▶ Play Clip"Delivers a realistic day-in-the-life, but the 'millionaire' angle is more motivational than factual, with the focus on proving AI can run a store."
This video follows a dropshipping entrepreneur through a typical Monday, showcasing his morning routine, work at the Supreme Ecom headquarters, and the management of his e-commerce brands. He emphasizes the importance of self-belief, consistent effort, and using AI to run a store with minimal daily time investment, aiming to prove that success in dropshipping is still achievable in 2026.
The day starts at 5:58 AM with a workout routine of 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 50 pull-ups, which takes about 20-30 minutes. This is framed as a 'first win' to start the day with discipline.
The entrepreneur faces the 'hardest decision of the day'—choosing between his 'big body' car and a G Wagon. He opts for the 'big body' for the 25-minute drive to the office.
He arrives at the Supreme Ecom Headquarters as the first person, achieving his second goal of the day. He checks his Google Calendar, which is fully booked for the week, including YouTube recordings, meetings, and a financial forecast.
He reviews the results of an AI-run store, which he manages for only 30 minutes a day. The store has generated $33,000 in sales over a month and a half, with a 2.35% conversion rate, and $180 in sales by 7 AM.
He reviews 30-60-90 day plans for new hires, including a marketing manager, social media strategist, and email marketing manager. He emphasizes that proper onboarding with measurable goals is key to employee success.
He takes a break on the rooftop of his office to avoid feeling overwhelmed. He stresses the importance of taking breaks and stepping away from work, even for a business owner.
His evening includes a business meeting at a Dallas Mavericks game and spending quality time with his son at Dave & Buster's. He highlights the importance of balancing business relationships and family.
At the end of the day, the store's results show $546 in sales with a 3.47% conversion rate, against $180 in ad spend. He notes he only spent about 15 minutes on the store that day.
The video concludes with a motivational message, emphasizing that success comes from self-belief, hard work, and consistency. The entrepreneur encourages viewers to pursue their dreams and take action, using his own journey as an example.

11:32[00:01] store where I'm testing myself to see what it looks like to run a store with only 30 minutes per day. You know, I'm at about at about dollars today so far.
[00:29] a.m. right now. Your boy just woke up and it's time to start the day. It's Monday. So, a lot of effort and a lot of work we got to put in today. But, it should be a good day and you guys get to come along with me. Step one, we got to
[00:42] come along with me. Step one, we got to take care of these. same day the same. 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, 50 pull-ups. It's the same
[00:56] thing, same routine every day. And right now, as you can see, it is currently now, as you can see, it is currently 5:58 a.m. right now. It's time to put in on. Now, when you have a home gym like this, there's really no excuse to not
[01:10] put in that work. So, let's start this day off right. Get these push-ups, get these sit-ups in, and do what we need to do.
[01:27] takes us about like 20-30 minutes, so if you can't get up and put in that effort I don't know what's stopping you. Now, I got to go ahead and get ready for the going to go ahead and get changed and bring y'all with me. All right, your boy
[01:39] is now dressed for the day. Now, all I got to do is take the dog out, be able to get my shoes on, and head over to the office. Let's go.
[02:03] All right. Now for the best {slash} worst {slash} hardest decision of the day is which car am I going to drive? Do we go with the big big big big body or we go with the G Wagon? It's one of my favorite choices of the day. But today,
[02:18] we're going with the big body. All right, so now we are heading to the right, so now we are heading to the office. It's about a 25-minute drive. We will be getting there around 6:50. And this is how I like to start off my
[02:32] Monday mornings, man. Be able to start off by just getting a couple wins in. First win of the day is just, you know, can I get a quick workout in even if I don't have enough time. Now, the workout I just did was only like 25 or 30
[02:44] minutes, but that is better than nothing, especially on a Monday morning at like 5:00 in the morning. And now the second goal of the day is to beat all of my staff at the office. And I'm not going to sit here and lie to you guys
[02:57] single day before the staff." because that's not true. Mondays and Fridays are actually the days that I like to do that because those are the worst and hardest try to do a lot of things that are difficult and things that I just don't
[03:12] want to do because it's kind of like the first win to kind of flip my brain and but I did it and you know, here were the outcomes that came from it." And this is kind of my relax time before, you know, the storm. Before you walk in here and
[03:26] have to put in all this work today. So, I'mma go ahead and start off my day by heading over to Starbucks first and then I'mma head over to the office so I can I'mma head over to the office so I can get some energy.
[03:41] All right, y'all. Welcome to the Supreme Ecom Headquarters. the first person at the office today as this entire thing is completely filled
[03:55] will see here in a little bit. So, it means I was able to accomplish the first goal of the day. First one in here. Hey, look, if there's anybody else in here, look, if there's anybody else in here, the time to speak is now. If not, I won.
[04:10] the time to speak is now. If not, I won. Who beat me in here today? think anyone did. You know you made it when your name is on the wall. This is a little bit of my sanctuary right here. This is where the magic happens. You see
[04:24] the screens are already on right now because I keep that clawbot working. So, go ahead and do is just look at my Google Calendar and make sure that everything that I do need set up for the day is set up and I know my agenda
[04:37] today. So, it's a YouTube recording this morning basically from like 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. I then I'm meeting up with my YouTube team at 12:00 p.m. Then I finalize a financial forecast for Q2 with my financial controller at 2:00
[04:51] p.m. I then need to draft a company-wide presentation at 3:00 p.m. And then I just have a couple meetings for the day, but literally, my schedule from this entire week is already filled and the day has not even started and the week
[05:05] ahead and pull up these results for today and see where we're at. Now, mind shipping store where I'm testing myself to see what it looks like to run a store with only 30 minutes per day. Just to prove to you guys that AI is completely
[05:21] taking over the game and if you use the right type of resources and support, you been running this brand for about a month and a half so far. You know, I'm at about $180 today so far. Again, it is only 7:00 in the morning, but you guys
[05:37] can see since I first started running this, only spending about 30 minutes a this, only spending about 30 minutes a day, I'm at right around $33,000 in sales and I'm sitting at a 2.35 conversion rate. Hey, and peep the
[05:50] conversion rate today. It's already looking pretty hot. Now, the reason I'm running the e-commerce brands that I'm running is because obviously I want to be able to teach you guys that you can still do it in 2026 and be successful.
[06:04] new construction builds out here in Dallas. I'm also running multiple only like 30 minutes to an hour every single day, I'm running these brands to prove that you guys can do it even if you're working a full-time job. As this
[06:17] is passive income once it does start running, you just have to put in the work up front, and then this thing can make you money every single day.
[06:34] videos are we knocking out this week? >> Man, we are actually knocking out three this week, okay? We typically do two, but this week we are doing a day in the life video. And honestly, like we got a lot of recording ahead of us, but I
[06:48] guys something amazing at the end of it. >> And now we have finished those YouTube videos, so now we need to roll out the company presentation to everybody in the company of exactly what we're going to be doing in this next quarter and how
[07:01] succeed, how our business is going to continue to keep growing, and how we're out. >> Everybody, it took us a little while to everybody in here for all the hard work
[07:15] everybody in here for all the hard work that you guys have been putting in.
[07:29] today. Let's get some food, and I appreciate everybody and thank you guys appreciate everybody and thank you guys so much for all your hard work.
[07:41] starting in the next 30 days. We have a marketing manager, we have a social media strategist, we have a email marketing manager, and we have the head of affiliates, and even a product manager that's about to start. So, what
[07:56] I'm about to do is our operations manager and the general manager, they just finished the 30-60-90 day plans for them. They just asked me to review them for final approval. So, I'm going to go through these 30-60-90 day plans because
[08:08] on boarding employees is like way you're going to actually see success from them. right type of measurable goals that are going to make sure that they can succeed Supreme Ecom. So, I'm going to go through these real quick and just make
[08:21] sure that these people are on boarded right. So, I got four different 30-60-90 right. So, I got four different 30-60-90 day plans I got to go through now.
[08:34] Just finished the content day. I'm not going to lie, today has been a lot. So, you can't tell anybody about my secret spot inside this office, kind of inside, that allows me to hide away from the staff. So, I'm going to go hide for
[08:48] are going to come with me. So, let's go. I feel like I might be revealing it. in here, they watch my YouTube videos. So, they might find out about my secret spot. All right, we are on top of the Supreme Ecom headquarters and look at
[09:03] this view, y'all. I mean, this is honestly my favorite place to get away when I'm just feeling a little bit overwhelmed. And this is crazy, like seeing this view, I just never would have thought, you know, especially when
[09:16] I was in Kansas City, that I would ever see a view like this. I grew up like my backyard was just trees and deers and stuff. And not like a beautiful skyline the moments that just make me just honestly so appreciative. Like, I'm
[09:30] building, right? Basically in the heart of downtown Dallas, the Supreme Ecom headquarters, and I can hide away from my staff. I can make the choice of coming up here and just feeling like I can just get a breather, and I do
[09:43] be afraid to give yourself a little bit you feel a little bit overwhelmed to take a step away. I have to do it all the time. I'm a human being, and I know you guys are human beings, too. So, you
[09:56] don't have to be this work horse or this person who has to outwork every single person. It is okay to take breaks. I do it. Everybody does it, and it just better position when I do go back
[10:09] still going to get myself a little bit of a break. I then got to go downstairs. going to leave from here, and I have two things on the agenda for tonight. Well, the first thing I need to do is I have to go to a meeting uh at the Dallas
[10:23] bankers, he got me a suite. These are typical business relationships that we have to, you know, just be able to meet up and still have a good time. But, we spending high quality time with your
[10:36] it's spending high quality time with my son. So, I'm going to rush home after whip, take him to Dave & Buster's. I already told him I was going to take I'll take him back, and then I'm going to head over to the game. So, but
[10:50] honestly, what is crazy is the fact that this whole entire thing right here is my office, and it really just comes from self-belief. Like, you just can't even imagine the day that you did start drop shipping that one day I'd be sitting out
[11:05] here with my favorite vehicle, a Rolls-Royce Cullinan, sitting in front of a $3 million office where myself and my team work every single day to just help you guys achieve your results. Now, this is honestly the power of
[11:18] self-belief, and I am no different than you, and you are no different than me. had to earn every single dollar myself. I've came from a background where I've had a single mother, and I've came from a background where basically all odds
[11:32] this, you can do this, too. It just comes down to self-belief and honestly putting in the work on a every single day basis. You got to outwork your competition, you got to be hungry, and you got to have the confidence that you
[11:45] can do it. And I promise you, put all those three things together into a bowl, that's a recipe of success for you. So, use this as inspiration because I honestly inspire myself still till this day that I get to not just help
[11:57] thousands of you guys start your businesses, but I get to feed my family day as well. >> Come with us for what? Little game night, little father and son time? >> Yeah, everybody go get food. I want I
[12:11] want eat. Rice. I want everybody go to the movies. >> I don't know. We're going to might be going somewhere else. All right, we're going somewhere else. All right, we're ready this time.
[12:26] we were looking at the results together. Let's go and see where we're at now. actually the first time that I've looked at this all day. Okay, sitting at around like a little 3.47 conversion rate, little $546
[12:40] in sales. That's with $180 in ad spend. $546 in sales with 3.47 conversion rate. So, men lie, women lie, numbers don't. I be trying to tell you
[12:54] guys. I be trying to tell you guys. And mind you, I have not even opened up the store one time, and I probably spent 15 minutes on it today.
[13:13] blessed day. So much was accomplished today, and honestly, I just feel really great about the day. Now, I'm actually about to head home and try to, you know, get some rest, and a little bit of work, you you before I go to bed, but don't
[13:26] tell my fiance. You know, we got about 18 minutes till we get home. So, we going to let the Tezzi drive, but thank you guys so much for coming with me on a day in the life video. If you guys want to see more videos like this, definitely
[13:40] behind the scenes of seeing what, you know, basically I'm doing on a Supreme Ecom helping students every single day, and what you can achieve when you finally believe in yourself. Never stop working towards your dreams,
[13:55] and never stop taking action. I'll see you guys in the next video. This is AC you guys in the next video. This is AC with Supreme Ecom, and I'm out.
