, who started in January of this year with a unmonetized YouTube channel. And look at him now. Aman got monetized on the 27th,

[11:36] and he's already made 800 bucks. Nadisha here joined on April 16th. Before Nadisha was struggling, and on the month that he joined, he made $3,100 with Link is going to be in the description of this video or in the pin comment. But

[11:51] this is for you, try it yourself first before joining the community. But yeah, what time is it? It's 5:47 a.m. I've been up all night and I have jury duty in 3 hours. I I really don't want to go. Do I get arrested if I don't
