How a 19-Year-Old Balances Work, Study & Dropshipping
60sThis segment offers a relatable and impressive look at time management and productivity, appealing to young audiences juggling multiple responsibilities.
▶ Play Clip"The core promise holds up — a 19-year-old student genuinely earns serious money with dropshipping — but the €30,000 figure is inflated from the ~€25,000 stated on camera, and the interview doubles as a soft ad for the host's training program."
In this interview, 19-year-old David Ortega from Barcelona explains how he juggles studying, working, training, and building a profitable dropshipping business — generating over €24,000 in revenue within months. The conversation focuses on his evolution from a product-reselling autopilot mindset to a disciplined, results-driven approach.
David is a 19-year-old from Barcelona who studies, works as a water polo coach, trains, and runs a dropshipping business. He organizes everything with Google Calendar, planning his week every Sunday and finalizing the day before.
David's entrepreneurial drive started at 14–15, wanting to be rich and free. He invested €50 in crypto at 15, then began reselling items on Wallapop and Vinted at 18, earning ~€400 in a month or two before getting his accounts blocked.
After the blocked accounts, David researched alternatives and tried TikTok automation for 3 months, reaching a significant follower count. He then watched two long-form YouTube courses on dropshipping (15h and 6h) and launched his first online store on September 5th.
First product was a retro console (R36) from AliExpress. Videos received under 1,000 views (some only 100). David replicated tutorials but failed because he lacked attention to detail and kept making excuses.
At the end of September, David switched to a necklace-with-cotton-ball product. His first video hit 6,000 views within days; after removing filler and improving hooks, videos jumped to 20,000 views in 3 days, eventually reaching 300,000 on some videos.
First sale came on November 14th. From Nov 14–30, David earned ~€400 in revenue with 8 million views (but a poor website). In December, he made ~€300. His trending videos drove €8,000 in total billing from November to January.
By the interview (May), David had billed €24,700 total with profit margins of 45–50% initially, rising to 55–60% in April after improving his offer. He added then removed shipping protection because it hurt conversions.
David records with a phone propped on a glass, natural window light, and a corner of his room — no tripod, no ring light. He proves that minimal equipment works when the content and offer are strong.
David's core advice: 'If you have a problem, there is a solution. If there's no solution, it's a situation.' He also says, 'Give 100% to anything that doesn't require talent,' and stresses comparing yourself to top performers to learn, not to feel envious.
Beginners over-optimize their store before getting traffic. David advises: focus first on going viral and good marketing, then fix the website once you have visitors. 'Don't solve problems you don't have.'

Iterate on hooks, not just content
David's views jumped from 6,000 to 20,000 purely by removing filler and tightening the hook — proof that iteration matters more than raw volume.
08:42Problems vs. situations
A clean mental framework: if a problem has a solution, act; if not, accept it as a situation and stop making excuses.
20:49Don't solve problems you don't have
Beginners obsess over perfect websites before having traffic — David advises focusing on virality first and optimizing the store only once visitors arrive.
31:06The real barrier is mindset, not dropshipping
The entire interview shifts from tactics to psychology — discipline and focus determine outcomes more than any technical skill.
29:32Give 100% to anything that doesn't require talent
A pragmatic rule for choosing where to invest effort: hard work compounds on skill-based tasks, while talent is a wildcard.
27:33[00:01] 'm in Barcelona and today we're going to see David, a 19-year-old who has managed to make quite a bit of money, first with YouTube and then with training, but clearly to start making money he had to stop
[00:13] right. And that's what he's going to tell us today. So come with me, you're going to be amazed. Very good, very good. Can we come in? Yes of course.
[00:28] worry, she's there Yes, yes, yes. Here. Manly. It's normal, it's normal. Well, to calm your nerves, eh, I
[00:42] who are you? Where are you from? How old are you? And all that stuff. Exo. I am David, my name is David Ortega. I'm a 19-year-old guy in Barcelona, and right now I work, study, do sports, and I'm involved in
[00:57] right? More is impossible, I mean, it's impossible. follow that line of thought a bit, shall we? You've managed to generate revenue, that's why we're having like, but what I care least about. I mean, money is fine,
[01:11] but I'd rather you tell your stories, right? Because as you sports, doing dropshipping, and everything else . So, first of all, how do you organize yourself? Okay,
[01:23] because it must be difficult for a while. I always start organizing myself around November before I get my peace of mind, how strange. Organizing what I would do this, this, this and this.
[01:37] Okay. And so from there, since November, I started to organize myself and right now the Google Calendar mentor. Yes, yes. Uh, I usually get everything organized the day before,
[01:52] and I 'm currently doing this on Sundays, okay? I see what's happened during the week, I see what I want to try or test in the following week, I write it down, I work out the schedules
[02:06] train, I still have classes, some weekends are spread out, other jobs, so I more or less manage to fit it all in, students, it's been perfectly understood, but for those who aren't, well,
[02:21] call on a Friday, and he's like, I, for example, am a disaster at not him, he's like he has to have everything down to the millimeter, and he explained how to connect artificial intelligence with Google Calendar to set up the whole thing, well, the
[02:34] and from what you're saying, that's working for you, it's working well. 'm a [ __ ] disaster and even if I did, I wouldn't shoot. But before we get into where you record, what products you make, etc., let's go back to the beginning.
[02:50] Where does that entrepreneurial spirit come from? Since he was little, it was recent, No, the truth is that since I was little, at 14 and 15 years old I always told my parents, I want to be rich, I want to be, I want to have freedom.
[03:04] money online." As? I don't know, but I do know that the future is the internet, technology, computers, everything. Right now, AI is all about the internet. And when I was a little kid , I remember that when I was
[03:17] , I remember that when I was 15, my parents and I would put €50 into some cryptocurrencies. Typical, typical, typical, okay? And nothing, I mean, nothing was lost, but nothing was grabbed either, okay? Anyway,
[03:31] Mira arrived at high school, studies, I don't know what, there I didn't do anything. And after finishing high school at 18, I started looking online with Ardino and before doing dropshipping I looked at the buying and selling lotip, the
[03:46] buying and selling of objects through Walapopo and Vinted. Okay, so the whole thing was a shoddy sale that wasn't exactly complete. Let's just leave it at that. Let's leave it at that . And of course, with that I started, I think
[04:01] in a month or two I managed to invoice €400, to be honest, eh, at 18 years old, I had a much worse life than now, a much worse life than now, because I studied from 8 to 2, I worked at
[04:14] midday as a monitor or water polo coach, I coached water polo and then I to eat and that was it And because I advertised something, I don't know what, and in December they
[04:27] blocked my accounts, which is normal. I mean , look, it's not something I feel happy about doing either. Having to deal with the problems of blocking accounts, I do n't know what, I don't know how many steps. So, in January 2025,
[04:42] during Christmas, I looked for other ways to make money. I saw an Amazon topic, okay? I saw that it required a fairly significant initial investment, so I and saw the trend of TikTok automation,
[04:56] okay? And I say, "Okay, I'm going to do this in the future in case I want to know how many, I have that TikTok account." going to automate TikTok, specifically the video uploading process. My niche was
[05:09] motivation, personal development, and such. I was there for literally 3 months and I reached about Okay, okay. Total. And from that stage until
[05:21] June, okay? I did nothing. I arrived in June when I finished studying. Summer arrives, I am 19 years old. I mean, how do you make money online? The topic of dropshipping came up again, you know, advertising, and I don't know what else, and
[05:36] personal branding. So in June and July I started researching on YouTube, and I came across Adrian's two videos, one 15 hours long and the other 6 hours long. I watched
[05:48] both of them, the one with the commercial I was just watching the video and nothing was getting through to me, getting in. And I saw the shortest one, the organic one, yours, everything. buy a product, upload it to the internet. I have nothing to lose either. So that
[06:04] nothing to lose either. So that summer, June, July, no, July and August, a couple of videos a week, nothing important. Okay, I get back from vacation and I'm really getting into it, I say, "Okay, now we're going to watch videos, let's see
[06:18] how this whole world works." And I remember that on September 5th I launched my first online store, okay? to want to upload product was a console, this retro one from Don Boy and all
[06:32] from AliExpress arrived damaged, like the operating system, it seems the card didn't work, I returned it, bought another one and from then on, I remember, the following week I started recording videos, okay?
[06:47] literally the same text hook, how the videos were taught, it was the Vale's video. From the console, right? Yes, from the console. And I'm going to try it, I'm going to replicate it. Nothing, less than 1 view of the videos.
[07:00] "I'm going to do it the same way." Yes, just to try it out and not lose Clear. Exact. So nothing, videos with less than 1000 views, some videos with 100, I think only two. I was with
[07:16] okay? And from there I said, "Okay, why ca supposedly think I'm doing everything right, you know? The typical "it can't be, I have a good background," the background is a screen with the Pokémon
[07:29] background and that's it. I 'm replicating what you've done . It just can't be. It just can't be. So I start, I watch okay. Of course, because you weren't in the
[07:43] He wasn't in the lineup. all your videos. Uh, I also watched videos from other YouTube channels, I joined Discord channels, asked people questions, Discord channels, asked people questions, small accounts, I don't know what, everything. And a month later, more
[07:57] or less, at the end of September, the first month of October, I bought my next product, which is the typical necklace with a cotton ball all that. And I say, "Okay, I'm going to replicate something
[08:11] that has already worked, I'll replicate it." And suddenly the first video, boom, 6,000 views. Hey! And so , I'm still recording the same videos, okay? For about a week or so,
[08:25] And I say that all the videos have 4,000 views, 5,000 views, 6,000 views, and I say, "Okay, I'll follow his advice, okay? The whole phase thing, okay? What kind of views are those? Okay? What seconds are those? Okay? What happens in those seconds?
[08:42] Well, look, there's a bit of filler, like if the collar is wrong or if I put the same information twice, I say, "Okay, I'll remove this, put the algorithm in the collar, and that's it." In three days, 20,000 views. I mean, in a
[08:58] way, if not, tell me, but it's like , as I say, you surrendered to the I'm going to do it, I'm going to listen to this guy." I mean, at the beginning you were on autopilot, maybe .
[09:12] I'm going to put on the "Batteries, you know?" Then you started looking for videos, Discord, this, that, and you started paying a little attention to improve, coincidentally. Exactly. How strange, how strange, how strange.
[09:25] Then you get to that product, you get those 20,000 views, and you manage to sell with that product. No, yes, I did go viral, I had a couple of videos with 300,000 views, but it all went there,
[09:37] okay? And I know that very soon after that, with YouTube content, not with the YouTube. Yes, with another product. Okay. And how was that process? It was a process while I was recording, since I was getting views, I thought, I'm going to keep
[09:52] trying. While recording that product, I was looking at other products on the Banner, and I remember I ordered two, okay? The one I'm using now and the typical Hello Kitty slippers.
[10:05] Okay, in the end I didn't record them because I chose the product I'm using now on the TikTok Shop Banner and replicated what works in the videos. After 3 or 4 days,
[10:21] the videos started going viral and I got my first sale. All with free content. How much did you make with the . How much before starting the training?
[10:35] Yes, yes. Before, before starting, about € Uh, the first sale, I remember it was November 14th, okay? And uh, when I really took off, which was on
[10:47] Facebook, I remember it was January 10th, okay, but before Facebook I was only on TikTok. I remember from November 14th to the end of November I made about €400 in revenue,
[11:01] incredible. I got like 8 million views, but the website was very... Bad, the Okay, okay. In December I was still working with the same product and I made about 300
[11:17] in revenue, and another thing, like I said, all the All of them, all of them, all of them, okay? And I said, "This can't be." Okay, I
[11:29] also looked into how to improve that audience so that it would be from Spain. I said, "Okay, and I know that by doing TikTok Shop, okay?" Uh, my content is going to be about Spain. Yes, I do have a
[11:43] total, I made like four or five TikTok Shop videos with the cart down here below. Okay, a video of mine got 300,000 And I billed through TikTok Shop. I think I 'm maybe €200 short of billing.
[11:59] Holy [ __ ], but in the style of the first videos, I mean, you Okay, but I mean, for TikTok you say, like, you went all out, like, a historic triple triple. Wow,
[12:12] that's great. [clears throat] And those 8000 you mentioned in billing, Yes. Damn, pretty good. I mean, to see a random person like me on YouTube and make 8000 bucks. And of course, if I'm
[12:26] wrong, you tell me, and I imagine your head was like, I'm going to buy from this guy, right? Like, like , okay, uh, I have to keep going. and now I'm going to buy this V of Hugos?" How was I? Literally,
[12:39] Hugos?" How was I? Literally, I remember it was 10 days from when I billed your training because as I am studying I finish internship. Okay, okay. And of course, I've talked to my
[12:54] parents, look, this has happened to me, I want to continue with this, because if I started doing internships and taking classes in the afternoons, it would be the internships from 8 4 to 9. Time is slipping away. And what's more, if I want to play water polo, I do
[13:08] course, I told my parents, 'Mom, I want to do this, I'll leave the internships for later when I don't have classes.' Of course, I was caught between that dilemma of my studies. First, I think that we absolutely have to
[13:23] For me, before starting a business, whatever it may be, because at the end of the day , even if you do n't end up working in that field with whatever degree you get, you still I believe that studies instill in you the importance of studying the
[13:38] to meet it. So, it's more or less an indirect learning experience that they give you. Yes, no, no, 100%. I agree. those 10 days before buying the training, talking to my parents,
[13:52] trying to convince them, and seeing how the week was going, friend, okay? That's also a topic in the training. Okay. Holy [ __ ], what a coincidence.
[14:04] Yes. So my brother asked his friend to ask that friend remember I told my parents, my dad, "But Dad, if Mark interviews students and says, 'Those are
[14:18] his cousins, right?'" Yes, yes, he told me that, and we're cousins now, we're cousins on our mother's side. [laughs] . And here it is. Now your father can't
[14:31] know him, so maybe we are cousins, we don't know, but I hope, I imagine the opinion of the friend of a friend who was there was good because otherwise you wouldn't be there, I mean, good. Well, although
[14:45] before I started selling and all that, I wanted to be in your training, okay? Because I had, I remember in September when I was watching your videos and I wasn't getting when I was watching your videos and I wasn't getting results, almost nothing, I imagined myself
[14:59] interviewing. Damn, well, look, well, It's happened, it's to continue talking, uh, you have some products to show. Yes, I have several products I've made. If you're okay with it, we'll follow along and
[15:11] . The first product here. Yes, a console. Okay, yes, the classic R36 .
[15:25] . I was there, and when I tried this console, I did n't have what I was saying before, that I didn't have a mindset of... I remember that 40 videos. Okay . Okay. Yes, yes, that's not a
[15:37] lot. Yes, yes, yes. And I remember that all the videos were and that's it. All the videos, all the videos, all the videos, it's incredible. After this product, I did this one. I don't know where
[15:51] People know which one it is because they've seen perfume. Okay. And what I was saying about the Okay? I had one of these here inside the perfume bottle. Right. I did this, I showed it, unscrewed it, took it out, put
[16:05] this, pop, pop, and I showed it. You showed Right. Yes, right? Sometimes you have to pay attention, you have to pay attention to what you were doing. So, these are my two products, and the one I
[16:19] okay? Okay. The one I billed with. Right. Hey, I was just going to ask you this question right after we finish this one, you got the one that made you bill 8,000 from November to January, without being
[16:32] So you decided to join the training because, well, you wanted to, you wanted to continue training and all that. So, now we're recording this in May. How much have you billed in total with that product? In total I've billed
[16:45] In total I've billed almost 25,000, 24,700. Yes, it really is. What's your profit margin, more or less? At the beginning of this boom, since I didn't have
[16:57] good offers, it was around 45%, okay? 45-50% more or less. And right now, like in April, it was a little higher because, while testing, I added
[17:10] shipping protection to the cart with Juan Manuel, but we saw that it people were leaving, according to the statistics, I had about 12-13% adding items to the cart and then another 5% hitting the
[17:23] Okay, it's true that back then the profit margin was 55-60%. Okay, pretty good, yes, but of course, doing the calculations, conversion rate, session rate, , the people who were leaving because of the extra profit weren't enough to compensate.
[17:38] Exactly. So, right now that I've improved the offer, I'm doing, let's app, and now I think I'm around It's, damn, It's pretty good. It's pretty good. There's something
[17:51] that when you started the training, the mentor told you, "Okay, you're selling, but that website needs to step up its game." Yes, yes. There were spelling mistakes, the main image was cut off, you couldn't even see
[18:06] nothing. It was terrible because I really like these sales, yes, you've sold, it's fantastic, you deserve it, and all that, and it's amazing, but of course, there's a personal transformation from the person you were
[18:21] a year ago to the person you are now. I mean, you probably had fears, uncertainty before, you'd say, "Wow, this works, this is for me." You were kind of on autopilot, like you said. So, what differences, or
[18:33] rather, what fears or excuses did you have before that you don't have now? Know? I mean, what have you seen that makes you say, "Okay, I was being silly before, or before, way and I should have done this." I don't know if I'm explaining myself well, you know? It's a bit of a
[18:46] something out of it 100%. Look, my previous mindset okay? Do, say that? Because it didn't have focus. He has a bad
[19:01] mentality. When I finished recording, I started okay? Either I didn't care what you said, or I didn't care if I didn't record one day, if there was a day I uploaded a video, or
[19:15] whatever, I made a lot of excuses. Right now , apart from billing and making money with your training, what amazes me are the calls. I truly believe that just by making calls, the training is difficult, but making
[19:29] The truth is, because it's like it gives you a mindset chip. you're telling me, and I'm very happy about it. Then there are people who don't that David from a year ago wouldn't have listened to a call like that in a million years
[19:43] . I would have said shut the [ __ ] up, [laughs] dude, leave me alone. And up, [laughs] dude, leave me alone. And now you value them. So depending on where the person is in their development, they either accept it as great, or they say,
[19:56] Know? So, you're at that mental point where you're looking for that extra something, and now you accept the calls, and that's why they're useful to you. Because of year ago, they probably wouldn't work for you, you know? Or rather, you wouldn't make it useful to you
[20:10] . Ex. And why would you say that you had excuses or why didn't you listen to what I said, for example? So, if you had to define it in one or two words, what would you say?
[20:24] Because I was very, very comfortable. Okay. That's the best explanation, yes. It's convenient, I mean, with help you make calls, etc., you can achieve those goals.
[20:36] This doesn't matter much anymore because, after all, when I had my "boom," I had a pretty bad mindset. I am currently trying to improve it. Okay, okay. Every day, but now I
[20:49] always have in my head the phrase that she has achieved it because you won't be able to do it and that you shouldn't make excuses because it's something you say. If you have a problem, there is a solution. If the problem has no
[21:01] solution, it is a situation. You're going to have to live with that situation. So don't make excuses. Hey, compare yourself. I think you should compare yourself who are doing well, and don't make comparisons like, "Damn, they've done 10,000
[21:16] and 8,000." Compare yourself, "Why has that person done 10,000?" Why is it he possesses, all that he knows, that you don't have? And compare that,
[21:28] saying, "Oh, he's only been here for three months. If I've only been here for three months, he's already billed No, don't worry. Think, what does he do that I don't? Or what he does right that I that I do. In other words, draw conclusions. I said, "Okay, I can learn
[21:42] because we have to keep improving. Every day of life you improve, you, me, and absolutely everyone. So, to move things along a bit, uh, where do you record? Do you record here? Do you record in the street? No, I record in another room. If
[21:56] yes, go ahead, go ahead. Yes, yes. I didn't know if you wanted to show more or not, and I didn't want to put you in that position. This was my fourth product. okay. The typical car paintings. Okay. They're cool. Yes,
[22:08] Okay. They're cool. Yes, yes. But with these, it's the mentality. I mentioned something about TikTok, and it doesn't work because with this product, what I told you, I got like 300,000 views. With the third product, I
[22:21] but with this one, I couldn't. And you blamed it on TikTok. free Discord communities, I don't know what, I don't know how many. I was saying, I didn't watch the feedback videos and I was like, how can this be?
[22:37] What did I see with my previous two products and not with this one? And what did people say to you? Well, for being a jerk, from my side they were saying, "Oh, that's me things like bad hooks,
[22:50] bad backgrounds, not being in a safe zone, and so on, because watching these videos right now, the backgrounds are awful, the we could show some videos, I mean, okay, I'm saying this because they're probably seeing it
[23:03] on screen right now. Sure, when you were doing that you felt like you were and now you probably see them and say, "Damn, they weren't that great." time, it's time and learning and being self-critical. Because
[23:16] self-critical. Because in your head you were saying, "Okay, it making mistakes." Or you would simply say, "This is wrong. where a lot of people fail, they're like, yeah, maybe you did the best you
[23:29] good. So now, thank God, you've realized it. So you have more products? Yes, I n't know if this is it. Ah, yes. Before I had my big break, okay? I kept testing
[23:43] products. I bought this, okay? I saw it for athletes. Okay, I know which one it is. Yes. Okay. And of course, when I started training I told Juan Manuel that I had this product,
[23:56] athletes, right? I haven't tried it, though, if you want to get the idea. Ah, okay. Uh, I was thinking about the female client who does Pilates so they don't hurt their ankles, I don't know what.
[24:09] you know? Well, that's an idea, an idea for the public. No, no, it's not bad. So, if you don't see someone doing Pilates and you can, yes, because looking for information, that approach is
[24:21] bad because it's been promoted a lot for sports, for footballers, etc., , to be honest. Solve a potential problem you may have, have to think that if someone here gets hold of it
[24:33] and you make 100,000 bucks, you're going to be cursing everyone's mother, huh? But hey , I'll give you a commission and that's it, I don't here's the necklace. Ah, look, okay, we were just saying that. Okay,
[24:45] there's the necklace. Okay, so if you're okay with it, we'll show Yes, exactly. Okay, let's go then. I'll pick this up. Well, I'm recording here, it okay? Here, because I don't know if it could be seen
[25:01] in my room. There are three of us siblings, but with my brother, there isn't So, at first I was recording in the dining room, then I saw here, of course, I open this, it goes up the cartridge belt, it's the sun. Sure, light gets in. in face and such. And so
[25:15] , I gather everything here, I put my funds here, I put my computer here with my video scripts, with everything I want to do, and I start recording. Okay. I mean, without saying anything strange,
[25:29] uh, I mean, anyone can have this in their house. I mean, it's not like they say, "No, it has a tripod, a pool, uh, I mean, it's a piece of furniture on and that's it." And natural light. Clear. And the light from the
[25:43] window and off we go. And speaking of equipment, I do have one of those ring lights, okay? But I don't use a tripod. I use the typical trick, you say, with the glass, the mobile phone there. [ __ ] off
[25:57] . So, you're telling me you've billed, how much? 23, 24,000, almost 24.5, half up. Okay, I'll say 25 to round it off and aim high, [clears throat] okay? You have billed €25,000 without a tripod by resting your
[26:11] with balls. And the €8,000 in revenue with the glass with funds, without charging for funds, funds that I had at home, this other thing, without light, with natural light. So, you've gone all out [laughs] on the
[26:27] extreme side, right? But it works, I mean, n't have money for a tripod or lights to begin with. And I say, what you have are a lot of excuses. So, would you say that people have a lot of
[26:39] You had many more excuses than the others. mean, you'd say you were a person who made a lot of excuses. And how did you go from, well, having so many excuses to being a person who
[26:52] do?" How was it? I imagine it didn't happen overnight, changed? If someone else has done it, why ca words, that's the phrase. That's the phrase. I
[27:04] mean, even though I've changed my mindset and all that, I've always thought that if you give 100%, there's nothing you can't do. If you focus on something, if you want to be a doctor, if you want to be a professional athlete, if you want
[27:19] to be an engineer, if you want to be an athlete, if you give it 100%, it's impossible impossible. I have a phrase and I'm going to contradict you a little, but I mean, agreeing with you explain myself. And I have a saying that is that everything that doesn't require talent you
[27:33] 100%. Because, for example, they tell me, "No, I want to be the best soccer player in the world. You can do it with just hard work, man, talent involved. Or as a singer, you can study a lot, yes, but some
[27:46] singer, you can study a lot, yes, but some people have talent, and Messi was I mean? So, anything that isn't about talent, whatever you do, you Exactly, 100%. And with talent, well, what you
[27:59] with a lot of hard work, and that's just how it is. So, I agree, and at the end of the day obviously doing it well, can bring you millions and all that, but what we mean, we do product marketing on social media. Period. No,
[28:12] uploading videos to social media. And what I think is the most complicated thing about this business model is the mindset. I mean, because when I started, I had this boom, a very mediocre moment, sure, I
[28:26] went Going from billing 8,000 one week to 2,500 the next month. Right. And no, I was close, I said, look, I've made 4,000 euros in profit, I'll quit. Sure, but my mindset is, look back, look at all the
[28:41] learned. If you're not going to quit, [laughs] right? Man, it wouldn't be very smart, to be honest, but I understand, of course, that the mind is everything.
[28:53] training, the human factor is terrible, man. When your mind tells you, "Hey, I'm start with the demons, demons, going. Work, you know? Keep going, because now I imagine the option of
[29:07] Right, I mean, things have changed a lot, huh? Things have changed a lot. Okay. If it's your parents alone in their room, let's go back to the dining room where we were before. There's one thing that's clear to me, and it happens in all my interviews, and with you too
[29:20] because the same thing is happening to me now, which is that the problem isn't dropshipping. I mean, you never once said, "Oh, dropshipping was so difficult make the shop. God, it was impossible. I mean, we haven't talked about dropshipping,
[29:32] we've talked about how maybe you weren't serious about it, how you thought about what the hell am I going to do?" But on a more personal level, it's all about you. So, you would say, and this is a bit of a smokescreen question, just say what you have to
[29:47] say, would you say that people who try dropshipping and don't make money do so of the person? Because they don't want to. honestly. Okay. And why would you say that? Because they don't get
[30:00] involved because of excuses, because of fear, because of people who are more intelligent and people who are understand me, because they take many excuses, they do n't focus where they should and they do n't prioritize what they should be
[30:13] to get results in dropshipping, the first thing is to go viral, to have good marketing, because if I manage to sell with my website, [laughs] if you want you can ask
[30:26] ask him, I'll ask good marketing, I mean, focus first of all, find a product, if it doesn't work, it was the next one, it was the next one, it was the
[30:40] next one, once you have visits, leave it. Leave the website until you website that's not basic, but very basic. Focus on what you consider. Once you have visitors and you see it, okay? While
[30:53] Why won't you buy from me? Okay, this, this, this, okay? I look at how to make better this, okay? I look at how to make better offers, better and a better product image, better guarantee, better trust. They're saying something very
[31:06] important, and I think that before, you—I didn't think like this, I don't think you either—that just said, "Don't solve a problem you don't have." In other words, there are many people who, when they start out, say, "Ah, okay, I haven't gone
[31:20] a perfect website." And he gets started on the website. And it's like, "Yeah, but if you viral." So, problems are solved when they come out. You can't anticipate problems, "No, man, but of course, that's what I say, no, no, it doesn't work like that
[31:32] ." So what you're saying is, you have traffic, don't focus on having on fixing the website. Once you fix the website, you focus on making more money. step by step. But of course, I'm pretty sure that you, the me
[31:45] . In other words, you all start building the house from the you know? So, you probably had 300 visits, and someone asked you in a comment, "Where to buy?" And you're already crazy answering here, I don't know if you have
[31:59] any doubts or if you'll write to him privately or what, I don't know what's normal, I mean, that's the process. But that's why , look, my YouTube videos, and because you only made money with it. It's crazy. It's crazy. But
[32:13] It's crazy. It's crazy. But have to do, how you have to think, because I don't have time, right? That's not what upload their videos and nobody even watches them , you know? So, of course,
[32:27] you can do it alone because you, for example, went through a rather solitary process because you weren't in training yet. So, after everything we've talked about, if you had to recommend something to all those
[32:41] are watching you, who are there trying, but who aren't making it, you know? You say, "Damn, no, but either they're not getting results because they're not focusing on or just because, well, they're not getting results
[32:56] . What would you advise them to do based on your experience?" n't see results and keep trying, I advise them to continue the process. Ultimately , if you give 100% and improve
[33:14] results. And people who get results, but not the results they look back and see how much they've improved, their mindset, that they're not going
[33:26] to quit because they've had a bad week, a bad day, I don't know, imagine improving a little more each day and where you are in 5 years. Sure, you were on the call we had, I think it was on Thursday, when someone said, "I
[33:38] Yes, beliefs. Yes, yes, exactly. And someone said, "I feel stuck because I feel like I'm not making progress." And of course, I said to him, "Damn it, n't achieved the goal, the result you were looking for, that's
[33:51] different. Oh, I want to earn 50,000. I haven't reached it, I'm not making progress, man. Shopify was, you'd never made a product video in your life, you'd never set up a store in your life, you'd never sold anything in your life. I mean, you get my drift. You say, 'What do you mean you're
[34:05] lot of progress. In other words, you've made a lot of progress. Yes, you haven't become a millionaire, obviously I don't know that kind of progress, but it's a huge step forward. So, which you've already heard once, that moving forward is not the same as making money.
[34:19] Moving forward is moving forward. So, if I do this, I'm making progress, right? Even if I didn't make it you know? So, luckily, you've been able to see it, doing well because you're doing things right and you've made mistakes that we all make
[34:33] and you've made mistakes that we all make mistakes as, damn, I don't know what, as if mistakes are being hidden away. You say, "Damn, dude, well look, I was recording and I was going to play on the computer and that's it
[34:47] Yes, but there it is. Sorry to interrupt, but there's progress. Before, I used to record, I started playing computer games, now I record or watch your training or I see and replicate what works, I see what's working in my niche, that is,
[35:02] you're doing well, to be honest. It's not nice to say, but that's why you're doing you were recording now and just messing around and going to play on the computer, you billing, which isn't going to happen because you're already in business
[35:17] doors of your home to me, for your trust, your words, and if you want, well, one last piece of advice for people, or you can say goodbye, whatever you want. I enjoyed doing this interview because I'm a 19-
[35:31] yes, of course. And people in the same situation as me, whether it's studies, work, or sports, if you're well organized, prioritize what you need to prioritize, and focus your efforts where they need to be
[35:46] get results. Sooner or later, yes, but you will get results. I believe that everyone can achieve results can achieve results with dropshipping, with a good mindset, without giving up,
[36:00] above all, listening to Marco. Thank you for that. Look, even if they don't listen to me, just by doing what they say they're going to do, they're going to get results. They say, "I'm going to record three
[36:12] starts, "I'm going to record three videos, I'll only record one." That's where they mess up. So, comment, many people will appreciate it. Me too, and see you at the appreciate it. Me too, and see you at the next one, which will be a huge hit.
[36:26] My idea is, because of this lack of organization, to continue with organic products this year men's products. Yes, you have to take the leap, you have to take the leap and you'll do well well, you have to work hard, but you'll do well. So we'll leave the second
