[00:00] I wish I was lying with the title of

[00:01] this video, but I am not. There is now

[00:03] people reporting Stellar Blade Blood

[00:05] Reign to Visa, Mastercard, and payment

[00:08] processors in general, echoing the same

[00:10] thing that we saw last year with

[00:12] Collective Shel. For those that need a

[00:14] very brief rundown on what this

[00:15] necessarily means, basically last year

[00:18] we had a lot of censorship, widespread

[00:21] censorship that kind of ushered in

[00:23] digital ID, age verification, and all

[00:26] sorts of other messes that we saw around

[00:27] the internet and we're still facing

[00:29] right now with Discord even trying to

[00:31] still implement age verification

[00:33] worldwide. And they're using tools to

[00:35] expand upon. There's been multiple

[00:36] articles in the last week of them just

[00:38] testing new things to force age

[00:40] verification. Dox yourself. But the

[00:42] point is is that where the origin story,

[00:44] the the uh the beginning of where this

[00:46] all started, at least last year, was

[00:48] Collective Shout, this Australian

[00:49] activist feminist group that basically

[00:52] contacted payment processors to get

[00:55] Steam and Itch.io and various other game

[00:57] platforms to remove icky taboo like

[01:00] games from their platform. Basically

[01:03] saying that anything that is of sexual

[01:04] nature, anything adult-wise or anything

[01:07] needs to be removed. And because of the

[01:09] pressure of Collective Shout, they

[01:11] managed to contact payment processors

[01:13] like Visa, Mastercard, PayPal to get

[01:15] them to call in Steam and like, "You

[01:17] better remove this or we're going to

[01:19] blacklist you and remove our ways of

[01:21] being paid off your service." Basically

[01:23] killing their company overnight. And

[01:25] this caused it.io, which is still facing

[01:27] problems to this very day. They had to

[01:29] remove a bunch off their platform,

[01:30] causing thousands upon thousands of

[01:32] developers to not have any ability to

[01:34] make money overnight. they lost their

[01:36] source of income, some going homeless.

[01:38] And then this goes into PayPal also

[01:39] cracking down on artist commissions.

[01:41] Basically, if you were to commission

[01:43] artwork and all that and get paid,

[01:44] PayPal would look into this and

[01:46] investigate you off site and remove your

[01:48] ability to make money as well. We have

[01:50] all sorts of things that transpired

[01:51] thanks to Collective Shout last year.

[01:54] And so, basically, we saw the damage

[01:55] they made. They caused Steam to bend the

[01:57] need, make an entirely new policy for

[01:59] payment processors and banks. And we

[02:01] have been seeing constantly, especially

[02:03] this year with a lot of different Asian

[02:05] and Japanese games being targeted by

[02:07] payment processors and banks and the

[02:09] pressure from Western entities and

[02:10] companies to basically do what they say

[02:13] or you're not going to make any money

[02:15] whatsoever, which is obviously a very

[02:17] bad thing. If you're a creator or a

[02:19] developer trying to make something and

[02:20] sell something, if a bank and a payment

[02:23] processor shuts you down, you you're

[02:25] kind of screwed. And so obviously, the

[02:26] only option you have is to censor your

[02:29] game to some degree. And we have seen

[02:31] where this has happened many times where

[02:33] many different websites had to buckle

[02:34] and bend to censor themselves. And so

[02:36] that gets into what we have today with

[02:39] the Stellar Blade, you know, controversy

[02:41] where you have individuals now trying to

[02:44] report Stellar Blade to payment

[02:45] processors to get it debanked,

[02:47] deplatformed, and censored and also

[02:50] removed physically from different stores

[02:52] like game stores and stuff like that,

[02:53] which is uh very horrifying. Now, where

[02:56] this all originated from was a form site

[02:58] called Reset Era. Now, I have known

[03:00] about the site for a while. I'm not like

[03:03] someone that browses them. I don't know

[03:04] everything about them and what they all

[03:06] talk about, but from my brief little

[03:08] browsing through the form that is

[03:09] associated with, you know, Stellar Blade

[03:11] Blood Rain, you can see a lot of these

[03:13] individuals, they are molding and upset

[03:16] about Stellar Blade or in this case,

[03:18] Eevee and her design. This is echoing a

[03:21] conversation I've been talking about

[03:22] basically for about a week now and how

[03:24] you have a lot of people that are I'm

[03:26] just going to be blunt mentally ill

[03:28] thinking that you know Eevee looks like

[03:29] a child has childlike features and that

[03:32] um Asian games problematic and all that

[03:34] type of stuff that just feels downright

[03:36] racist towards Asian people because the

[03:38] same people that are looking down on

[03:40] Eevee are pro like going out of their

[03:42] way to hype up Pomni with all her art

[03:44] and design in Fortnite. But um the point

[03:46] is is amongst this conversation and

[03:48] basically the molding on this forum. I'm

[03:50] just going to be honest looking at the

[03:52] political alignment here. I don't want

[03:54] to dive into it too deep, but just

[03:56] straight up they are very progressive

[03:57] individuals and very left-leaning. I'm

[04:00] just I'm going to say it like it is. You

[04:01] can read through this form yourself

[04:02] which I will link in the description and

[04:03] you can check it out. But basically,

[04:05] when you scroll down and you get towards

[04:07] the bottom, which is where the story

[04:08] begins today, you see that there was

[04:10] someone saying that they reported the

[04:12] game Stellar Blade and shift up to Visa

[04:15] and Mastercard. Now, at this current

[04:17] time, this account has been labeled

[04:18] troll account and also banned. However,

[04:21] I would like to point out though that

[04:22] this only started happening once news

[04:25] broke about this situation. For

[04:28] instance, when I made my initial post

[04:29] today talking about the situation of

[04:32] basically Stellar Blade, you know,

[04:34] having calls to get it, you know,

[04:35] debanked or deplatformed and a few other

[04:37] individuals like Pirate Nation as well

[04:39] and a few others picking it up. Soon as

[04:41] that happened and that started trending

[04:43] and a lot of people started talking

[04:44] about it, within the hour, you had the

[04:47] group on Reset Era ban this individual

[04:50] and you could just see like look at the

[04:51] time frame here, okay? And when you look

[04:53] at my initial post where I talked about

[04:54] this, it was at 1:40. So basically there

[04:57] was about an hour of this news starting

[04:59] to trend and then people came to the

[05:00] forum and started talking about it which

[05:02] effectively got this dude banned. And

[05:04] even though there is technically people

[05:05] fighting back against this which I'll

[05:07] talk about in a second. I would like to

[05:08] remind everybody if you browse through

[05:10] this forum you have just a lot of people

[05:12] molding about stellar blade. And this

[05:15] has been a conversation that's echoing

[05:16] pretty much on the entirety of the

[05:18] internet. You can find it pretty much

[05:19] everywhere. You can find it on Tik Tok,

[05:21] Reddit, YouTube, Twitter. You can find

[05:23] it probably on various different forms

[05:25] like reset era for instance. A lot of

[05:27] people are talking about stellar blade

[05:29] and Eevee's design. And so this isn't

[05:31] just like one area. There's a lot of

[05:33] people that are probably getting the

[05:34] exact same idea, the big idea in their

[05:36] head to do what collective shout did

[05:38] last year. Now we need to get into the

[05:40] push back that is now facing this site

[05:43] or this form, but also the push back

[05:46] from the users of this site. So

[05:48] basically, yes, the account that did

[05:49] this and started this was banned and

[05:51] they were labeled a troll account. Good

[05:53] job on the moderators or whoever to

[05:55] basically do this because this is

[05:57] completely unacceptable and not okay

[05:59] whatsoever. And various comments after

[06:01] this do call this individual out. But I

[06:04] look, I don't want to say it is, but the

[06:07] only reason why I think that this got so

[06:08] much push back so quickly is especially

[06:11] because it started trending and a lot of

[06:12] people started picking up the story. If

[06:14] it wasn't, I feel like this would have

[06:17] gone on unnoticed and potentially there

[06:19] would have been some support on this

[06:21] site about it because I would like to

[06:23] remind everybody kind of what happened

[06:25] here. Basically, Collective Shout, they

[06:27] they reported everything pretty much to

[06:30] payment processors to get uh Steam and

[06:32] itch in hot water. And um if you

[06:35] remember, they got away with it because

[06:37] not a lot of people were able to catch

[06:39] it early. They they they definitely got

[06:41] away with it because of that. And they

[06:42] did have a lot of connections to that

[06:44] people in the higher-ups in that

[06:45] activist group had connections with

[06:46] government entities and stuff like that

[06:48] to get the the ball moving. But the

[06:50] point is is that all it takes is one

[06:52] activist group to get really pissed off

[06:53] that has some pretty good weight or

[06:56] connections with government entities or

[06:58] big businesses to be able to do exactly

[07:00] what Collective Shout did last year with

[07:02] Stellar Blade. And with how blatant the

[07:04] racism is towards basically Asian

[07:06] culture and Asian games and media, I

[07:09] honestly wouldn't be surprised if it

[07:11] does happen to some shape or form to

[07:13] force Shift Up and Stellar Blade to be

[07:16] censored to some degree. Now, like I

[07:18] said, I am proud that this form called

[07:20] this out, but soon as they called it

[07:22] out, the form basically officially died.

[07:24] And from my knowledge, this isn't a

[07:26] locked post. So it is very strange just

[07:28] how quickly it died especially when

[07:30] there was a lot of active conversation

[07:32] on this form for honestly ongoing for a

[07:34] while for days at a time. So I am very

[07:38] interested on uh why suddenly the form

[07:41] has went kind of a little bit silent

[07:42] here after this call out. But with that

[07:45] I I just this is absolutely crazy. Like

[07:47] I can't believe we're now back at the

[07:49] situation like somehow collective shout

[07:51] has returned in a different form under a

[07:54] different name. Now, obviously, this

[07:56] situation isn't as bad, but this is very

[08:00] telling because everybody knows this

[08:02] that it works. For instance, activist

[08:05] groups being able to get a, you know, a

[08:06] platform to buckle and bend works.

[08:09] Collective shout is proof of that. You

[08:11] can hate them or whatever, and I despise

[08:13] what they did, but they were very

[08:15] effective with what they did. They did

[08:17] manage to get to this very day multiple

[08:19] platforms censored. So, it could happen

[08:22] again. And so I'm glad to see some just

[08:24] straight up massive toxic backlash to

[08:28] this entire situation and people are not

[08:31] having it whatsoever. Now there is

[08:34] another little thing I do want to add

[08:35] into this. There also is calls for

[08:38] basically a petition to remove Stellar

[08:40] Blade to remove the youthful characters

[08:42] within Stellar Blade which Packer Girl

[08:44] here basically outlines there is an

[08:46] ongoing petition about this that is

[08:48] getting votes to basically force Stellar

[08:50] Blade to be censored. Obviously, I don't

[08:52] think this is going to go anywhere, but

[08:54] once again, it goes to show just how

[08:55] many people are molding about this

[08:57] situation and that they just cannot

[08:59] stand Asian Games and beautiful looking

[09:01] characters within stories. So, yeah,

[09:03] tell me your thoughts honestly how you

[09:05] feel about this situation. How do you

[09:06] feel about uh this whole mess that is

[09:09] kind of building and bubbling right now?

[09:10] Like I said, I'm very happy about the

[09:12] toxicity. That is why I went right out

[09:14] the gate to make this as toxic as

[09:16] possible with the title just to get

[09:18] people riled up to really make sure that

[09:20] this does not happen. I want people to

[09:23] outright just be completely 100% against

[09:26] this type of censorship because it is

[09:29] unacceptable. These payment processors,

[09:31] Visa and Mastercard, they should not be

[09:33] able to get in front of you making

[09:35] illegal purchase whatsoever. But

[09:37] obviously, they've shown time and time

[09:38] again they will all in the name of brand

[09:40] protection. So, I'm just Yes, that's why

[09:43] this conversation needs to be extremely

[09:45] toxic and needs to be basically

[09:47] completely shut down right soon as it

[09:49] starts and make it to where anyone that

[09:51] dares to try to contact payment

[09:53] processors to do something as evil or re

[09:55] irredeemable as this just gets

[09:57] completely shut down. So, yes, I am so

[09:59] glad people are calling this out and

[10:01] once again, I'm proud of whoever kind of

[10:03] shut this down in the form. But, I

[10:06] wonder what would have happened if this

[10:08] news didn't break. That is the big

[10:10] question I have about this situation.

[10:12] But uh thank you so much for watching.
