[07:26] more fun way to shop than to see like a picture in your Instagram feed think about the difference think about the difference right now of somebody just seeing a picture of this me and Sid we do our best we have a picture even a

[07:39] video or even a video of me being like this is the next Pokemon get in early for 40 bucks on [ __ ] Gary ve I'm telling you right now you're going to good ad it'll do fine but I'm telling

[07:51] real time right because I can also interact right and so there's just so much to them I don't know I'm really excited about it so Commerce tainment to me is when

[10:52] that should I go backwards instead of you know or start something else it instead of yeah you you can hear me right yeah I can and slow I can't motivate you out of your

[11:09] fear consistently I can make you feel better for the next hour but I'm going to give you information that might make you feel information that might make you feel better

[11:22] forever I have no idea if you're going to pull this off or not but I'm so happy for you because high-paying jobs for someone like you are always going to be there my brother these corporations need you there's going to always be a

[11:36] seat at that cubicle for you so you're going to go do this I have no clue if you're going to win or lose you you even the fact you know it just even if you were meant to win maybe the global economy melts right anything

[11:52] the global economy melts right anything can happen this is business this is life but you've already won brother here's why the amount of people that are 67y old you who wanted to try and did not and

[12:06] you who wanted to try and did not and every day it eats at them every day you will never have that you may lose your savings but you're a [ __ ] kid you're going to make more savings again so I have no idea in 18 months if

[12:21] you're going to be happy and building your own thing or you're going to be back at a job and you're going to be listen to me carefully happy because you've learned who you are and there's nothing

[12:34] embarrassing about not being an entrepreneur [ __ ] [ __ ] I I'm pissed I'm an entrepreneur 90% of the time you know what I mean there is nothing wrong with not being an entrepreneur there's nothing wrong with

[12:47] corporation or company it'd be nice for you to pick a company you enjoy being in that's important that's a that's a real quality of life issue but you'll never quality of life issue but you'll never ever never ever wonder if you could have

[13:02] experience and I'm proud of you and I'm happy for you I needed this thank you so much you got it my brother guys great mistake to time without getting through the 99% that I've never been on once McKenzie

[14:30] them the truth and um you know that's just it it's [ __ ] hard out here when have a lot of love and gratitude for that person you know and so um you know

[14:43] I I think the way to do it is in order Clarity respect and then if you can feel like they put you on they helped you they were there then you're in your spot and very honestly I was great at number three but it took me a while to

[14:58] get deep in at number one and two and that's that lack of cander that this kid I wish somebody told me this when I was a kid cander is going to make this the best it can be if you give them

[15:36] 30s and even into my 40s that I wasn't able to tell them you're not part of this train anymore I've made a subjective decision you know that you're done but you can't continue cuz you haven't you're not good enough in my

[15:49] please God go out there and prove me wrong and I'm glad I'm in a place in my in November where I think I'm getting better I've been doing some of that even this week even yesterday something I couldn't have done 5 years ago and so I

[21:02] love they love to point fingers about how their older brother younger sister how their older brother younger sister got lucky or they have it so good stop rolling in [ __ ] mud New York City says life is tough or life is

[21:16] says life is tough or life is easy simplify your how many people are much happier right now than they they've been historically

[21:31] because this last political cycle they were just like [ __ ] it I'm just not even going to pay attention they took control of what they consumed and thus they were less anxious and upset like I don't know man like [ __ ]

[21:45] and then the third one is stop valuing other people's opinions when you go somewhere and people make you feel lesser than [ __ ] them the [ __ ] are you are you looking up to business people that made more money than you four the

[21:59] [ __ ] are we looking up to we completely lost our way we used to look up to [ __ ] our grandpa we used to look up to [ __ ] religious figures right we used to look up to you know who used to be famous in 1950 in America pilots and

[22:12] astronauts and politicians now it's [ __ ] people who politicians now it's [ __ ] people who are selling sex on yeah I went there that I mean like [ __ ] man like what are we [ __ ] looking up

[22:27] to like don't look up to me cuz I'm good at making money look up to me cuz I treat people nice don't look up to me because how I'm sitting here and I'm trying to give value the [ __ ] are we looking up to you

[25:11] I wanted to pursue like in the long term like I want to do the public speaking for years otherwi I want to pursue the entrepreneurship how old are you 23 okay until I was 34 years old I worked in a liquor

[25:26] store I yeah was like yeah okay so what do we talk about do we talk about here yeah yeah so I'm very young I'm so half time yeah maybe you have unbel what do you mean maybe you're [ __ ] 23 I

[25:41] know you got the beard and [ __ ] and you think you're 27 but you're 23 bro yeah yeah yeah I know that yeah bro you still got braces you're 23 yeah yeah the [ __ ] are we the bra yeah bro no no the braces are perfect

[25:54] I'm saying you're young you're young you're young doing is you're checking the box to you know get your foundation you know help

[26:06] yourself help your family I understand I did that yeah but you have unlimited time to achieve your goals yeah but what what's the what's it like what's the crucial T to stay like when

[26:21] you figuring what what to know what to like what to say I'll tell you create this by taking action by emailing every by

[26:33] by taking action by emailing every by emailing every single conference that is within 2 hours driving of you or train or bus and emailing them and saying I would like to speak for free at your conference and having 50 of them say no

[26:48] and then one says yes and then you gave your first talk and then you learn how to give speeches yeah yeah action yeah yeah yeah I'm doing some like creative content and building my

[27:01] personal brand as well for this Foundation yeah started you know brother you know the answers yeah you know what I'm going to say yeah know every time I struggle with

[27:15] this why it is not working what means I'm doing on the wrong stuff only because you're only because you're judging actions and too you're judging things in too small of a window yeah yeah

[27:29] when I was 27 when I was 27 years old and a customer came in and they were grabbing a bottle of wine and they Dro that bottle of wine and the bottle Falls and it spills and I went to the back room and got the mop to clean it up do

[27:43] you think anybody watching me at that moment at 27 years old mopping up wine in a liquor store in Springfield New Jersey said you know what that kid is entrepreneur and on the cover of magazines

[27:58] and [ __ ] taking the biggest stages in the world do you think people thought the world do you think people thought that I did yeah I know maybe you know don't judge your actions within a little window to justify where you're

[28:13] going oh you like that mcken mcken likes that that was a good one it's a little different that was a little different I have to be patience and like you have to play a long time game like five years 10 years do you know do you know why I like

[28:26] years do you know do you know why I like patience yeah do uh do you know why because great things take time maybe no because we have no choice it's no because we have no choice it's practical yeah here are your options for

[28:39] Success believe in patience do the right things and build your foundation or say [ __ ] you Gary and go try to do quick Rich schemes until they all fail and you're 40 you're a [ __ ] loser and nobody wants to be around

[28:52] loser and nobody wants to be around you you no I don't want any and all yeah I want to be rich even I have that goal as well but I want to build the right skill set so long what how many hours a day do you

[29:07] work at your job I do like 9 to 10 hours like yeah great what do you do with the other 14 hours of your life I'm creating some content and other time I'm learning from this personal

[29:20] brand like attending this workshops and all another time I'm exploring some new ideas like how to like uh speak on the stages and practicing the public speaking skills and all yeah I think you're how much do you

[29:34] sleep I sleep I do like 6 to S hours winning you're doing everything right yeah stop being scared myself like I think I'm not like what I'm not on a

[29:48] right track because because I'm I know I am young but I I have these goals like pass since two years but I procastinate on it why so I regret now why I how with wasted the time so I have having that regret brother you listen having

[30:04] ambition is phenomenal but beating yourself up on little technicalities is problem yeah yeah and I strugle with proc as because I cannot say discipline and self confoundable for myself so I'm learning

[30:20] that how to be discipline and how to stay consistent on my game can I can I ask you one favor and then I have to go on can I ask you one favor yeah I got yeah yeah now that we have this moment can you promise me one

[30:33] thing yeah be nicer to yourself yeah yeah have to confidence in myself yeah not confidence be nicer to not confidence be nicer to yourself yeah yeah last year I would say

[30:48] my impact was minuscule I had to build a foundation for Vayner X's infrastructure I had to build a foundation for V friends to be a live Commerce and Product Company I you guys all know here you all know here I sat in that [ __ ]

[31:03] room 12 hours a day the whole year I didn't Gary ve it I wasn't on stage I with content all year cuz I wasn't feeding you like I'm doing finally now again I would [ __ ] sat in that [ __ ] office for 12 hours a day no big

[31:17] [ __ ] office for 12 hours a day no big meetings nobody hearing my stories in the liquor store you [ __ ] watched it at the height of my career I sat in that [ __ ] office for 12 hours a

[31:36] know what you're worried about the last two years what yeah one last thing I have small personing my entrepreneurship means I'm helping with my mom's business like food business and I want to do other business as well means exploring

[31:51] some ideas what's a good for when starting your business a good book no book you chat GPT and ask a questions that are on your mind yeah like even I have some few ideas but

[32:06] I struggle with what idea have to start like have some like a startup ideas and want to see like build some like what event hting platforms s brother you you have action

[32:20] you have action problems yeah yeah maybe again and the action will come once you build a nice Foundation from your pce you understand yeah all right I love you I got to move we'll talk

[32:33] soon oh that was good listen I got a little emotional there for a second you guys know how I roll like did you see what I [ __ ] sat in that like please are not like how you thought they were going to be there's going to be moments
