NFT Guaranteed Phase Sells Out In Seconds
40sThe contradiction between 'guaranteed' and an instant sell-out sparks immediate debate and FOMO.
▶ Play Clip"The title accurately reflects the three main topics, but the stream is padded with rambling and tangents typical of a live show."
In this livestream, the host covers the latest NFT drama, including the Hidden Shells mint controversy and the struggling 10K Tokens launch, discusses Hyperliquid's explosive price action and whale short, and reacts to MegaETH sunsetting its rewards program. He also shares trading tips, reviews new mints like Beaks and Hollows, and comments on market shifts such as PumpFun adding USDC pairs and Polymarket's Nasdaq partnership.
The collection's guaranteed phase sold out instantly, leaving whitelisted minters unable to mint despite the founder tweeting 'Guaranteed means guaranteed.' It's now trading around 0.02 ETH, a ~7x from the 0.003 ETH mint price.
Most tokens have zero or near-zero volume, meaning creators and holders aren't making money. The 99% tax out the gate kills momentum and makes it hard to catch early entries.
TTT is competing with Bonk, PumpFun, and self-launched coins, and most coins launching there are garbage, making the ecosystem hard to pop off.
Example: Doodles' Dooplicator launch is down 60%, and the echo chamber of 'let's go' comments misleads teams into thinking their pricing is right.
Providing feedback is important; startups succeed because people say 'this doesn't work.' Adam from 10K Tokens later acknowledged criticisms and said changes are coming.
Out of nowhere, Lazy Lions and giraffe collections are being bought up, likely due to staking and utility announcements.
To avoid being outbid by bots, place a slightly higher bid on a specific trait instead of the public floor bid, so sellers accept your trait bid.
A whale named laurical.hl opened a $95M short with leverage, doubling down as HYPE rose, and is now down ~$25-30M while transferring and selling tokens to support the position.
Hyperliquid's FDV (~$56B) is higher than Solana's, though market cap is lower due to unlocks. The host questions Solana's identity if meme coins fade.
The host ranks 523rd in the farming program; he believes the chain's tech is good but there's no need to switch, and he expects usage to die once rewards end.
After 100 pulls, the host's card value was $49 versus the claimed $55, plus a 15% sell fee, underlining the casino-like nature of these games.
A project is doing a cash drop, which the host applauds as a better incentive than farming tokens.
Overall, the stream reinforces that honest criticism and real utility matter more than hype, and that the NFT market is cooling while Hyperliquid and prediction markets capture attention.
What was the mint price of Hidden Shells and its price after the mint?
Mint price was 0.003 ETH, and it rose to around 0.02 ETH (a ~7x).
04:37
What issue did Hidden Shells face?
The guaranteed phase was over-allocated and sold out instantly, so many whitelisted minters couldn't mint.
03:59
What is the main criticism of 10K Tokens?
Most tokens have zero or near-zero volume, and the 99% tax kills momentum.
06:12
What is the host's advice on how much supply to buy of a meme coin?
Typically, around 1% is safe; multiple percent should be split across wallets.
21:29
What trick does the host use to avoid being outbid by bots on NFT bids?
Bid on a specific trait rather than the public floor bid, so sellers accept his higher trait bid.
23:10
What was the whale laurical.hl's position on HYPE?
He opened a $95M short with leverage and was down ~$25-30M as HYPE rose.
28:20
How does HYPE's FDV compare to Solana's?
HYPE's FDV (~$56B) is higher than Solana's, though its market cap is lower due to unlocks.
31:03
Why is the host skeptical of MegaETH?
He likes the tech but sees no need to switch chains, and once rewards end, usage will likely die.
36:35
What did the host find when pulling claw game cards?
He did 100 pulls and got $49 card value versus the claimed $55, plus a 15% sell fee.

36:35[01:46] Friday morning stream, the third of the week. Plus, we did a video this week. Let's go. We're finally doing some content. Uh welcome, everybody, to the show. Got a lot of talk about Got a lot to talk about today. We got some NFT
[01:59] drama. We have um you know some collections that minted this week, some been slowing down a little bit. Then after that we got HyperLiquid versus Solana and just HyperLiquid in general. And uh Mega Eth ended their rewards
[02:13] program, a ton of talk about. Welcome, welcome to the stream. I see some faces. Casey, welcome sir. Captain, welcome to the show. Um but let's just I got to make sure the the thing is
[02:25] right into it. I'm going to share my screen. Also uh trying to test some new one that I did. I'm I want to test this one where I'm a bit bigger. Hey y'all. Uh and then I got to fix the top, but
[02:39] of like I don't know what to do. I guess right now it's it's fine. Like they're not hiding anything. You see most of the screen. If I switch to Twitter, yeah I guess it's fine. Maybe I'll do this layout. Um yeah so let's jump right into
[02:52] layout. Um yeah so let's jump right into it. So we didn't have that many mints that were you know that had a lot of action this week. I did feel this week was a bit slower, which is normal. I did see a few people talking about if um
[03:06] TTT, 10,000 tokens, which we'll talk about in a second, if that one flops like it might slow down the momentum of the NFT space, which I don't think that's the reason. Uh but it things have slowed down a little bit.
[03:18] overall market. But yeah, NFT slowing a little bit. The everybody was really excited about was this Hidden Shells collection.
[03:30] that's the problem with this layout. Maybe I'll just switch to the other one um until I figure the new layout out. And that that way Oh no, this one does it too. Okay, let's just switch back. Boom. Uh yeah so the first one was
[03:44] art for this collection, you know it's turtles. We're going to go through a few funny. Uh it's giving me it's going back to 2021 vibes. So, I like the art behind You know, the founder had a lot of friends. He He was really
[03:59] pushing stuff. And then, they over-allocated their They over-allocated their guaranteed phase. He They even went as far as to tweet, "Guaranteed means guaranteed." And then, the the guaranteed phase just sells out insta
[04:12] fast. A bunch of people who had white list weren't able to mint. angry on the timeline. I posted about it even though when that happens. If you're going to have a guaranteed phase, it should be
[04:25] guaranteed. If not, just have a first come first serve phase. And don't make it crazy over-allocated. Like, I saw a 0% chance that this thing didn't mint out. People like the art. You know, it's a It's a Degen season right now. And
[04:37] despite the fud, despite all of that, it is doing well. Currently at a 0.02, which is what? 5x from the current mint price. If we go take a look. Yeah, mint for 0.003. $6. It's currently at 44. So, like a 7x.
[04:52] $6. It's currently at 44. So, like a 7x. Um 9 10 Even more. Yes, about a 7x. So, doing well. Glad to see it. You know, despite the fud. Um Good that it is doing well. So, hopefully if you minted, you cooked.
[05:05] Now, the next project, of course, is 10,000 tokens. Which this is a last week project, but there's been a lot of drama about it. Partially cuz of me. You know, I went ahead and posted a few things about it. I spoke my opinion last time
[05:19] in my video. And um Basically, if I Let me go find my Let me go pull up my So, they They posted this. 10,000 tokens was too many to coordinate. Maybe 9,891 is just enough. They've been kind of
[05:33] posting, you know, this kind of stuff. Which I get it. You're doing just like marketing or whatever. But to me, it's like this one, too. I reacted to this with any of this stuff. Except for return to mainnet.
[05:46] comments, I just saw like random bull posting, bull posting, bull posting. I guess I kind of just got triggered and um I posted this saying like, "Hey, so far." I said so far. I didn't say it's
[05:59] failed, it's over. I said so far, meaning there's still time. But so far, it's a failed experiment uh except for the team that made 200k. They're allowed to make money. Uh maybe I shouldn't have included that. But a majority of tokens
[06:12] have zero volume. Like if you go through Oh, they changed the layout. Uh if you at this. 0000000. Literally, they all have zero or like next to zero volume. This is not good. This is not what you want. Is my Is my
[06:26] lagging. I think it's this website. I'm just going to close it. Um so far, it is is not good, right? Zero volume is not good. That means the creators aren't making money. They burnt a $200 NFT to not make money off a token. And the
[06:41] community, the holders, are not making money through the passive income. Um so, you know, I posted this. I said what's wrong. I said it doesn't matter how many they're glorifying here. It doesn't matter how many are burnt if there is
[06:54] I think what people are failing to realize is you are competing against Bonk, against Pump Fun, against all these other launchpads, and then also just people launching coins on their own. Um
[07:08] so like it's not this one little ecosystem to pop off." No, you are competing against all these other tokens. Most coins that launch are garbage. Most coins that launch out of Triple T are
[07:20] point in buying it. It's just a meme coin. It's somebody trying to farm fees. I you know, I say that and I also say uh the 99% tax out the gate kills all momentum. You know, a lot of people try
[07:33] to catch early coins on Pump Fun. You can't do that here. You have to wait for the taxes to go down, try to plan an entry, you know, if other people are going to ape it when it's at 45% fees versus when you should buy. So, the
[07:47] whole mechanic I do not like. I find it's broken. people got mad. There was some like this punk guy Mac who you know, told people to mute me, whatever.
[08:02] In my head, these people have their head buried in the sand. Like, it's okay to talk about the bad side of certain Not just because there's NFTs involved, just doesn't mean it's magically good. And us all pretending that things are fine is
[08:16] not going to fix things. Um you know, Dooplicator was a great example. Like, I made this video about the Dooplicator launch from Doodles. It, you know, it went went viral in Web3 terms. It did really well. A lot of
[08:28] disagreed with me, which is great. It's all about the conversation. My issue though is you're always going to have, even with TTT, you're always going to even with TTT, you're always going to have people like mindlessly just bull
[08:40] posting. You are leading the teams to slaughter. When a team says, "We're minting 10,000 NFTs at one ETH mint price." And all the comments are like, "Let's go. Free. I'd mint that." The team is thinking,
[08:53] "Oh, great. People want to mint our stuff. They like the price, you know?" And then the mint happens, they fail, and they don't understand what went So, the people who do that are the ones to
[09:05] blame. And that's I brought that up in my post, in my video. And then what they're going to change the supply. Like, we didn't know what it was, so I said wrong information here. Burnt Toast comes in and and corrects me. Supply
[09:18] will not be increased. We're making holders right from our our company supply. All the comments, www. All Doodles PFP, just bull posting. No, like, this is mindless slop. That's what this is. You might as well be an AI bot
[09:32] Dooplicator. It's down. If you minted this, not for free, for the claim, if you minted this, you are down 60-something percent. So, this mindless stuff does not help teams. It does not help the community. It's like people are
[09:45] doing this in hopes that their bags are going to pump. Like, if we all pretend up, we're going to be rich. That's not how this works, unfortunately. So, providing and and providing feedback is not fud. I am not fudding here. Tell
[10:00] me what is fud about what I'm saying here. This is criticism. It's okay to here. This is criticism. It's okay to have a negative opinion about stuff. Um everything. Agreed. And that's that's the problem. You're going to fail. You
[10:14] Startups succeed because they have people who are willing to say, "This doesn't work. Let's fix it." Now, to Adam's credit, he came out this morning and spoke about this. Um I think I DM'd him once to maybe come on stream or
[10:27] follow me. I'm sure he doesn't like me, right? Because I say, you know, negative I I publicly posted that I'm flipping his stuff, and then I say negative flip side, to the people saying like, "Oh, you're fudding. You only fud after
[10:40] you sold." Whatever. One, I started uh saying all this when I still held 85% of my bag. Um I still had like 12 NFTs left. And two, um I Dude, for years I've been doing free
[10:53] market Like, for some reason it's okay when I do, you know, free marketing for I've been talking about all these Like, Doodles. For 5 years I've been talking engaged with my stuff is when I made that fud video. That should not be the
[11:07] case. Like, why are they not If I make a video about Doodles, I talk about their their NFT launches. I talk about their token launch. I talk about their product McDonald's, all that. Why have they never engaged engaged with any of that
[11:19] content? Free marketing. I'm supporting them, but then I make a video saying it's, "Oh my god, you're fudding us." Blah blah Like, then they react to it. That That's I always find that funny. Um
[11:33] Last time I provided criticism was in Jierosan Discord and I got bullied by Shen. So, yeah. Yeah, same thing. In Jierosan, when I posted that video, sometimes. I'll give them that. I posted like a
[11:47] what went wrong and it's like Jierosan all in red cuz it was going to zero. one of the team members like just started talking trash about me. Like, this guy barely gets any views, all this.
[11:59] And then I went in and correct I'm like, "Hey, I'm here first of all. Second of all, like I get I did an interview with Shen. I doubled down at the top and I lost 40 grand. Uh you know, I could have just flipped. I could have left. I could
[12:11] have made 30k or 20k profit, whatever it was, and left and said I doubled down on my bag and I ended up losing money. Uh and I think I bring up valuable stuff in want to hear any complaining. They don't want to hear it. They and they've made
[12:24] All these teams have made a lot of money. That's why they don't care That's why they they aren't as stressed as people who who buy this stuff for their That's why they're stressed, you know?
[12:38] team's fault. You're responsible for your own bags. But, um but yeah, I dude, I give I for NFT strategy, like dude, how many ti- how many videos did I make upcoming coins, right? For free. Like, I'm not doing paid promotion. I'm just
[12:53] channel just cuz I like this stuff and I like talking about NFTs. Same thing for like talking about NFTs. Same thing for TTT. I liked it at first. Then I woke up economics don't make sense here. It's not Jack Butcher, the artist. Why is
[13:07] sense." And then, you know, I dumped. trader at the end of the day. The only difference between you and me is I have a YouTube channel. I make videos and I talk publicly. But, I'm just some dude
[13:20] in my office like trading NFTs and and I'm in Discord chats like having fun. I don't know why. And then the other thing people do is they attack K like "Oh, this K cabal." Like dude, I didn't talk to anybody else and and organize
[13:34] fud. Like these people are delusional just cuz they're losing money and isn't working. That's what happens. And I've done that too, dude. I've done Jierou Sun, the amount of people who warned me not to buy Jierou Sun and not
[13:47] to to to support Shan. And they were right. I was wrong, you know, things anyways. Sorry, that was a long rant. Like a Um, Uh, so yeah, Adam came out and he he
[14:01] there's a lot of of posts coming out calling me a grifter, all this stuff." you know, he's just experimenting. He's he's creating games in the casino for us to play. If there's not people like him creating this stuff, we wouldn't have
[14:15] anything to trade. It would be boring. We'd be trading the same stuff, same PFP doing this stuff. You know, and he's making a lot of money out of it. So, him. Uh, but then they say "You just abandon
[14:28] ideas and move on to the next one. When an idea has reached its completion, you and apply it to the next one or lie through your teeth about how it's going know, especially all these all these projects that have minted for free. Like
[14:44] point, it's reached the end of the road, you know? Like if you launch an NFT have to spend the rest of your life supporting this thing when there's no Um, I don't know. I talked to a lot of founders, owners of groups and stuff who
[14:58] don't know what to do here. Like I'm not making any money from it and I'm expected to dedicate my life to it, but it's like I want to be successful, too. want to thrive and try different ideas." In Web 2, if you you could raise a
[15:12] million dollars, try a business, it fails, nobody's calling you a grifter. You just failed. In Web 3, if you fail an NFT, you're a you're a scammer, you're a extractor. It's like people are are just way too emotional in the space.
[15:28] Anyways, continuing on. As for TDT, I still like the idea as a novel launchpad on ETH. We're going to keep tweaking it and seeing if anything catches on. Maybe we need to change the launch mechanics. Maybe we need to ditch the artistic UI.
[15:41] Seems like he agrees with many people's criticisms on the timeline, including mine. But then you have people who say no, everything's perfect. So I like that he's openly saying, "Hey, we need to make some changes. It's not perfect.
[15:54] It's an experiment. They're going to test it might completely fail. Or maybe they're going to switch how the mechanics work and then it's going to do super well. But that's the point of an experiment,
[16:06] them feedback. If we're all just saying, "No, it's amazing. Don't change it. Wag won't change anything and it won't get fixed and it's going to go to zero, which it's already doing. Like they're already down pretty bad and hopefully
[16:19] it goes up. And if it does, maybe I'll buy back in and maybe I'll make money buy back in and maybe I'll make money off of it and flip. >> [snorts] >> Anyways, moving on.
[16:32] Lazy Lions out of nowhere pumping. I started getting bought up. I saw a bunch of Bored Apes pumping them. I find it funny we have like, you know, the turtles, we have Lazy Lions. Now I saw
[16:45] also these giraffes. I don't know why. I think a lot of people are staking or something. I didn't really look into what they're doing. I just saw this morning Potter posted about them. But you know, giraffes.
[16:57] We're going through all the animals again. Utility for holders. and revenues. Okay, so they're doing a tool. Yeah, they're building a decks. Um
[17:11] Sure. You know, you're competing with a lot of competition out there, but glad to see these these are up. I saw TMA, Potter, and a few others are holding. up. And yes. Now, some other mints this week, I
[17:25] talking about how many have minted so far. Let me refresh. Really not enough. It was the the whitelist phase, but yeah, only 530 of 666 minted. I did see some excitement for these. It's a shame that they're not
[17:39] doing well. And then also this morning I saw this one running over it's down. This one minted out. It ran all the way near 0.01. Oh, yeah, generative arts, 3,333.
[17:52] I think people are just continuing to chase art collections, you know. Lions, I papered my giraffes, darn. And then the other one I saw that minted, I I should have got the OpenSea link,
[18:05] like a two or three X. These are cool. I like these. and they don't understand it. So, I think there's going to be a lot of pump
[18:18] and dumps in the art world. It's going to continue to happen until you know, something something different happens. We're going stuff. Whatever Art Blocks mints, like the one we just saw, people are going to
[18:32] something. It's going to go to zero. They're going to paper. Like how many even for the Gift of Time, which are doing really well, there's a lot of people who bought these at like 1 and 1/2 ETH and then they were selling. They
[18:44] were panic selling at like 0.55 just cuz they didn't understand heard people on the timeline say, "The next Fidenza. The next Fidenza." But art look, art is very difficult. I don't understand it. I don't Sometimes I
[18:57] do. Sometimes like you know, I find a lot of artists, but it's just cuz I not cuz I'm like, "Oh, this is money." That's not. And then it ends up being money. So, yeah. Moving on, we have Figgy here
[19:11] saying, "We built we will build and ship this by next week talking to a Grail bot because somebody said people call bots liquidity providers the board ape this board ape was bought for 10 ETH and flipped for 13.75. It's this one here.
[19:26] If we look at the transaction, yeah, it was bought at 12:49 and it was flipped was bought at 12:49 and it was flipped 20 minutes later. The guy made $8,000 profit. GG. That is part of the game. Collector liquidity provider bought
[19:40] liquidity extractor. When will project start protecting their collectors? I don't necessarily agree with this. Now Figgy obviously said, "Hey, we're came in and I said, "Isn't this part of the free market?" You know,
[19:55] provider. He came in. He um he he put his own money as a bid. He was bidding I think above floor at the time
[20:07] the bid. Like it's not his fault somebody dumped. If the floor like right now the floor is down. Imagine he wasn't able to flip it. Imagine the floor right dude would be holding the bag. But
[20:20] why uh people are mad at this. But anyways, uh board apes came out and for meant of the for the club." I respect it. respect it. Um
[20:34] Um Yeah, so they they have the Grails bot going to be buying up um NFTs Grails. This is a nice one. Grails and doing some stuff with it. Um which I don't necessarily agree with
[20:49] but I could respect it. Uh you know, hopefully I get a Grail through them one day through this tool. That'd be great.
[21:02] this is way too small. Uh people don't know the Sorry, Calvin said something. The season of blah blah by John Doe. Yeah. And people don't know the artists. It's by someone so it should do good. Yeah,
[21:16] they don't know them. They're just mindlessly buying. Agreed. Uh, GM talking about meme coins. What is the max supply you advise to buy at a meme coin launch that would nuke the chart? I've seen really good tokens that get
[21:29] supply. I don't know. I'm not like an expert here. Typically, I like Getting 1% is fine. You know, one two If you're going to do multiple percent, just do it across many wallets. Like if
[21:43] wallets. If not, I I don't think you should own 1% is cool. Or like you buy should own 1% is cool. Or like you buy 1.3% and then you sell 0.3% and you hold 1.3% and then you sell 0.3% and you hold 1% and see where it goes from there.
[22:01] the the bot we have on screen here. So, the problem with that bot is the UI wants to get better apes can't outbid that particular bot. Um,
[22:14] trying to Yeah, the people who want to get better apes can't outbid that bot. Yeah, the the bot is con- constantly upbidding them. I get it. But then you If the bot is able to buy it at whatever ETH and then flip it for 13.75,
[22:29] that means somebody wanted it at 13.75. You should have been bidding 13.75 and the bot probably wouldn't have outbidded you. No? It's say insanely ridiculous. Uh, it takes 1 second to get outbid by a
[22:44] I don't like the bots. Like when I'm trying to buy stuff, you know, when I'm trying to buy Hypers, let's say, I put bids within a second, somebody's bidding like 0.01 hype more than me. And it's really annoying. I just leave my bid. Or
[22:57] what what I do, here's the trick that I do, is um, I'm I'm revealing the sauce here. >> [laughter] >> What you do is you bid on a trait. You
[23:10] find like you know, you bid on on per. You're not going to hit a rare if you do this, but you bid on per and you outbid the top bid just slightly. But on a specific trait. So, when the
[23:22] guy goes to accept a bid, he's going to accept your bid. trait bids. He's going to accept your bid rather than accepting the public bid cuz your bid is higher and you won't get outbid by a bot.
[23:37] That's uh that's the trick. Um yeah, moving on we have Memeland showing the art, a broken world, six races, ancient magic, lost tech, 1,000
[23:49] years of war, the Captains universe opens. So, it seems they're trying to create a universe some lore here. We got the new art. Interesting art. Some of them look cool, some of them I'm not that big of a fan.
[24:02] I want to see what the NFTs look like, right? Not just uh just this. I feel the original art they had sneak peeked I like better. Like I the face right here is it going to show? No, it's I don't know why it won't show. The face of this
[24:14] one on the right looks really not the best. Like there's there's emotion missing in the face I feel. Uh but overall good direction. Uh it's long. Um we did get a little bit action, but
[24:28] here. Um yeah, so maybe when the art comes out, but I think what's I don't understand what is taking so long. It's been 2 years. And now since they originally
[24:40] announced the art art is changing, it's been like four five months. I want to see Captains do well, you know. Uh I'm friends with the team, but it's taking so long. I don't know.
[24:52] I feel they need a better delegation with things. Uh moving on to mints, we have Hollows being announced for next month. So, it is going to be minting in the month of June. Uh luckily, Gorilla Labs is one of
[25:05] the communities that is included for collabs. So, if you're in Gorilla Labs, happening very soon. Or or in any of these other communities, uh that is Um so, look out for that collab. And then,
[25:20] what else? We got the Beaks announcing their mint date is going to be on May 26th. So, in 4 days, I think that's on Monday, if I'm not mistaken. Uh we are Friday, and we are the 22nd, 23rd, 24th. That's Tuesday. Uh on
[25:34] Tuesday, they are minting a 0.03 mint price. Let's look at the launchpad. Uh on OpenSea, it is a 0.03 mint price. I think it's fair. This is not a Degen mint. This is an artist doing an art collection. And
[25:49] treasury. Please don't make the trade how long. I hate when they do. Okay, good. 15 minutes. See? See? Congratulations, Beak team, on not taking 1 hour to mint. 15 minutes, more than enough.
[26:03] about that yesterday. Teams taking an hour in the team phase. It kills momentum. Like, I see the countdown on OpenSea, and I want to go mint it. I'm getting a alerts, mint is happening. But no, it's the team. Like, who cares? Make
[26:16] it 5 minutes, dude. Uh but yeah, I think this one will do well. I saw ignore the think whitelist selling for 300 bucks. The art is good. I like it. Um I I probably be the issue. Uh it'll be
[26:31] interesting to see what the rares look like. But super talented artist. Um so, goes. And let me just switch screens. Uh I want to stream another screen. Hopefully, yes, I have it here.
[26:54] Uh window window share, kaboom, kablow. much, I guess that's the problem. The chat now is blocking
[27:08] my What if I go here? Um cuz then if I go to OpenSea, then it blocks, yeah. I got Let's go to the old layout. Boom, old layout.
[27:23] Yes, okay. Uh so, we have Hyperliquid continuing to absolutely crush it at It Hopefully, this is not a a mini double top. Oh, no. Uh it went all the way to 62. Never would I have thought it would have going to go to to Yes, sir,
[27:37] Um never would I have thought it would go up this much this fast. It went all the way to $62. There is a whale who is currently getting wrecked. He holds a lot. He holds I have it here. He holds
[27:51] he had like 100 million or he had some crazy amount. If we go look at his Hyperliquid bag, he had How do I see the change? Yeah, here, portfolio, 1 week. change? Yeah, here, portfolio, 1 week. Uh you could see he had 92 90 100,000
[28:04] 100 million dollars in his wallet. And then he he transferred like half of that out. Um currently has 42 million in hype, 46 million his wallet. And this is because he is in a very bad position trying to short this. Currently, uh how
[28:20] to lose more than 30 million dollars, laurical.hl is his Hyperliquid name, becomes one of the most profitable traders on Hyperliquid, makes 35 million Hyperliquid cuz as we just saw, like his wallet has
[28:33] a ton of money in it. Uh decided hype is overvalued, opened a 95 million-dollar overvalued, opened a 95 million-dollar short with leverage. Um short with leverage. Um Watch hype go from $43 to $60 in 1 week.
[28:46] Doubles down, push the push the short above 100 mil, wakes up he's down 20 million. I believe he's currently Do I have the hyper scan link? Yeah, I do. He is he's getting back a little bit. He's currently down 25 mil. At one
[29:00] point this is like 30 mil down. So interesting he is long lighter. But yeah, this whale is getting he's in a hot spot right now. So he had transferred some hyper he transferred some hype tokens and started selling it
[29:15] to help his short, right? He has 100 tens of millions of dollars in hype. He can you know affect this chart on his own. One he can create fear by he's about to sell. So other people start selling and then he starts to sell. So
[29:30] he puts some down pressure on the price of hype and he's adding to his short right before he sells. So Yeah, and then the other thing it takes 7 days I guess to unstake your hype. So there is half a billion dollars
[29:44] apparently I didn't verify this yet, but half a billion dollars of hype being half a billion dollars of hype being unstaked. price went up like crazy. The price is at $60 per hype. People want to take
[29:57] some profit here which is perfectly fine. I debated even selling a little bit here. It's very tough to be long-term versus like do I just lock in some profits? Yeah, so I like that hyper liquid is
[30:09] doing good. The NFTs caught a small bid. I almost bought one. Thankfully I didn't cuz they're back down now. I might try to pick one up though at like 275 hype or something. My issue is the price of hype is so high. I don't want to one I
[30:22] doing this. I want to buy with stables to buy this. So now I have to worry about the the number of hype these are worth as well as the price of hype. If I'm buying these when hype is at $59 and
[30:36] then hype goes to $50 I just lost 1/6 of the value of my NFT without the hype value changing. Um yeah, so still glad to see though,
[30:48] really great performance from Hype. I'm seeing a lot of competition between Hype and Solana because uh the market cap so or the FDV, not market cap. The FDV of Hype is currently 56 billion, but it's only 15 billion market cap cuz there's a
[31:03] lot of unlocks and stuff. Uh and then the it so it flipped. It's currently higher than Solana in FDV, but FDV but Solana has way more tokens unlocked. However, I believe the team does print, right? They still make SOL. Isn't that
[31:17] sell. Like I don't know. I I got to I'm going to do a video on this. I'm going to do some research on it, but technically Hyperliquid is higher than Solana, but when you look at market cap, it is not. Uh Bitcoin going down a
[31:29] little bit. Please ETH stay above 2,000. Thank you very much. Uh but yeah, the the vibes aren't the best right now for Solana. Um I'm seeing PumpFun here just release USDC pairs, so you can now launch a coin
[31:43] and uh have it be traded with USDC. works both with Solana and USDC. Like you can have both pools. I like this. I A lot of people are saying, "Oh, the best times was when you were making SOL
[31:57] Dude, it is a nightmare for accounting to do this. I like on the FOMO app that Hyperliquid that I'm trading with stables. I like on Polymarket that I'm trading with stables. So, to me this is a good addition. It's bad for Hype. Uh I
[32:12] saw this post here saying um He had another post bearish for him. Then he said, "And then uh here I'll find it."
[32:26] I'll find it." Um for Solana. Using SOL as a currency is genuine is generally net zero. It's bought, then spent, then sold. Why would I need Why do people I don't know why
[32:39] Solana is continuously like [ __ ] on meme coins, which is the main reason And hopefully they find something else. Yeah, Mert here saying I needed to stop Um Mert, a few days ago you suggested that
[32:53] stopping inflation the Solana team constantly minting supply and selling. selling on the market for years won't change anything. It looks like both you both want to end Solana and move over to to Zcash.
[33:06] Uh yeah, I don't know about that. Uh but yeah, so totally basically saying like why hold SOL? What's the point of having SOL outside of paying fees? I don't know. This is really weird. Um I did see a lot of posts saying like
[33:20] contrarian like oh, now's the time to buy Solana uh now that everybody's out well, right? When everybody's trolling on Solana or on a coin, it typically tends to reverse and it's like a hated rally. I don't hold much SOL. I
[33:34] have a very limited uh position in SOL. I have way more in hyperliquid and in in ETH. All my money's in NFTs uh and then Bitcoin. Those are my positions. But between those two. I don't understand the identity identity of Solana if it's
[33:48] not meme coins. Like is it going to be trying to go um DeFi? I don't know. I don't know what the identity is uh if it's not meme coins. I know they're trying to push perps and stuff, but
[34:01] yeah. And then at the same time Axiom releases ETH. I don't think this is They They're just trying to compete, right? Uh other Padre by by Pump Fun or has ETH. I think Axiom is just trying to compete. Like it's not an attack on
[34:15] Solana. It's just really weird timing. Um moving on, we have Polymarket announcing an exclusive partnership with Nasdaq Private Market. I mean they they Stock Exchange, so this is not surprising. Retail can now get exposure
[34:30] to private companies, uh one of the historically most profitable asset classes exclusively through Polymarket. I don't know why they needed Why did they need a partnership? Like I can't buy It's not like I'm buying stock
[34:44] seems like, you know, will Anthropic hit X opened these markets without the permission of the New York Stock have needed permission. Um
[35:02] guess it's a headline, right? It's a partnership with with the Nasdaq, fine. I also saw Let me go into my bookmarks here. here. Um
[35:16] morning. Uh people saying Polymarket contracts exploited. This was not real. Yeah, this was a private key that was compromised of an internal operator's exploited. So, a lot of people were saying like, "Get your money off of
[35:30] Polymarket." It's just not true. I get It's okay being safe. I Yeah, here a team member saying like, "No Polymarket or UMA contracts have been exploited." It's just uh we had a 6-year-old private key that was compromised. It happens.
[35:42] Yeah. Polymarket. I Dude, I think Polymarket's going to be like one of the It's going to be in a top top uh 20 cryptos at least. It's going to be massive.
[35:54] Um Yeah, moving on to Mega ETH. Now, Mega ETH, unfortunately or fortunately, may you know, are sunsetting their terminal one I made a video how to farm it. Where did I land? I landed
[36:09] in rank uh 523rd place. Uh I didn't really farm this, you know. Uh I kind of I made a video, you end of the video I I shared my I'm going to have to close this because uh it it
[36:22] lags my stream. Uh I shared my opinion on how like it's all casinos. Um most of don't want to it's another abstract. Like I don't want to gamble on chain and just lose money. And you know, I don't need to go to to make ETH to use a DEX.
[36:35] It's like I like the Mega ETH tech, but I have no need for it. That's what's funny. I like the chain how fast it is, but I have no like desire for the existing chains I'm already using. It is incredibly difficult to get people to
[36:48] stop a behavior and go do it on your chain, right? Same thing for apps. Like media apps just king, it's really hard to get people to convert over to your So yeah, they're sunsetting the rewards
[37:01] people are just farming it. Once that stops, it's just going to die out. The incentives weren't aligned. You know, without it I think it's going to grow. Why am I going to go use a perp DEX on Mega ETH when I already have
[37:14] hyper liquid or I already have an abundance of perp DEXes? Why am I going to go play a casino or a gotcha game on Mega ETH when I already have collector crypt or BZ or whichever one you want to use. I played on Monster
[37:27] farming and I wanted to test out one of these claw games. The odds sucked. Like I still haven't made that post about it. They claim 55 $55 They claim 55 $55 card value. Let's go see what it is now.
[37:41] $55. I did 100 pulls and my card value was $49. So there's some I don't believe this marketing here.
[37:55] scraper on all these and actually see the value that people are getting. The other thing is you're losing 15% every time you sell. It's just the nature of these games, right? It's kind of like when you open a Pokémon card, this is
[38:07] open a Pokémon pack, you're just expecting to lose money, right? It's part of the chase. It's the same thing here, but I think a lot of people are I was just gambling to try to hit one of these rares and then flip I probably
[38:19] would would held on. I I maybe would have claimed a Pikachu if I hit it. know, this Alakazam, I would have just sold it straight into the market, you But yeah, I didn't like the Maybe I'll write a post about it. I don't like
[38:33] didn't experience that at all. But in general, it's just a giant casino and um I understand them sun- sunsetting it. So now, sorry, I lost it. Uh the early next week will open a place on terminal for 1 week, so you can designate a wallet to
[38:48] going to be getting rewards. That's good. If anything, it's it's better. We're getting our rewards faster. They're ending the whole their behalf, I get it. Uh the token has
[39:00] Is it pumping off of this? No, it's not. It's uh it's been down only. It is now lower than the investment round of the people who um who locked up their money for a year
[39:14] at all. I'd be pissed if I did that. Like, not only Imagine you had a $186,000 locked for a year that is going that is Look, they got a year to prove themselves. I'm not saying it's over,
[39:27] but um it's definitely not in a good place. The NFTs, as well, are down. Bad Bunz bag. Thankfully, I had already started exiting, but uh I wish I exited
[39:39] Yeah. Mega I thankfully I I exited most of the I I didn't have too many. Uh but yeah, really sucks that this incentive? I started selling my Bad Bunz when I realized
[39:52] you know, all we get is a boost for something I'm not even going to farm. Like, I still have three left. I'm I'm probably going to just sell them. Um Do you think more people will embrace digital ownership in the future? Yes.
[40:04] Everything I saw in Mega Eth ecosystem was sadly useless and unnecessary. Yep. uh abstract, you know? Kind of like Blast and Abstract. Uh everybody's just farming these games
[40:17] and all these games are just farming us for fees using abstract airdrop as their Like oh, you want abstract? Come play our game and give us, you know, millions our game and give us, you know, millions of dollars. Um
[40:29] Uh Jim Gorilla, Jim Jim, welcome to the stream, buddy. If you guys are here, hit the like button, really helps my stream reach a wider audience and it's absolutely free to do. Uh same on YouTube, on Twitter,
[40:42] help me out a lot. Uh moving on, I think we have one story. Oh, we have this today, uh project X. Let's see if it already dropped. I haven't checked. Um doing a cash drop instead of a token, which is a is amazing. Thank you. This
[40:56] is great. Um I didn't really farm this. Um But now now I'm proven wrong. Now I didn't know they were going to I thought they were just going to tease a
[41:09] Uh but thankfully they're doing this. So, how do I see Uh let's go. I am ranked 3,224. let's go. I am ranked 3,224. I have 8,900 points. Uh fees, I didn't
[41:23] users somehow. I don't even think I showed the link, so that's weird. Uh >> [laughter] >> thank you. Uh see, I didn't really farm like I'll farm season 2. That's cool they're giving cash back just for having
[41:38] my money staked and you're earning API at the same time. And then finally, uh what is this? Oh yeah, there was uh this World Cup token. I think we spoke about pitch last time. How is pitch
[41:52] doing? Um pitch. Pitch So, pitch is on base. I has like 35% of supply. I don't know if that's true. Hey, new all-time high on really been pushing me on this and I didn't get into it. So, this has you buy
[42:09] countries. If you buy the countries, you could buy the players, and it's all for upcoming FIFA. Uh and apparently the tech works a lot better than this like World Cup coin. Um but yeah, World Cup
[42:22] didn't look at like I don't really care for soccer that much. I might go watch uh FIFA if I go see one of my friends in America. But um pumping. And uh I guess the narrative is only
[42:37] be a sell the news when the coin actually goes live. So, we'll see. Um let's see. Crypto timeline never stays quiet. AE, thank you for sharing, bro. Thank you. Uh GM GM, let's see what we have today.
[42:52] Appreciate everybody sharing the stream. Um
[43:06] point out flaws and things is one of the most important person you want to Thank you, bro. Thank you. Thank you. >> [laughter] >> You get hate, bro. It's funny, like I've
[43:22] given I've given feedback to teams on calls, and then they refuse to do a collab with me, and it's just like I should have just lied Should I just lie to you and tell you like, "Wow, amazing. I can't wait. Can I get white
[43:34] And then they flop, and they wonder and they wonder why they're flopping, you know? Um
[43:50] unnumbered, agree with doing another run of these Clubhouse posters. of these Clubhouse posters. Uh can't move at the moment. Um
[44:02] I saw some fud about this, but yeah. Show me 0.02 unexpected. Agreed, but I don't know. I thought they would go up. The art's good. Yeah, I saw somebody uh uh docs ZachXBT, which apparently was all public.
[44:22] billion airdrop, and I got zero of it. Rip. Hyper liquid, baby. Um yeah, so that's it for What is Um yeah, so that's it for What is outcome? Is this the mega ETH one?
[44:38] Hm. We must bring back NFTs. Let's go, dude. Let's go. Hopefully, he's not trolling. Hopefully, he's not trolling, bro. yeah, let's bring back NFTs, bro. Pump it. Pump our bags.
[45:03] CryptoPunks. Pump everything. Uh but yes, I think uh that's it for the stream. By the way, Beacon season starting uh and hopefully, there'll be after Yeah, they actually DM'd me. Uh I got to touch base with them. It's
[45:15] got to DM them back. I kind of reached out to They reached out to me. I answered, and then I didn't uh I didn't follow up. Uh so, thank you. Yeah, I'll check it out. Um
[45:30] Uh that's the end of the stream for today, unless there's anything else to talk about. But, uh I gave I did a little bit of rants. funny? I was thinking about this morning. People can't say like you I
[45:42] only support my bags when I have 5 years of videos to prove it. But, two, I lost 30 grand on Artifact, and and yet right here, I still give them promo. I'm still have their shoes in the background, and I lost 30 grand on those
