Fans Shutdown Payment Processers From Censoring Stellar Blade With Huge Petition

[00:08] unit right now. I'm not joking. This is

[00:09] actual real news that came out

[00:10] yesterday. But with that being said,

[00:12] there's been a bit of a situation and

[00:14] something that I kind of wanted to give

[00:15] an update on because I covered this

[00:17] information a few days ago. You'll

[00:19] probably recall me talking about this

[00:20] petition that was basically trying to

[00:22] force Shift Up in Stellar Blade Blood

[00:25] Reign to censor Eevee as a character.

[00:27] And the petition title was protect

[00:29] against sexualization of youthful

[00:31] characters in stellar blade blood reign.

[00:33] And so when I did my video last time,

[00:35] there was around like 50 signatures. And

[00:36] as you can see now, it's at 70

[00:38] signatures of the mentally ill. However,

[00:40] I also covered within that same video a

[00:42] few days ago that there was a counter

[00:45] petition that basically got a lot of uh

[00:47] you know, actual signatures to kind of

[00:49] counter this uh procensorship petition.

[00:52] And I want to show you just how much

[00:54] it's evolved since then. This is the

[00:56] petition to counter the censorship

[00:59] petition. Almost 4,000

[01:02] signatures.

[01:04] I love democracy. I really love

[01:07] democracy so much because if there is

[01:11] never like there's never been a better

[01:13] showcasing of just the complete shutdown

[01:16] of those that scream they want to censor

[01:19] characters, they want to censor gaming.

[01:21] This is a really good indication that

[01:24] the people that scream so loud that

[01:26] things are problematic, things are uh,

[01:28] you know, turning female characters into

[01:30] sex objects and all sorts of stuff like

[01:32] that, they are the vocal loud minority

[01:36] and the silent majority and the majority

[01:38] are individuals like this. The data

[01:40] proves itself. the fact that this

[01:43] information and this this petition has

[01:45] been covered by multiple content

[01:47] creators talking about it. And even

[01:49] then, after thousands upon thousands,

[01:51] tens of thousands of views talking about

[01:53] this petition and it still only has 70

[01:56] signatures at this point in time after

[01:58] almost a week, but the other petition

[02:00] almost has reached 4K. I think it is

[02:02] indication enough that yeah, people are

[02:05] tired of censorship. People are tired of

[02:08] these loud individuals that want to just

[02:10] censor everything because it makes them

[02:12] uncomfortable because they cannot

[02:14] separate fiction from reality because

[02:16] they think that Eevee for some reason

[02:19] looks like a kid. When as I've said many

[02:21] times already, if you think Eevee looks

[02:23] like a kid, you need to get yourself

[02:25] checked in and to a mental institution,

[02:27] take your meds or whatever because there

[02:29] is something inherently wrong with you

[02:31] if you think you see a real living

[02:32] breathing kid from this image. But with

[02:34] that being said though, I just more or

[02:36] less wanted to showcase an update to

[02:39] everything that's been going on with

[02:40] this and that yeah, I feel like the data

[02:43] here is just indication that Shift Up is

[02:46] in good hands that people are rallying

[02:48] behind Shift Up, the CEO, the character

[02:50] design and everything and they are just

[02:53] done with the screeching Karens, people

[02:56] that just want to completely censor it.

[02:58] And you know, as I commented on, one of

[03:00] the main individuals that were kind of

[03:01] advocating and pushing this to begin

[03:04] with was Yorch. It still makes me very

[03:06] sad just to see the spiral from this

[03:08] individual because, you know, I I'm I'm

[03:11] just going to say it. The man I've had

[03:13] pleasant conversations with him in the

[03:14] past. He is someone that has even

[03:16] defended me in the past. And so it is

[03:19] really sad to see an individual that I

[03:20] thought was like very anti-censorship

[03:23] that would fight for the true freedom of

[03:25] expression within artwork would just

[03:27] kind of turn coat so quickly and want to

[03:30] censor gaming. It's just like it's the

[03:33] horseshoe fury that you push so far on

[03:35] one side that you become the very thing

[03:38] that you are fighting against. And that

[03:39] that's basically what it feels like that

[03:41] Yorch became. And it makes me just so

[03:43] sad because I have nothing against the

[03:45] guy, but I can't defend his recent

[03:47] statements on being even happy that, you

[03:49] know, Shift Up was being reported to

[03:51] payment processors that like for

[03:53] instance they were trying to get payment

[03:54] processors to debank and deplatform

[03:57] Shift Up in Stellar Blade. I can't

[03:59] support that. It's legitimately just

[04:01] insane to see. And the crazy thing after

[04:03] the recent videos I made talking about

[04:05] the subject, the man actually has

[04:06] unfollowed me. I'm not upset about it,

[04:08] but you know, it's clear that he's not

[04:10] happy with me covering the situation and

[04:12] being against him. Go figure. But, uh,

[04:14] yeah, he's even unfollowed me because of

[04:16] the entire situation. Now anyways with

[04:19] that though I just think that the data

[04:21] is proof in of itself that yeah the it's

[04:25] a very small loud individuals that

[04:28] screech the most and that if there is

[04:30] not bots involved like bots like you

[04:32] know liking up a post with almost a

[04:35] million likes or something you can

[04:37] actually see truly how many real people

[04:40] are on one side or the other. And I

[04:42] mean, obviously this isn't a good sample

[04:44] data of showcasing every single fan and

[04:46] everything, but I think that with how

[04:48] much coverage this situation has gotten,

[04:51] there would be at the very least

[04:52] individuals that would be pro censorship

[04:53] that would be voting on this more. And

[04:55] the fact that, like I said, hasn't even

[04:56] reached 100 signatures, I think really

[04:59] does showcase just how bad this actually

[05:02] is, how bad like uh you know, their

[05:05] their stance is, and that nobody agrees

[05:07] with them whatsoever. I actually

[05:10] appreciate this. just seeing this type

[05:12] of stuff. But uh yeah, I I I kind of

[05:14] wanted to cover this to give a brief

[05:15] update because I felt like this was very

[05:17] important that um complete shutdown

[05:20] shuts down the calls for censorship. I

[05:23] hope the CEO sees this that the real

[05:25] fans are going to be supporting this and

[05:28] it's just a few angry Karens and

[05:29] individuals that uh just want to destroy

[05:32] gaming and art and fiction writing and

[05:34] stuff because they can't separate

[05:35] fiction from reality. But I will leave
