Why Your First 3 Seconds Decide Everything
45sDirectly addresses the core pain point of low views with a clear, urgent explanation.
▶ Play ClipThe video explains the critical importance of hooks—the first 3 seconds of a video—for capturing viewer attention and achieving viral success on social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram. The creator shares a framework for studying, copying, and optimizing viral hooks to consistently generate high view counts.
A hook is the first 3 seconds of your video; if you don't capture attention in that time, watch time suffers and views are lost.
Viewer retention graphs show that even if the rest of the video is great, a poor hook causes 90% of viewers to leave before reaching the good part.
The hook accounts for 80% of a video's success; the rest is only 20%. Low views are usually due to a weak hook, not other factors like hashtags or audio quality.
Start by copying hooks from viral videos (50K+ likes) in your format and niche to build a bank of proven hooks.
Analyze keywords that trigger emotion (e.g., 'scared,' 'hate to break it to you') and write them down for future use.
Use a checklist: clarity, specificity/numbers, purple cow effect (novelty), and alignment with video content. Rewrite hooks multiple times to refine wording.
Growth requires consistent posting over months, learning fundamentals through iteration. Examples show that initial plateaus lead to eventual breakthroughs.
Mastering hooks is the most important skill for social media success, but it requires consistent practice and iteration. Copy viral hooks, understand why they work, and refine them to create content that consistently captures attention.
"The title promises a replicable method for viral hooks, and the video delivers a detailed framework, though results depend on practice."

Hook Definition
Establishes the fundamental concept that hooks are the first 3 seconds, critical for viewer retention.
80/20 Rule
Quantifies the disproportionate importance of hooks, shifting focus from other elements.

Advocates for studying and copying viral hooks as a starting point, countering originality myths.
4:52Emotional Keywords
Introduces the concept of keywords that trigger emotion, a nuanced aspect of hook effectiveness.
10:56Purple Cow Effect
Explains novelty as a key attention-grabbing mechanism, applicable beyond hooks.
24:20[00:00] A hook, very simply, is the first 3
[00:02] seconds of your video. And if you don't
[00:04] get people past your first 3 seconds of
[00:06] your video, your watch time will be
[00:07] cooked and you're not going to be able
[00:09] to get any views on your account. I
[00:10] really want to connect the dot why
[00:12] understanding hooks is going to lead to
[00:15] you actually having a career as a
[00:18] creator. If you do hear about hooks,
[00:20] it'll always be some gimmicky BS like
[00:23] this is a visual hook. This is a
[00:25] challenge hook. Yo, like this is like
[00:27] the new gimmick for a hook. Yo, use this
[00:29] zoom effect. Yo, use this like jumping
[00:31] up and down effect in your hook. I I
[00:33] actually think that advice is pretty
[00:34] awful because it's going to make you
[00:36] rely on gimmicks for your content. You
[00:38] actually feel like you don't really
[00:40] understand like why videos actually do
[00:42] well or don't do well down to their
[00:43] core. I really want you to understand
[00:46] genuinely what makes videos do well.
[00:49] Now, to to really quickly recap why
[00:52] hooks actually matter down to their
[00:54] core, because a lot of people don't seem
[00:56] to understand this either, I'm going to
[00:57] draw a little graph here that denotes
[00:58] why hooks actually matter. So, a lot of
[01:00] times people think, okay, well, the hook
[01:02] matters because I I don't know. It's
[01:04] just like it's shocking. It It's got to
[01:05] be shocking. It's got to be
[01:06] controversial. But down to the core
[01:08] principle, the only thing that you need
[01:10] to understand about your hooks is viewer
[01:12] retention graphs. Basically, what a
[01:13] viewer retention graph means is the
[01:16] percent of viewers that are still
[01:18] watching, right? So, obviously, you're
[01:20] going to start off at like 100%. At each
[01:22] stage of your video, so we have maybe 5
[01:24] seconds in, we have 10 seconds in, we
[01:27] got 15 seconds in, we got 20 seconds in,
[01:29] etc. Why your hook matters so much is
[01:32] because even if the rest of your video
[01:34] is great after second 10, your your
[01:37] video gets interesting after second 10.
[01:39] So, your retention's great after second
[01:40] 10. Like nobody really falls off after
[01:42] they watch second 10. Why? Because
[01:44] something interesting happens. You start
[01:45] spitting like you actually start
[01:46] revealing your value. You start like
[01:47] actually getting into the meat and
[01:49] potatoes of your video. But you're doing
[01:50] it at second 10 and it's not really
[01:52] engaging the viewer. Well then what's
[01:53] going to happen with your viewer
[01:54] retention is that even if you have the
[01:56] most goated piece of video past 10
[01:58] seconds, what's going to happen is that
[02:00] you're already going to be at like 10%
[02:01] retention by the time people reach the
[02:03] interesting part of your video. And yes,
[02:05] even if the viewer retention graph
[02:06] stabilizes, what's still going to happen
[02:08] is that Instagram or Tik Tok or even
[02:10] YouTuber is going to see the fact that
[02:13] everybody left your video, all of these
[02:15] people, 90% of your viewership left
[02:17] because your video's beginning was not
[02:19] interesting. And this is why hooks
[02:21] matter so much because the rest of your
[02:23] video does not matter at all. If you
[02:26] cannot capture their attention within
[02:28] those first 5 seconds. So this is the
[02:30] baseline of our entire presentation
[02:32] today. You need to get their attention
[02:34] and their eyeballs super hard early on
[02:37] or else nothing matters. This is all we
[02:40] are going to focus on in today's
[02:41] presentation. It's not how to even tell
[02:43] like compelling arguments. It's not how
[02:45] to tell long stories. It's literally how
[02:48] to captivate somebody's attention within
[02:49] one sentence within 3 to 5 seconds.
[02:52] Okay. So, now that we understand why
[02:54] hooks are actually crucial to know, if
[02:56] we talk about like the importance of a
[02:57] video, of what actually goes into making
[02:59] a video, you might think that it might
[03:00] be like 50/50 like the hook and then the
[03:02] rest of the video. No, it's
[03:05] realistically like it's like 8020. It's
[03:07] like 80% is the hook. Why your video got
[03:10] a,000 versus 100,000 views. If you are
[03:12] stuck in 200 view right now, if you are
[03:14] stuck under 1,000 views, it's because
[03:16] you are looking at the wrong thing.
[03:17] You're looking at everything else that's
[03:19] here. That isn't the hook, right? You're
[03:21] looking at what music are you using?
[03:23] What song? Maybe it's the camera
[03:25] quality. Oh, I need to buy a more
[03:26] expensive camera. Try some other
[03:28] gimmick. And the truth is audio quality.
[03:30] Audio quality is important, but at the
[03:31] end of the day, actually, these are
[03:32] still fundamentals that are important,
[03:33] like audio quality. But nonetheless, if
[03:36] your video isn't doing like well and
[03:38] there aren't any glaring issues, yeah,
[03:40] people think keywords and hashtags
[03:42] matter. Like, are you serious? Keywords
[03:43] and hashtags? Just make a better video.
[03:45] Like why would Instagram or Tik Tok push
[03:47] out a video that isn't interesting and
[03:49] inherently like captivating to 90% of
[03:52] their viewers? Bro, yeah, you can maybe
[03:54] get an extra like 10% views by using
[03:56] keywords and hashtags, but at the end of
[03:58] the day, it doesn't matter. That's not
[03:59] what's going to get you from 1,000 to
[04:01] 100,000 views. How do you play the game
[04:02] of next video you get 100,000, a million
[04:05] views? That is why you need to
[04:07] understand hooks. And to prove it to
[04:09] you, for those of you guys have not seen
[04:11] my socials online, maybe you're new.
[04:13] I've been creating content for the past
[04:14] five years across three different
[04:16] niches. I started off in comedy. This is
[04:18] my self-development account, right? I
[04:19] talked about productivity, gym, and then
[04:21] I talked about social media advice and I
[04:23] grew an Instagram account like
[04:24] documenting my business journey, yada
[04:25] yada yada, right? So, the in order to
[04:27] grow any of these accounts, I obviously
[04:28] had to understand how to keep people's
[04:30] attention. Literally, my average views
[04:32] on this account is like a million. It's
[04:33] like 1.2 million views per video. You
[04:35] average out all the views of every
[04:36] single video I've ever posted, it's like
[04:38] 1.2 million on this account. So like
[04:40] when I say I understand hooks like
[04:41] please believe me it's because I have
[04:42] been I have studied this voraciously bro
[04:44] I have made over like a couple thousand
[04:47] videos on the internet now by this
[04:48] point. Starting off with C. Starting off
[04:51] with C. You need to copy viral hooks.
[04:53] And I don't care what anybody says about
[04:55] being original, about being creative.
[04:57] You are not going to learn how to be
[04:59] viral. You're not going to learn how to
[05:01] actually captivate people's attention
[05:03] and move the needle online with your
[05:05] following if you haven't copied and more
[05:07] specifically studied why other people
[05:10] are doing well. And as a result, you're
[05:12] just shooting in the dark because you
[05:14] don't have an understanding of what's
[05:15] good. And if you're starting on social
[05:17] media, the best best thing you can do is
[05:19] speedrun your skill set of viral sense.
[05:21] As in, you need to speedrun your
[05:23] learning curve of understanding why what
[05:25] works on social media works. And if you
[05:27] are still in the frame of this is a
[05:29] guessing game and nothing else really
[05:31] matters besides luck or the algorithm
[05:33] doesn't like me because like my account
[05:35] is still new, you're you're blaming
[05:38] these external factors. At the end of
[05:40] the day, you're going to deny any
[05:41] learning that you can actually learn.
[05:42] Lesson number one is copying viral
[05:45] hooks. Here is the three-step framework.
[05:47] Step one is you go onto Tik Tok because
[05:50] on Instagram, the search engine's not
[05:52] that good and Instagram's algorithm is
[05:54] actually not that good. It's not as
[05:56] refined compared to Tik Tok. So go onto
[05:58] Tik Tok and then scroll for any videos
[06:00] that have over 50K plus likes. If all
[06:03] the videos are less than 50K likes,
[06:05] don't even just scroll them. Like you
[06:07] can watch it, but like honestly don't
[06:09] even bother. You want to train your data
[06:11] set with the best data. Okay? And and if
[06:14] you think of your brain and your viral
[06:16] sense as this like kind of GPT
[06:18] algorithm, right? You you think of your
[06:20] brain as this kind of like like AI,
[06:22] right? That's trained on your viral
[06:24] sense. You need to download as many of
[06:26] these quality data points as possible.
[06:29] So, step one, go on to Tik Tok. Step
[06:31] two, you're going to find all the videos
[06:33] that have 50K plus likes. And number
[06:35] three is you're going to make sure
[06:37] they're all in the style of video that
[06:39] you want. So, you need to understand
[06:41] what format you're trying to create and
[06:43] what niche you are in. Okay? So, for me,
[06:45] for example, my format is talking,
[06:46] right? And when I say format, I don't
[06:48] mean like, you know, this complex
[06:49] complex thing, you know, are you talking
[06:51] in your video or are you not? Are you
[06:52] vlogging or are you more so like
[06:54] explaining? Are you educating or are you
[06:56] doing like more of a music montage? That
[06:58] matters. Like I'm not going to be
[07:00] studying a cooking like montage video if
[07:02] I'm trying to make persuasive talking
[07:04] content about social media. Also, real
[07:06] quick too, I know you might be thinking,
[07:08] "Oh, but I only want to grow on
[07:09] Instagram." Instagram is the only
[07:10] platform that matters to me. What works
[07:12] on Tik Tok also works on Instagram,
[07:13] generally speaking. And the reason why
[07:15] is because they both are measuring the
[07:16] the same thing, which is engagement and
[07:18] watch time. For me, for example, my you
[07:20] need to know what your format is. And
[07:21] you need to know what your niche is.
[07:23] Format equals talking head. And then my
[07:25] niche for me right now, I would say I'm
[07:26] in the business niche. Your format can
[07:28] be talking. It can also be like vlogs.
[07:31] It can also be like montages with music.
[07:34] Generally speaking, be able to describe
[07:36] what you're looking for. We're all going
[07:38] to use different terminology. Is it
[07:39] talking? Is it talking head? Is it
[07:41] how-to videos? Is it list videos? It's
[07:43] generally we're talking about similar
[07:44] things here. You know what you're
[07:45] looking for. You're only looking for
[07:46] videos with 50K plus likes. and you're
[07:48] only looking through the format that
[07:50] you're in and the niche that you're in
[07:52] or at least similar niches. Like I might
[07:54] still study videos, you know, talking
[07:56] about like dating. I might still study
[07:58] videos talking about fitness because
[07:59] they're kind of related enough and it's
[08:01] still a similar format. The the format
[08:03] matters a lot more than the the niche
[08:06] because the format is a little bit more
[08:07] universal. Like if you are a day in the
[08:09] life creator talking about college, you
[08:11] can still study 9 to5s, you know, making
[08:13] day in the life content. It's still
[08:15] there's still a lot you can study. You
[08:17] can even still study self-employed
[08:18] people if you are making content about
[08:20] your day in the life after your job. You
[08:22] can still study how the other niche of
[08:24] creators do it because then you can
[08:26] transfer over those principles into your
[08:28] niche. Okay. Most important thing is
[08:31] identify what format of content you are
[08:33] making and only study the videos that
[08:35] you like want to make in that format.
[08:38] Basically, once you go on to Tik Tok,
[08:40] you scroll through until you find 50K
[08:42] plus like videos that are in your
[08:43] format. Write down all of the hooks and
[08:46] copy them down. This is going to be your
[08:48] bank. This is your bank of ideas because
[08:52] now all you need to do once you have
[08:54] this bank of hooks is to slap them
[08:57] together with ideas. So this is your
[08:59] list of hooks and all you need is a list
[09:02] of ideas that you can mash together with
[09:04] those hooks. You need to mash together
[09:05] ideas with your hooks and then that's
[09:07] the goal of having these frameworks. So,
[09:09] for example, if you are tired of
[09:11] throwing events that nobody else pulls
[09:13] up to, here's the ultimate guide to
[09:14] throw in bangers with thousands of
[09:16] people. Take take notes and thank me
[09:18] later. We just took one niche and we
[09:20] combined it with a hook format and that
[09:23] is a proven viral hook. You've taken
[09:25] what's already worked on the internet
[09:27] and you've made your own spin on it.
[09:29] This is what they call this is what the
[09:31] pretentious people call stealing like an
[09:33] artist. And and this is what like loners
[09:35] call uh the the [ __ ] framework, bro. But
[09:38] it's really that simple. Note here
[09:39] though I want to tell you is that you do
[09:42] want to use words that are pretty simple
[09:44] and easy to understand because when
[09:46] things are hard to understand, a viewer
[09:48] might scroll and you might lose your
[09:49] viewer retention. Now this is the
[09:51] difference between good and great hooks
[09:53] is step three and step four,
[09:55] understanding and maximizing. Because a
[09:57] lot of people start with the C, but they
[09:59] don't reach the [ __ ] and that's why they
[10:01] don't finish off with a viral video. Yo,
[10:03] bars, bars. Yo, bars. Bars. Holy [ __ ]
[10:07] bars. Wow, that was a bar. You can't
[10:09] just copy. If you just copy, you're not
[10:11] going to finish off with a viral video
[10:13] because you need to also understand why
[10:15] it went viral and maximize your hook so
[10:19] you can guarantee virality.
[10:20] Understanding why they actually went
[10:22] viral. This one is a little bit more
[10:25] tricky because this is actually requires
[10:27] you to fine-tune your viral sense. So,
[10:28] we're going to do a little bit of a game
[10:29] together here. Okay, guys. What I want
[10:31] you guys to do with me is watch these
[10:33] two videos and ask yourself these these
[10:37] two questions. Okay, the first one is
[10:40] what keywords did they use to make their
[10:42] video go viral? Now, what is a keyword?
[10:45] A lot of I I know there's like the
[10:46] traditional like key use keywords SEO
[10:51] blah blah use # SEO.
[10:55] No, that's not what I mean by keywords.
[10:56] I mean keywords as in words that trigger
[10:58] emotion in your viewer. That's the game
[11:00] we're playing here. We're in We're
[11:02] playing the game of capturing attention.
[11:03] I mean, what keywords are used in these
[11:05] hook examples that I'm about to show you
[11:07] guys that probably made viewers keep
[11:10] watching? And I'm just going to play the
[11:12] first couple seconds of these videos,
[11:13] and I want you guys to answer with me,
[11:15] okay?
[11:15] >> You scared of talking to women? I hate
[11:17] to break it to you, but it doesn't
[11:18] matter if you get buff or if you were
[11:20] taller or if you made a lot of money or
[11:22] had an
[11:23] >> There's not just one word that's going
[11:24] to make or break a video. It's the
[11:25] combination of them. Okay? I hate to
[11:28] break it to you. Now, what I want you
[11:29] guys to do when you study these videos
[11:30] and see these keywords is write them
[11:32] down for yourself. If you are in the
[11:34] niche of dating, of confidence, of
[11:36] personal development, this is a video
[11:38] for you to study. Study what words he
[11:41] used. Oh, he's walking. Let me walk too
[11:43] in my videos. You know, that's like
[11:45] level one gooner thinking. Level two
[11:47] viral sense understanding is knowing
[11:50] what words triggered the emotions of the
[11:52] viewer. Does that make sense? Is that is
[11:54] that sticking? When you see creators
[11:56] talking about social media advice saying
[11:58] 200 view jail, 300 view jail, like
[12:01] what's another one? Algo pull. After the
[12:03] hook of scared of woman, he talks about
[12:04] common objections. Perfect. Yes. And
[12:07] once you start understanding the
[12:08] patterns why this video did well, that's
[12:11] when you can start training your viral
[12:12] sense. I'm going to pull up one more
[12:14] video example.
[12:14] >> I passed the last year of law school
[12:16] with high honors despite being an
[12:17] absolute academic assault rifle and
[12:19] procrastinating literally every single
[12:20] exam. And here are the three.
[12:23] What words are we noticing here? Law
[12:24] school, high honors, academic assault
[12:26] rifle. Like, yes, every single word can
[12:29] be like a, you know, somewhat
[12:30] interesting word. But there's certain
[12:31] words that you want to note that did
[12:33] well and and made it really interesting.
[12:35] So, what you what you should do now that
[12:37] you see these examples is take note of
[12:39] these words and if they're in your
[12:41] niche, write them down. Use them next
[12:44] time because you you need to develop the
[12:46] bank of words that resonate with people.
[12:49] Okay? And and this is literally what I
[12:50] did for one of my previous accounts. I
[12:51] I'll pull it up. when I first started
[12:53] this account to go from zero to 100,000
[12:55] followers in a single month. I'm not
[12:56] even kidding. That actually happened
[12:58] because I was just printing video after
[12:59] video after video doing well. Okay. And
[13:02] literally the format is I took one hook
[13:04] that did well, which was this one.
[13:06] Here's how to stop waking up in the
[13:07] morning, looking in the mirror, and
[13:08] hating what you see. Stop using your
[13:10] phone. It was here's how to stop blah
[13:11] blah blah blah. Here's here's how to
[13:13] blank. It's here's how to blank. And
[13:14] once you have the hook framework that
[13:16] does well, you inject your keywords.
[13:18] Know what keywords work well in your
[13:21] niche. If you master this, I can promise
[13:24] you, you will blow up because this is
[13:26] the difficult game of content is
[13:27] understanding what words resonate with
[13:29] people and what words don't. And oftent
[13:31] times it's the slightest slightest
[13:33] tweak. This is a difficult skill. You
[13:35] want to start practicing this. And I do
[13:37] want to emphasize this takes practice.
[13:39] It's not it's not the most attractive
[13:41] answer. This kind of like repeated
[13:42] virality comes from a lot of practice.
[13:44] This is my second account. That that's
[13:45] why I was able to grow this from zero to
[13:47] 100k followers in in a month. Um, pull
[13:49] up some examples. Here's how to break
[13:50] your shitty habits. Clean your
[13:52] environment. What key word was used
[13:54] there? Shitty habits, right? And you
[13:55] could have e I could have easily said
[13:56] instead of saying break your shitty
[13:58] habits, I could have easily said
[13:59] something like here's how to develop
[14:01] better habits or here's how to become
[14:04] consistent. But breaking shitty habits
[14:06] is a type of wording that we go around
[14:08] saying, "Yo, bro, I just got to break my
[14:10] shitty habits of drinking every weekend,
[14:12] bro." No, to be honest, I just want to
[14:14] break my shitty habits. Like there's
[14:16] certain wordings that people use that
[14:17] resonate that are more relatable. And
[14:19] that's the thing about being relatable.
[14:21] It's not necessarily, oh, I am a
[14:23] relatable human being. No, it's like how
[14:26] do you word things that resonate
[14:27] emotionally with people? It's like
[14:29] talking to a friend and not holding back
[14:31] precisely. It's the words that provoke
[14:33] emotion. So, it's more about being
[14:35] casual. Yes. But it also has to be
[14:38] specific. It's got to really hit. And
[14:40] this is more of the intuitive process
[14:41] where you have to start watching a lot
[14:43] of Tik Toks, a lot of Tik Toks that did
[14:45] well and seeing why did why did they use
[14:48] that word? Yo, what was the word that
[14:51] they used there that just worked? And
[14:53] and I'm going to show you one more
[14:54] example here. Mental masturbation.
[14:56] Chances are if you're watching this
[14:57] video, you're probably guilty of it.
[14:59] Mental masturbation. Yeah, I wonder what
[15:00] the key word was there. I feel like this
[15:02] is so important and crucial and nobody
[15:04] else talks about like the hooks like
[15:06] with this this much like specificity.
[15:08] Like I wish I got this uh this kind of
[15:10] training instead of watching those
[15:11] Robert Benjamin how to get stuck at best
[15:14] posting times. Oh, post at 3 p.m. and
[15:16] you're going to get more views.
[15:19] Bro, I posted half my videos here at
[15:21] 1:00 a.m. Bro, I was filming at night. I
[15:22] am not going to wait until 3 p.m. Best
[15:24] posting time, bro. The algorithm does
[15:26] not give a [ __ ] about what time you
[15:27] post. Oh, and hashtags, bro. Find a
[15:29] video where I used the hashtag, bro.
[15:30] Find a video where I used the hashtags.
[15:32] It It's not that deep, okay? what you
[15:34] really need to focus on making good
[15:36] videos or else you're not going to have
[15:37] any longevity as a creator because the
[15:38] thing is you want to get paid by a
[15:40] brand. You want to scale a business,
[15:41] right? I really want to connect the dots
[15:43] between learning this skill and
[15:44] practicing it because the last thing I
[15:45] want you guys to do here is leave this
[15:47] and be like, "All right, I feel
[15:49] inspired. I feel inspired." And then
[15:50] like, you know, you don't really take
[15:51] the action of practicing this because
[15:53] it's going to take a lot of practice.
[15:54] You want to do coaching. You want to
[15:55] sell your books, scale your business,
[15:57] get design clients. You want influence
[15:58] and options, create a business, scale a
[16:00] business, become financially free.
[16:02] You're going to play at EDC. scale UGC
[16:04] business, sell digital products, help
[16:06] people quit their 9 to5, right? You want
[16:08] to build cool businesses, you want to
[16:09] create your own freedom, content will
[16:10] help you do that, but only if you do it
[16:13] like genuinely with the skill set of
[16:15] knowing how to consistently go viral.
[16:17] Guys, this was back in 2022.
[16:19] This was back in 2022. I I understood
[16:23] this game back in 2022. And this whole
[16:25] concept that you're going to fall off on
[16:27] social media and like social media is
[16:29] this temporary thing is only true if you
[16:32] don't understand the game at its core
[16:35] fundamentals. So guys, if you understand
[16:37] the game at its core fundamentals and
[16:39] one of the mo like this this is
[16:40] literally one of the core tenants of
[16:42] virality and social media is hooks.
[16:44] Because if nobody watches past the first
[16:45] 3 seconds of your video, nothing else
[16:47] matters on social media. I'm sorry. It's
[16:48] the harsh truth. So understand this and
[16:50] study this. And here is the [ __ ]
[16:52] framework to understand how to go viral
[16:54] with hooks. First, copy the viral hooks.
[16:57] Write them down. Study the ones on Tik
[16:59] Tok because Tik Tok search engine is so
[17:00] good and Tik Tok's for you page
[17:02] algorithm is really really hyper
[17:04] tailored. I want you to only find videos
[17:05] with over 50,000 likes. Yes, you can
[17:07] write down videos with like over 10,000
[17:08] likes, too. But like you you want to
[17:10] train your data set. Like if you're
[17:12] studying 10 hooks, make sure all of them
[17:14] went super duper viral. Write down what
[17:16] format you're doing and then only watch
[17:18] the videos and write down the hooks of
[17:20] the videos that performed well in the
[17:21] format that you're doing. So, if you're
[17:23] doing vlogs, only watch videos that have
[17:25] over 50,000 likes and they're a vlog.
[17:27] And then you're going to culminate a
[17:29] list of hooks. And yes, hooks can
[17:31] actually be written down, too. Let's say
[17:33] even if you're a creator like this guy
[17:34] and he makes videos that don't really
[17:36] talk all the time, you know,
[17:40] right? These videos aren't talking.
[17:42] These still have hooks. You guys still
[17:43] have to understand these are hooks. Like
[17:44] hoax is just writing at the end of the
[17:46] day. Like so let's find a video that did
[17:48] actually pretty well. 2015 insecure cuz
[17:51] the only Asians on screen were nerds and
[17:53] losers. Guys, how many key words are in
[17:54] here, bro? He's spamming keywords. He
[17:56] knows what he's doing when he uses the
[17:57] word nerd, uses the word Asian, uses the
[17:59] word insecure, and use the word loser.
[18:01] And then he pairs it with a picture that
[18:03] very clearly depicts him looking
[18:05] younger. All of these stack up so you
[18:07] can actually make the video hit really
[18:09] hard. So, you got to understand that
[18:10] like this skill set too transfers over
[18:12] not just to my style of content. I I
[18:14] want you guys to understand that too
[18:16] that I am not just speaking from like my
[18:18] day one day X series. Low-key half the
[18:20] people who do like day one of road to
[18:22] 10K a month, day one of Road to 100K a
[18:23] month, you have to realize that that's
[18:25] not a good hook. Like day one of Road to
[18:26] 10K a month is not a good hook. Day 17
[18:28] of Road to Millionaire is not a good
[18:30] hook. Yes, it's copying one viral hook
[18:33] that was used once, but it probably like
[18:35] it's also just not the best hook in my
[18:37] opinion. This is somebody who's used
[18:38] this hook like a bunch of times. It's
[18:40] not that good of a hook because it
[18:41] doesn't understand like it doesn't play
[18:42] into the core principles of why things
[18:44] actually go viral. So for my niche
[18:46] before, right, the keywords for example,
[18:49] right? And the if you if you want to hop
[18:51] off of this call afterwards and like
[18:53] this is your literal homework. You want
[18:54] homework afterwards. Like bro, write
[18:56] down a bank of keywords and write down a
[18:58] bank of hooks because you really want to
[18:59] download what works. So keywords, what
[19:01] are keywords for for my niche, right?
[19:03] Like you can even go on YouTube and find
[19:04] the YouTube titles that use all of these
[19:07] words like dopamine detox, productivity
[19:11] hacks, morning routine. These are all
[19:13] key words. Like 6 a.m. is a keyword, 5
[19:16] a.m. is a key word, right? This is the
[19:17] in the productivity niche. And and I say
[19:19] this because I've been in the
[19:20] productivity niche. That account I just
[19:22] showed you was in the productivity
[19:23] niche. But don't just say like uh get
[19:25] better or improve. It's very broad. It's
[19:29] not the best key word. Maybe it's like I
[19:31] I've seen this one desexualize your
[19:33] brain. Like that's a key word that just
[19:35] hits. I actually think mental health
[19:36] I'll be honest. I don't know if it is as
[19:38] much in the productivity niche. Like
[19:40] people like the words like lock in more
[19:41] than they do mental health from what I
[19:43] have seen in the in the productivity
[19:45] niche. Yeah. Like there's certain words
[19:46] that I think just resonate too. And this
[19:48] is also might be based on like the age
[19:49] demo. Like specific words work better
[19:51] than others. And another thing too is
[19:53] you just have to doom scrolling. Like
[19:54] one of the videos that I did recently
[19:55] that did really well. This one. If
[19:57] you've been laying in bed scrolling for
[19:58] the past hour and you feel like you just
[19:59] ruined the rest of your day, so you have
[20:01] zero motivation.
[20:02] >> Zero motivation scrolling. Okay, so
[20:04] look, understand why they go viral.
[20:06] Coaching clients have paid me like
[20:08] thousands of dollars for this and what
[20:09] I'm about to do with you guys right now.
[20:11] I genuinely mean it. I I I'm not the
[20:13] biggest fan of people are like, "Oh, I
[20:14] give you like a bajillion dollars of
[20:16] value." But like genuinely, this is like
[20:19] really advanced. It's really niche.
[20:21] Okay, here's what I do with my like
[20:23] coaching clients who pay me thousands of
[20:24] dollars. I make them do this framework.
[20:27] this checklist of things that make your
[20:29] that make your hook hit harder. Number
[20:31] one, clarity. Is this the most clear and
[20:34] concise way of wording it? So, how do we
[20:37] figure that out? We have our hook here,
[20:38] right? This is our like rough draft of
[20:40] our hook. Now, we have to rewrite it and
[20:41] revise it until it's perfect. How do we
[20:43] do this? Okay, if you're tired of
[20:44] running your business 24/7 by yourself,
[20:47] boom, it's a little bit wordy at the
[20:49] beginning. And I know we're going to
[20:50] we're about to get super like pedantic
[20:52] here. It's going to be a little bit
[20:53] like, bro, like you're so OD, bro. Why
[20:55] are you looking so closely at those one
[20:57] or two words? Guys, this is the reason
[20:58] why certain videos can get 100,000
[21:00] views, the other one will get 5,000
[21:02] because it just it there's something a
[21:04] little bit off about the first few
[21:05] words. And and I know that sounds so
[21:07] weird to say. Like I genuinely sound
[21:09] autistic saying that, but like the
[21:10] difference between 100,000 views and
[21:12] like a million views perhaps too can
[21:14] literally be the matter of like one or
[21:16] two words. I would say there's probably
[21:19] another way of wording running your
[21:21] business 24/7 by yourself. there's just
[21:23] something that like doesn't resonate
[21:25] with me. If you are tired of running
[21:27] your business 24/7 by yourself, and here
[21:30] is where I would like I would just play
[21:32] around with different wordings because I
[21:33] don't know if this has any keywords. Add
[21:35] keywords that add specificity. What What
[21:38] are some business keywords alone instead
[21:40] of by yourself like running your
[21:41] business 24/7 alone? Like maybe it's at
[21:45] like 10K a month. Like I know I'm just
[21:47] I'm spamming keywords at this point. 10K
[21:49] a month. I like that. I like that a lot.
[21:51] Burning out. burned out. Yo, if you're
[21:53] burnt out running your business 24/7
[21:56] alone, yo, we're getting there. We're
[21:57] getting close. We're getting close. M we
[21:59] can we can we can get a little bit
[22:01] better here. We can get a little bit
[22:01] better here. If you're broke running a
[22:03] dying business alone, if you're going
[22:06] broke running a dying business, automate
[22:09] your business fully with AI. What words
[22:11] like are sticking here? Autopilot.
[22:13] Passive income. Passive income. That's a
[22:15] word that you could use. Passive income
[22:16] is associated with automating
[22:19] everything, right? And sometimes too, we
[22:20] can even go on YouTube, but let's say we
[22:22] search up a a niche online or a word
[22:25] online and then we can just start
[22:26] studying what all the titles are.
[22:28] Passive income scam. If you want passive
[22:30] income, you need this passive income
[22:32] ideas. $2,000 a day, 67K per week. Boom.
[22:35] That's literally what that's our sign
[22:38] that some people like for for some
[22:40] reason the XK per week. XK per day. If
[22:44] you're going broke running a dying
[22:45] business alone, here's how to Here's the
[22:48] ultimate guide to making your business
[22:50] fully passive with AI. Passive and
[22:52] automated with AI, take notes and thank
[22:57] me later. To building a fully passive
[23:01] income machine. Building a passive
[23:03] income machine, fully automated with AI.
[23:06] Take notes and thank me later. Yo, low
[23:08] key, that's kind of fire. Like this is
[23:10] your sign to like start using AI agents.
[23:14] AI agents. Oh my gosh, bro. People love
[23:17] the word AI agents right now. Uh we
[23:19] don't we don't need AI anymore here.
[23:20] It's redundant. Take notes and thank me
[23:22] later. This is the ultimate guide to
[23:24] start using AI agents to build a passive
[23:26] info machine. Take notes and thank me
[23:28] later. I The thing is it feels a lot
[23:31] more specific. You could also do this.
[23:35] This is the ultimate guide to to start
[23:38] using AI agents. We've dwelled a little
[23:41] bit on the clarity and I've introduced a
[23:43] couple other principles of hitting
[23:44] harder. Another one is specificity and
[23:46] numbers. Now, not every single one of
[23:48] these principles are going to apply
[23:50] every single time, but you can apply a
[23:53] lot of these principles of what makes a
[23:54] video do well. Clarity, specificity, and
[23:57] numbers. Does this actually align with
[23:58] the video idea or are you just saying
[24:00] the hook to like rage bait people?
[24:01] Because that's also not good. If you get
[24:03] people to a second three and then after
[24:04] that the video is completely different.
[24:06] Obviously it's not a good hook then it
[24:07] just lied to the viewer. Like clickbait
[24:09] isn't actually that effective. Who is
[24:11] your ideal viewer is another one too. We
[24:13] we we're kind of exploring these things.
[24:14] We're we're thinking about who we're
[24:16] talking to. I do want to dwell on this
[24:18] real quick. Purple cow effect. And it's
[24:20] a concept called purple cow effect. What
[24:22] purple cow effect refers to is when
[24:24] something seems novel. And when
[24:26] something seems novel, it generally will
[24:28] stick out and capture somebody's
[24:29] attention. So, when you're driving, for
[24:31] example, you're not going to to notice
[24:34] 90% of the cows and cars that pass by,
[24:36] but if you notice, if there is a purple
[24:38] cow, even if it's in the distance,
[24:39] you're going to notice it. That's kind
[24:41] of what you want to create your video
[24:42] into if you want it to truly stand out.
[24:45] It needs to have some sort of
[24:46] uniqueness. And this is where
[24:47] specificity and numbers actually can
[24:49] help because specificity and numbers
[24:51] helps your video stand out. So, if you
[24:53] have a personal result and number tied
[24:55] to this, it would be even better. Take
[24:57] notes and thank me later. I like taking
[24:58] notes and thank me later. It's a little
[25:00] bit of a super hook there. [ __ ] you,
[25:01] money in your sleep. Perfect. Perfect.
[25:03] And now this also kind of leans into
[25:05] this like purple cow syndrome because
[25:08] it's just different. Like who has said
[25:09] that you're going to use AI agents to
[25:11] make [ __ ] you money in your sleep? And
[25:13] who's who's ever made an ultimate guide?
[25:15] Like maybe if you just said start using
[25:17] AI in your business, it wouldn't hit as
[25:19] hard. AI agents specifically makes it
[25:21] stand out. So there we go. Yeah. And
[25:23] then you can follow up with a sentence
[25:24] like thousands of kids just like you are
[25:26] using a AI agents to make 10K per month
[25:28] but you're just too lazy to set it up.
[25:30] Then you have to back the claims that's
[25:31] true. So obviously you need to have this
[25:33] kind of video and hook alignment because
[25:35] if it's just straight capping then it's
[25:37] not going to work. And then lastly, can
[25:39] we use visuals to make it easier to
[25:41] understand or more captivating? If this
[25:42] is making sense, okay, if it's starting
[25:44] to click, I know we're covering a lot. I
[25:47] I know it might feel like a good amount
[25:49] where there's a lot of work ahead of
[25:50] you, right? We learned why hooks are
[25:52] important. Because if you don't
[25:54] understand hooks and you focus on the
[25:55] 20% that doesn't [ __ ] matter, then
[25:57] your video's retention is never going to
[25:59] reach past 5 seconds. And Instagram and
[26:01] Tik Tok are never going to actually deem
[26:03] your video good to watch because it
[26:04] doesn't make it past 5 seconds. And then
[26:06] in order to write good hooks, the number
[26:08] one thing you can do is to copy the good
[26:10] ones that you see online. After that,
[26:13] right, we learned about why it's
[26:15] actually helpful. We we learned how to
[26:17] understand why things go viral. We
[26:19] practice finding key words and then
[26:22] after that we learned how to maximize
[26:23] our hook and make it 1% better. And
[26:26] another practice you can do is just read
[26:27] it aloud multiple times. It's kind of
[26:28] tedious, but read your hook aloud five
[26:31] times. Does it just sound like it it
[26:33] feels right? Does it does it sound like
[26:35] it makes sense or is it still a little
[26:37] bit iffy? Okay, ask yourself that. Here
[26:39] I'm going to actually draw a graph of of
[26:41] uh what what happens when you actually
[26:43] want to grow on social media. So each of
[26:45] these is going to denote a month. Okay,
[26:47] and and I know that's kind of annoying.
[26:49] You have to take action, bro. You have
[26:51] to take action. Okay, so look at this.
[26:52] Look at this. Ready? This is going to be
[26:53] your average views, right? And here it's
[26:55] going to be like uh 10K, right? This is
[26:58] going to be 100K. I know the graph is
[27:00] not like mathematically accurate
[27:02] looking, but just bear with me. So, I
[27:03] want to show you a trend that I have
[27:05] noticed from literally observing. We
[27:06] have 520 creators, 530 creators actually
[27:10] in our program. Half of them are like
[27:13] starting off for the first time fresh
[27:14] when they join. And then some of them
[27:16] have like posted a little bit, but they
[27:17] want to gain traction. they want to get
[27:18] better. So, here's what I generally
[27:20] notice from creators in our in our
[27:22] community. So, let's say you're starting
[27:24] off here. What's going to happen is that
[27:26] on month one, you're basically going to
[27:28] get no traction. You're going to be at
[27:29] like 1K average views, right? It's going
[27:31] to feel like, bro, like what what am I
[27:33] even doing? It's a waste of time. And a
[27:35] lot of people at this point, they're
[27:36] going to reach this like sticking point
[27:38] where they're learning the hooks,
[27:39] they're learning cinematography, they're
[27:41] learning filming, they're learning
[27:42] editing. We all here want to hit like
[27:43] 10k followers here. We want to make all
[27:45] these big metrics, but but look, a lot
[27:47] of times we're going to set these big
[27:48] goals, right? Right here is where a lot
[27:50] of you guys are, right? And all of these
[27:52] things are making it really really hard
[27:54] to stick with it and learn. So, a lot of
[27:56] times what I see with people in here and
[27:58] and I I say this out of genuine love is
[28:01] that at a certain point it just gets
[28:03] difficult and tedious. And that's why
[28:05] all of this learning is low-key like it
[28:07] it might actually just make you
[28:09] overthink. Now that we know what a good
[28:10] look is, it actually can still feel like
[28:13] daunting because now we're like, [ __ ]
[28:14] we're a perfection. We're in the
[28:15] perfectionist mindset now. And we're
[28:17] like, you know what? Maybe I won't post
[28:18] for the next week and I'm going to
[28:19] figure it out. I'm I'm going to figure
[28:20] out what a what a good hook is. I'm
[28:22] going to I'm going to learn. I'm going
[28:23] to like get better. And then what ends
[28:24] up happening is like now we're trying to
[28:26] get back into it. But then we we start
[28:28] back up and we're like, "Ah, it only got
[28:29] 1,000 views. Yeah, you know what? Maybe
[28:30] I'll take another break for a little
[28:32] bit. I got other stuff to work on. I got
[28:33] like exams coming up." And then we tried
[28:35] a little bit there and then boom. It's
[28:37] like, you know, and and what ends up
[28:39] happening over the long term is we just
[28:40] have these like, you know, the the
[28:41] breaks become even longer in between and
[28:44] it ends up just we're in the we're in a
[28:46] loop. It's a cycle. And I know this
[28:48] because the biggest thing that people
[28:50] talk about is unlocks, strategy, hooks,
[28:53] bro, but you haven't even posted past
[28:54] like one or two months consistently. And
[28:56] it's just like it it's literally edging
[28:58] your learning. Like unfortunately is
[29:00] just like what it's like to learn any
[29:02] new skill. But I want to show you what
[29:04] happens when you actually stay
[29:06] consistent with it. Month one and month
[29:08] two are still going to look generally
[29:10] the same, right? It's it's literally
[29:12] going to feel like this. But at the very
[29:14] least, you are being consistent through
[29:16] these plateaus. Okay? So, you're not
[29:18] quitting when it gets difficult. You're
[29:21] not coming up with these weird excuses
[29:22] to not take action and you're just
[29:25] staking through it. What happens during
[29:27] this actual one to two month phase?
[29:29] These are the things that happen. start
[29:31] to actually learn what makes a video
[29:34] good versus bad to the algorithm, right?
[29:36] You're going to start to learn that the
[29:37] basics of editing. Like a lot of people
[29:39] don't like editing, too, but you're
[29:40] going to learn the basics of it, and it
[29:41] gets so much easier once you actually
[29:42] learn it. Okay? So, even when you do
[29:45] learn it, it's still going to be
[29:46] difficult. You're going to start to
[29:47] learn hooks. You're going to start to
[29:49] learn scripting, camera confidence, and
[29:52] all of these skills might not translate
[29:54] to directly more views in month one or
[29:56] two, but I genuinely see it all the time
[29:59] that there is this weird effect that
[30:01] genuinely happens on like month 2 to
[30:03] three where things just click. But Edd's
[30:05] a great example. He just hit 10K
[30:07] followers, right? After being constant
[30:09] academy for 60 days, right? Just hit 10K
[30:12] followers. Let's [ __ ] go at 66 posts.
[30:14] Damn, he's at 11.9 already. This can be
[30:17] you. However, he posted 66 times. That
[30:21] means or maybe a couple of these aren't
[30:22] like post posts, but like around 60
[30:24] times in 2 months. It's been 2 months
[30:27] and he's posted 60 times. Do do you see
[30:29] the correlation between that consistency
[30:31] and actually having that growth? Because
[30:34] once you actually learn the
[30:35] fundamentals, what ends up happening is
[30:38] this. You hit your flow. And this is one
[30:41] of those things where it's genuinely
[30:43] really hard to reach that point, but
[30:45] once you get momentum, it just does like
[30:47] the ball is rolling. You know the
[30:49] fundamentals now. You know what makes a
[30:50] video good and bad. You know the basics
[30:52] and you're going to think like, bro, I
[30:54] exhausted all of my good ideas on day
[30:56] like between day one and day 30. Bro, I
[30:58] don't have any ideas. All my good ideas
[31:00] are bad. And you got to understand that
[31:02] the first 30 days, it really doesn't
[31:04] matter what you're posting because
[31:05] you're just learning the fundamentals.
[31:06] So, I know it can be very discouraging
[31:08] and that's probably why a lot of us are
[31:09] here to learn hooks because we think
[31:10] that the unlock is going to come from
[31:12] just like one tuning one tuning into a
[31:15] call, one tuning into a class. It's
[31:17] going to change everything. But what
[31:18] actually works and this is the way we've
[31:20] even designed Content Academy is to
[31:22] focus a lot more on the daily
[31:24] iterations. That's literally why every
[31:26] single day we have people posting
[31:27] content into our content reviews and
[31:28] then getting it getting feedback from
[31:30] other members because it's a lot about
[31:31] the iteration and it's not just about
[31:33] this like bro if if I could give you a
[31:36] product if I could sell you a product if
[31:38] I could give it to you for free even if
[31:40] I could teach you one hour of a class
[31:42] and then help you go from here to here I
[31:45] wish I could and somebody would have
[31:47] already developed it by now okay like
[31:49] unless you want to buy followers which
[31:50] in which case like what the [ __ ] is the
[31:52] point of buying followers you know
[31:53] you're not actually building anything
[31:54] subst substantial. There is no magic
[31:57] pill that's going to do that's going to
[31:58] make this. Okay, that doesn't exist.
[32:00] What really exists is this green graph
[32:03] of growth where things might actually
[32:05] look like this for even like 6 months on
[32:07] and then later on it can take off,
[32:09] right? This is another example. Prosper
[32:11] started his first 60 to 90 days of
[32:14] creating content at 3,000 followers and
[32:16] he was stuck there. He was stuck there
[32:18] for a while, not getting even 10,000
[32:20] views per video cuz he was working a job
[32:22] 12 hours a day in the summer knocking on
[32:24] doors. He was literally knocking on
[32:26] doors, selling pest control for 90 days,
[32:28] but he still posted every single day. He
[32:30] only took like one week off during that
[32:31] time. He's inspired so many of our
[32:32] creators to to actually take action and
[32:34] grow. But what you guys probably don't
[32:36] see past him literally having grown like
[32:39] 20 or like what like 250,000 followers
[32:42] since like the start of this year or
[32:43] 300,000 followers since the start of
[32:44] this year is this base. And trust me,
[32:46] we're going to keep going back. We're
[32:47] going to keep going back. We're going to
[32:48] keep going back to the phase where he
[32:49] actually was just starting out. Prosper
[32:51] used to make videos knocking on doors
[32:53] with a road to 60K series. And you might
[32:55] see his blow up now. Yo, how do I
[32:57] replicate that today? And yes, we can
[32:59] learn from what other people have done
[33:01] right and wrong. But you have to
[33:02] understand day 18, day 17, day 16, day
[33:05] 15. Bro, he was so consistent. He was so
[33:08] consistent. and he and these videos
[33:10] obviously have more views now because
[33:11] they were kind of inflated after like
[33:13] you know he gained followers and whatnot
[33:14] but like for the first like 30 days
[33:16] there wasn't much growth and it was this
[33:17] like tough plateau but you what you have
[33:19] to understand about committing to this
[33:22] journey results aren't going to come but
[33:24] you're going to learn so many of the
[33:25] fundamentals during these kind of videos
[33:27] you're going to learn the fundamentals
[33:28] of lighting right he's standing in front
[33:29] of good lighting he's going to learn how
[33:30] to do B-roll he's going to learn how to
[33:31] put captions with the little shadow
[33:33] behind it and you can tell the videos
[33:35] are definitely not as good-looking as
[33:36] they are now right same with every
[33:38] single other creator who's ever grown.
[33:40] Now you look at his page now and you're
[33:42] like, "Oh my goodness." Like these
[33:43] videos are so well shot. You see this
[33:44] one and you're like, "Wow." Like, like
[33:48] it looks cinematic. The lighting is
[33:50] crazy. The colors are crazy. The editing
[33:52] looks good. What you don't see is this
[33:54] phase of the first couple months. Okay?
[33:57] What you don't see is the phase of the
[33:58] first couple months. And that's why I
[33:59] really want to emphasize as confusing as
[34:02] it is right now, I just want to
[34:04] encourage you practicing is just as
[34:06] crucial to learning as it is like you
[34:08] know just actually just sitting here and
[34:09] learning and and these are actual
[34:11] examples from the content academy where
[34:12] a lot of people right we teach people
[34:15] how to get views right and a lot of
[34:16] people might just see oh you know one
[34:18] video what what is that going to give me
[34:19] dude you know one video with 30k views
[34:21] one video with 40k views a video with a
[34:23] million views even right like that might
[34:25] seem like okay it's not that crazy right
[34:27] just getting like a couple Like these
[34:28] are all from our wins channel, but that
[34:30] eventually translates into the follower
[34:32] growth, right? Like Aaron who hit 10,000
[34:34] followers. Alex who hit 10,000 followers
[34:36] and then Henry hit 16,000 followers.
[34:38] Like after 77 days of posting, Thomas
[34:41] went from 500 to 10,000 followers. Kevin
[34:43] woke up with 40,000 followers. Look, he
[34:45] was printing. And you you might see all
[34:46] these crazy results now, but what I just
[34:48] want you to understand is that it's
[34:50] built from this turultuous grind. And I
[34:53] want you to keep your northstar as well.
[34:54] Why do you want to like if you actually
[34:57] grew the following that you you wanted,
[34:58] right? A lot of people said 10,000
[35:00] followers, 25,000 followers by the end
[35:02] of the year, if you actually achieved
[35:03] that, what would that look like in your
[35:05] life? What what would that change? And
[35:06] then I'll show you what it changed for a
[35:07] lot of our our members after they hit
[35:09] their follower goals, after they hit
[35:11] their growth. But what would that
[35:12] tangibly change in your life? Because I
[35:14] think it's important to remember why
[35:15] you're doing this content thing. And
[35:16] it's not just you're like shooting in
[35:18] the dark hoping for something to work,
[35:20] but then you don't even know why you're
[35:21] doing it. Content has honestly been one
[35:23] of the best like personal development
[35:24] tools for me as well because I genuinely
[35:25] feel like it's forced me to understand
[35:27] myself, push me past like these social
[35:29] anxiety that I used to have. But I was
[35:31] scared of even raising my hand during
[35:32] like class discussions in high school. I
[35:34] want you to remember that. I want you to
[35:35] remember your purpose because genuinely
[35:36] when I say content changes lives, like
[35:38] these are all people in the content
[35:39] academy as well. Joe, he raised his
[35:41] first check for his business, right?
[35:44] After spamming videos on reals. This is
[35:46] literally at 6,000 followers. He raised
[35:48] a check for his business and his
[35:49] business. It's like a uh it's an AI SAS
[35:52] called Flutify and I think they're doing
[35:53] like 70K a month, right? He started off
[35:55] literally at zero dollars a month with
[35:57] this SAS and just by posting content he
[35:59] was able to grow it. Another one, this
[36:00] dude just got recognized on Hinge. I
[36:01] thought that was funny. Anderson, he has
[36:03] like 10K followers or something on on
[36:05] Instagram, but he just got recognized on
[36:06] Hinge. I thought that was funny. Rajan,
[36:08] you guys might have seen his content
[36:09] before. Rajan Cheetah, he started off in
[36:11] Content Academy, too. Like I I want to
[36:12] say less than 10,000 followers. So, he's
[36:14] an absolute beast as well. He was
[36:16] literally saying how content because he
[36:18] put in those reps of posting how many
[36:19] times? 185 plus posts. He started
[36:22] collabing with Bill Gates's daughter.
[36:23] Like the amount of rooms that you're
[36:24] able to get into too, it it genuinely is
[36:27] life-changing. Henry making his first
[36:29] dollar online after he grew 16,000
[36:31] followers in like 90 days. Leo, he did
[36:33] UGC for a pub and literally got 1.5 bans
[36:36] just to make a video having a pint with
[36:38] his boys. Gave made $80,000 in a single
[36:40] month just from his agency. Like a lot
[36:42] of the leads came from his personal
[36:43] brand. book. Paul Wilkinson made a
[36:45] $20,000 B2B sale. It's genuinely
[36:47] life-changing what you can do with uh
[36:49] with building your personal brand. But I
[36:51] don't want you to focus on this. I want
[36:52] you to focus on this. Focus on just
[36:54] improving your skill set video by video.
[36:56] And over time over time, it's genuinely
[36:58] going to stack up. Okay? I want to give
[37:00] you guys a couple a couple hacks for
[37:02] actually staying consistent, too.
[37:04] Because none of this actually matters if
[37:06] you're not able to stay consistent. And
[37:07] if you genuinely do feel like you you
[37:10] want that extra push for staying
[37:12] consistent and improving and get the
[37:14] same results that all of these people
[37:16] have gotten, that's why we have content
[37:18] academy. And this is literally why like
[37:20] we have this entire program of content
[37:22] academy and this entire community this
[37:24] entire community that all of these
[37:26] people like sending wins literally every
[37:28] single every single day. This video
[37:30] across all channels had over 600,000
[37:32] views. We host our inerson events. But
[37:34] the reason why we do everything that we
[37:36] do in content academy and we don't just
[37:38] have like these kind of live classes or
[37:40] or we just have course modules for
[37:42] example like yes we have an entire like
[37:46] fiveweek boot camp where you can watch
[37:47] videos just like this breaking down not
[37:50] just like hooks but everything else from
[37:52] filming to editing filming to editing to
[37:56] scripting to storytelling. We we do
[37:58] cover all of that and monetization as
[38:00] well. But the reason why we don't just
[38:02] have that is because it doesn't actually
[38:04] help you take action. And one of the
[38:05] most important things when actually
[38:07] growing in content, like I said, is
[38:08] being able to stay consistent. So if if
[38:10] Content Academy was just a 5we boot
[38:12] camp, we would not get the results for
[38:14] our clients and for our students that we
[38:16] actually do. The reason why Content
[38:18] Academy actually works for people is
[38:20] because we have our support system.
[38:22] Okay? And this is something that like
[38:23] I'm genuinely so proud of. But
[38:25] basically, if you are looking for that
[38:27] community who's actually going to keep
[38:28] you accountable on a week- toeek basis
[38:31] when things get hard, when things get
[38:32] busy, when things get confusing, is our
[38:34] three-point support system in Content
[38:35] Academy. We have a one-to-one support
[38:37] manager, Justin. We have live coaching
[38:39] calls four times a week with me, with
[38:41] Gabe, who I pulled up his uh his win
[38:43] earlier. He has 20,000 followers, but he
[38:45] also has an agency doing $100,000 a
[38:47] month. So, if you want any business
[38:49] advice or monetization advice, he's a
[38:50] great resource to talk to. We have Sam
[38:53] who has over 200,000 followers on
[38:54] Instagram, Prosper who has over 350,000
[38:56] followers on Instagram, and then I host
[38:58] one live weekly call as well in the
[39:01] content academy. So, if you want that
[39:03] weekly support with literally four touch
[39:05] points every single week live on calls
[39:08] and of course a popping freaking Discord
[39:10] community of people who are actually
[39:12] bought in, people who are actually
[39:14] locked in, then Content Academy is
[39:15] probably like has the exact support
[39:18] system for you. And that's why we've
[39:19] designed it in the way that we have
[39:20] where we're so focused on community
[39:22] because at the end of the day, if you
[39:24] just have knowledge and you have this
[39:26] bank of information, but you don't have
[39:28] any way to continuously implement it, it
[39:31] really is useless. And and I I genuinely
[39:33] wish I could give you one dime of
[39:35] information that would help make this
[39:37] happen, but it doesn't. It happens with
[39:39] your effort and it happens with you
[39:41] actually staying consistent and
[39:42] continuously learning. So we have these
[39:44] systems to help you continuously learn,
[39:46] but we also have these systems to help
[39:47] you stay accountable and also
[39:50] continuously improve with the inputs of
[39:52] everyone else who has already walked
[39:54] that journey. So if you do want to join
[39:56] content academy, uh you can join in the
[39:58] hashtag upgrade channel. If you want to
[40:01] write your hooks with AI, it's trained
[40:03] on these viral hooks, but it's also
[40:04] trained on Claude for Sonnet. So, it's
[40:07] like it's one of the best like models
[40:11] for writing.
