Start Dropshipping With $100 (No Paid Ads)
45sChallenges the huge-budget myth of dropshipping and instantly hooks budget-minded viewers.
▶ Play Clip"Promises 'no money' but costs $4 minimum and pushes paid tools and mentoring — nevertheless, the organic strategy is genuinely detailed."
This video presents a low-budget dropshipping strategy for 2026 that completely avoids paid ads on Facebook and TikTok. Instead, it relies on organic traffic from TikTok and Instagram reels, often using AI avatars, while claiming you can start for as little as $100. The host walks through algorithm training, product research, content creation, and performance metrics, while also promoting affiliated tools like Shopify, USA Drop, and Skopic AI.
You can start dropshipping with as low as $100 and without relying on paid ads like Facebook or TikTok, eliminating massive upfront budgets and crazy risks.
Instagram reels have become better than TikTok for organic traffic, and the strategy has completely changed — many viral reels now use AI avatars instead of humans.
No inventory or stock. The only essential costs are a Shopify store (promoted as $3 for 3 months) and a .store domain name ($1), making the total startup cost about $4.
First sale typically happens within 2-4 weeks. Profit margins in organic dropshipping are around 60-80%, compared to 15-25% with paid ads.
Posting once and going viral is a myth. Most videos flop. Volume and consistency win. Common mistakes include not optimizing for the algorithm, picking bad products, posting too little, going viral for the wrong reason, and quitting too early.
The four core principles are patience, volume, learning, and resilience. Think of yourself as a media company that happens to sell products, not a store that occasionally posts content.
Use a burner/dummy TikTok account, and if you're outside the top 15 countries (US, Canada, Australia, NZ, Europe), use a VPN.
Search on TikTok for keywords like 'TikTok made me buy it' and 'TikTok viral products', then filter by recent dates. Also check 'others search for' to find more keyword ideas.
Skopic AI (free) can generate more keyword ideas for dropshipping products on TikTok, such as 'must-have gadget', 'life-changing product', 'trending item', 'beauty tools'.
Like, comment, share, and follow accounts in your niche to make TikTok's 'For You' page show winning products. Do this for about one week, engaging with 10-20 videos per day.
You can find winning niches and trends for free by filtering TikTok Creative Center to the US and last 30 days, then looking at hot videos.
The product must be visually appealing, demonstrate its purpose in under 3 seconds, solve a problem, have a scroll-stopping factor, create curiosity, allow at least 10 video angles, be easy to show in action, trigger emotion or convenience, and not be overly saturated.
A winning Instagram page focuses on a single product consistently. Switching products resets the algorithm because it doesn't know who to target.
Views per video: 5K is bad, 10-30K is medium, 50-100K is good, 100-500K is strong, and 500K-1M repeated is a winning signal. Likes should be 5-10% of views, shares 1%+, and comments 0.5-1%.
USA Drop is recommended as the best dropshipping supplier. It offers a free private agent, auto-fulfillment, 5-12 day express shipping, and 99% global coverage.
Post at least 10-20 videos (1-2 per day) in the first week. Aim for ~10,000 views per video and ideally one video at 50,000 views. If all videos are under 5,000 views, it's usually a weak product or bad content.
After two weeks, if no video hits 20K views, kill the product. If one video hits 50-100K, continue testing. If multiple videos hit 100K+, scale aggressively.
100K views typically brings 500-2,000 store visitors and 5-40 sales, translating to $50-$500 profit. A million views can bring $500-$5,000 in profit.
To scale using AI avatars, you need paid software like Ark Ads ($60-$100/month). Create a consistent AI character, use Skopic for scripts, and edit in CapCut.
Organic dropshipping in 2026 is a long-term game that requires patience, consistency, and algorithm training, but it can be started for as little as $4 (or $100 realistically). The key is focusing on one product, posting volume, and using free tools like Skopic AI and TikTok Creative Center to find winners — while avoiding the temptation to quit early.

33:16[00:01] you need loads of money to start drop shipping in 2026, in this video, I'm going to show you a new method on how you can start drop shipping with as low as $100 and you don't need to rely on paid ads like
[00:14] Facebook or TikTok. That means no massive budget up front or crazy risks and no wasting money on things that you don't need in the beginning. And that's why in today's video, I'll show you the smartest way to start drop shipping on
[00:28] the lowest budget possible. Now, what I've also done to make your life even easier is I've created a board that goes over the whole step-by-step guide and it's all clickable, so you can view all the resources. I put a lot of time and
[00:41] the success rate. So, all you got to do guys is smash the like button on this it'll be available in the pinned comment and in the description below. And as you can see on the screen, I've created this in-depth comprehensive sheet that's
[00:56] going to go over the whole strategy. Now, let me show you an example of how this strategy works. So, I'm currently on Instagram and I'm on a page. This is method that they're using, which is the Instagram reel method. Now, if you're
[01:10] not aware of this, Instagram allows you to upload videos like TikTok. They call it reels instead of what TikTok calls it and essentially, reels have become better than TikTok for organic traffic. Now, you might be thinking, "Well, this
[01:22] strategy is old. We've heard about it from years ago." It's had a massive change. The algorithms have changed. The strategy's changed. Yes, you're still uploading content onto these platforms, but the strategy has completely changed.
[01:34] And as you guys can see, a lot of these reels, guess what? They're not even humans. They're AI. So, look, this video here with 52,000, 70,000, 300,000 here with 52,000, 70,000, 300,000 views, it's an AI avatar. So, if I click
[01:47] on this video reel and we watch it together,
[02:05] people making these anymore. It's AI avatars that are doing all of the work. Now, because I do a lot of AI avatar stuff, I can tell these are AI avatars. You might not be able to, but I can promise you all of these are AI avatars.
[02:19] viral now are not the same as they were before. The algorithms changed and today. Now, for those that are wondering, you don't just have to use AI account using the same strategy. They've got 3.7 million views on this video. So,
[02:34] let me show you quickly. Now, this isn't in English. This is looks like it's in Spanish to me. I could be wrong. Looks like Spanish.
[02:48] So again, it's just making content, uploading it to an Instagram account and link in the description or the bio. You click on it, it takes you to their shop. here. So, that's essentially how the strategy works and then I've got a third
[03:04] this one is actually being used by a human. There are a few AI videos on here, but this one is mostly humans. We've got a 1.5 million video here. You can see even if you don't use AI to make the videos, if you make them yourself,
[03:17] showed you, you can make it in 30 seconds. We all own a smartphone these days like this one right here. So, making this kind of content is so easy. you guys because I'm going to give you the full content outline, a calendar,
[03:31] everything that you're going to need. So, now you guys understand and you see the strategy being used to generate organic traffic, generate thousands if not tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue, I'm now
[03:43] before I do that, I need to go over what zero dollar drop shipping actually means. Number one, no inventory. You're not buying any stock. You're not thing that you're really going to be spending money on is your Shopify
[03:57] description and in the pinned comment, you're going to get Shopify for 3 months for $3. So, each month a dollar for 3 months. So, $3 isn't going to break the bank. You're going to need a domain name
[04:10] and they used to cost like 15 or 20 dollars, but if you use a dot store description, you're going to get it for $1. So, we're already only at $4 at this current moment. Shopify and a domain, $4. And that's literally all you guys
[04:26] need is a Shopify store, a domain name and the rest is ready for you to start before I get into the next part of today's case study, I wanted to make a quick announcement. If you've been looking for the best mentoring, we're
[04:39] not talking about group mentoring, we're talking about one-to-one mentoring for experience, then you're in the right place. The amount of people that reach out to me on Instagram or comment on the video saying, "Do you have one-to-one
[04:52] mentoring? Can I work with you?" Then yes, guys, I do offer a one-to-one mentorship. And it isn't just any mentorship. We've been offering mentoring in the drop shipping space now for over 7 years and our track record is
[05:05] proven. We have some of the most successful students that have graduated from our e-commerce mentorship. We're one of the only few companies that still of the first companies to ever do it.
[05:17] mentor to help you with your drop shipping store, taking you from the very beginning, finding a winning product, building the store, launching the ads, having an accountability partner, feeling like you have the confidence to
[05:29] "Am I doing it right? Am I doing it wrong? How do I find the little gems about how to do it correctly?" Your mentor will figure that out with you. He will turn you into a drop shipping professional within 30 days. I can
[05:43] guarantee that the mentoring that we offer in our company is the highest quality of education in the industry. Now, I don't want to talk too much about you guys have been asking for it. So, if you want to apply for one-on-one
[05:56] mentorship, there'll be a link in the comment and there'll be a QR code on the apply, guys, only apply if you're serious and you have a good budget. We only want to work with people that have a good mindset and a good budget so it
[06:10] doesn't slow them down through the process. Our most successful students have always been the ones that have the correct mindset and they have a budget all the available spots for the one-on-one mentoring for Q1 will be
[06:23] fully booked by the end of the next 2 days. So, if you want to make sure that you can join, make sure you apply by scanning the QR code or clicking the link in the description before it's too late and we reopen for the next quarter.
[06:35] back into the video. So, these are the realistic expectations when you're doing understand the expectations so that when you do it, you're not going to lose expectations, you probably are going to
[06:49] lose motivation. So, with the proper execution and volume and the revenue you can expect within the 30 to 60 days is this timeline. The myth is you're not going to make 10K in 1 week, although there are very rare exceptions, it's
[07:02] very unlikely. You're going to first have your sale typically within 2 to 4 just getting your first sale, it can take between 2 and 4 weeks. Now, drop shipping, your profit margins are exceptionally high. When you're doing
[07:17] paid ads, it's around about 15 to 25 at 30 at best. With organic, you're working at around about 60 to 80% margins. Any product will work. Product market fit, organic appeal and trend is what's key. So, not every product will work. Post
[07:31] once and go viral, that's a complete myth. Most videos flop. Volume and consistency always wins. Now, these are the most common mistakes when starting with zero dollars or a low budget. Not optimizing your algorithm, so you're not
[07:43] really posting any content that optimizes the algorithm. Picking bad products that aren't designed for organic. Copying content directly Posting too little. You post one to two videos per week and think it's okay.
[07:56] Going viral for the wrong reason. Views without buyer intent. So, you can easily go viral, but if the intent of the buyer you're trying to attract is really bad like their age or the quality of lead, it's not worth it. You're better off
[08:08] getting lower views, but higher quality traffic. Quitting too early. Again, organic is a long-term game. You have to stick to this for a minimum of 60 days. weight. If you think you're going to lose weight within the first week or see
[08:22] any real gains of losing weight visually, it's just not going to happen. Now, the mindset that you need as an organic drop shipper is patience, organic drop shipper is patience, volume, learning and resilience. The
[08:35] amount of students and subscribers that have followed this channel that have smashed it with organic, they've followed these four core principles. You media company that happens to sell products, not a store that occasionally
[08:49] posts content. Now, let's go over the product research algorithm training method. Now, this is crucial that you get done correctly. Now, the reason why this is so important is because if you're not using the right products with
[09:02] Organic drop shipping is a lot more sensitive in terms of the products you choose than if you were to run paid ads. So, the sensitivity to the products that you choose is a lot higher than if you were to do it with Facebook ads. Because
[09:16] remember, you're trying to catch an algorithm that's very time sensitive. Trends, virality are a very short-term thing. So, number one, you need to search for intent-based keywords. Now, you're going to be doing this on TikTok.
[09:29] doing it off my desktop, but it's better off you do it with your mobile phone. probably better that you create a brand new account. We call it a burner account, a dummy account. So, do this off a brand new account. And if you're
[09:43] not located in the top 15 countries, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe, then you're going to want to use a VPN. Now, most of you guys are in fine. Do it off your phone. Do it on a brand new account, and once you have,
[09:58] you're going to want to start searching for these keywords. So, TikTok made me top. Now, you want to change this over to videos, and then you're going to see the dates, so look at the dates on the bottom, and you're going to want to look
[10:11] at the most recent dates. You don't want to look at old dated content like this one from 2023, because it's going to be way too old. You're going to want to focus on the videos that are as recent as possible. Now, also, you're going to
[10:23] want to go on where it says others search for. So, you can see here, TikTok made me buy it, TikTok viral products, TikTok trending products, made me buy it. Now, you can also use these as well. So, let's say for example, made me buy
[10:35] it. You can see now other videos are coming up. So, you're also okay to use the other searches here on the right-hand side. Now, I've also given you guys a few other keywords that you can use, but if you want to be really
[10:48] smart, you can head over to Scopik AI, completely free to use, and create an the chat box once you sign up for free. You can set the AI to auto. They've got all of these other AI models that you can use. You can simply give it this
[11:01] shipping products on TikTok that I can sell. Give me keywords to find videos of them on TikTok." Because I've only given you guys a small list of keywords, you can also get this AI to give you more ideas that you can use. So, you can see
[11:15] here, it's given me all of the different keywords that I can use. So, if we go these ones here, which is must-have gadget, life-changing product, trending item, hot new product, home organizer, kitchen gadgets, beauty tools. So, for
[11:29] example, I can take beauty tools, go back to TikTok, type that one in, and then you're going to see all of these different beauty tools. Now, you've got you're looking for, because if you're watching this video and you're a female,
[11:42] about beauty products, because you're going to be the one making the content. avatar strategy, it really doesn't matter, because you're going to get AI people to make these. But if you're personally going to be doing it, then
[11:55] it is that you're going to be promoting. to be using AI avatars for example, this definitely isn't something that I'm been using these keywords, guys, and you found a niche that you like, you're
[12:09] What you're going to want to do when you're on these videos, guys, is you're to want to comment on them, and you're going to want to bookmark them, and you're also going to want to share them to a friend, a brother, or yourself, so
[12:23] that the algorithm keeps showing you more videos like this. So, if I go back you to like the video, comment on it, share it, and follow the account. Now, do this, guys, is because once you start doing this a lot, TikTok is going to
[12:40] make your home feed videos like this without even you searching for them. The goal and the purpose is to make it so that TikTok gives you a home page where you're just doom scrolling through loads of winning products instead of having to
[12:53] search for them like we are now. So, we're telling the algorithm, "We want you to make our home for you page all of these types of videos." Because if you do it this way, TikTok's more likely to give you the newest and best videos,
[13:06] yet, on your for you page. Because the ones that you find on the search bar, they're going to be ones that are way too old, or they're going to be way too jump on it. You're going to find the winners not by the search method, but
[13:21] when your for you page becomes the videos that have just about to blow up in terms of virality and trends. Now, you need to do this for around about 1 week. So, this method here is about a 1-week method to make your for you page
[13:35] absolutely stellar type of videos and products. Not after 1 day, yes, you're going to get hit with products, but after around about 3 to 5 days, your for you page is going to be really, really powerful. And you need to be liking and
[13:47] comment on videos around about 10 to 20 per day. Now, another thing that you can do, which is completely free to find products, is go to the TikTok Creative Center. All you need to do to access this is have a TikTok account. Then you
[13:59] go over to trends. It's up to you which inspiration, and you can look at top ads, you can look at creative insights, it says trends. You can go to trends overview, you can go to TikTok videos.
[14:13] And then what you guys can do is you can go over to where it says TikTok videos. click view more. You can go over to TikTok videos, but what you're going to want to do before you do that is filter the country from the United Kingdom to
[14:26] the United States. Now, the US is the most important market. You're going to want to change it to the last 30 days, and you can filter it by hot or likes or one, and then you can just go through these videos. Now, this method's not
[14:40] going to show you winning products, but it is going to show you winning niches or trends. So, for example, what trends are at the moment, what style of content is working at the moment, but it's not going to specifically tell you a winning
[14:53] product. So, like for example, this video here shows a mother and a daughter. So, this video is about a mother and a daughter cleaning together. product that has something to do with cleaning, and then you could get a
[15:06] mother and daughter style video to go viral. Now, that's a lot harder, because whole idea is this is the style of content that's doing well right now. And these are the type of videos that
[15:18] for this one for example, let's see what's going on. Now, this video's gone home and taking some gum to make you work faster and harder. Now, you can find alternatives, not the exact product, but you can find something
[15:32] similar where it enhances your work at home. The style of the content works another way to find winning products or winning ideas if you're struggling with the other strategy. Now, this is my product selection criteria, organic
[15:45] focused. So, number one, is it visually appealing on camera? Number two, does it demonstrate clearly under 3 seconds what it is or what it does? Does it solve a problem? Does it have a scroll-stopping factor? Does it create curiosity or
[15:59] surprise? Can you create 10 video angles, like 10 different concepts of types of videos? Can it be shown in action easily? You don't want to make it hard. The whole point of organic content is to be easily made. You don't want to
[16:11] have to really think about it. If we go back to like this product here, which is to help you with allergies, if you suffer from like hay fever allergies, content. The guy is literally just sticking something up his nose, he's
[16:23] pretending to blow his nose, but yet it's a really powerful and effective video. So, that's what I mean when I say easy to make. Does it trigger emotion, shock, satisfaction, or convenience? Now, with this video, it's going to be
[16:36] satisfaction, convenience, because you're going to have satisfaction once you know your allergies are cured based on this device. It's like that instant one is clear benefit, easy to
[16:50] understand, impulse buyer friendly, and not overly saturated locally, let's say for example, department stores where you live, Walmart, Tesco, Amazon local, those kinds of things. Now, I want to go over what a winning organic IG account
[17:03] looks like versus one that doesn't look like it's doing well. Now, I've shown you guys all of these accounts. Now, the reason why this one's good is because it's posting the same content for the same product. They're not trying to like
[17:16] page. Usually with organic, you want to make one page for one product. You don't want to be diversifying the page. You can diversify later once you get success with the first initial product. But originally, you always want to stick to
[17:30] earwax cleaner, so you can see all the videos about earwax cleaning. We look at this other account, it's about watching TV in the shower with this shower Same with this account, all the content's the same, the avatar is the
[17:44] same. That way, it builds trust and people remember it. Now, let me show you reason why this is a bad example is because look at how many different types of products these guys are trying to sell. And the reason why this is bad is
[17:58] because the algorithm won't know who to attract or who to actually show to. So, if you're posting loads of different products, the algorithm's really going to struggle to know who it is that you're going to want to sell to.
[18:12] Remember, your account is your niche, the algorithm needs to know exactly who to show your content to, so give it a clear signal. One account, one product, the algorithm knows your audience. Consistency in product, consistency in
[18:24] targeting, and switching product resets your algorithm straight away, so just do not do it. Now, I want to break down this viral video that I've been showing you today, but I want to explain in such an in-depth way you understand why it's
[18:36] gone viral. It's got 1.5 million views, 11,000 likes, and 400 comments.
[18:58] together, let me break down in each step why it went viral. Number one, it had a scroll-stopping visual hook. The red light glowing inside somebody's nose immediately has a visual unusual. Within 1 second, the viewer's brain ask, "What
[19:12] is that, and why is it going red?" And the question is what keeps them watching? The visual hook does all the work before a single word is spoken. Number two, a clear problem and solution structure. The reel leads with a
[19:26] relatable problem, nasal congestion, allergies, breathing issues, and immediately position the product as a solution. No explanation needed, just demonstration does all the pitching. Number two, demonstration-based content.
[19:38] The product shows in use on a real human's face. There is no need for voice-overs or text to explain what it does. The video literally does all the talking, which means your brain doesn't have to work so hard to figure out, and
[19:51] that's what makes viral content. Brain rot, brain num content essentially. Curiosity loop is number four. The unusual visual creates curiosity. Does this actually work? What does it do? And what is the machine going to do inside
[20:05] of the nasal? Buyer intent is number five. The audience watching this reel, people are suffering from this issue. Exactly the buyer comments, "Where can I get this? I need this." are demand signals. If you go to the comments,
[20:17] you'll see them. One product account. Again, this account just follows the one product solution, so that when people go off that video and stalk his other videos, they're all going to be the same content. This is just going to confirm
[20:29] for the viewers if they're interested all of these things again. Because if one video being the thing that makes them buy it, as soon as they go back to other videos that they're going to watch. And eventually, what's going to
[20:43] happen is they're going to want to buy the product. Now, let's go over the core performance metrics, numbers that tell you the truth exactly what to look for in your analytics, and each metric means your product's future. Now, before I get
[20:55] onto this guys, in terms of creating the content, it is super easy. You're smartphone. You can either hold it in this way where you're looking at your front camera to record you with the product. You can literally go on Amazon
[21:10] product. You can literally go on Amazon and buy a $10 tripod as well. So, if you your phone in your hand, you're literally just facing your phone, you can buy a tripod online for $10. Now, even if you don't want to buy a tripod
[21:23] for $10, you can simply use something in your house to keep the phone standing upright, and you can just click record. So, there's really no excuse why you So, there's really no excuse why you can't make content for organic. So, when
[21:36] it comes to sourcing your product and the supplier to use, the best supplier right now to use for this strategy is USA drop. So, this is a drop shipping USA drop. So, this is a drop shipping supplier that has a full USA team in
[21:49] place. But, they operate from China. So, stop using AliExpress or any other supplier like that and use USA drop because it is the best supplier right now to get your orders to your customers. Now, USA drop is amazing
[22:03] because it gives you the power of having a private agent for completely free. Usually, to get access to a private agent, it would either cost you lots of money, or you'd have to hit a revenue target for them to work with you. So,
[22:15] complete beginner. And you can use my link in the description and in the You just click register, and you register for an account. And once you've registered, you can log in. Now, once you're inside of your USA drop account,
[22:29] you can click add to Shopify store, and it takes you to the Shopify app store into your store. Then, once you've done that guys, you can head over to where it says sourcing, you can head over to where it says products, find products.
[22:42] Because this is the example in the video, which is the nasal allergy relief red light plug, you can see I've got it here. Now, what you can do is you can which is the United States. And what you can do is you can click check USA drop
[22:55] quote. You can see now it comes with the price, which is $9.15. their warehouse, and that's the reason why they have super fast delivery times cuz the product is in their warehouse in China, you can head over to sourcing,
[23:09] you can click sourcing request, and you can just put the product image and the link of AliExpress in here, and they will give you a quote. And the reason why USA drop is amazing is because they have auto fulfillment turned on as soon
[23:21] so you don't have to click a button, it automatically fulfills, and it's the 5 to 12-day express shipping to your customers, and it's 99% global coverage.
[23:33] description if you want the best supplier for your drop shipping store in out in the pinned comment and the description below. It's completely free to use them, and I've been using them now since 2022.
[23:47] Now, yes, you are going to need the product to make the content for. Now, the best thing you can do is you can go on Amazon, and you can find the product organically, and you can order it and it comes to you the next day on Amazon. So,
[24:00] you can get the product in your house the next day. Now, once you've ordered going to want to make organic content with, again, you're simply just going to record content from it. Now, the content that you're going to create for your
[24:12] product should be based on what your competitors are doing. Now, I'm not here to copy what this person's doing, I'm here to see what works and to come up with new ideas. So, what I could simply do guys is copy this link, go back to
[24:27] Skopic AI, and I could say, I literally said to Skopic AI, I want to make organic content for the Instagram page that's my competitor, and I gave it the what product it is. I said, "Come up with some video ideas that could go
[24:41] up with the ideas yourself anymore. AI can do it all for you. And you can see just like that, Skopic has given me loads of ideas. Before and after series, these usually work really well. Then, you've got the user testimonial, you've
[24:54] got the beauty routine, educational style, behind the scenes, challenge and trends, before and after. So, now what I'm going to do is I'm actually going to say, "I want the before and after. So, make me a full
[25:08] make me a full video script / scene ideas for the before and after series." So, now I've got the idea that I like, them. It's now going to give me shot by shot the idea for this before and after
[25:24] series. So guys, just like that, Skopic has come up with the video ideas. So, you can see here, short video before and after nasal glow. So, visual close up the face, presenter's face, focusing on the nasal area.
[25:38] Audio, you can do this later in the editing software. Text, say goodbye to text that you should be using. And then the action is the presenter looks directly into the camera with a smile. So, you can see even gives you script by
[25:51] script each part of the visual, the audio, the text overlay, and the action. So, there's really no excuse why you can't make content because it gives it script, the type of editing that you should be using, the type of trending
[26:04] editing. Now, do I think this is the best option doing it like this? No, but with ideas, or you've not got confidence, or you've never gotten in front of a camera before, maybe it will help you. Now, in my opinion, the best
[26:18] way to do it is actually just to freestyle naturally. So, once you've studied each video, which I'd recommend that you do, especially if you're new to takes you half an hour, watch every single video, because you're going to
[26:33] get the gist to understand what makes these videos go viral, the kind of shots smartphone, you're going to be able to remake this content very quickly because you get the gist of it. I can probably guarantee you this now, all of this was
[26:46] planned. But, doing it planned like this can help if you're really struggling to come up with any ideas. So, now you've done that guys, what you're going to want to do is make the content. Now, my best recommendation is don't just make
[26:59] one video and say I'm done, I can post it. I always say at least make 15 days worth of content, 30 days worth of content before you even create the account on Instagram or TikTok. Now, the reason why you're going to want to do
[27:13] this guys is because it will prevent you from not being consistent. If you only like, "Oh, on day two, I'll make more content." and then you don't, you've destroyed your algorithm. So, it's best to get like 15 days, 30 days done
[27:27] before, so that you're less likely to miss a day of content. Now, in terms of editing the content, you have so many amazing apps now like CapCut, it has AI built into it that will auto caption, it can do auto editing, and you've also got
[27:42] one called captions.io, that one's also crazy good. So, in terms of editing, it's never been easier. Those apps are so easy to use, they're free to use on your phone and on the desktop, so there is no excuse why you
[27:55] can't do it. And there are plenty tutorials online teaching you how to use them if you don't know. But, they are so easy now, and there's AI built into them that there's really no excuse. Now, once you've created your content, again,
[28:07] competitor. If you're struggling to find competitors, you can simply get the name competitors, you can simply get the name of the product, you can go onto TikTok, and you can search for the keywords. So, I've searched in nasal glow, and you can
[28:20] see videos are popping up of other people. So, finding competitors shouldn't be hard. You just search for keywords related to the product, and you struggling to find competitors, you can actually ask Skopic AI to find you
[28:33] will give you a list of names that you can search for. But, base your videos off what's working already. Don't just follow accounts that have got like 3,000 reference videos. Now, the core performance metrics is this, views per
[28:48] video. Now, 5,000 is bad. Now, remember, if it's your first week, then don't expect to get loads of views, but I'm on about long-term, 5,000 isn't great. 10 to 30,000 is medium. 50 to 100,000 is good. And 100
[29:03] to 500,000 is strong. And then the winning signal is 500 to a million views winning signal is 500 to a million views repeated of 100,000. So, either 500 or a million views, 500,000 or a million views, or you repeatedly get between
[29:16] this amount. Now, this views per video is based on the account. So, when you few weeks, this is the indicator that I'd look for. Now, engagement benchmarks are important. You want likes to be around about 5 to 10% of the views. You
[29:29] want shares to be 1% plus of the views. And you want comments to be 0.5 to 1%. And you want demand signals like comments, "Where can I buy it? Link. I friends. That means that you've got good quality people watching the video, which
[29:43] means they're likely to buy. Now, week one is the testing phase guys. So, this You're going to want to post a minimum of 10 to 20 videos, at least one to two videos per day and the views need to be
[29:56] around about 10,000 views and ideally one video getting 50,000 views. Now this isn't the first week. This is the first week of you doing this. If all videos are under 5,000, that is a weak product. Now it's usually a weak product or your
[30:11] videos just suck. They're just not good. Now the way you can find out if your videos are bad is you can ask a family friend, you can ask a friend of a friend or you can give AI the video and it can analyze it and say is it good? But
[30:23] usually if it is this and your videos are good, then you need to find a new product or a new product in a trend that is going to be a lot hotter. Cuz your you're in a bad product market and a bad trend right now. Week two validation
[30:36] phase, at least one video has 100,000 views, multiple videos has 20,000 views. So it's either or. Now both is a better signal. Now the product kill rules in terms of moving on is if after 15 25 videos, remember after this amount of
[30:50] videos, no video exceeds 20 to 30k views, no stronger engagement signals, no repeatable content ideas and no demand in the comments. Good signals for scaling is multiple video views reaching between 15 and 100,000 views, at least
[31:04] one video hits 100 to 500,000 views and consistent performance across posts. And the final decision-maker after two weeks is no video hits 20k views, you kill it. One video hits 50 to 100k views, you continue testing and if multiple videos
[31:17] hit 100,000 views, you scale aggressively. Now remember what does it actually take to go viral? Remember the hook, the first one to two seconds is everything, then you got the retention phase which is fast pacing, then you got
[31:31] payoff and then you got engagement triggers. Now it's very important for you guys to master the art of this. Now again, if you're not sure how to master this art, you can simply copy it, go to the AI and ask it to master it and it
[31:45] will. But you have to understand this. This is like your SOP, this is your user manual of going viral. If you don't understand this, you'll never go viral. Now you've got the competitor analyze and skyscraper method which is basically
[31:58] goes viral but making it a better version, that's why we call it the skyscraper version. And how you can do that is you can do a stronger hook, better pacing, clear benefits, more engaging visuals, add a wow factor and
[32:10] improve storytelling. So when you find a really good video, like this one here with 1.5 million views, you can download it, you can transcribe it, you can give all of this. You can literally copy the text, go back, paste the text in, paste
[32:24] the text in and say how can I do this on this video? And you can send it the skyscraper method. Now this is the content system core loop. Post consistently one to three times daily, identify outliers within this frame. So
[32:38] first week, you're going to identify outliers within that week which style of which it is, you basically carry on making more content like that. Recreate outliers, it's very obvious, split test
[32:51] variables, building winner concepts and repost winning content. Remember the Instagram algorithm drivers is shareability, that's what they care about most about. Instagram only cares about shareability, which is proof of
[33:03] concept, aesthetic and then story call to actions. Shareability is the only thing Instagram cares about, so the more that somebody clicks that little send button to their friends, they share it, that's what's going to give algorithm on
[33:16] content. So viewers who visit your store, which is 0.5% to 2% of any video, you're looking at around about 500 to 2,000 visitors out of 100,000 views equals five to 40 sales. That could be $50 to $500. So out of 100,000 views,
[33:33] you're going to get around about 500 to 2,000 store visitors. That's going to lead you to around about 50 to 40 sales and depending on your product and your profit margins, around about those numbers. Now a million views equals
[33:45] numbers. Now a million views equals 5,000 20,000 visitors, 50 to 400 sales and you're going to be making around about 500 to 5,000 dollars in profit. So that's roughly the math that I use when it comes to working out expected revenue
[33:58] that you can make based on the viewage. Now this will change every year, it will slightly go down and it will depend on the niche as well. The niche really does Now I want to teach you guys how you can create AI viral real or organic content.
[34:14] originally, this is how you can transition into the AI route. This can be really beneficial if you've found winning products organically that you've want to scale it up by being more aggressive. So you can do this and so
[34:29] you can use the AI method to basically scale what's already working because the you're going to have to use you're going to have to use a paid software called Ark Ads, it's the best software for creating AI avatars. So you are going to
[34:42] have to pay for it which is around about 60 to 100 dollars depending on the plan and you really don't want to make any content yourself because you just don't solution but it just means that instead of starting drop shipping organically
[34:56] with $50, you're probably going to be starting at around about $200 to $300 which is still exceptionally low. So those are the two reasons why you'd want to use the AI method. Now the other thing is the AI method also does take a
[35:09] little bit more time to create, especially if you're new to doing it. So let me show you guys how it works. You're going to want to go to arkads.ai linked in the pinned comment. You're then going to want to choose one of
[35:21] of their paid plans, you're going to click new project. You can rename the click new project. You can rename the project called AI reels for example and image. Then what you're going to want to do is I'm going to want to recreate this
[35:36] product here. You're going to want to take a screenshot of the product so you you can get it off your competitor's website and what you're going to want to screenshot of it. You're then going to go back to Skopic AI and you're going to
[35:51] say I want to make So I basically ask Skopic AI I want to make an AI avatar for content creation. Give me AI avatar prompts and what they should be doing. Ark Ads, we can upload the image. Now the image is going to be of the product
[36:06] to need it. So guys, what I did is I uploaded the reference image and I typed in I want a 20-year-old female in a POV UGC style using the nasal red light device in her nose. And you can see Ark Ads made this image here. Now the reason
[36:20] why you're going to want to have three references is because three references Google Banana Pro is what you're going to want to use, 9 by 16 and you can see we got this image here that's really, really good. Now you can always refine
[36:33] these. Remember we're going to use the same character every time so we need to have a really good starting image. Now this starting image isn't bad at all. The only thing is the device looks a little bit big for my liking. I've also
[36:45] got Skopic to refine my prompt so I can copy this over, go back to Ark Ads and just reprompt it based on the one that Skopic's given me. What you can also do guys is you can also give it another reference image of the other account
[36:58] that you're using. So for example this one here and what we can do is we can well. That way it'll increase the accuracy. So now I can upload this organic, you got to make sure it's super accurate. So the more you give it, the
[37:13] going to want to upload this image here so you're going to take a print screen of it, go back to Ark Ads and then you can upload that reference image as well. getting better. Now like this one here is actually pretty good. It's starting
[37:26] to get better. You can see this one's not accurate so I won't want to use this through a few rounds of this till you get the really good image because the best image you're going to get is what you're going to use over the time. So if
[37:38] you're really going to struggle long-term making the video because it's going to be the same character in every part of the video. Now this image here guys is perfect. So this is the one that I really like. So this is the one that I
[37:51] think is perfect to use. The only thing is it's got a little bit of text on here that I don't want but we can remove the text no problem. We can download this image, we can delete all the reference images, we can now upload the image we
[38:03] just downloaded and we can just simply say remove text from the image and then you can click send and get it to make two versions this time because that is the perfect avatar. The size of the device is bang on, the way it's fitting
[38:18] inside the nose is very accurate in terms of sizing. So it just looks real. little bit long and thick whereas this one here looks a lot more realistic. The only issue is I've got the text here but I can get rid of it with AI on the next
[38:31] one and then we can start turning them into videos. And just like that guys, it's remade the image but this time without the text so that's perfect. So and then what I can do is I can click video. We're going to use video 31.
[38:46] We're going to use 1080p. We're going to do 9 by 16. We're going to upload the we've downloaded without the text and then we're going to get the AI to give us the script. Now you can see I've got all the scenes here. I've got the image
[38:59] which is what we've just done, then you make it into a video. Now the thing is guys, you're going to want to get an AI like Skopic AI or any AI of your choice to make the script and the image verse prompt scene. Now what you can do is
[39:12] once you get this cheat sheet, you can give the AI this example and say remake this type of scene but for my product and it will remake it and based on what you're selling. So now what I do is I go to Ark Ads, I click the prompt which is
[39:25] this one here. So guys, what I've done is to save a little bit of time is I've gone ahead and done all the prompts. So from image to video prompts. So I've scene three and scene four cuz this took on its own around about 15 20 minutes
[39:40] that it made. So again, I'll make the image first. So all these images were made as you guys can see. And then you can see the video was made guys. You can see this video was made of her sneezing and you can see blowing her nose. So
[39:54] that's the opening scene. Then you've got scene two. Got another one there guys. Then we've got one of her using the traditional method of which is this nasal spray which is the traditional method of helping your nose and it shows
[40:07] the discomfort and then it intros the product. That's the AI video made and then what would happen guys is we'd throw this all into CapCut and we would edit it the same way that was edited on this account. So we're literally copying
[40:19] the editing style and the editing is very easy. It's just captions and that that into CapCut as you can see on the screen. You can see all the footage was added together. We literally added the captions using auto captions. Then we
[40:31] then we're just going to export the video and that's one AI video made using video and that's one AI video made using AI Car Ads.
[40:50] this free course on how to start drop shipping with as little as $0 or $100. below if you found it useful. This cheat sheet is valuable. You need access to it so make sure you hit the like goal and remember organic is a long-term game and
[41:05] it. With that being said guys, I hope you got loads of value. I hope you follow it till the end and I'll catch you guys on the next video.
