AI Summary

The video, hosted by Nitin Jain (E-commerce Doctor), demonstrates how to identify 'prime keywords' on Amazon using Brand Analytics to boost sales. It shows live sales data from a small account earning ₹20-22 lakh monthly, then walks through a step-by-step method to analyze competitor keywords, estimate search volume, and calculate potential sales. The core message is that targeting these high-performing keywords in your listing SEO can replicate competitor success.

[00:02]
Live Sales Proof

Shows a small account with daily sales around ₹65-72k, monthly sales of ₹2.18 lakh in June and ₹2.29 lakh in July, proving the method works.

[01:25]
Scale of Success

Claims many managed accounts have monthly sales between ₹50 lakh and ₹2 crore, with some reaching ₹15-20 crore from Amazon alone.

[02:06]
Root Cause of Low Sales

The biggest reason sellers fail is not targeting prime keywords—the high-volume search terms that drive competitor sales.

[02:46]
Example Product Analysis

Shinx Pro car cleaning accessories sells at ₹780 with 6,000+ units/month, generating ~₹47 lakh in visible sales (actual likely double).

[03:29]
Keyword Research Method

[04:13]
Interpreting Search Frequency Rank

Car Cleaning Accessories has SFR 1634, meaning 10-14k monthly searches. Lower SFR = higher search volume.

[06:15]
Click and Conversion Shares

The product has 11.45% click share (11 of 100 searchers click) and 4.96% conversion share (5% of clicks buy).

[07:27]
Sales Calculation

With 10,000 searches, 11.45% click = 1,145 clicks, and 4.96% convert = ~56 purchases from this single keyword.

[10:39]
Top Three Products Capture Clicks

The top three products (including Shinx Pro) collectively get ~2,800 clicks out of 10,000 searches, leaving 7,000 for others.

[11:33]
Actionable Takeaway

Target these prime keywords in your listing SEO to replicate competitor sales; the process is repeatable and scalable.

[00:02] which we are managing. Look, today's date is 30th July and the time is 12:36. Now look here, there is a sale on 24th July for ₹72,000. The sale is on July 25th for ₹67,595. 74,000 arrived on July 26th. There has been a

[00:18] 74,000 arrived on July 26th. There has been a slight decrease in sales on 27th. It has come for Rs 63,859. Then on July 28, it came for ₹65,722. And not today, that is, yesterday on 29th July, the sale has come at 71976 and it is just 12:36 on 30th July and

[00:34] in half an hour till now there has been a sale of 674, worth approximately ₹450 and today also it will cross 7075000. Now let me also show you the last month's sales of this account and this will come in one take. There will be no cuts so you do n't have any problem whether there is any editing or anything. I am

[00:48] showing you live. Ok? So let us take a look at June. Let us see, us take a look at June. Let us see, from 1st June to 30th June, I will show you the live from 1st June to 30th June, I will show you the live sale

[01:01] of ₹218798, okay ₹2187000 and ₹798, now I will show you, from and ₹798, now I will show you, from 1st to 30th July of this month, till

[01:13] 1st to 30th July of this month, till now some ₹2298, now some ₹2298, ₹989 have come, it will cross 21 lakhs, as it is visible, now it has not been long since this account came to us and this is just one

[01:25] account. We have so many such accounts whose monthly sales are between Rs 50 lakh and Rs 2 crore. In fact, we also have such accounts whose monthly sales are Rs 15 crore, 18 crore, 20 crore. That to single account from Amazon only.

[01:39] If I show you the accounts of Flipkart and Meesho, you will say, do you really get so many sales? But I cannot show you that account because we have signed an NDA with all those sellers and all those brands, which contains a non-

[01:52] disclosure agreement that we That's why I am showing you a small account whose monthly sales are ₹20 to ₹22 lakh. And similarly, there are thousands of sellers on Amazon whose monthly

[02:06] sales are worth lakhs and crores of rupees. But you are not getting even 10 orders in a month. Why? The biggest reason for this is that you do not target prime keywords. Hi I am Nitin Jain a KA E-commerce Doctor. I started e-commerce in 2015 and

[02:19] in the last 11 years I have worked with thousands of brands and taught e-commerce to lakhs of children. As of today, we work with thousands of brands and out of these, 50 plus brands have also been featured on my Shark Tank India. And today

[02:32] how to find prime keywords so that your monthly sales can also reach lakhs and crores of rupees. But do not skip any part of the video even by mistake. If you have a habit of watching quickly then watch the video at 2x but watch till the end. Otherwise, if you miss even one part, then who

[02:46] knows how many thousands of rupees that mistake can cause you a loss. For example, I have a product in front of me. This is a brand Shinx Pro which is selling for around ₹780 and selling more than ₹6,000 pieces per month. More than ₹6,000 pieces every month. Now

[03:01] think, if it is selling more than ₹6000 pieces and selling them for ₹780, then what will be its monthly and selling them for ₹780, then what will be its monthly sales? ₹780 * 6000 approximately ₹46,80,000 sale of approximately ₹47 lakh and Amazon does not show this exact data. There will be

[03:15] exact data, meaning there will be double the sale. So if it is showing sales of ₹46 lakh, then assume that its monthly sales will be ₹92 lakh to ₹93 lakh. Now we have to see why its sales are coming. Why are its products selling so much?

[03:29] What to do if you see this? A sign to be copied. Ok? We have to check how it gets so much sales. So the first thing to do is Ok? After that, suppose you have logged in. You have to go here and after going here

[03:43] you have to go to brands. Then we have to go to brand analytics. As you go into brand analytics. Here you have to go to Search Analytics and look at the top search terms. Analytics and look at the top search terms.

[03:58] paste the assignment here. Ok? The assignment has to be pasted. Here you have to select the month and the recent year. Have to pick the last month. Have to apply and then have refined results. Now you will see why this brand has

[04:13] sales of this product? See Car Cleaning Accessories as the most searched Accessories as the most searched keyword on Amazon at number 16th 34. Meaning, what comes at number one? iPhone like I show you an example.

[04:27] What is the most searched thing on Amazon? Motorola Phone 5G was the most searched phone last month. Then the search was Peach Home Furnishing. Then the search was iPhone 17. Then the search happened: Watch for Man. Then Vivo mobile 5G phone was searched. Kurta sets for women.

[04:40] So this is being searched at number one. This is on number two, this is on number three. This search frequency ranks at number four. Meaning, what is being searched the most on Amazon? Understand it like this. Search frequency rank means what is being searched the most on Amazon.

[04:53] number two, number three, number four, number five. Now we will understand at number five. Now we will understand at

[05:05] So if I apply here again here. Oh, not on search terms, we put it here inside the top click product. So the car cleaning accessories are coming at number 16th 34. ₹1634 means all the searches that are happening on Amazon, at

[05:21] number one, at number two, at 16th, 34th, if car cleaning accessories is coming at 1634, then understand that its monthly search volume would be around 15000 or 10 to 15000, so it means 10 to 15000 people are searching every month,

[05:37] car cleaning accessories is coming at 1634, means it is at number 1634, so it means you multiply it by 8 or 9, its monthly search volume is this much, is it okay? Car Duster is

[05:49] coming on number 2377. This means its search volume will be lower. So the more the search frequency rank increases, it means less search volume. This means less search volume. This means that fewer people search for this keyword, fewer customers

[06:02] search for it on Amazon. Least means it is being searched the most most searched item is car cleaning accessories. At number 1634, that means the monthly search volume that I mentioned will be between 10 to 12,000 or 10 to 14,000. Now we have to

[06:15] understand that when 10 to 12,000 people search , what are most of the people clicking on. Most people are clicking on this assignment. Which has a click share of 11.45%. Meaning, out of 100 people, 11 click on the product and out of those

[06:28] 100, 11 people clicked but how many people bought it? 4.96% did. Let me We entered the search terms that are searched on Amazon. Ok? Here we will enter the Search Frequency Rank (SFR). How much is SFR brother? 1634. It is at number 1634.

[06:45] This means number 1634. Out of all the searches on Amazon, that would mean a search volume of around 10 to 14,000. Let us write here the expected search volume of 10 to take a rough figure, roughly its search volume will be 10 to 14,000

[06:59] easily. Now move ahead. What do we have after this, brother? This is a sign that 11.45% out of 100 means 11 out of 100 people are clicking. Click Share. Now we understand how much people are

[07:13] buying. 11 people are clicking. How many butt purchases are there? 4.96% is the Converge share. Ok? Let us write the share here as 4.96%. Ok? Now let us put this figure here once. Click share was 11.45%. And

[07:27] we see the exact number. Number of clicks and here we write the number of purchases. Now let us understand that let us assume that 1000 customers come to us

[07:39] for an example. Ok? Number of customers. For example, let us assume that the search volume is 10 to 14,000. If I get hold of it for roughly 12,000 or even 10,000. 10,000 once I change its color.

[07:51] I put a sign here. If I get 1,000 customers, even 10,000 customers. Like 10 to 14,000 people search, so I took a rough figure of 10 to 14,000 as 10,000. Even if 10,000 people search, 11.45%

[08:03] people click on this one. So how much is it ? Once we take this into numbers. So about 11500 people click. Ok? Out of 10,000. And how many people buy it? From this we take 56 people. 56 people out of 1000 are

[08:18] product is this? Let's see this once also. This is just a keyword. This one keyword has 700 plus bots. Number two is Shinx Pro. How much is it costing? 9.57%

[08:32] How much is it costing? 9.57% click share. Let us write 9.57% click share here. And what are the conversion shares? 5.61% 61% Same we take that if here 10,000 customers are searching for this product again

[08:45] because 10 to 14,000 are searching. But only 11.5% are clicking on it. The remaining 9% are clicking on this. Ok? Let's also copy its SM which I had shown. It has 6000 plus bots. I will show you again.

[08:59] Look, this is the same one. 6K plus bots. Ok? Let's add the third scene also. Let's copy it. Ok? I pasted it here. And if we look here, its click share is 7.62%. Click share reached 7.62%. And

[09:13] Click share reached 7.62%. And what is the convergence share here? 7.11% percent. Ok? Now if 10,000 people search, then out of them, understand that 1145 people click on this product. Let's fix the formatting. So

[09:28] if 10,000 people search, then 1145 people click on it. 957 click on this sign. 762 Let's click on this. If we add 10000 out of it, how much will it be ? 2800 people click on just these three products. Only on these three. The

[09:41] remaining 7000 people would be clicking on different products. that get the most clicks are these. One of them is this one which has 6K these. One of them is this one which has 6K plus bots. 6K plus bot. The second one had

[09:55] our 700 plus bots. If I show you, 700 plus bots will come. No its 6K. The first one's and this one's 7y. So we have some 700 plus bots coming up. So we have some 700 plus bots coming up. 700 plus bots

[10:13] brother, if we look at this third product here, its monthly sales are around 400 plus bots. Ok? Now let's look here.

[10:26] product, 700 plus bots. Number two people are buying it. Buying it at number three. Meaning almost everything is the same. It is similar. So in this way you will understand What are the keywords from which they are getting sales? So,

[10:39] only three people have consumed the maximum level of sales on car cleaning accessories. Ok? If you see, 6K plus bots are coming, 6000 plus bots are coming. So what are the keywords that are driving sales? All these keywords. Meaning this is Amazon's own data.

[10:52] add the accent, then you will see which products and which keywords are bringing sales to this competition. So either it must be selling at number one. For example, if you look at this car cleaning accessories, it is coming at number two. It is

[11:06] One is coming in this. Two pay is coming in this. This means you will see all the keywords through which this product is getting sales. This is how things are going. So somewhere he will be at number one. Click share will either be number two or number three in conversion share. It must be

[11:20] somewhere. So if through all these keywords, 6000 plus pieces are being sold every month, then if you also target these keywords, then you can also get sales. Ok? So this is the way by which you can find out how the competition is

[11:33] getting sales. This keyword is being searched the most. It is being searched the most and is coming at number 1634. That means 10 to 14,000 people search. Car Cleaning Accessories. So if you also bring your sale on car cleaning accessories. This means that

[11:45] 53 pieces are being sold every month from this product alone. 53 pieces. So how much is the product? It is worth ₹779. So if we look at the 779 product, then this alone is giving

[12:03] And how many units are being sold? 53 units. 53 units. Where are the remaining units being sold from? Something is coming from this. Something is coming from this. Something is coming from this. Something is coming from this. So in this way you will target all these keywords

[12:17] in your listing. These are called prime keywords. Ok? These prime keywords are driving sales to this competitor. As I told you, 53 units of it are being sold. 53 units are being sold from just this single keyword Car Cleaning Accessories. So if you

[12:31] also target the remaining keywords, then you will get sales very easily. And similarly, the brands that are associated with us, whose accounts we manage, we bring their monthly sales in lakhs and crores. So if you also want to

[12:44] bring your monthly sales to crores of rupees , then you also follow the same process and it will be very easy to bring your sales. All you need to do is target these prime keywords in your SEO rights. And sky's the limit. You yourself don't know how many sales you can bring.

[12:56] you are not able to understand how to target prime keywords or you do not know how to do SEO or you do not know how to run ads. Or you may wish you didn't have to learn all this. You want an agency on your behalf, an actual
