"Promises a $15,000 payday but delivers no proof—just a tutorial and a mentorship pitch."

AI Summary

The video presents a side hustle where AI agents find Airbnb listings with weak photos, and Claude Opus 4.8 combined with Higgsfield upgrades those photos into cinematic, high-quality images and videos. The creator claims property owners pay $500–$1,000 for professional media, so offering an AI-enhanced service for under $10 in costs creates a lucrative opportunity. A step-by-step workflow is demonstrated, ending with a pitch strategy to win landlords as clients.

[00:02]
High-paying property media market

Real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, and property owners pay $500 to $1,000 for professional videos and images, but most results look terrible. The creator shows a way to create those cinematic media using Claude AI in minutes for less than $10.

[01:10]
Side-by-side comparison

Original listing images of a Manchester luxury penthouse are compared with AI-generated versions: the new images have better lighting, colors, wide-angle framing, and cleaner details. The balcony and bedroom shots look notably more appealing than the originals.

[02:57]
AI proves its work

The creator shows a Google Doc with ranked prospect properties that was fully generated by an AI agent, demonstrating that the lead research can be automated.

[03:10]
Use an AI agent to find weak listings

A prompt from the whiteboard is given to an AI agent (Manus AI, with alternatives like GenSpark or OpenAI's agent). Users should change the city to their local area so future clients can reach them easily; the agent then automatically finds Airbnbs with weak photos.

[08:01]
Ranked prospect list details

The agent's output includes property title, listing URL, photo score, what's weak, whether it has a video, the owner/agent, the public contact, and the pitch angle. Listings with the lowest photo scores are the most vulnerable and ideal prospects.

[09:21]
Connect Claude Cowork to Higgsfield via MCP

Copy the listing URL into Claude Cowork desktop (Mac). Then visit Higgsfield's MCP page, copy the settings, add a custom connector in Claude, and enable 'Always allow' so Claude can automatically use Higgsfield for image and video generation.

[11:03]
Master prompts do the work

Using the 'Cinematic Tour Prompt' from the prompt sheet, Claude navigates to the Airbnb listing, screenshots all photos, organizes them by room, sends them to Higgsfield, and generates upgraded images. Use the Opus 4.8 model for the most intelligent results.

[14:56]
AI enhances, doesn't invent

The AI does not add or change items that don't exist in the property; it combines angles, brightens lighting, and improves composition. The result is a higher-quality representation of the actual space.

[15:25]
Cost per property: about $6

Creating all enhanced images for one listing cost roughly $6 in AI credits, showing a wide profit margin when charged at the market rate of $500–$1,000.

[16:05]
Share only the best 1–3 photos

Upload the top 1–3 images to a Google Drive folder and make it shareable. This creates curiosity and prevents hosts from taking the work without hiring you.

[17:12]
Find contact info and pitch via email

Use the AI agent to find the host's email or website contact. Airbnb's internal messaging blocks certain phrases, so email is safer. Connect Gmail or Outlook to Manus AI so it can find emails and send the pitch automatically.

[20:41]
Email gets better responses

Email catches landlords off guard and lets them see the results immediately, making them wonder how you got access to the interior. If forced to use Airbnb messaging, spell 'dot' as 'doot' to avoid filters.

The video delivers a repeatable AI workflow: automate lead research, upgrade listing visuals with Claude and Higgsfield for a few dollars, then tease hosts with a few free enhanced images to win paid work. Although the step-by-step playbook is practical, the headline promise of a $15,000 payday remains unproven.

Tutorial Checklist

1 03:10 Copy the 'find listings with weak photos' prompt from the whiteboard and give it to an AI agent like Manus AI. Change the city to your local area and send it.
2 05:24 Wait for the agent to finish; then open the document it produces to see ranked prospects, including photo score, what's weak, owner contact, and pitch angle.
3 09:06 Select the most vulnerable listing (lowest photo score) and copy its URL.
4 09:21 Open Claude Cowork on desktop (Mac), paste the Airbnb link, and ensure Claude has browser access.
5 09:52 Go to Higgsfield's MCP page, copy the MCP settings, then in Claude Cowork go to Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector and paste the settings.
6 10:20 Set the Higgsfield connector to 'Always allow' so Claude can use it automatically.
7 10:50 Select Opus 4.8 as the model and confirm the Higgsfield connector is enabled.
8 11:03 Copy the 'Cinematic Tour Prompt' from the cheat sheet, paste it into Claude with the Airbnb link, and send it. Claude will screenshot all photos, send them to Higgsfield, and generate enhanced images.
9 15:39 Optional: Ask Claude (or upload the outdoor shot) to animate it into a drone-style video using the prompt in the cheat sheet.
10 16:05 Upload the best 1–3 enhanced images to a Google Drive folder and make it shareable.
11 17:12 Return to the AI agent and ask for the host's contact info (email/website/phone). Connect Gmail or Outlook to Manus AI to auto-send the outreach email.
12 19:36 Send a pitch via email or Airbnb message; if using Airbnb, spell 'dot' as 'doot' to avoid filters and include your email/WhatsApp to continue the conversation.

20:41

[00:02] to make money with Claude AI as a beginner because right now real estate agents, Airbnb hosts, and property owners are paying $500 to a,000 to get

[00:14] professional videos and [music] images made for their properties. And the craziest part is most of them look terrible. But I've just figured out a way using Claude AI on how to create those same cinematic photos and [music]

[00:28] videos and it only takes a few minutes and it costs less than $10. [music] So, as you can see, I'm on Airbnb. Now, I'm based in the UK, so I found a listing in Manchester and this is the current listing. It's actually a luxury

[00:42] penthouse in a city. Now, if we take a look at the images for a luxury penthouse, the images aren't the best. Now, they're not bad, but they don't shout luxury penthouse to me. These literally look like they were taken on a

[00:56] mobile phone. Now, what you can also see is there's no video or drone footage of the listing. Now, just to show you guys a sidebyside comparison, this is the image that they're using on their listing to show the living area, and

[01:10] this is the image that I made for them. Look at how good the difference is. This looks like it was shot on a wide angle. the colors don't look great and the detailing in the lighting doesn't look perfect as my shot looks really well lit

[01:23] and the details look a lot more cleaner. Now, here's another really good example. This shot is to showcase that it's got a balcony and it has a nice view, but on their listing, the colors look off and it just looks a little bit messy.

[01:36] Whereas my image that I've made for them, you can see it's a lot more brighter. You can see that there's clouds outside whereas theirs looks dull. So, this looks a lot more appealing and everything just looks like

[01:48] it's higher quality and cleaner. Again, if we do the side by side, it's a massive difference. Okay, now let me show you the ones that I think make a this is where people are going to be sleeping, so it's really important. Look

[02:01] at this listing image. It looks a little bit narrow. So, this is their original image and this is my image. This looks a lot nicer than this. Honestly, if I was to go on this Airbnb listing, I would rather look at that image than this

[02:16] image. You guys can let me know in the comment section below. I actually made a drone video showcasing the location of the penthouse because people want to be city center when they're booking for a

[02:28] city apartment. And you can see it's a nice drone shot that comes out and it shows where the apartment is, where it's located, and you can see it in a really nice professional video. Now, that looks really, really good. And again, if we go

[02:43] back to their listing, now this is the only image they have of the outside. even find this listing? Just to prove I did it with all AI, I've got a Google doc that goes over all the ranked prospect properties, and it has all the

[02:57] information on them. And I got AI to do all of this for me. And that's exactly how I was able to find the property. So now I've shown you guys the proof and how lucrative this is. Let me show you step by step how you can also do it. So

[03:10] is head over to the whiteboard canvas that I made you. And you're going to see in section four, find listings with weak photos. Now what I've done is I've actually given you guys a prompt to give to an AI agent. So you can see the

[03:24] is I'm actually going to copy this prompt and you're going to give it to an AI agent. Now, in this case, I'm actually going to be using Manis AI Now, there are alternatives out there

[03:38] like GenSpark. You could use Open AI's agent, but I still think Manis gives me come to your agent, and the reason why we're using an AI agent is because it can perform the task for us. It can actually do the work. You're going to

[03:51] going to scroll all the way up to the top. And what I'm going to do is I'm going to specify which area. So you can see it says here Manchester City Center. Now I'm actually going to change this to London. Now what I'd recommend that you

[04:06] guys change it to is wherever is the local city to you. Now I'm sure most of you guys are from the US. So whichever state or whichever city is closest to you, I would definitely recommend doing it this way. And the reason why is

[04:18] because if you are to get clients later on and they want to call you or speak to you on the phone, it's going to make more sense if you're local because then that way they can call you, you can go and see them. So it gets rid of any of

[04:31] doing this in London if you're in America. It just doesn't make sense to me. So I've switched mine to London. And then all you guys have got to do is click the send button. And then the agent will do all the hard work for us.

[04:44] understood. I'm going to click continue. Now, I am going to be leaving the link to Minus AI in the description and in the pin comment. Again, I'm not you're going to get free credits. It could be between 500 and a,000. So,

[04:57] essentially, you won't need to pay for it. So, now Manis is getting on with the doing in Manis computer. So, if you click this little icon, you can actually see Manis going through Airbnb for us.

[05:10] the work. So, if you really want to, you can leave Manis for 10 minutes, 20 minutes, and come back to it. And again, it will do all of it for us. Now, I'm it's done the research. Okay. So, once it's done, guys, you're going to see it

[05:24] Airbnbs. You're going to click the little document that it gives you, and it will give you a summary, and then it'll give you a ranked prospect. Now, today's video, I just wanted to tell you guys something really important. I've

[05:38] been in e-commerce now for over 10 years. I started as a college dropout years. I started as a college dropout with zero grades from school, no rich parents, and [music] no safety net. Now, since then, I've been able to generate

[05:51] over $50 million in ecommerce and drop shipping revenue. But the reason why I've been able to survive and become so successful was because of what I was able to adopt. And that's extremely important because when the game changes,

[06:05] you constantly need to learn how to adopt. And unfortunately, most people don't. And right now the game of drop shipping and e-commerce [music] has changed again. AI has completely rewritten how e-commerce and drop

[06:19] shipping works. And I'm talking about how you now do product research, how you create your store, how you create your ads, and how you run the Facebook ads and Tik Tok ads. Everything is moving faster and more automated. But here's

[06:33] the problem. Most beginners are still doing drop shipping and e-commerce the wrong way and the old way. And that is the exact reason why I've rebuilt my one-on-one mentoring program. This is actually a hands-on mentorship where we

[06:48] work with you onetoone. We actually show you how to use AI to the highest level. And I do truly believe that in this industry, I'm ahead of everyone when it comes to AI and how to use it. And that's just the beginning of AI. Inside

[07:03] the mentorship, I'm going to be showing you the exact ways I do my product research on autopilot using AI. How to build multiple agents to do it for you. How to build a Shopify store that actually converts and looks like a

[07:17] legitimate brand. How to create ad creatives that go viral and get good [music] CTR. And most importantly, how to create profitable ads and [music] creatives. And the most important thing of them all

[07:32] is real feedback because AI gives you the speed but mentorship and especially one-to-one mentorship gives you that direction. I have just reopened applications so you guys can now apply. So click the link in the description to

[07:47] apply for the one-on-one mentorship. I'm going to be honest guys, this will sell out extremely fast. So make sure you apply as soon as you can if you feel like it's right for you. There'll also be a QR code on the screen. But if you

[08:01] want to learn the best of the best when it comes to AI for e-commerce and drop shipping, this is the best place. So, what you're going to see on this guys is the property title, the listing URL, the photo score, what's weak, has it got a

[08:14] photo score, what's weak, has it got a video, who's the owner/ agent, who's the public contact for them, and what is the pitch angle. Now, you don't need to worry about any of this, but the listing URL, the photo score, what's weak, and

[08:27] the lowest score means you got the highest potential to get them as a client because their listing is terrible. So, for example, here guys, I can go on this link, and you can see it opens it up in the browser. Okay? So,

[08:40] going to want to look for the most vulnerable listing. Now, out of me looking, this looks like a very vulnerable listing because the images camera. So, if we look at the listing photos, you can see this is the living

[08:54] area. Again, looks like it was done on a phone camera. The angle, the way it's been shot just looked terrible. So, yeah, you get the point. These images are really, really bad. Now, our goal is

[09:06] we're going to do is we're going to get the most vulnerable listing, which is the link. Now, once we've copied the link, we're then going to head over to Claude Coowwork. Now, Claude is what we're going to be using to do the images

[09:21] and the videos. Now, you can just use Claude in the web browser, but Claude Co is only accessible if you use it in the actual desktop. And I think it's only available for Mac. Could be available for Windows. I'm not a Windows user, but

[09:36] You're going to want to paste the link in here. Then you're going to want to go to a website called Higsfield. I'm not sponsored or endorsed by Higsfield. It's this. You're then going to want to go to where it says MC and CL. You're then

[09:52] going to see MCP. You're going to then copy these settings and you're going to go back to Claude. You're then going to go over here to where it says customize. says connectors. You're then going to click this plus symbol, click add custom

[10:07] connector, and then you're going to add the information here. You're then going to see Higsfield picks up, and then you're going to go here to where it says always allow. That way, it will automatically do all the work for you.

[10:20] And now we can get Higsfield to create all the images and videos for us. As Higsfield is the best platform for creating AI content like images and videos and now we've connected it to Claude, it can do it automatically

[10:35] don't need to prompt it and we don't need to spend ages messing around with it. So once you've got Higsfield connected, we can go back to co-work. We can go to where it says ask act without asking. Click continue. Make sure you're

[10:50] using Opus 4.8. It's the most intelligent model. You're then going to symbol connectors and you're going to want to make sure your Higsfield connector is turned on. Then once that's ready, guys, you're going to go back to

[11:03] my prompt sheet and you're then going to see in section five, step three, the master prompts and cinematic tour prompt. Now, this is the prompt that we're going to give to Claude to create the images that are going to be the

[11:17] upgraded version. So, I'm essentially just going to connect all of this. I'm just going to copy this whole prompt. I'm then going to go back to Claude and So, the link's here. I'm going to paste it. And then, guys, I'm just going to

[11:30] simply click send. That prompt does all the hard work for you. Just make sure you send it the Airbnb link and it will do all the work. So, now you can see in Claude, it says task update navigating to the listing. I'll take a capture of

[11:44] the page and a screenshot of all the images of the listing. So you can see seconds and extracting all of the going to do is it's going to take all of the images and send them to Higsfield to

[11:57] get better. And you can see here Claude is working in my Chrome browser so it can do the task. So make sure you've got Claude available to work in your browser. It's simply a setting. It should prompt you to do it if you've

[12:10] know if this is working is if I go back to my browser, you can see these tabs have gone like a blue color. This means they're being used by Claude. So, Claude is actually using these browsers. And you'll also see it here in the window.

[12:25] You can now see it says here 24 photos found organized by room. Let me grab the full list and map out the photos and their room sections. So now you guys can see that it said it's assessed all of the photos and it can see which ones are

[12:38] the worst and it's saying that it's now going to connect to Higsfield to remake all of the images. You can see here Claude has already started making all of the images for me. Now we can start comparing these images to the current

[12:51] listing to see how much of an upgrade they are. Now what you can also do is you can actually view all these images in Higsfield, which is what I usually do. I would go to Higsfield and then if you refresh it on your images, you'll

[13:05] see all the history here and you can see these are all the images that it made. So let's take a look at the outdoor balcony shot verse the current listing. So let's go back to the current listing. Let's go to the balcony shot. Looks very

[13:17] dull and depressing. So let's have a look at the balcony shot verse our shot. So this is our shot. You can see that it looks like it's actually been shot on a looks like it's actually been shot on a right slant. Their shot verse our shot.

[13:32] Their shot verse our shot. There is a massive difference there, guys. That looks a lot more pleasant than that does. This does not look pleasant. It looks dull and depressing. Whereas that looks bright and it looks like it will

[13:46] invite you to actually go to the balcony. Okay, so that's just one image look if there's any living room shots that I can compare. So we've got these living room shots here. So this is the original one which looks like it's been

[13:59] shot on a phone and this is our shot here. Now what the AI's done which is really impressive is it's took the shot from here and here to gauge what the actual living room looks like and it's made it into one single image. Now that

[14:15] looks way better than that. That looks terrible. That looks very very good. So instantly that photo is going to change their listing massively. So this is

[14:27] their kitchen shot which looks terrible. Let's have a look at how well it's done our kitchen shot. So the kitchen shot that's done for us is this one here. So this is the kitchen on our photo. This is their kitchen. Again, it's a massive

[14:41] difference. Now let's have a look at one final shot. Now this is of the dining table closeup. Now this one, I don't understand what the landlord's thinking here, but anyway, our listing for that one is going to be this shot here. Look

[14:56] at how much better this looks versus that. Honestly, guys, it's a massive difference. And the AI is not changing anything or adding items to the property that don't exist. It's just taking what's there and making it better. So,

[15:11] this is their current bedroom shot on their listing verse our shot. Again, it is a massive difference. Now, once Claude has made all the images, as you can see in the chat, it's done every single image that I need. And these look

[15:25] so so good. I know I'm banging on about it, but the difference is massive. And this all cost in credits around about $6. Now, once it's done all the images, you can send it a follow-up prompt, take the outdoor shot. So, this would be the

[15:39] outdoor shot, and you can either click animate or you can upload it or you can upload the image to Claude and say, "Turn this into a drone shot." There is a prompt in the cheat sheet and it will take it and turn it into a drone shot.

[15:53] I'm not going to do it in this video. I've already shown you an example at the start, but now we've got all of our images. Now, the next thing that we need to do is get this person as a client. Now, what you're going to want to do is

[16:05] images that you've made, and you're going to want to make it into like a Google Drive folder. So, go to Google Drive, make a folder, and make it sharable. Now, this is extremely important. Do not add all the images to

[16:19] the drive. add the best one to three photos. So, in this case, I would say photos. So, in this case, I would say the bedroom shot, this shot, and the living area shot are the best photos. They're the ones that are going to get

[16:32] the landlord, it's going to get the Airbnb host thinking, "How did that guy didn't even get into my property. So, it's going to completely catch them off sending them all the photos is because we want them to see the value, but we

[16:46] don't want them to just take the photos and then never speak to us again. So, by just showing them one to three of the best images, you're going to get their attention. So, again, make it into a folder on Google Drive, get it as a

[16:59] sharable link so that you can send it them in a minute. So, what we're going to do is once you've done all of that, guys, you're then going to go back to your agent that you used. Now, in this case, I used Manis AI. If you use

[17:12] you're going to want to go back to that existing chat because it already has the context for it. Now, what you're going to say back in this chat is whichever listing it is, you can copy the link. You can say, "I need to find the contact

[17:26] You can say, "I need to find the contact information for this person or whoever owns the Airbnb or whichever company owns the Airbnb." Now, the reason why we have to do this is because on Airbnb, if you message a host, you can't say

[17:40] certain things. You'll either get blocked or the message won't go through. Now, usually, if it's a company that owns the Airbnb, they have a website outside of Airbnb that usually has their phone number and their email address.

[17:55] And the best part is with something like Manis AI is you can come over here to connected apps and you can connect your Gmail or your Outlook. So then what you can do is get Manis AI to email them for you. You don't even need to write an

[18:10] email. Manis will then find the emails, find the contact information, and do it for you. And what you're going to do is you're going to give Manis access. So You're going to go here to where it says add a local folder. And what you can do

[18:25] is you can give Manis access to your folder so that when it sends these folder so that when it sends these emails, it can send the images to or you link and it will send it with a Google Drive. So for example, if I go back to

[18:39] Airbnb and I go back to the host now, if I click on their profile, it's going to bring up all the information. So you can see if you zoom into their profile picture, it says Ollie's luxury apartment. So that's technically his

[18:53] apartment. So that's technically his company name. Ali's Luxury Apartments. Unfortunately, nothing comes up. So in this case, you'd have to contact them this case, you'd have to contact them through Airbnb or like I said, Get Manis

[19:06] AI to find their contact information. Now, I just did a quick browser research. Worse comes worse, you can't find them contact directly. Again, just message them through Airbnb. But if you're going to do it through Airbnb,

[19:20] number. And if you're going to send your email, you're going to want to be smart that you could send to them is something like this. Hi, I hope you're well. I have actually done a few of your listing images for completely free. Email me on

[19:36] you'll put your email and instead of putting dot, you'll type in dot instead. So you'll be putting your email and then doot.com. So that way you're not going to flag Airbnb system. And then you're going to

[19:49] say feel free to email me or WhatsApp me. And then you can put your phone number. Then you can put feel free to email me to receive the free images. And you can put something like you will be shocked at how good they look. Now this

[20:02] method isn't always the best because there's a little bit more friction on showing them the instant results. Now if I go back to Manis and I look at some of the listings. So let's have a look at listing number one. But the best way to

[20:14] do this guys is usually profile. If it's a company name, it's easier to find them on a website or their email address. But again, the best thing that you can do is give the prompt to Manis and say, "This is the listing

[20:27] that I've helped with. Find me their contact information and see if it can find you their email address or their website." And then worse comes worse, you default back to messaging them on the actual platform, Airbnb. Now, the

[20:41] reason why email is better is because if you send somebody an email and they can see the results is sometimes, like me, for example, I'll go into my email, somebody will email me something and it will catch me off guard. Here's a real

[20:54] thumbnail for my YouTube videos and I'll be like, "Damn, that thumbnail is so good. I'm now going to use it and message the guy." So, when landlords and company owners of these properties see it in their emails, they're going to be

[21:07] how did the guy get access to my interior? How was he able to make these images?" And then you're more likely to get a response because they've already said, guys, all the prompts and the cheat sheet and the whiteboard will be
