How to Earn MegaETH Airdrop Points
60sBreaks down the airdrop points system so viewers immediately understand exactly what determines their payout.
▶ Play Clip"Delivers a usable walkthrough of the MegaETH rewards system, but pads it with repeated gambling rants and wallet complaints."
Crypto Gorilla breaks down MegaETH's Season 1 rewards program, explaining how to earn points, use boosters, and farm a potential airdrop. He demonstrates on the Mega ETH terminal which apps to use, how to bridge funds, and the risks involved. The video is a practical guide, but also a warning that many airdrop-farming activities are essentially gambling.
The rewards program just went live, and the video walks through how to earn points, boost them, choose apps, and use NFTs.
All activity happens on the MegaETH terminal; connect your wallet and X account, and link multiple wallets in the cluster section to maximize earning potential.
Your goal is to earn points, which determine your airdrop size on the leaderboard — more points means a bigger token airdrop.
Points are earned by performing tasks on apps; the suggested tasks are not guaranteed to reward points, but swaps and liquidity provision are likely candidates.
Rather than spreading across all six apps, a strategic approach is to focus on one to three apps while still sampling others for activity.
Boosters increase your points multiplier; seven boosters are currently available, some earned through past activity like whitelists or investments.
Pledge to an NFT clan collection without being a holder, but holding up to three NFTs in the winning collection gives a higher booster — NFTs must be bridged to MegaETH.
You can manually allocate your multiplier to three apps every seven days; only those apps receive the bonus points boost.
Bridge ETH to pay gas and stablecoins like USDM (MegaETH's official stablecoin) into the network; transactions are nearly instant.
High APYs like 947% on a meme pool look tempting, but impermanent loss can destroy returns; the creator uses stablecoin-to-stablecoin pools to farm points safely.
hit.1 perps, pack opening, and sports-card apps are effectively casinos: no skill, pure RNG, and the creator lost $5 on a demo trade and 50% on a $50 pack.
The creator dislikes that most apps are RNG-based and that every app requires creating and funding a new wallet, making funds hard to manage.
Earning the MegaETH airdrop is about stacking points through boosts and app activity, but don't spend more than you can afford to lose — the airdrop should be a bonus, not a reason to burn capital.
What determines the size of your MegaETH airdrop?
The number of points you earn on the leaderboard; more points equals a bigger token airdrop.
01:13
How many apps can you allocate your booster to per week?
Three apps per week, reallocatable every seven days.
04:28
What is USDM on MegaETH?
The official stablecoin on MegaETH, which earns revenue from.
05:53
What are the two main risks the creator highlights about the MegaETH app ecosystem?
Most apps are pure RNG/gambling, and users must create and fund a separate wallet for each app.
15:12
What does holding up to three NFTs in a winning clan collection give you?
A higher booster multiplier.
03:46
What is Rabbit Hole used for?
Bridging funds to MegaETH, including ETH for gas and stablecoins like USDM.
05:39
What average loss does the creator mention for opening packs?
Around 20% on average.
12:59
Why does the creator use stablecoin-to-stablecoin liquidity pools?
To avoid impermanent loss while still farming points.
07:45
Points = Airdrop Size
This is the core mechanic of the entire farming process — everything else in the video feeds into accumulating points.
01:13Weekly Booster Allocation
Shows a concrete strategy: test apps first, then concentrate your multiplier on the three you'll actually farm.
04:28Stablecoin Pools for Safe Point Farming
Avoids impermanent loss while still earning points, a smart way to farm without bleeding capital.
07:45Pack Opening Average Loss ~20%
Quantifies the casino-like nature of these apps and underscores the warning not to chase airdrops with money you can't lose.
12:59[00:02] grabs in the Mega ETH season 1 rewards program, which just went live. So in today's video, we're going to cover how the program works, how to earn points, how to boost your points, which apps to use, which NFTs to collect, and my
[00:15] program. Ladies and gentlemen, welcome Crypto Gorilla video. As usual, I'm not a financial advisor. You can 100% lose guarantee you're going to be airdropped more than you spend. So please do your
[00:31] own research before jumping in. If you appreciate this content, hit the subscribe button. It really helps my channel grow and reach a wider audience, like button while you're down there as well, and let's jump right into it. So
[00:44] everything is going to happen on the terminal. I'll put a link to that in the description down below. Here's the dashboard. So step one, you're going to need to connect your wallet as well as your X account. If you have multiple
[00:58] wallets that you've engaged with on Mega ETH, I would link them all just to maximize your earning potential, which you could do that in the cluster section by clicking add wallet and then connecting whatever wallet you use. Now
[01:13] your goal here is to earn points. Points are what's going to determine the size of your airdrop, and that's all happening on the leaderboard. The more points you have, the higher on the leaderboard you are, and the bigger your
[01:26] token airdrop. Now some people already have points. I have a measly 221 points, have points. I have a measly 221 points, but people like CBB here have 187,000. And that's because he allocated funds previously into USDM. So that's already
[01:42] past. I wouldn't worry about it. Just try to compete at your own level, and Don't worry that you're not top 100 on the leaderboard. Who cares? Just do your best. Now the way you earn points is by performing different tasks on these
[01:56] apps. They do suggest some tasks per app, but it's just a teach you how to use the app. Here they say there's no guarantee that any of the tasks they mention are going to give you points. However, we can just guess what's going
[02:08] they want you to do swaps. They want you to provide liquidity into a liquidity pool, and so on, right? Some of these are gotcha systems. Obviously, the points are going to come from buying packs, and you know, trading cards, and
[02:23] so on. However, we're still just guessing, right? We're guessing what's give the most points. I might be better off engaging with all six apps versus going all in on a single app. We don't really know. We're just trying to go
[02:37] about it. I think strategically, you should focus on like one to three apps maximum, but it's not bad to have activity and just even try out different like them or you don't. Now you'll notice on the top left here, there is a
[02:53] multiplier. This is how you are increasing how many points you are collecting by using these apps. can see the multipliers here by clicking on boosters. Now for the time being, there are seven boosters available. I only
[03:07] have four, and these are things I did in the past. So unfortunately, I cannot change them and get all seven. But luckily, I already did four by having whitelist for a Fluffle, you know, minting a Fluffle, investing in the
[03:19] sonar round, and so on. It's kind of proving that you've already been interested in Mega ETH before the incentives were live. Now if you don't have any of these boosts, but you still want a booster, fear not, because there
[03:32] are the clans. Clans are NFT collections, which in order to pledge to an NFT collection, you do not need to be a holder. But if you hold the NFTs, if a holder. But if you hold the NFTs, if you hold up to three NFTs of a winning
[03:46] collection, a collection that's getting a lot of pledges. Right now they all say everybody piling on to the winner. If you hold NFTs in a collection, you are going to get a higher booster. So
[04:00] is the one I pledged to. You need to have your NFTs on Mega ETH, right? Not the Bad Bunnz on ETH mainnet. You need to bridge them over to Mega ETH in order to benefit from this, and then you're going to get a booster if Bad Bunnz end
[04:15] up winning. In my opinion, according to the floor, that seems to be the one people are valuing the most, but I could be totally wrong about that. And if I am, in five days, I'm going to be able to pledge to a different NFT, especially
[04:28] to pledge to a different NFT, especially as more enter the clan ecosystem. Now there is another place where you can manually decide your pledge, let's call it, and that's going to be with your boosters. If we click on the apps drop
[04:40] down here, you can see I can allocate my multiplier for three apps. Three apps per week. Every seven days I can switch it. However, only these apps are going to receive my booster, which is going to give me more points. So I would suggest
[04:55] testing all the apps out, figuring out which ones you like, which ones you're actually going to farm, and then from there, allocate your booster. So I know video. So let's just go ahead and boost it. I'm going to save my other two for
[05:10] later. Let's approve this, confirm, and voila, it is boosted. So now as I use Kumbaya, I'm going to get additional points, uh 185% more points. And then in four days or what if I realize I don't want to use it
[05:25] anymore, I'm going to be able to reallocate my booster. So now that we started. So the first thing we're going to need to do is bridge to Mega ETH. We can use Rabbit Hole by clicking right here, which is on the official Mega ETH
[05:39] website. So step one, you're going to have to connect your wallet. So I can bridge over ETH in order to sign for transactions, right? Pay gas. want to bridge is stablecoins. You're going to want to get some USDM, which is
[05:53] going to want to get some USDM, which is the official stablecoin on Mega ETH, earn revenue from. So you're helping the chain by getting some USDM. So you just enter an amount, you would approve your coin, whatever you're using, and then
[06:07] click on swap. It's going to open your wallet, you sign, and it's incredibly quick. You're going to see transactions on Mega ETH are literally instant. So now that we have funds on Mega ETH, we're able to start using some of these
[06:20] apps. Now for now, I only have six. By the time you watch this video, wave two is going to be live. I believe three additional apps are coming to the map. So you would just click on this question mark, and it's going to reveal the
[06:33] different apps. So let's just go ahead and use one, starting with Kumbaya. And this is a DEX. They also have a launchpad. They have liquidity pools. So you're going to want to connect a wallet address. You also have the ability to
[06:47] create a Kumbaya wallet if you want to use the launchpad. But for the DEX, again, it works like any other DEX. You would select the token you want to swap from. You would select the token you want to swap to. You would enter an
[07:01] amount, say I want $10, and I would just click on swap. I'm using the wrong wallet here. Let's go ahead to this wallet. I would click swap. It would have me sign the transaction, and I would get the money in my wallet. Now
[07:15] going to go ahead to pools, which is the next thing you can do here, which I assume is going to get me points. Now allocating funds to liquidity pools is risky, right? A lot of people chase high APYs. Here for a meme coin Fluffy to
[07:31] APYs. Here for a meme coin Fluffy to ETH, you're getting 947%. That sounds amazing on paper until Fluffy goes to zero, and then, you know, there is impermanent loss. You are losing money as it's going down, and
[07:45] you're no longer even getting that APY. So I'm doing this purely to farm points. So I'm playing it safe, and I'm doing stablecoin to stablecoin. That's why when I did the swap, I swapped USDM into USDT. So you could click on the pool,
[08:01] where first I would adjust the percentages a little bit cuz it's a stablecoin, right? It's not going to be or it shouldn't in theory be volatile. enter the amount. I don't have enough here, so let's just do 10, and then I
[08:16] would adjust it until it gets even. That's good enough. I would click on you need to approve both tokens. I would click on preview deposit. It's going to have me sign a transaction. I'm not doing it because I'm full screen right
[08:29] screen and be really annoying. But you would sign a transaction, and then you're going to have your money in a liquidity pool. Now once you've allocated funds, you're going to be able to see them here in positions. So I can,
[08:43] you know, claim my fees. I can also withdraw my money if I wanted to. I'm because I want to be earning these points, even though it's a very small amount. However, the final thing you could do on this platform is use their
[08:56] launchpad. I'm going to need to switch to the Kumbaya wallet. You what's going to ask you to create a Kumbaya wallet, and then you're also going to have to link it to terminal, which I I won't show you on this app. I'll show you
[09:08] later how to do that on a different app. And then once you've linked it, you're want to use it. And then, you know, you could buy tokens. You could leave comments, and so on. So let's jump in to another app. Let's just go ahead with
[09:21] Top Strike, which is an app like sports.fun, where you collect different football players, and you enter tournaments by holding them, and hopefully earn some packs. Your players go up in value. You're able to trade
[09:33] them. Especially with FIFA coming up, I'm hoping this one does really well. it's like I said, you trade players, you collect players, and hopefully they do really well. I don't watch football, so I have no idea what I'm doing here. But
[09:46] you know, I got some players. So I'm holding some players. And again, you want to make sure you link your wallet. The one thing I really don't like about using Mega or these apps in Mega Eth is all of them are making me create a brand
[10:00] new wallet. That is a nightmare to manage cuz all your funds are split between, you know, six different wallets now and it's a it's a nightmare for my wallets. It's really annoying. But to do that you would click on your profile
[10:14] here, you would click profile, you would click wallet manager, and then connect show you, but you're going to get a screen that pops up. You just click accept and it's going to link back to your terminal in the clusters section
[10:29] app that I think a lot of people are going to be trading on and the team is really cool so I do hope this one does well. Next on the list we got hit.1 which is a perps trading app, but it's more like gambling and you'll see why.
[10:44] So, again you have to create an account. It's going to have you create a new wallet. You have to link that wallet to Mega Eth terminal. Really annoying. I should do like Abstract where I have a global wallet or just let me use my main
[10:57] wallet. Why do I need to create like a privy wallet for every single one of these apps? But once you link your wallet, you deposit funds into it and then you are able to start trading. So, let's just go ahead and take a $15 trade
[11:11] I'm turning on the profit guard just so I don't get completely wiped out. You know what? Let's let's risk it. Let's just risk it. I'm going to click the hit.1 button. It's basically going to pick which asset for me. So, hyper
[11:25] liquid, Bitcoin, Solana, or Eth. It's going to pick the amount of leverage and it's going to pick if I'm long or short. So, I believe right now I'm I'm long since it the price is going down, but I'm losing money
[11:38] going up. We're going up. And just for the sake of this video, I'm just going to close it. Let's uh Let's you can double up or you can sell ahead go ahead and close it here. I'm going to
[11:51] take a a loss. I lost $5. So, it tells you you were I was shorting. I was short it was going down. How was I not making money? I was shorting Solana at 510x leverage. So, this is gambling. This is not perps trading where I'm putting my
[12:07] stop loss and I'm deciding levels. It's deciding everything for me. So, it's pure gambling which a lot of these apps are. So, jumping back the next thing we have are gotchas. I'm going to go ahead with this one cuz the other one you need
[12:19] to connect it to your phone. Same thing. You are going to connect your wallet, wallet. So, to do that you're going to go to your profile, you're going to click Mega Eth, and right here you're going to have a link to terminal button.
[12:31] You click it and you're going to be able to connect your wallet. So, I already did that. Let's go ahead and open a pack. I'm going to have to fund the wallet even more cuz I lost money before doing this. Let's go ahead and do USDM.
[12:45] And here we go. Our wallet is funded. So, let's pick the $50 pack. There's 50, there's I think 250, and 1250. So, what do we hit? 25. We lost 50% of our money right here. I'm just going to sell it right away. Take a loss. I think I read
[12:59] on average the average loss you're taking is 20% and, you know, you have the chance to make your goal is to hit one of these, right? $5,000, 3,000, 2,000 like 3,000, whatever. But most people are going to lose.
[13:12] It's a casino. That's my biggest issue with all these platforms, right? That's my biggest issue right now. I know more launching tomorrow, but this is a casino. This is a casino. This is a casino. This is, you know, sports
[13:26] betting. It's sports betting collecting player cards, but still sports betting. like a trading card game. Open booster packs to build your card collection and strengthen your deck. I think by the time you watch this video, there's going
[13:40] to be Prism that's live, maybe Cap, and like one other, but you know, I'm getting this is like Abstract vibes to me. All the games I stopped playing Abstract or grinding Abstract cuz it was all gambling. Like I
[13:52] losing money. And I'm just why am I doing this? I'm literally gambling in order to farm an airdrop, but I'm losing money farming an airdrop. I would not do this if you're going to be losing money. You need your goal here is to at minimum
[14:06] You need your goal here is to at minimum break even, ideally make profit, but at minimum break even and the airdrop is a bonus. Do not burn fees. Do not burn your money chasing an airdrop because they have no obligation to give you more
[14:20] out here who are able to do way more than you can ever do. So, I would use apps that I like. Remember, don't forget to boost the apps that you like and then
[14:32] not going to be sitting here opening up packs on Monster or, you know, hit.1 or even Euphoria. Euphoria is cool, but again it's just gambling. Like there's no this is not strategic trading or anything. You're clicking buttons hoping
[14:45] that you make money. So, right now I'm not the biggest fan of this. I do not this this is giving me like Abstract/Blast vibes where people are going to be risking their capital with no skill involved. It's pure RNG.
[14:59] with no skill involved. It's pure RNG. Like these two and Discover is pure RNG. So, I hope there's more apps that are added soon which are good. Like Prism is prediction markets which, you know, you can say it's gambling, but you can get
[15:12] an edge trading on that. That's the type of thing I like, right? Actual perps. Actually trading perps or actually trading meme coins. That's a place where where I'm just clicking a button and straight gambling. So, my two gripes
[15:27] with this, one are the gambling side and then two the amount of wallets that I need to create and fund and now I have to manage like six different wallets is a nightmare. Imagine when all these apps like I'm I'm going to need a privy
[15:39] wallet for every single app on this list? I really hope not. If not, I'm like I want Mega Eth to do well. The chain is so fast. I love how it's instant. I love that. It's the tech is really good, but the the wallet
[15:54] invested in two rounds, right? I'm not trying to fud my own bag. I want it to do well, but I don't like that for now. So, overall the experience is it's it's nothing that I'm like, "Oh, yeah, I'm going to play that daily." You know, I'm
[16:09] kind of waiting to see what's next, what's coming, and liked it. And if you want more, if let me know in comments even if it's been a year, I will read and reply to you unless it's a
[16:25] thread of messages then I YouTube doesn't tell me. So, I try to go back and find the ones where I knew there was a conversation, but I just get lost in video, hit the like button, hit the subscribe button. Thank you for watching
[16:37] subscribe button. Thank you for watching another Crypto Gorilla video. another Crypto Gorilla video. Peace.
