AI Just Changed YouTube Forever
45sThe opening promises a groundbreaking revelation about AI's impact on faceless channels, creating immediate curiosity.
▶ Play Clip"The title promises a game-changing shift, and the video delivers with concrete examples and actionable strategies, though it's padded with sponsor mentions and self-promotion."
The video discusses two major AI advancements—Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0 and SeeDance 2.0—that are set to transform faceless YouTube channels. The creator demonstrates how to use these tools to create high-quality, cinematic videos that stand out from AI slop, and emphasizes strategic monetization methods beyond ad revenue.
Two groundbreaking AI developments in the past few days: Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0 and SeeDance 2.0, which can produce cinema-style videos.
Allows users to create 3D scenes from images, walk around inside them, adjust composition, change perspective, and direct shots like on a virtual film set.
Create up to six connected shots in a single sequence, each 1-12 seconds at 1080p, with up to three characters, emotions, dialogue, and lip sync, maintaining consistency.
A true crime channel earning $25k-$70k/month, using 3D renders of scenes. Higgsfield can recreate these scenes in minutes for a fraction of the cost.
Space/alien planet channel with millions of views, uploading every few months. Higgsfield can generate stunning alien landscapes and animations.
Business documentary channels like Cold Fusion monetize best via communities and affiliates. Higgsfield can create cinematic visuals to hook viewers.
Creating tutorials on AI tools is the best monetization method, using affiliate programs and sponsorships. Example: student David made $100k/year with 3,000 subscribers.
SeeDance 2.0, recently announced, will be accessible via Higgsfield, which aggregates new models in one place.
Tools alone don't make money; strategy does. The 'money video' approach: a long video that all other videos drive traffic to, with a call to action at the end.
Student Kareem makes over $10k/month promoting a single AI software. Even 100,000 views with a small percentage buying a $50-$500 product can yield $2k-$20k/month.
The video emphasizes that leveraging new AI tools like Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0 can significantly enhance faceless YouTube channels, but success hinges on strategic monetization—such as educational tutorials and money videos—rather than just creating content.

17:38Strategy over tools
Emphasizes that success comes from strategic use, not just having access to powerful tools.
19:53[00:02] going to be the same again after this. I know that might sound hyperbolic and you the time and people are always like, "This is the best. No, this is the best." And they keep improving and improving. However, there's two major
[00:15] advancements that have been happening with AI just in the past couple days, >> [music] >> is groundbreaking. I don't know if or any of the clips that are out there online. And it's safe to say that this
[00:29] However, I'm going to be talking about it today in the context of faceless for those, how you can actually get access to it, as well as another AI tool that also recently came out called Higgsfield Cinema Studio 2.0, which can
[00:45] produce incredibly great cinema style videos. And I'm going to show you how can use these tools, the best platform to do it on to give your faceless YouTube channel a huge leg up on the competition. And I think it's a really
[00:58] good idea anytime new models are coming out that we're some of the first people to use them on our channels, so it separates us from all the other channels out there. And the thing is that most people are going to be using these tools
[01:11] for entertainment YouTube channels. And as we've discussed so many times on this channel before, that's not the best use of these tools if you actually want to potentially make a lot of money from them. The best use is in running
[01:24] due to the fact that we can sell something from them. That being said, this is going to step up the quality of our videos several times, and you'll see going to show you real channels that could actually be hugely benefited from
[01:37] this that are already doing incredibly well, how you can do this as well, and how you can monetize it to the next level while everybody else is just using everybody else is just going to be doing this in a way that's going to be
[01:49] commoditized, you're going to be doing this in a way that actually builds you a how how do that. And you'll be looking forward to every new AI tool without being scared, is this going to replace my YouTube channel like all the other
[02:02] excited because it's just going to make your channel better and better and more good thing that you're watching this video here today. Because this is literally going to change the way that you do YouTube forever. Now, if we
[02:14] been doing YouTube for the past decade. I've grown over a dozen channels. I've YouTube channels. But more importantly, YouTube channels. And that's because I monetize them correctly. So, whenever a
[02:28] new AI tool or a new AI model comes out, I always try to look at it through the lens of can this actually help me with what I'm currently already doing, which is running my faceless YouTube channels. And now we'll be talking about Seance
[02:40] 2.0 a little bit later. That's going to be an absolute game changer. However, first, we're going to be going over the new Higgs Field Cinema Studio 2.0. And I'm going to show you why it's genuinely different and it produces incredible
[02:52] your faceless videos stand out. Now, the reason this matters so much right now is because so many people are using AI tools to produce spammy low effort content, also known as AI slop. And the thing about this type of content is it's
[03:06] not easily monetized. So, channels that do this are typically relying on ad views and they try to make the most shocking, you know, outrageous content ever. And really that's a race to the bottom because everybody's going to be
[03:18] using those tools to do that because everybody just follows the herd. I don't Warren Buffett when everybody's greedy, you should be fearful. And when greedy. So, when everybody's going one way using these tools to do one thing,
[03:33] which is creating AI slop YouTube channels, you should ask yourself, where's the opportunity in this that I'm missing? Which way should I go away from the herd to actually build this into a real business? Because YouTube's going
[03:45] effort YouTube channels. So, you have to you to make videos that actually give a lot of value. And the YouTube CEO has actually said that they're going all in on AI. They love AI, but they love it
[03:58] only if you use it as a tool that it's meant to be, rather than a crutch to generate AI slop. Now, I've gone over a bunch of different types of AI slop on that are now banned on YouTube and I showed examples of that. If you want to
[04:12] not to do. But in this video, I want to show you what you should do instead and what you should be focusing on and how you can use the newest state-of-the-art to eliminate the need for you to have to hire super expensive video editors in
[04:26] order to do this and it's going to save you so much money, so much time. It's something completely different. This is something that we have never seen in AI video generators before. And that's due to the fact that most AI video
[04:40] image in order to actually generate a video or you put text to do text video. This is completely different. You can actually use a prompt a base image and then here's where it gets really crazy. You can then enter that image as a 3D
[04:55] scene and literally walk around inside it, adjust the composition, change the perspective and it's basically like being on a virtual film set that you can actually direct and get the exact shot that you're looking for. Then what's
[05:08] camera. Now, I'm not too experienced with like movie cameras. You can all this stuff. But like I said, I'm not too experienced myself. But no matter what camera or what lens you use, it's going to make a really high-quality like
[05:22] going to make a really high-quality like documentary cinema style shot that if going to necessarily do that. And then you can animate it using a bunch of pre-built in motions. For example, pan, tilt, dolly, drone shot, handheld. You
[05:36] to type in a super complex prompt of what you're looking for. But one of the features that really matters the most for us faceless YouTube channels is the ability to do multi-shots. So this allows us to create up to six connected
[05:49] shots in a single sequence, each running 1 to 12 seconds long at 1080p. You can also add up to three characters, assign emotions, write dialogue with automatic lip sync, and the characters will stay consistent across every shot, and we'll
[06:02] explain why that's important in a second when it comes to monetization. And then, well. So, you have action, horror, comedy, western, suspense, and each one of these will change the pacing, the camera behavior, and the overall feel of
[06:17] it's one thing to have AI clips, but it's a whole 'nother to have actual AI filmmaking that you can use. And this might sound overwhelming, this might sound like too much. However, you'll see in just a second why this is so
[06:30] look. You will be able to make your channel stand out from all of the other channels out there by far. And now, this video is actually sponsored by Higgs Field, so huge thanks to them for
[06:42] that I was already using before they reached out about sponsoring this video, you a couple actual YouTube channels that could be using this tool to make tons of money. The first of which is this channel right here called Fern.
[06:56] Now, this channel's making an estimated 25,000 to 70,000 dollars a month, and sponsorships as a way of monetizing as well. But as we're going to get into a little bit later in this video, this is not the best way to monetize. So, this
[07:09] you could run using this tool, but I just want to show it to you as an some better types of channels in just a second. And they make these documentary style, kind of mysterious videos that do incredibly good, and they pay thousands
[07:22] of dollars per video that they have made. They've actually had job postings on their channel where they're offering absurd amounts for an editor to make these types of videos. But now, you can do it in just a couple minutes for a
[07:34] fraction of the cost. Now, some of the content that does best on this channel is like true crime type of content, and they do it in a unique way of having a 3D render of what they're talking about. So, let's say we wanted to create a
[07:46] scene like this channel of a dimly lit interrogation room for a true crime reveal. And what we're going to do is go into Higgsfield, go to Cinema Studio 2.0 generated some past things with this right here. And as you can tell, this is
[07:58] photo-realistic cinema-style quality right here. But essentially, what we do generate an image. So, I have a prompt right here of a dimly lit concrete interrogation room with a single overhead fluorescent light casting harsh
[08:12] And it basically describes it all in the mood and everything. You can easily use ChatGPT or even the built-in assist right here on Higgsfield to help you come up with this prompt. And what's cool is you can also do a grid, so you
[08:24] can generate, for example, a 4x4 grid of different scenes, so you don't have to generate scene by scene by scene. But I'm just going to show you as an example we'll actually generate four at a time right there, 16x9 aspect ratio. And then
[08:38] camera right here, you don't have to be some super professional filmmaker to understand what each of these different lenses and everything are. My personal recommendation is using the Studio Digital S35 with the Premium Modern
[08:52] Prime and keeping the focal length at 35 mm with an F4 aperture. That's just what around with these and everything. You can even ask AI what's the best lens setup to get the feeling that I'm looking for. But I just like to use that
[09:06] And then we'll go ahead and generate these. And wow, these are fantastic. what we're trying to do here. I really like this one right here. And then what the game-changing things about this, is click create 3D scene. Now, this is
[09:22] going to process and create our 3D scene that we can actually enter and change angles. And now we have our 3D scene. We'll click this to enter it right here. And now check this out. We can pan around the scene and select what we want
[09:35] it to be focused on, For example, and we can also change the lens as well. So, let's keep it at a 24. Let's do kind of a zoomed-in one right there, and then click capture shot. That then saves that as another shot within
[09:49] our Cinema Studio that we can use. We can also move around the scene by absolutely insane. I'm literally moving around. This door wasn't here before, and we can reframe everything to get the perfect shot that we're looking for. And
[10:02] so now, once we have our image, what we can do is go ahead and click animate right here. This will bring us to the video tab of Cinema Studio, in which it will add this image as the first frame in the video that we're making. Now,
[10:14] what sets this apart is that we have a bunch of built-in movements built in to this that we can use. So, for example, let's say we wanted to do a slow dolly we'll do is select dolly in, and you can see an example of that right there. So,
[10:28] it's moving in slowly and smoothly towards the chair. And for speed ramp, So, you can actually choose how you like the motion to be. For example, you can down, and then it speeds up again, and so forth. So, you can set a custom one
[10:41] if you want. We'll just do slow right there. We'll do a 5-second clip for that. We don't really even need to explain anything here because this holds it all. But what's cool is that if we wanted to include a character, we can
[10:53] click this right here, and then upload characters and props that we can then reuse again and again throughout our videos. So, we don't really need to sound. We don't really need it for this one. We'll just do one video right here,
[11:06] that's loading, let me show you how you can do multi-shots. So, if you go in right here and select multi-shot manual, then you can select how long you want each shot to be. Let's say we want each one to be like 3 seconds. We'll do three
[11:20] different shots right here, maybe even four. So, we'll start with this, and we'll do a slowly zoom in on the chair while the smoke goes up. Then for the next shot, scene number two, we just
[11:35] click it. We'll do an extreme close-up of a gloved hand picking up evidence right there. For scene three then, we'll do a medium shot of a detective at a corkboard. And then for scene four, we'll do a wide shot pulling back to
[11:48] reveal an abandoned warehouse. And here's the one that we just generated right here, as you can see. And this looks incredibly good. And of course, we can make these a lot longer as well. We just did a couple second video right
[12:00] these are incredibly realistic. And now you're really looking at ad revenue and sponsorships, which can be quite making several hundred thousand dollars a month when you throw in sponsors on
[12:13] their channel as well. So obviously, that's really good. However, not every opinion, there's much better ways of using this tool to make a lot more Here's another channel called Melody Sheep, which gets millions of views per
[12:26] month, and they only upload a video every couple months. And it's looking at different alien planets and space videos and everything like that, and the channel does incredibly well. Kind of educational-based videos, and they look
[12:38] IMAX screen, as you can see right here. Like these are crazy good animations that in the past you'd have to pay a lot of money to make anything near this. So to go back to image. So we're going to use this prompt of a breathtaking alien
[12:52] planet landscape at twilight, towering bioluminescent trees emitting soft blue and purple light, a massive ringed gas giant dominated in the sky, strange giant dominated in the sky, strange luminous plants covering the terrain, a
[13:05] the world is it even going to do in this scenario? And we're even asking it to be I'm going to actually drop the focal length down to 14 because I want it to be more of a wide angle showing this entire landscape and everything. And the
[13:19] lower the number it is on focal length, the wider the angle. That's basically images here, and these look awesome. I love these so much. Like this one right here, this looks incredible. That's awesome. So then what we can do is again
[13:32] click animate. From here then, oh our multi shot's done as well. We'll take a use that right there. We'll get rid of that frame. So we're just going to be using this as the starting frame right there. And then for the movement on this
[13:44] through. So I think we'll select drone shot for the movement. And for the speed ramp, I want it to be speeding up. So we'll do speeding up right there. And this isn't going to be a multi shot. So we'll again single shot. We'll select
[13:57] the duration to be a bit longer like 7 seconds speeding up. And we'll do super seconds speeding up. And we'll do super fast fly through
[14:10] Buzzing the water and the trees super fast. Some motion blur right there. And we'll do just one video for that and we'll click generate. And now let's check out our multi shot for this
[14:25] one right here. Let's see what it made us.
[14:37] Look at that. It did all of the shots that we asked for it all in one video. different tools in order to make this. This is all just within Higgs Field, which is super epic. Now for monetizing this type of space channel, monetization
[14:50] gets a little bit better from the last channel that we showed. And every better and better. But basically what I would recommend is being an affiliate for something like Curiosity Stream, which is a monthly subscription kind of
[15:02] the people who watch this type of content, they love space documentaries. Stream, which you can right here. And you can get paid a set amount for every there. And you get you get several thousand people on there and you're
[15:17] making pretty decent money. Not the best channel for monetizing yet, but we are typically higher income as well, so the CPMs will likely be a little bit higher. You can expect to make around $8 to $12 per 1,000 views just from ad revenue
[15:31] from my own experience, which is also pretty nice. And now our video is done flying through the alien planet, so let's take a look at that right here.
[15:45] That's so awesome. It did exactly what we're looking for. So now let's get to one of the best ways of monetizing and one of the best types of channels that can monetize the best, which would be business documentary channels. Like this
[16:00] which gets millions of views per month, and they also have a community that they give paid access to as well, so they're making a ton of money from that. And even be an affiliate for people who are interested in making their own business
[16:14] due to the fact that everybody on here is likely interested in making their own business as well. So they just do these documentary style videos, and it's safe visuals throughout these videos, especially to hook people in the
[16:28] beginning of watching them without having to pay tons for a VFX artist or invaluable. Here's another channel called Magnets Media, which also gets only upload every few months, and they're doing incredibly well, but the
[16:42] because it's so expensive and it's takes so much time to make these types of videos. Well, no more. You can use AI to help you do all of this. And again, you either you make yourself or be an affiliate for another community. And the
[16:57] community without having to pay huge fees, like I see Cold Fusion right here, is using Patreon, which charges like 10% fees, which is crazy. Instead, I've actually been building a platform called moon.com, which has a way better UI,
[17:10] more AI features as well, and it's a way cleaner way of having your own community. So you can charge money for a community and monetize that way and plus can be an affiliate for any of the other communities on there and then get a
[17:23] percentage of the sale. So now let's move it even a rung up. What is the best way of monetizing with these types of AI videos? Well, it's actually what you're thinking Matt, what in the world are you talking about? Well, tutorials showing
[17:38] people how to use these new AI tools are in my opinion one of the best ways that you can be affiliates for the AI tools you talk about. Higgsfield has a great affiliate program. You can also get sponsored by different tools like
[17:52] by Higgsfield and as an added benefit you get to learn about all these tools edge while teaching and helping other people do so as well. You don't have to show your face either. There's channels like Zini Studio. I just made another
[18:06] faceless channel called Stickman Matt which is doing really good as well. faceless way. There's channels like Julian Goldie SEO which has a completely AI avatar that looks realistic as the face of his channel and he gets millions
[18:19] community he sells access to and makes tens of thousands of dollars per month way of monetizing with this at least in way that you want to go down but in my opinion I really like the educational
[18:32] route due to the fact that you have tons of different monetization streams and upon millions of views to potentially make a lot of money doing this. I have students like my student David who made over $100,000 in a year with only 3,000
[18:46] some huge channel you know getting millions of views to potentially make a showed you within this video is possible with Cinema Studio 2.0 right now today. But here is what is about to make this even crazier. SeeDance 2.0 which is
[19:02] recently announced and some people have out and everything so far is breaking the internet over the past week. And the best place to access it when it becomes available in the next few days here is
[19:15] going to be within Higgsfield itself. That's one reason I love these aggregators like Higgsfield and I really love the UI on Higgsfield and everything as well is due to the fact that when new models are coming out and the game just
[19:27] more and more impressive, it's nice to have everything in a single unified place to be able to access it. So, I highly recommend Higgsfield. I'll leave for them. They'll give you a really good deal on it. They gave me exclusive link,
[19:40] I do want to warn you about one thing when it comes to doing this, which is that tools by themselves don't necessarily make you money. It's the strategy that will make you money. It's the way that you use these tools. So,
[19:53] this to the next level. And no matter what type of channel that you're running, any of the channels that I've just showed you today would benefit from me break it down for you. If you watch any of the other videos on my channel,
[20:06] you know that I talk about money videos, which is essentially a super long video on your channel that all of your other videos drive traffic to, mostly from an end screen at the end of your videos. So, essentially what you do is every
[20:18] video you upload, you have an end screen that then drives people to a very long video on your channel. The reason it's long is because it's going to keep people on YouTube for an extended period of time and then you sell something at
[20:30] the end of that video. For example, if you're running a health channel, your super long video could be the hidden science behind why we age and how to reverse it step-by-step. You would use Cinema Studio 2.0 then to generate a
[20:42] super cinematic intro, transitions between sections and everything else, literally just be a slideshow. And then at the end of that money video, you have a call to action to whatever you're promoting and it'll be incredibly easy
[20:57] to sell it because people just watched a super long video and they've gotten convinced that your way or whatever you're teaching is the best way of doing it. And what you're promoting can be an affiliate product, a course of that's
[21:09] you found on moon.com, a digital product, a community, or even a different AI software, you could be an affiliate, for example, for something your video, you say, "If you want access to all of the different AI models, sign
[21:24] leave the link in your description, people sign up for it, and you start you really only need a couple hundred people signed up, and you'll be making more than a full-time income doing that. For example, one of my students, Kareem,
[21:37] he makes over 10 grand a month just promoting pretty much just a single AI software from his videos, and he does incredibly well. And his channel is not simple. Even if you just get 100,000
[21:49] if you do this correctly, and even just a tiny percentage of those viewers buy a $50 to a $500 product, whether it's yours or even an affiliate product, you're making anywhere from 2 to 20,000 a month. Now, obviously, I can't
[22:02] guarantee you'll make anything just by watching this video. Most people don't do anything with the information that I give in these videos, but the few that do, they leave comments on my videos in the future saying, "I'm so glad that I
[22:15] this a shot." So, I really encourage you, if this is something that you want to do, give it a shot. You've got nothing to lose. And now with AI tools, like I had to do in the beginning. In the beginning of starting my whole
[22:28] YouTube journey, I had to make all the videos myself, and then I had to hire people and spend all of my money hiring people and just hoping this was going to work, and some did, some didn't. And now, you can move so fast with a
[22:41] subscription to a couple AI software, it's absolutely crazy. And as we mentioned, the strategy behind how you're using these tools matters so actually get a lot of views doing this,
[22:53] and you make as much money as possible doing this, and you move incredibly do all of those things in a step-by-step basically for doing this, and that checklist is within this video right
[23:06] essentially a free course where I'll show you the best niches to do this in right now. Don't just make a top 10 channel using these tools. You need to one of these niches because it'll make you so much more money. And also make
[23:20] methods that I show in this video right here, and you're using that and you're using that secret method in order to get as many views as possible. It'll blow up your channel like crazy, super fast. My name is Matt Par. Thanks for watching,
[23:33] name is Matt Par. Thanks for watching, and I'll see you there.
