Homeless to $10M: The Truth About Dropshipping
45sThe dramatic rags-to-riches story and debunking common myths hook viewers immediately.
▶ Play Clip"Delivers a solid, actionable guide, but the 'simple' claim is undermined by multiple tool recommendations and a paid tool mention."
The video presents a step-by-step guide to starting a dropshipping business from zero in 2026, emphasizing the use of AI tools to simplify the process. The creator, AC, claims to have built a $10 million business from homelessness and outlines a four-step system: product selection, store building, content creation, and marketing. The guide focuses on using free or low-cost tools like TikTok for research, ChatGPT for copywriting, and AI for ad creation.
The creator refutes common misconceptions about dropshipping, such as needing $1000 to start, six months of marketing study, or coding skills. He emphasizes that starting from zero is possible, citing his own experience of being homeless before building a $10 million business.
AI is highlighted as a key advantage for newcomers, as it can handle tasks that previously cost money, such as designing, writing, and researching. This levels the playing field and reduces the need for upfront capital.
The creator stresses that choosing the right product is the most critical step, determining the ease of content creation, store conversion, and marketing. He advises against guessing and instead emphasizes validation through research.
A winning product must solve a real problem, have proven current demand (evidenced by other sellers), and be evergreen (not seasonal). This ensures long-term viability rather than a short-lived trend.
The best product research tool is free: TikTok. Searching 'TikTok made me buy it' reveals a live feed of products people are already purchasing. The creator advises looking for three signals: recent high views, multiple creators posting the same product, and comments showing purchase intent.
After identifying a product, the next step is to find existing stores selling it to validate demand and pricing. The example shows a Korean lifting cream selling for $50, indicating a proven market.
TeamDrop is introduced as a tool for finding suppliers. By uploading a product image, the creator finds the same cream for $9.29 including shipping, demonstrating a potential profit margin of over 5x when selling at $50.
The store's sole purpose is to convert visitors into customers. It should not be a portfolio or art project but a 'closer' working 24/7. Beginners often lose customers due to slow, cluttered, or sketchy store designs.
Shopify is recommended as the simplest platform with the best checkout. The creator mentions a promotional offer: free for the first three days, then $1 per month for the first three months.
An AI store builder is used to create a full store in under 5 minutes, including banners and page sections. This eliminates the need for expensive page builders and speeds up the process significantly.
ChatGPT is used to generate 10 store name options and a logo in under a minute. The creator advises keeping names short, clean, and premium, and notes that the name and logo are not critical to a store's success.
The creator uses competitor URLs to gain insights into customer profiles and then prompts ChatGPT to write store copy, including headlines, descriptions, and benefit sections. A key instruction is to avoid generic lines and focus on addressing customer skepticism.
By screenshotting winning competitor store sections and feeding them to ChatGPT, the creator rebuilds the same selling structure for his own brand. This leverages proven conversion strategies instead of guessing.
The creator emphasizes that all the work so far is unproven until strangers show buying intent. Clicks and compliments can lie, but purchases are the only real proof. The goal is to get a sale, not just traffic.
Instead of filming ads, the creator uses an AI tool called Ad Decoder to analyze a winning TikTok video and then generates a unique ad using an AI creator. This costs a fraction of hiring a UGC creator and produces ready-to-run content.
The creator acknowledges that Econ Boss, the AI ad tool, costs money but argues it's worth it for speed. A free alternative is to manually create ads using screen recordings and free clips, though this takes days or weeks instead of minutes.
The $0 marketing plan involves creating a Facebook page and using Meta Business Suite to schedule posts daily. This automates content distribution, allowing the store to run without constant manual posting.
Organic posting is a compounding play that builds over time, but it can beat paid ads to the first sale. Once proof of demand is established through organic sales, the creator recommends scaling with paid ads funded by profits.
The scaling philosophy is 'organic buys the proof, profit buys the speed.' The creator suggests a single campaign with a controlled budget, multiple ad angles, and letting Meta's algorithm allocate spend to winning ads.
The video provides a comprehensive, AI-driven roadmap for starting a dropshipping business from zero, emphasizing validation, automation, and leveraging free tools. The key takeaway is that with the right product and AI assistance, the barriers to entry are lower than ever, but success requires consistent execution and a focus on real customer proof.

12:59[00:01] shipping into a puzzle you're apparently not smart enough to solve. You need at least a thousand dollars to start. You need to study marketing in for six months before you touch a store. You need to know how to code. Every single
[00:13] one of them is wrong. When I started I was homeless. [music] I mean I had no money to my name, no clue what e-commerce even was, zero experience. And that starting point turned into over ten million dollars. So no, you don't
[00:26] need any of that. [music] What you need is the right product, the right customer, a store that converts, and ads that run on data. And in this video I'm walking you through all four steps in the simplest way possible, the same way
[00:39] [music] you got an advantage that I never had. You have AI. And AI does the jobs that used to cost money, designing, writing, researching, all of it. Where the full system [music] where the only thing that'll be standing between you
[00:55] you. So let's go ahead and jump straight into it. Starting with step one. And I need you to hear me when I say this. And this step is 80% of the game. The product that you pick decides everything that comes after it. You pick right and
[01:08] your content gets so much easier. Your store converts better and your marketing basically writes itself. You pick wrong and I don't care how pretty your website uphill for months and sitting there wondering why nothing works. You see
[01:21] window shopping. They scroll until something looks cool, they get a you have to understand that that's not research. That's gambling. We don't guess. We validate. So before I show you where to find products, you need to know
[01:34] what a winning product actually looks like. Because if you can't recognize winning product checks these three real problem. Never just pick in a product because you like it, but because
[01:47] it fixes something that the person deals with or enhances their life in some type of way. This is how you get people to need something and not just want it. Second is that it has proven demand right now, meaning there's other
[01:59] promoting, advertising, and selling this product at high volume. And this is reinvent the wheel, and you just focus on what is already working for others, And third, is that it's evergreen. And this one right here saves you from a
[02:14] These are products that print money for 6 weeks, and then end up just dying off where you end up building a whole store around one of those, and when the season then goes with it. You see, we want a product that people buy in October and
[02:31] doesn't just take a summer off, so the sales don't either. You're building a store, you're not chasing a moment. Now, here's a part where every other video product research tool. We're not doing any of that, because the best product
[02:45] research tool on the planet is 100% free, and it's sitting right on your today. All you have to do is just open up TikTok, and type this exact phrase into the search bar, TikTok made me buy it. And look at what you're staring at.
[02:58] somebody thinks will sell. This is a live concession feed, showing you real people on camera telling you what they already pulled their card out for. So, the buying has already happened, you're just reading the receipts. Now, here's
[03:11] professional and not just a scroller. Here, what you're doing is you're trying to hunt for three signals. Signal one is views, and when I say views, you want to be seeing recent ones. A video with millions of views from this month means
[03:23] that demand is happening right now, not 2 years ago. Signal two is you want to across different creators, because one viral video can easily just be luck, but five different people posting the same product, and all of them are running up
[03:36] numbers, that's not luck. That's a wave of proof. And signal three, and honestly the most important, is the comments. This is where the gold is. Here, what the comments and look for one thing, and that is purchase intent. Comments like,
[03:49] "Where do I get this? I just ordered mine. I bought this last week and it works. Think of it as a line of customers that are forming in public. And look at what keeps happening as I scroll. This Korean lifting cream, there
[04:01] it is again, and here it is even again from a different creator, and it's the exact same cream. I mean, I'm talking millions of views on these videos, and it's even got celebrity attention behind it, which is just pouring gasoline on
[04:14] now what we're going to do is we're going to flip from watching to product itself, finding the stores that are already selling it, and look at this. Real stores running this product every single day and selling this thing
[04:27] every single day and selling this thing at $50. So, we passed a checklist with that you can literally download right now. Now, we already know what those stores are charging for it, 50 bucks a jar, right? Well, what we don't know yet
[04:40] is what it costs us. And I'm telling you right now, when I first saw this number, you still don't really understand how it works, dropshipping pretty much just store, and then a supplier ships it straight to their door, where you're
[04:54] never buying any inventory up front, you never pack a box. Your job is the store and the marketing, where the supplier handles the warehouse. That's the entire model, and it's exactly why you can easily start this from zero. So, we need
[05:06] we're going to be using TeamDrop. All right, so watch how simple this is. So, you can come in here, you can type the product name in, but the easier way, you come over here to TeamDrop, and then drop the image straight into the search
[05:19] bar. And there it is, the same cream found in seconds with a pricing sitting right there, $9.29 with shipping included. Now, stop and look at this math with me, okay? Because this is the moment. Our cost, okay, we
[05:33] just found out is $9.29 for it to be fully shipped to the customer. And the stores that we found that are currently selling this exact cream, they are selling it for $50. And that's not even the 2.5x return that I
[05:45] comes to what you should be sourcing be selling it for. I mean, that's not even a three to four. That's north of five times our cost that we will be receiving back every time we just sell
[05:58] didn't just get checked with this product. I mean, it passed with flying themselves, getting on our store is literally this. All we do is just hit this one button, list the store, and then done. Now, obviously, we don't have
[06:12] into our next stage. And it's how you can turn any visitor that lands on your store into a legitimate customer. Now, let me go ahead and make one thing clear here, and that is that your store has only one job. It's not a portfolio, it's
[06:27] not an art project, it's a closer working every hour of every day, including while you sleep, which means it's either closing deals around the clock or fumbling them around the clock. There's no middle. And I want to be
[06:39] straight-up with you. This is where beginners bleed the most without [music] product can be perfect. The product can lands on your store, and they just feel that feeling that it's off, like your
[06:52] store is slow, it's cluttered, it's sketchy, they're going to be gone in three seconds with their card never leaving their pockets. Now, your store, not up for debate. It's the simplest platform with the best checkout, and
[07:05] it's what every single store that I've ever built runs on. And here's a part that fits this video perfectly. Right now, Shopify's free for your first three days, and after that, [music] it's only one single dollar a month for your first
[07:17] link directly below this video to go ahead and grab that deal. And trust me, by the time that you're in month three, this store will have no problem covering everything that I'm showing you. So, like I said, the platform costs a
[07:29] the most expensive part. You would need page builders at 2:00 in the morning just to get it through. But that barrier, it's completely gone thanks to AI. Watch how fast this thing is about
[07:42] want to follow along, hit the AI store builder link in the description down and sign up. Once you get to the main dashboard, it's going to ask you to pick a niche, but don't let this screen stall you. It's honestly a 30-second decision,
[07:54] later on. Next is going to be the banners, and here we just want to keep and pick two. I'm going to pick this one and this one, and then now let's go to have us connect back to Shopify. So, let's go ahead and click on new
[08:07] then hit next. Now it's going to ask you for a store name. We're going to handle that for now. So, this is what it spits out. And I mean, I just got the whole entire store. Look at this. I got the scroller, the image banners, full page
[08:20] sections laid out like somebody who does this for a living just built it. And this took me less than 5 minutes to be able to do. Now, is this completely finished? No. It still needs a name, it needs a face, and it needs words that
[08:32] about to come from the work that we already did. So, let's focus on the name and the face first, and watch how long this takes. Now that I'm in ChatGPT, I selling, and who the customer is, and then I'm going to go ahead and tell it
[08:46] that I want 10 store names, keeping it short, clean, premium feeling, easy to say, nothing cute or clever. And boom, I just literally got 10 different options. Now, this one right here is not bad. This one's okay, but I really love this
[08:59] kind of sounds like it belongs on a shelf inside of a Ulta. So, I'm going to now we just need to do the same move for the logo, keeping it simple, clean, and phone. And there you go. I mean, look at this thing. This is how much AI is truly
[09:14] starting an online business. So, at this point we now have the name and the logo in under a minute. And what's crazy is that people burn 3 months on this type of decision. And I need you to hear me when I say this. Your logo and the name
[09:27] of your store will never be the reason a store wins or dies. So, just pick clean, and just continue to keep it moving. Now we're on to the messaging behind your product. And this is where the customer profile stops being an exercise and
[09:39] remember when we did product research earlier and we found those competitors that are already making money with this product? Well, now it's time to use this just take their URL of their store, paste it back here inside of ChatGPT to
[09:53] get insights of who their customers are, why they're buying, and the feeling that they're looking to achieve after buying. And watch what happens. Okay, we now have everything that we need to understand truly who our customer is and
[10:05] should be. And now it's time to let ChatGPT do the work. So, now that we have this, here's a prompt to use to get our copy and messaging clear throughout it what the story is, what we're selling, then I'm handing it everything
[10:20] who they are, what they already bought that didn't work. That's the important one because they're walking in skeptical and the copy has to answer that. And paying for. Now, I'm going to go and
[10:33] headline, a sub headline, product description, benefit sections, and short sentences. And this last part here might be my favorite instruction I've ever written. If a line sounds like every other generic store on the internet, we
[10:47] want to tell it to cut it and go again until it gets it right. But now that we have all that inputted, let's go and hit enter. And watch this. So, every time because you never want to paste raw, you want to approve every line. And then I'm
[11:00] store and let me go ahead and show you the result. Starting off with the headline and I mean look at this. That's not just describing a cream, that's the feeling front and center, which is the first thing that anybody actually sees.
[11:13] And right under it, that's insight two doing its job. Before the customer can even think, "Yeah, but I tried something like this before." Well, the store's already answering it. So, here we didn't guess the objection, we already knew it
[11:25] was coming. Now, with the product page, it's short but extremely direct where we know they don't have any. I mean people's attention spans are slim to none nowadays. And now there's one more move on this store that we need to do
[11:39] right now. And by far, it's my favorite one. Because the winning competitors, homework. So those stores that were selling this cream at $50 a jar, like I figuring out exactly which page sections that get people to buy. So all we need
[11:54] to do is just go to the best one and look at what's doing the selling. And screenshot those exact sections, drop the screenshots into ChatGPT, and I'm going to tell it, "Build me these same sections for my brand and my messaging."
[12:08] exact selling structure based off of something that's already working in the market, but for our brand and in our words. This is why I always say don't competitors, they already figured out what converts. I just borrow the
[12:21] strategy. And within less than an hour, I was able to build this whole entire running for years. So go ahead and take a step back for a second, take a breath, and look at where you are. You now have a validated product and you locked a
[12:34] store that looks like it was built from professionals and it only took you an afternoon in a single dollar to complete. And by the way, every single prompt that just built the store, from the profile to the copy to the
[12:47] competitor rebuild, is sitting for 100% free in the prompt pack in the haven't grabbed it yet, that's going to be your shortcut through this entire section. Which brings us to one single problem that we have left. And that's
[12:59] that right now, nobody on planet Earth even knows that this store exists. So everything that we built up to this point could still be lying to us. The product looks right, the page reads right, and the data said yes. But none
[13:14] of it is proof until strangers show real buying intent. Clicks can lie all day, compliments definitely lie, but purchases, they never do. So this stage exists to answer one single question. Will strangers actually move on this
[13:27] product? That's it. Sales are a bonus, proof is the purchase. And we're getting dollar of Aspen. So, the first thing that we need is content. And I already that you just hit. AC, I've never made an ad in my life. I don't even have this
[13:41] product in my hands. Like, what am I supposed to sit here and film? And the answer is nothing. You're not filming a single thing. Because your first content shouldn't come from your imagination. It should come from what is already
[13:53] a good ad looks like, what we're going to do is we're going to study the creatives that are already winning with this exact product and then build from already been doing this entire time. So, instead of guessing, we're going to be
[14:06] you guys have been following along with me, you can also use code Alex at checkout to get 25% off and I'll leave that link pinned in the description for just found this TikTok video for our cream that is already going viral. And
[14:19] found earlier when we were doing our product research. And now what I'm going that link right here inside of the Ad Decoder. And what this does is basically apart and tell me exactly why it's winning. So, it's breaking down, is it
[14:34] because of the hook? Is it the visual proof? Is it the pacing? And then it's why this thing has worked in the first place. Now, normally you would have to pay a UGC creator a couple hundred bucks to shoot a video like this for you. But,
[14:47] instead what we're going to do is we're going to click over here to the AI of our product, pick one of their AI creators. Let's go ahead and go with going to go ahead and hit render. And then in seconds, the AI generated a
[15:00] completely unique, ready-to-run video ad using the exact winning formula that's already working in the market that we just decoded. And I mean, look at this. It looks real, it sounds real, and it cost us a fraction of what a real
[15:13] creator charges. And now all we have to do is just repeat that process to get three different angles and our content library is now stacked. But, I do want video does say $0, and I'm not about to play games with that. In that that Econ
[15:26] Boss, it does cost money. And the only reason that it's in the $0 video is because I genuinely think that it's worth it. But, that doesn't mean that I'm breaking the promise of this video, because there is another option. You can
[15:38] do everything that I just showed you manually for 100% free in any type of ads yourself, screen record your product research, cut it up together with free clips in a bunch of different text. That option does exist. It works. And if you
[15:52] got more time than money right now, take it. No shame in that at all. But, here's understand is that if you go this manual direction, it will cost you days, sometimes even weeks. But, Econ Boss compresses it into minutes. And the
[16:05] because your competitors, they are hitting the market fast. And if you starting to peak, you will lose out if you don't get in it soon. So, no matter what direction you go, you should walk away with your content ready. And now,
[16:18] need to do it for free. So, to start this off first, the product is going to going to go ahead and use a Facebook page. So, we're going to go ahead and we're going to go ahead and put the name, the logo, everything else and put
[16:32] going to take about 2 minutes. Now, here's the system, and it's the reason time away. So, inside the Meta Business Suite, there's going to be the section what we want to do is we want to load everything inside one setting, which is
[16:46] all the videos that we just generated, the product images, all the types of we're going to do is we're going to go ahead and schedule these posts to go out calendar fill up. Doing it like this, you're not going to have to wake up
[16:58] every single morning to post like a maniac. You just load this thing once, and then it runs without you. So, that's the whole $0 marketing plan, proven formula content, posted daily, running on autopilot. Now, real quick, because I
[17:10] do want to set your expectations straight, because I refuse to lie to you about this part. Organic is not going to be fast. It's a compounding play and it does build over time. But I've watched free scheduled posts beat entire ad
[17:23] accounts to the first sale on this exact playbook. I just did it recently in this video right here on this exact same product. And that's because if post, it's actually telling you something that no ad click ever can. And
[17:37] that is that demand is real and that your testing has came back with a pass, with a green check mark. And once that happens, once real strangers have put you've got proof and a little bit of profit sitting in that account, that's
[17:51] before. And I'll keep this loose on video for the $0 process. But here's the shape of it. Your profit basically funds structure this, you have one campaign, a budget controlled at the top, you add in
[18:07] across a few different angles, and then you let Meta's algorithm move the money to whichever ad really earns it. You're not guessing anymore. You're scaling something that the market has already said yes to. That's the entire
[18:20] philosophy. Organic buys the proof, profit buys the speed. But look, to run those numbers actually work in the first place. What your metrics mean, what a ROAS is, when to kill an ad and when to feed it. And I just dropped a full video
[18:34] breaking down exactly that. It's called a new way to run Facebook ads in 2026 leaves off. So if you want to know exactly how to scale from here with literally every single step from A to Z, go ahead and click this video right
[18:47] here. As always, thank you guys so much for watching. I'll see you in that next video. This is AC with Supreme Ecom and I'm out.
