[05:28] earn money through gamer Gam as someone who's completely new to fortnite we're going to play some games we're going to walk you through not just how to earn money but also the way that you should be playing if you want the best chance

[05:40] to earn money like I said I am a professional Apex Legends player and a though the mechanics might be a little different they're going to transfer over is super super cool is over here if we look at this top left corner of the

[05:53] screen it says tracking on this is showing us that gamer gains is currently tracking everything that we're doing if we hit control shift H this will open up the menu on how to actually use it okay if I hold tab here it's recognizing that

[06:06] going to show us challenges that we can do now if you read closely it says available challenges and then underneath accept challenges in the app it's also these and we need to go back and do these now there's two main ways that

[06:19] that's going to help us one obviously rank up but two most importantly help us move up throughout the ranks of the contest so that we have a better chance things the first way and in my opinion is going to be the smarter way is by

[06:33] setting oursel up to win matches which basically just means really focusing on our rotations focusing on where we're sitting in zone and then as people are forced to start moving up and pushing on up through the open or making rotates

[06:45] to catch them in not the best positions for them and we're essentially going to be able to abuse them for making those mistakes the second way and this is playing to get kills as you're playing to get kills it's going to be

[06:58] significantly tougher because one you have to out mechanic people two it's in the sense where you need to know how to push you need to have good recoil mechanics you have to have good aiming good tracking you're going to have to

[07:11] knowledge of how things work within the game as well the more fights you're getting third partied and the more that you're risking getting knocked or killed in a situation where you might not get killed as early when you're playing for

[07:25] doing here is we're going to be starting off our gam play by first focusing on this win in my opinion the more easier method and then also as the Apex Legends walk you guys through my mental thought process when it comes to positioning

[07:39] rotating pushing whatever it might be that we're going through in that moment is coming from we're going to be wrapping over here we like to go hazy wrapping over here we like to go hazy Hill cuz it gives us really good loot it

[07:52] also gives us the chance to grab heals over here if we buy them there's a train track over here that we can use to Rift and redeploy also get a grab and as well it's harder for other places to rotate into us but it's easier for us to rotate

[08:06] into them so I want to make sure that I'm dropping about right over here so pretty much right now and then we're going to glide on over to the train going to give us the best drop to reach where we're trying to go so look at my

[08:21] mini map here wait until I'm on the train track and I'll dive straight down quick look anyone coming with us no one I think we're actually killing we're safe well that's not good my paddle just broke and I don't have a um

[08:35] fact that you know maybe we have like a slower start obviously isn't super ideal this rotate early game when you're playing for the win doesn't matter

[08:47] nearly as much as late game when you're playing for the win so I'm not too too slow start we don't have to fight anyone so it's not quite the end of the world that I'm I'm really not familiar with like I'm not as comfortable with right

[09:01] now there's loot in here why is there loot in stuck in the open and I'm not going to be able to keep playing there cuz it's

[09:13] shoot me he might try and push here typically whenever players get big through the open so that they can get on top of you and finish you what was that hell why did he just backwards push into

[09:28] then he just tried it himself and he just got absolutely obliterated for it whenever I leave haey Hillside I always come to this train track where there's building if you find her she'll drop you heels as well you can buy a grapple off

[09:43] of her and purchase a redeploy rift so that you can move on to the next area how that works all right where am I going the very early stages of every game I don't Focus too much on going to Zone because

[09:57] the zone is really big instead what I do is I run around the edges of the zone playing that aggressive that I can maybe bully and get some extra loot off

[10:14] teach people in my coaching sessions is you always want to be the person who's trying to swing other people it's a lot harder to react to what someone is doing as opposed it if you just do it and after I finish that person right there

[10:26] so that the person person running up on me isn't able to do what we just did to run up on me and then make a play and now I'm stuck

[11:06] here so I want to make sure that I kind of break his tree if I

[12:45] playing for zone so that people rotate into us all right look at this the Zone we're going to want to have some type of High Ground if we can I'm to take this bridge and I want if I can to be all the way up here so let's just

[12:58] pay attention to the mini map on my mini map I have got a little gold Circle so that there's someone over here with Medallion right there whoa whoa whoa [Music]

[13:33] just killed that individual someone flew on in started looting stuff and now they are playing behind that building instead of waiting to see what this player is I run up cover to cover and I'm actively

[13:46] obviously I made a mistake I got caught out in the open but instead of standing something as simple as just crouch strafing in One Direction and then jumping back into the opposite is going to keep you hard to hit hit in a

[13:59] your favor to begin with I'm pretty sure there was also someone who was sniping there was also someone who was sniping at me player broken on their overshield and they are pretty much dead to rights to

[14:14] trying to walk on up and trying to finish this kill while I know his health is still low the fact that he got away from me this was a good sign for me to make sure that I'm just leaving because I have no idea anymore what's happening

[14:27] and I also have no control over what's going down now as I'm rotating back in I end up finding this person right on next to me I want to make sure that I get in front of them that way they're forced to push me and I'm not forced to push

[14:41] push me and I'm not forced to push them oh my God I'm one shot oh my God I'm one shot there's going to be tons of situations when you're running into other people if you can take control and make sure that

[14:54] they're reacting to your pushes and you're not reacting to them you're going to find that you're consistently winning more fights than you're losing I need to play so slow right now make sure all my stuff's loaded holy

[16:17] behind me I'm looking at my map get up there get up there right now because I am ahead of everyone else and I'm closer to Zone everyone right now is currently forced to run through the open towards me allowing me to play cover and

[16:32] with my cover I can decide to push up on people whenever I get an extra point for the contest I'm now again going to focus on making sure

[16:47] that I'm rotating into Zone trying to take The High Ground which is going to take The High Ground which is going to be a power spot that looks over

[16:59] is he going to die to storm where is he let's go let's go all we did that whole time is we just make sure that we play zone right and if people are going to be

[17:13] moving out into the open boom we're going to catch them and as soon as we we're going to punish them for it we're going to push up and we're going to get that freaking kill and we did that the whole time right we played safe we

[17:26] played for people making mistakes the whole time we got the win and we got 10 elims in Diamond that's huge man that was huge that right there is a 20o game a 20o game let's go bro let's open up boom

[17:42] let's open up these a challenges here we got our we finish our 10 kills we finish got two cents off that not too much but and we

[17:56] oops and now if I leave here here and then I go back to the contests and I hit refresh we'll see that it's updated and it's probably giv me a new updated and it's probably giv me a new placement so let's go here gamer

[18:11] gains enter our contest here so where's the contest that's ending sooner so this December 31st so this one ends in a couple days boom there's the refresh couple days boom there's the refresh we're now in 37th Place and

[18:26] 37th is three $3 so we might be able to even get a couple more like if we can get another win boom that might push us up into 18th Place 27th on top of that if we go back to the other tournaments that we started

[18:41] playing so let's just go this tournament here we've got 9.33 points so if we look 9.33 that's currently fifth place so we're actually going to kick this guy out of fifth really really soon let's just see 1 2 3 4 5 6 so if we actually

[18:56] finished getting our 10 games it's going to give us the total score and that should put us in either fourth or third which would be 10 or $15 which is pretty sweet right so like right there that's

[19:09] like 13 bucks for just playing a couple games today as well coming back on over to our challenges we earned a total of 30 gamer which as you can see right like we already have quite a bit of gamer which is pretty sweet and we also earned

[19:21] two cents from that one ranked win so as you guys can see even though I'm just someone who's brand new to fortnite it's still fairly easy for anyone to hop on earn a couple extra bucks maybe you are a really solid player and you're

[19:35] constantly hitting those really high price pools maybe you're earning 30 20 50 100 bucks from time to time that could also give you that cash that you need to enter the world of gaming as a professional player or as a content
