Start a YouTube Automation Channel in 25 Minutes — Step-by-Step Guide & Transcript

[00:26] history moments or that World War II channel that everyone knows. Like this and they're like, "Oh, okay, cool. I'm just going to copy them." No, because that's what a bot does. Now, I'm not saying that's not going to work, but

[00:39] from my perspective, the probability of success is way lower. So, what do we success is way lower. So, what do we make this channel about? Um, oh, these. They're really bad for you, but why don't I make a health channel about

[00:53] for that. I mean, I don't see any competitors. I'm going to start a YouTube channel in the health niche that focuses on why vaping is bad for you. way that I'm going to make the thumbnails is going to be very similar

[01:06] to my roof report channel, which is this one right here. I have the exclusive bar, I have the text, I have the person on the left, and something going on on don't know, this is my YouTube channel. Um, it's about the Florida real estate

[01:18] Nevada, which has kind of worked. I mean, three days ago we got 35,000 views. Four days ago we got 97,000. Um, anyways, not the point. So, okay, cool. This is going to be our packaging and we have our topic. Now, we need ideas. So,

[01:32] what I'm going to do is go on Google and search up vape news. Oh, look at this. 4 days ago, total ban on vape, the department of health. Is this true? Now, it's very, very important that we find real accurate news. Okay, we're even

[02:02] on disposable vapes, e-liquids approaching. So, it looks like the state of Mississippi is banning vapes. This was posted November 24th, so 2 days ago. So, okay, cool. I'm going to copy the link of that and then I'm going to go to

[02:15] my school community because in my school community I provide uh script prompts. step and I go down to creating the script, this is the prompt that I want to use. So what I'm going to do is copy the link of this article. Then I'm going

[02:29] to drop that link here in the prompt. And now we can be a little bit more strategic because we know our video is going to be about Mississippi's ban on vapes. So now we can search up news about vapes in Mississippi. Here's Delta

[03:10] should create the entire script for us with, of course, our own research and edit, right? I'm just doing this for speedrun purposes. Anyways, while Claude is doing that, I'm going to go ahead and start the YouTube channel and start the

[03:24] channel called Inside Hollywood. I'm going to go ahead and rebrand that obviously cuz that has nothing to do with vapes. Now, what do we name this really want to think too much about. It's really not a big deal. So, uh, to

[03:37] real estate channel, I'm just going to name this vape report, right? Who cares? So, to change that, I'm going to click on customize channel here, uh, under my my username. Then, I'm going to scroll down and under the name, I'm going to

[03:51] change this to vape report. I'm going to do the same thing for my handle. And then, I'm going to click publish. So, there we go. Now, the name of my channel is changed. Now, I need to do the profile picture. And to do that, I use

[04:04] Grock, which you can find on Twitter or X, whatever. Also, follow me. So, this is the prompt that I'm going to give Grock. Make me a minimalist logo for vape report in 98 by 98, which is the size of a profile picture for a YouTube

[04:18] channel. Make the word vape in white text and the word report and red text. Make the background dark blue and make the font professional. So, we're just and see what it gives us. Cool. Good enough. I like this one. So, I'm just

[04:31] going to hover over the save image button and I'm going to save it. Then channel. Still under profile, I'm going to click change where it says picture. profile picture there and click done. After that, all I have to do is click

[04:46] publish. And there we go. That's that. Vape Reports is now fully branded. Now, before I forget, we need to do the settings of the channel. This is a again, there's no script. Nothing is prepared for this video. I'm just

[05:00] Anyways, I'm going to go to the top right profile picture. Then I'm going to click on YouTube Studio. After that, I'm going to click on settings here on the on channel and then start adding keywords which are going to be vapes,

[05:14] keywords which are going to be vapes, news about vapes, health, lungs, vape think of from the top of my head. I'll ask chat GBT. Right. For country of residence, US, baby. Then we're going to move on to advanced settings. Make sure

[05:28] that we set this channel to no. This channel is not made for kids. Then we're going to make sure the visibility is unlisted. I'm going to go to advanced settings. For the category, I'm going to change it to education. And that's it.

[05:43] The rest we can ignore. Looks like Claude is finishing up the script here. So that's the niche, the channel name, the profile picture, and the scripting. need a course. You don't need to pay anyone for mentorship. Okay? This [ __ ]

[05:56] overthink it because there's so many tutorials, you guys get so much overthink every single little thing. Now, this script here is very informative with factual information as resources. So, not only does it follow

[10:13] Which he has apparently on October 1st, Governor Tate Reeves. So, I'm going to search up Mississippi Senator Tate Reeves and then find a picture like this where he's giving a a press conference or a speech. Again, kind of like roof

[10:28] Oh, here's a good one. Here's another good one. So, we're going to go ahead and save this image and then drop it into Photoshop. Then, I'm just going to size it appropriately like that. I'm going to grab my eraser tool. Also, my

[10:42] Photoshop is in Spanish and I don't know why, but anyways, I'm going to go ahead and remove that excess there. Make sure the sizing is nice and big. And then I'm just going to go back to Google and search up Mississippi bands vapes. You

[10:55] know what? Let's just use this one here. I'm going to put it right here. Make it what's going on, right? It's easy to tell. And boom. Now, the last thing we to Google and I'm going to search up senator of Mississippi quotes about the

[11:11] ban on vapes. I agree with the president. We ought to just ban them. we're going to put that quote into Photoshop like this. And there we go. That's the thumbnail. We ought to ban them in the text, which is a real quote

[11:25] him on the left and a picture of some vapes on the right side. This thumbnail here tells you absolutely everything. And if you compare it to Roof Report's thumbnails, it's very similar. So, what are we going to make the title? So,

[11:38] can just do Mississippi governor speaks on banning vapes statewide. That's it. Now, let's uh let's put it all together video, all I'm going to do is click on create over here on the top right. Then,

[12:08] So to do that, we're just going to scroll down to thumbnail. You're gonna see it says upload file. We're going to click on that. Then go ahead and upload I'm going to do for this description is go back to Claude. I'm going to use the

[12:22] going to ask it uh can you make a description summarizing the whole video? So then it will do that. So there we go. It gives me a little section describing chapters, which we're going to ignore. We're going to add the key facts, and

[12:36] we're going to add the sources. So, there we go. Brief description, key facts, and our sources. Now, we're going to scroll all the way down. We're going to click on show more. We're going to keep scrolling down until we see tags.

[12:49] For this, we're just going to kind of guess it. Vapes, Mississippi, bands, Mississippi? So, these are some of the tags I'm going to use. And I'm going to have vapes Mississippi bans vapes Mississippi vape ban in Mississippi news

[13:04] Mississippi news and health. Now what you can do is go to chat GBT or Claude similar to this which I'm actually going to do because we don't have any competitors. Nobody else is posting videos like this. So we're going to have

[13:17] going to go to Claude and say, "Can you give me more video tags? Here are some I made." Then I'm going to paste the tags I made. And wait. Boom. There we go. Look at that. We're going to grab the court topic tags and we are going to

[13:31] paste them here into my video. From here, we just click on save. Now, the next thing, because we used 11 Labs, we are going to select yes on altered content. And that's because we're using an AI voice. That's just to be fully

[13:46] compliant with YouTube. Okay. So, after that, we just click save on the top. And Now, I don't really add end screens or cards because I find it useless. I mean, that's the packaging of the video. Mississippi governor speaks on banning

[14:00] vapes statewide. We click on it, and this is what we see. This looks really good. Look at the branding. Look at the channel name. Look at the description. And just the video itself is very, very good. And that's it. It's a random
