12:05

[00:03] continuously doing and betting on what I know works, it's contentment. It's me being comfortable. And you know what's crazy is I'm to the point where it's almost uncomfortable

[00:16] uncomfortable trying to be comfortable. I was young, I was sitting in the sun,

[00:31] I was sitting in the sun, I was tired of the run, I was tired of the run, I was done. Life was great, life was hard, and with an awful card you can't win

[00:47] hand. >> Okay. Okay. We got started insanely early today. Now, I do want to make it very clear that this is not a glorification of a routine that I've had for a while

[01:03] has been great. But today was the first day that I woke up at 3:30 in the didn't plan to, I didn't force myself to. I've just been going to bed these

[01:15] last few weeks at like Dude, like 8:30, 9:00 uh some nights. a year now tracking the recovery and whatnot. I can

[01:27] clearly see the nights that I get the better sleep, the better recovery, I feel better. Like, shocker. But again, I want to make it clear that I'm discovering this process, which is kind of the point of today's video in

[01:43] general. Guys, I need change. It like I got to make a big pivot in my life. Mention over the last few months that I've seen a trend over the last couple years. Thankfully, last year a lot of big picture stuff clicked with

[01:58] me. And that was just the reality that I wasn't happy, like blatantly at the end of the day. When I started doing 75 Hard last year, I took 2 weeks been primarily doing for the last few years, to get some stuff done around the

[02:13] house, get a storage unit open, and start documenting my weight loss on another channel that I tried. And I've mentioned multiple times that those 2 weeks made me realize that I was unhappy because

[02:26] those were some of the best 2 weeks that I had in a while. Every day just felt good. I felt like I was accomplishing something, and it was just fun to be challenging myself and starting this new journey, especially in a place where I

[02:40] that. Then after I made some changes over the few months, and to start off the new year, once again, I found myself in this amazing phase because I had to in this amazing phase because I had to focus so hard on creating my creator

[02:54] products and pivoting in the direction that I've been going this year, forcing myself to have to stop streaming so much. It was nice. And again, it made me last couple months, I've had to take more time off to do tax stuff, or we

[03:10] with some of the videos that I made this year, especially the last couple vlogs, comments and the support, I've seen a clear pattern. And that is that I'm ready for more. I'm ready for something new.

[03:25] How about a little morning cold start for the boys?

[03:42] if it's almond or oat milk that's better in cold or hot. One of them sucks. It's I think it's almond milk. I think oat milk is good in both, but I think almond milk you have to get it cold cuz almond milk

[03:58] in hot sucks. It just tastes like [ __ ] >> Okay, before I give you guys some updates, a huge part about everything I've been doing over the last few months, and uh just some of the changes that I want to make moving forward, is I

[04:12] created this this like trap in my head, I guess you'd say. Especially with me being somebody that's trying to make products to help other creators and to courage other creators, uh I created this idea in my head that I

[04:25] have to be of a specific representation to be able to help people. So, like the videos have to do well, the streams have to do well, I have to stream consistently. Even though I want to make more videos like this and

[04:38] document more, I have to put what I want off until I've done a better job of putting myself in a position to do that, you know, talking about the weight loss, talking about the business aspects. I have to be

[04:52] above and beyond before I can actually do that. But that is a trap. That's not realistic. These are standards or ideas that I'm creating for myself. It's the lie that's kept me stuck. It's what has put so much pressure on me from

[05:07] sharing more of the fitness side on this channel and and just removing that curtain, I guess you'd say. Um yeah, and I'm I'm just done with doing that. I

[05:20] don't want to do it anymore. I think it's also a lie kind of tell ourselves all the time is this idea that you're not allowed to do this thing. Like we create all these rules, and the whole point of me being a

[05:34] content creator in the first place is I was tired of following rules. Anyways, I am checking out places right now because we are going to um I I guess I just for some reason, after

[05:50] all these years of doing this, I guess I felt like I haven't earned the right to document [ __ ] more, to like showcase things. I talked about this many times throughout the years. And

[06:03] this is like idea that in order to vlog and document and make more videos like this, videos that I enjoy, you almost feel the pressure like your life already has to be interesting. You have to come from a place of relevancy

[06:19] to be able to compete into today's landscape, which like from a a creator level, understanding these platforms, it is true, like to an extent. Like if I want my channel to perform as best as

[06:33] possible, and it like focusing on the analytics and how it works as a tool, would want to do. You would want to create a brand and a relevancy to create a brand and a relevancy to make yourself somebody worth watching.

[06:48] But also, too, with how everything has been, with the talk of AI and just like where everything's going, I like my gut tells me there's no better

[07:00] time to like break those shackles, to get out of that mindset, than now. And when I say those shackles, the the handcuff that I kind of had on myself, even while trying to make these changes over this

[07:13] last year, is I still have put a lot of pressure on me pressure on me to be a streamer, to to show up actively with streaming. I like streaming. I I I think it is a

[07:25] great tool and asset to be able to communicate with you guys. It's It's guys like that I do it. I feel unrewarding doing it too often. I don't feel fulfilled as a person

[07:40] streaming actively. Like the idea of streaming 5 days a week, it it like it want to be doing something else. I tried lot of like the Burt Reynolds stuff happened, and I've gotten suggestions

[07:54] should kind of test the waters a little bit as you've gotten a little bit more And like feels like I've been live for 6 hours. I'm kind of I'm kind of done." And I was

[08:08] only 3 hours in. Like there was a time where I would go live and I and I would love it so much that time would fly. And I'm just somebody that can't fake this, man. Like if I don't want to be there, my enthusiasm is going to be down. Like

[08:21] that I could be when I'm doing [ __ ] that I that I want to do. So for a while I've I that I want to do. So for a while I've put these like handcuffs on me because me taking a major leap back from streaming and not doing it consistently

[08:34] still, it would be me betting against my like Which I've mentioned that before. Like that was a a huge transition that I had was leaving Stake and moving a lot of my

[08:50] brand off of Kick. And even with like videos like this and and focusing on content more. That next with fitness and trying to level up to the to the new [ __ ] that I want to do in life, all that is just going to take more time

[09:03] away from stream. That is again me betting against proven reliable income over the last few years. But dude, I just I I think it's time. I don't I don't even think. I just I know it is. >> Turn a angel into angel dust. Top rope

[09:16] dutch. Hey. >> So >> Basically >> in shorter terms, it is time that I completely reframe my entire thought process on how I want to do all of this

[09:28] process on how I want to do all of this [ __ ] If I I want to build myself up into the person that I know I can become that aligns with that. I can't continue to string the same people along on hopes

[09:43] have to document the client. And I realized this a lot last week in Ohio while recording the Ohio vlog. We've really been contemplating the idea with the fact that we do want to move, that we want something new.

[09:58] We've thought about moving back to Ohio. And as I mentioned in the Ohio vlog, there was a clear realization that that is not something that we actually want to do. The overall feeling we got if we moved to Ohio right now is that we'd be

[10:11] taking a a step back from our progress. There's thing is, staying where we are right now, we realized that we would just be content, specifically myself. Staying in the environment that I've created,

[10:24] staying in this house, we would just be trying to stay comfortable. And what's crazy is as we've talked about this more just our general lives, I realized that it so much to my career. Me staying in

[10:39] it so much to my career. Me staying in this place and continuously doing and betting on what I know works, it's contentment. It's me being is I'm to the point where it's almost

[10:53] uncomfortable trying to be comfortable. So it's really simple, that phase is over. It's it's time to move on. Megan and I are about to take the process of taking an offer on this house

[11:05] and moving forward, it's no longer going to be about the idea of I want to put ideal position that I would like to be in, but more so we're finally deciding to make the actual changes that will challenge us to put ourselves in a a

[11:19] different situation. I just want to warn you guys right now. Uh tech is a a major part of my life just as much as streaming is. Like I I enjoy it. I I love those aspects, but I love other things as well. I love

[11:35] bettering myself. I love time with my family. I love time with my friends. I love traveling. I want to incorporate all this more into who I am and into my content. But the thing is, I don't have it all figured out. I don't have the

[11:50] weight loss down completely or I'd already be there. I don't have the product business started or you guys would already have something tangible to own from me. And that is essentially the point moving forward. I want you guys to

[12:05] come and watch this. This isn't some kind of declaration video of like, "I'm I'm done with this shit." This is finally me acknowledging that you guys have seen a part of me that I have done a really good job at, that I have

[12:19] perfected. Like, the idea of making setups and and putting well-put-together videos talking about the idea of things. There's a whole 'nother side of me that I want to challenge, that I want to improve on, that I want to get better

[12:32] at, and it's time that that I do that and I bring you along that side. And a huge thing that I want to leverage with these videos moving forward is instead of trying to be picture-perfect when I show up or trying to utilize videos to

[12:47] say, "Here's what I've done." I want to utilize these videos to be more consistent in in being accountable. I feel like using my content and this channel and these videos in of itself to hold me accountable

[13:00] would be huge for me. Because as a content creator, as a streamer, as a content creator, as a streamer, as a creative online, it's very easy to put a camera up at the right times to make it seem like we're doing things.

[13:13] And then we kind of give ourselves this dopamine as where I'd rather utilize watching me. So, I better show up and actually do my [ __ ] So, yeah, I'm ready for the next thing and I want you guys to be along for that process. I want to

[13:27] be able to come back and look at these videos and these moments and guys want to be along for the ride, hell yeah. If you don't, I completely

[13:39] guys today. I'm out. Peace. Deuces. >> Yeah, uppercut punches got them busting up. Potion in this double cup. Liquor got her buttered up. Yeah, [ __ ] on my competition. Every track is like I got bubble guts. Fast like buckle up.

[13:53] Buckle Yeah, turn a angel into angel dust. Top rope caution got it jumping shuttle bus. I ate a struggle lunch. Yeah, turn my
