[02:05] YouTube short that I posted about 10 days ago. It's got 17 million views or days ago. It's got 17 million views or 16.8 million so far and it's made 3.8k. YouTube short. You can see if I go to revenue, the qualified views, so the

[02:18] views that I actually earn money on is 7.9 million views and the RPM on this video is 42 cents. This is US dollars. This is not some other currency. This is a 42 cent US dollar RPM. Meaning for every thousand views that this video

[04:06] kind of opinion around which ones are the funniest or whatever you choose to videos like this. It's one of the most viral formats on all of YouTube Shorts. thousands of dollars with this so I'm a little bit biased but I can tell you

[04:20] because again, I'm actually doing it myself and making one to two K a day good channel to look at for inspiration. They've only posted 245 videos and they have almost two and a half million subscribers and they've generated 5.7

[04:34] gets millions of views. This one they posted a week ago has 12 million views already. Literally just ranking funniest parkour moments. This is the easiest show you exactly how to make these videos really quickly using AI to do 99%

[04:48] inspiration channels to kind of take ideas from and get inspired. So I've one. Here's another really good one. Here's another really good channel. You go through their videos and you like a bunch of them. So just like leave likes,

[05:03] comments on all these videos, your whole feed will become ranking content almost just scroll shorts and it will just feed you more and more new ranking channels. channels that you want to replicate and steal their strategy, this is where we

[06:10] going to be a good one to copy. I'm going to click more and then this little pop will appear and I'm going to scroll to the bottom, click share channel, and then click copy channel ID right down there. Then you're going to go back to

[06:22] plus right here, and you're going to click connectors, and then go to add from VidIQ for Claude using the new VidIQ extension we added. And then you're going to click where it says competitor breakdown. It will ask you to

[06:36] just paste that channel ID that you just copied and click add prompt. It'll add this little bubble automatically for you and then you just hit send. see it's as it goes, it's just going to ask you for some permission, so you just click

[06:49] that it asks you. So just let this run. It's going to take about 5 minutes to do there you go, it's done. You can see it gave me this insane report with charts, videos from that channel. It shows me

[07:18] go viral. Channels like Rank Zilla, they get millions of views on every post. This one 3 days ago got 22 million views. It's because his video ideas are better than everybody else and they're creative and unique. So just in the same

[07:30] me a list of viral ranking video topics channel. And just like that, it gives me the exact proven winning video topics channel that are most likely to go viral

[07:43] near miss driving moments. These are such good high performing content ideas. then we're going to go over to this tool the editing and actually making the video for you. And the really cool thing

[08:22] Now, you'll notice that this looks super bad. And if you go look at big ranking channels, you'll see that their title formats always look really clean in this one specific format. It needs to be in two lines of text, not three, not one,

[08:35] always two lines of text and it needs to have colors that break up the key words. just going to hit return and come down a line about halfway through my text that. And then you need to highlight the

[08:49] things in the title that make the viewer instantly understand what their video is about. For me, the keywords are probably parkour fails because, you know, ever help the viewer understand what the

[09:03] video will actually be about. Parkour fails is the keyword and the real topic of our video. So, I usually just go with like red or like a light blue or something like like that's pretty clean. I think I actually like a teal is really

[09:15] video, they see the full title but their brain just instantly understands what my fails right away. And that helps so that people don't scroll away from your video you have the title optimized like this, you need to actually go rank some clips.

[09:30] use TikTok because they have such a good video search engine. So, you're just just to look up your video topic right in the search bar. And just like that, millions of views that I can just use in my video. For example, this clip right

[09:43] here has 3.7 million views. You really only want to use viral clips. That's really important. You don't want to use a clip that has like 300 likes because why would it go viral for you if the original clip didn't go viral on its

[09:55] views. I'm going to copy the link of that clip right here. And then I'm going to go back into Viblo and scroll down to my first ranking slot video rank one and just like that, it downloads the clip into my ranking video without a

[10:09] it looks really good. From here, you need to add a video title for this particular clip because you need to know kind of what each clip is and where it clip has this like crocodile come out of the water so they just named this

[10:23] So, I'm just going to give my clip a title that makes sense with it. I'm just going to call it aura lost. And from there, I can just repeat this and go find like four or five more clips and rank them and just keep adding more

[10:35] until I have about five ranked. This is really important. You need to rank the right number of videos to make sure that viewers actually want to stick around too many clips, people won't watch the whole video. And if you don't rank

[10:47] getting enough watch time and your video I've noticed has performed the best is ranking somewhere between five and seven clips. That's kind of usually the range. You never want to go more than seven and

[11:00] Once you've added all the different clips that you want to rank in your video, this is the next most important step is you need to add custom playback order. You'll see for retention that a lot of ranking videos won't just rank

[11:13] like seven, then six, then five and rank in descending order. They'll rank randomly. They'll do like two first and then they'll do like six, you know what back up and then they'll save one for last. They'll just kind of like randomly

[11:26] This is kind of a little trick to keep the viewer engaged cuz they don't really next, makes it feel less repetitive. So, all you do is you go to playback order right here, and you just turn on custom playback order, and you can actually

[11:39] just click shuffle, and this will automatically just rearrange the order them yourself and manually change them if you want to. And then from there, you and you're good to go, and you have a finished ranking video. Now, from here,

[11:52] what you need to do is post one to two YouTube Shorts every single day onto consistent, and you cannot mess this up. right now that you will not go viral, and you will not get good views. This
