[06:08] skinny kid so like especially in high
[06:10] school I just never really felt
[06:11] confident about my body I'd see

[06:16] Hemsworth Brad Pit and even athletes
[06:19] like Cristiano Ronaldo and I was like
[06:21] damn I want to look like them but then
[06:24] there I was looking like a stick and
[06:26] just feeling weak which is what
[06:29] eventually got me into working out but
[06:32] it seemed like no matter what I did I
[06:34] just wasn't getting very good results
[06:36] and to make matters worse there was just
[06:38] so much conflicting advice out there
[06:41] like I ended up trying all kinds of
[06:43] crazy diets and workouts I remember
[06:45] seeing the incredibly jacked Rocky baloa
[06:48] drink raw eggs in his movie and I
[06:51] thought that's what I have to do and I
[06:54] did it four whole eggs raw I can't
[06:57] believe I actually swallowed it it was
[06:59] disgusting
[07:00] but I was honestly willing to do
[07:02] anything just to get better results but
[07:04] still nothing was really working even
[07:06] the raw eggs didn't work and I honestly
[07:09] thought that my Asian genetics were what
[07:12] was holding me back but my mom who is
[07:16] the same one who cursed me with my Asian
[07:19] genetics she's also a doctor and let me
[07:22] tell you about her she was born in the
[07:24] slums in the Philippines literally
[07:26] sleeping with rats every night but she
[07:28] overcame All Odds she made it into med
[07:31] school here in Canada she became a
[07:33] successful doctor with her own clinic
[07:36] and at the same time provided my
[07:37] brothers and I with an incredible
[07:39] childhood but the thing about her guys
[07:41] is that she truly loves helping people
[07:45] she's almost 70 years old now but still
[07:47] works so hard every single day because
[07:49] she loves it and so growing up I saw
[07:52] firsthand how she was using science to
[07:54] diagnose patients guide her decisions

[33:38] and increase the rep range and then
[33:41] second set boom let's see what it says
[33:43] maintain weight for this set stick to
[33:46] the same weight but try to do more than
[33:47] eight reps so as you can see guys every
[33:51] single set is just guiding me through my
[33:54] workout and it uses my data from my last
[33:56] workout right it looks at okay
[33:58] how much weight did Jeremy do how many
[33:59] reps did he do and what was the effort
[34:01] of that set and it uses a science back
[34:03] algorithm to determine what's the next
[34:06] best step for jerey to take so it takes
[34:09] care of everything for you guys trust me
[34:10] it is it is gamechanging and with it
[34:14] basically every single workout the app

[38:18] 70% of people I seen the gym use the

[46:35] just that he'd always get stuck at
[46:36] around 20% of body fat but the reason he
[46:39] got stuck is because he never had a plan
[46:41] that actually evolved with his body

[1:06:39] already tried counting his calories in
[1:06:41] the past but he never really saw any

[1:15:21] smartest most effective approach these
[1:15:23] things take time like you didn't get to
[1:15:26] your current shape overnight so you're
[1:15:28] not going to be able to reverse it that
[1:15:30] quick either but I will say compared to
[1:15:33] the results that you guys are probably
[1:15:35] getting with your current approach I
[1:15:37] guarantee it'll be so much faster and in
[1:15:39] terms of specific timelines most of you
[1:15:41] will start seeing visual results in as
[1:15:43] little as three to four weeks but for
[1:15:45] major Transformations you're looking at

[1:15:50] some examples so Andre went from 23% to
[1:15:54] 11 % body fat in just four months now

[1:16:24] different different workout and diet
[1:16:25] programs but as you can see in his
[1:16:27] weight on his spreadsheet it didn't
[1:16:29] budge and in fact it actually increased
[1:16:31] a little bit but when he put a marker of
[1:16:34] when he started built with science you
[1:16:36] can see boom his weight instantly
[1:16:39] dropped from the initial plan we gave
[1:16:40] him and it continued dropping with our
[1:16:42] ongoing guidance because you see guys
[1:16:44] like the problem with most Fitness plans
[1:16:46] he tried before is they didn't enough
[1:16:48] guidance he said that most plans would
[1:16:51] either just focus on workouts or they'd

[1:33:36] stopped you from working out in the past
[1:33:38] and injuries is a huge one but the thing
[1:33:41] about injuries is that there's ways to
[1:33:43] work around them if you're really smart
[1:33:44] with how you program your workouts
[1:33:47] Dominic here is a perfect example so he
[1:33:49] used to struggle staying consistent in
[1:33:51] the gym because as soon as he made
[1:33:53] progress he injured his shoulder would
[1:33:55] flare up or his knee would get nagging
[1:33:57] pain but after join a bit with science
[1:34:00] he's not only leaner and more muscular
[1:34:02] than he's ever been but believe it or
[1:34:04] not he's actually lifting lighter
[1:34:06] weights than he was before and all his
[1:34:08] nagging pain went away and you see
[1:34:11] Dominic used to just try to copy what
[1:34:13] he'd see other people do at the gym but
[1:34:15] despite working out for years he never
[1:34:17] really got the results he wanted and
[1:34:19] whenever he do certain exercises it just
[1:34:21] didn't feel right and he would end up
[1:34:23] Hur hting his shoulders and knees as
[1:34:24] soon as he went a little heavier but as
[1:34:27] soon as he joined B science he not only
[1:34:28] learned the right way to do his
[1:34:30] exercises but we showed him a few simple
[1:34:32] swaps to his exercises so that he was
[1:34:34] still able to work his Target muscles
[1:34:36] but without aggravating his injuries and
[1:34:39] after implementing this he immediately
[1:34:41] started feeling the right muscles
[1:34:42] working his nagging injuries eventually
[1:34:44] went away and his muscles actually
[1:34:46] started responding and growing way
[1:34:48] better than they had in the past and

[1:38:51] in-person uh trainer can do at least for
[1:38:54] now um but the beauty about the app guys
[1:38:57] is like I mean first of all inperson
[1:39:00] trainers are really expensive um but the
[1:39:03] other thing is that like it's also hard
[1:39:05] to find somebody who's really good like
[1:39:06] how do you guys know if you can actually
[1:39:08] trust the advice of the imperson trainer
[1:39:10] that you get it's like ridiculously easy
[1:39:12] to become a personal trainer I know
[1:39:14] because I did it as soon as I was 18 I

[1:39:21] just like you can trust you can trust
[1:39:24] everything that is is coming from it is
