Before time, I want you to get a piece of paper or a notebook in a pen or if not in a computer, type these things down.
[01:26] Okay, itong unang assignment po pag ikaw nago guluhan na di mo alam po ban. Kung magbubayan number one make a list of all of your debts. We're gonna make a list. We're gonna check it twice. We're gonna find out who's naughty or nice.
[01:38] Lahat nang isulat mo ii mga utang mo personal loan mo credit card loan mo mortgage loan mo lahat isulat mo. Okay, kailangan nga kasulat puyan. Kasi pag hindi mo sinulat niyan, hindi mo malalaman.
[01:50] Ata ka personal loan, paghala ng mga tao. And honestly, kung ay mo isulat niyan, how can you solve the problem? Number two, okay. Nextulat mo, gather all the information about each debt. Ano ibig sabihin po niyan, number one.
[02:03] Sulat niyo magkano magkano ng utang ii masulat mo first column. Number two, interest rate. Ano pung interest rate, nabina bayaran mo. Amas magkantanya, ito lagay mo yung highest to low. O niya rat 20%, 10%, 5% heat.
[02:17] Ito kategorais nat, ito raya ratais. Number three, how much are you paying on a monthly basis? Magkano binabayan mo sa loan mo or required that you need to pay. And then last question, is how long will it take you to pay off the loan?
[02:31] So again, so sulat niyatong apak, mo bakit po natin pinapasulat niyan, o kasin pinapasulat po, maraman malaman po natin. Kung talaga anong situasyon mo. I know it's scary, I know feeling naka overwhelm sa, but you got face it.
[02:44] Or else, it's not so solved. So right now, I'll give you six strategies. Itinit po ang anima strategies that can help you to pay off your debts as soon as possible, number one. Create a budget and stick to it.
[02:56] Again, as you make all the list already, ang gagawin puna natin, gagawan putainan debt repayment plan. So every month magkanapong iba prioritais to pay off sa personal loan mo, sa credit card mo, sa bahay mo, sa sakyan mo.
[03:09] Ipa prioritais puna natin niyan. Isulat niyo. And then once you know it, please, ito lang. Stay DC Plinted. Ayon po. Itinit sa kasi. Sinolat lang, nang bite lang once or twice pagatapos to nakalimutan na.
[03:23] Indika maka kalabas talaga nga. Okay, start number two na po tayo. After you have already, you know, created a budget and it's stick to the budget. Number two, avoid new debt. Please, please, please.
[03:35] Wang napokay mo mo utang pang bite pa ulit ng utang. Wang napokay mo mamit ng credit card kung hindi mo kaya. Wang mamit ka mo na nang cash or nang debit card mo. Kasi, alam mo. Kaya po yung utang para mag bite pa ulit ng utang.
[03:47] Nag hukukay lang tayo na mas malalim pan natin libyan. That's a reality. Masakit man sabihin, pero kailang ko sabihin to. Kong nagahanap ko yung naging ki. Mabayaran aga ng utang ko. Sana may itake lango ng pila.
[04:00] Kasi gao lango ng dair na. Obas na yung utang kung hindi niyo ng ko. Process o to. Strat number three that you can do para the pay of your debt. Simple and then fast. Find ways to cut expenses and earn more money.
[04:12] Ito ito parati ko sinasabi. Sa video natin mo yung bawa stagdag method. Bawa stang gasstusi na yung dikaid langan. At nagdagan ang ating income and noong. Kasi, ima je mo.
[04:25] Pagpinawasan mo yung gasstusi ng mo. May excess campera po yung mag bite ng utang. Pagdilagdagan mo yung income mo para pang bite na utang. Biba, nagegayaggayag sa nyo ba? Ang dami na punat ng discard. At kung gusto niyo magamat kung ano pang additional discard
[04:38] para komita ay watch my other videos na lang how to increase income. Let's go to Strat number four. Para mabilis na makawala sa utang pay of high interest. First. Unain pumunan natin yung mga malalakang interest.
[04:51] Pong yung nagpapabigat punang buhay punan natin. Kasi ima baka masyakayo. Yung binabayaran yung not 5,000 per month. Baka 2,000 or 3,000 nabukong kasi pagbayan na interest. Conti lang sa principal.
[05:03] Kaya ndika makawala wala. Kaya ang mas maganda. Strat number five na putay. Strat number five. At kung strategi na ito hindi ko niro yung recomien. Pero kung kailangan talaga. Kung kailangan gagawin mo.
[05:16] Pero gagawin mo ang once and for all hindi pa ulit ulit. Ang tavapun natin dito is dead consolidation. Ibig sa bin e. Gugrupo mo na imbist na limang pinaka utangan mo.
[05:28] Gagawin mo nang isa odanawa. Ili-minig mo na. Bakit ako magbabayan ng mas matas na interest na 20% If I can get someone to loan me for 5%. So maka kasi imb ako ng 15%
[05:40] Does it make sense? So mas maganda kung po pwede. Hindi ka ng umutam para magbayan ng utang. Ginaagawa mo to para mabawasa ng interest mo. At sa kaki ilandalang ang kausak mo.
[05:52] Diba? So importantipo intinatawang natin dead consolidation. Again, my friend, a goal is natubar to sustain the utang. But to remove big interest, Bawasa ang maka kausak.
